Abstract

本发明公开了一种热熔漆饰面板及其制备方法和应用,热熔漆饰面板包括自下而上依次设置的基材、聚氨酯热熔漆层、PUR热熔胶层和面材。制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)清洁基材,在基材上辊涂聚氨酯热熔漆,烘干,得到聚氨酯热熔漆层;(2)在聚氨酯热熔漆层上辊涂PUR热熔胶,然后在红外线保温环境下进行压贴面材,即得热熔漆饰面板。本发明的热熔漆属于空气反应型聚氨酯热熔漆,安全环保,无粘性,具有很好的填充性,能有效将基材上的导管、针孔全部填充,使得基材的表面更加平整;本制备方法可以连续生产,效率高,周期短,良品率高,成本更低。

热熔漆饰面板及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明属于装饰材料技术领域,具体涉及一种热熔漆饰面板及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
目前传统三聚氰胺饰面板的工艺路线,分两个步骤:1、基材表面贴三聚氰胺纸;2、三聚氰胺纸表面贴高光透明材料。上述步骤1包括基材上涂三胺胶、贴三聚氰胺纸、高温热压粘合三步工序,步骤2包括等待三聚氰胺纸粘合牢固、三聚氰胺纸表面涂热熔胶、贴高光透明PVC/PET面材三步工序。但上述工艺存在以下不足:由于热压粘合一般需要1分钟,因此每生产一件板材就至少需要停滞1分钟来等待,并且要等三胺胶的完全固化后才能去贴高光透明材料,生产周期长;不可以连续性生产,传统工艺的步骤1和步骤2都是分为两条产线来完成,效率低;三聚氰胺纸的成本较高;基材的平整度不高,三聚氰胺纸虽然能达到饰面的效果,但是贴完三聚氰胺纸后仍然无法解决基材表面不平整的问题,且单独贴一道三聚氰胺纸无法满足市场上对板材饰面效果的追求,所以需要后面加以高光面材膜进行高光饰面效果,但由于传统贴三聚氰胺纸后的基材表面仍然是不平整的,做高光产品容易存在瑕疵,容易出现桔皮,良品率低下。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种热熔漆饰面板及其制备方法,能够连续生产,效率高,周期短,良品率高,成本更低。
本发明提出了一种热熔漆饰面板,包括自下而上依次设置的基材、聚氨酯热熔漆层、PUR热熔胶层和面材。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述面材的表面还覆有保护膜。保护膜优选PVC保护膜,厚度在60-70μm。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,所述面材为纯色或纯色高亮光的PVC或PET膜材。由于基材涂抹聚氨酯热熔漆后仍未对表面进行制备方法,需贴上一道纯色或纯色高亮光的PVC或PET膜材进行装饰。
本发明还提出一种上述热熔漆饰面板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)清洁基材,在所述基材上辊涂聚氨酯热熔漆,烘干,得到聚氨酯热熔漆层;
(2)在所述聚氨酯热熔漆层上辊涂PUR热熔胶,然后在红外线保温环境下进行压贴面材,即得所述热熔漆饰面板。
其中,清洁基材是使用粉尘清除机对基材的表面进行一道除尘工艺,有助于确保涂抹胶漆后的粘合更具有良好的附着力。聚氨酯热熔漆是一种空气反应型聚氨酯热熔漆,安全环保,无粘性,具有很好的填充性。PUR热熔胶是一种湿气反应型聚氨酯热熔胶,安全环保,具有良好的初粘性,具有很好的粘合强度。红外线保温是为了延长胶水的开放时间,有利于更好的粘合和保有胶水初粘特性。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,在压贴面材后还包括对板材表面进行辊压覆保护膜的工序。这是对产品表面的一种保护,产品下线后或是运输过程中,表面不会被划伤。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,在压贴面材或辊压覆保护膜后还包括修边和斜切工序,是对基材表面的面材和保护膜进行裁切修剪,使产品四个边的轮廓与基材的规格形状完全一致,更为美观。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,步骤(1)中,所述辊涂聚氨酯热熔漆的辊轮温度为120-130℃,涂布量为30-40g/m2
在本发明的一些实施方式中,步骤(1)中,所述烘干的温度为40-60℃。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,步骤(2)中,所述辊涂PUR热熔胶的辊轮温度为120-130℃,涂布量为35-40g/m2
在本发明的一些实施方式中,步骤(2)中,所述红外线保温的温度为55-65℃。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,步骤(2)中,所述压贴面材的下压高度为板材的厚度减去0.3-0.5mm。
在本发明的一些实施方式中,当所述面材为贴片材时,所述压贴面材的步骤为:先贴片,再对板材进行辊压。当所述面材为卷材时,所述压贴面材的步骤为:直接采用辊压机将卷材压贴在板材上。不论是贴片材或是卷材,都可以进行辊压压贴,使粘合效果更加紧密贴合牢固。
本发明还提供所述热熔漆饰面板在在家装、建筑中的应用。
有益效果:
1、本发明的热熔漆属于空气反应型聚氨酯热熔漆,安全环保,无粘性,具有很好的填充性,能有效将基材上的导管、针孔全部填充,使得基材的表面更加平整,利用塞尺测量法检测热熔漆饰面板的平整度达到0.02~0.04mm。
2、聚氨酯热熔漆属于环保快干型,能达到辊涂热熔漆后3秒迅速干燥。
3、在生产线上辊涂热熔漆后直接进入下一道工艺涂PUR热熔胶进行贴面材,优化了传统的贴三聚氰胺纸制备方法,由两条生产线变成一条生产线在线生产,减少了贴三聚氰胺纸的工序,可以连续生产,效率高,周期短,良品率高,成本更低。

具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例对本发明的构思及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。显然,所描述的实施例只是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,基于本发明的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其他实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
本实施例制备了一种热熔漆饰面板,具体过程为:
(1)使用粉尘清除机对基材表面清洁;
(2)使用涂胶机辊涂聚氨酯热熔漆,使用的聚氨酯热熔漆为克力宝胶粘剂有限公司生产,涂布量为30g/m2,辊轮表面温度需加温到120℃方可进行涂漆,涂胶机后方设有一米烘道,温度为40℃,通过烘道后,热熔漆便干燥,表面不带粘性,且将基材的细孔进行填补,板面更加的平整;
(3)使用涂胶机在聚氨酯热熔漆层上辊涂PUR热熔胶,使用胶水为克力宝PUR热熔胶,涂布量为35g/m2,辊轮表面温度需加温到120℃方可进行涂胶;
(4)使用带贴片功能的红外线流平机,红外线保温在60℃,在出料的时候在板材上贴上纯色高亮光的PVC膜片;
(5)使用辊压机对贴上面材后的板材进行压合处理,下压的高度为板材的厚度减去0.3mm,使得面材与PUR热熔胶牢牢贴在板材上,当板面出现拉丝现象时,需加温压辊到120℃;
(6)使用自动覆膜切膜机对板材表面覆保护膜,保护板材表面效果,常规的PVC、PET面材在制作出品时已表面附带保护膜,本实施例为针对贴木皮、防火板、克力宝等面材进行保护板面处理;
(7)使用斜切机对板材进行修边、斜切处理,对板材表面的面材和保护膜进行裁切修剪,得到热熔漆饰面板。
对比例
本对比例制备了一种传统的三聚氰胺饰面板,与实施例的区别在于将辊涂聚氨酯热熔漆替换成贴三聚氰胺纸,具体过程为:
(1)使用粉尘清除机对基材表面清洁;
(2)基材上胶:基材表面涂胶三胺胶;
(3)基材贴纸:在基材表面上贴上一张三聚氰胺纸;
(4)高温热压:贴完三聚氰胺纸后的基材进入到热压机上高温热压1分钟;
(5)板材下线生产线1,等待胶水固化,换线生产线2;
(6)表面清洁:三聚氰胺板(基材上贴了三聚氰胺纸的板材)换线生产,表面灰尘清扫;
(7)板材预热加温:三聚氰胺板进入预热加温的设备,为了使基材表面带有温度,放置胶水涂到板材上迅速老化;
(8)使用涂胶机在三聚氰胺板上辊涂PUR热熔胶,使用胶水为克力宝PUR热熔胶,涂布量为35g/m2,辊轮表面温度需加温到120℃方可进行涂胶;
(9)使用带贴片功能的红外线流平机,红外线保温在60℃,在出料的时候在板材上贴上纯色高亮光的PVC膜片;
(10)使用辊压机对贴上面材后的板材进行压合处理,下压的高度为板材的厚度减去0.3mm,使得面材与PUR热熔胶牢牢贴在三聚氰胺板上;
(11)使用自动覆膜切膜机对板材表面覆保护膜,保护板材表面效果;
(12)使用斜切机对板材进行修边、斜切处理,对板材表面的面材和保护膜进行裁切修剪,得到三聚氰胺饰面板。
实施例和对比例的成本、生产效率和产品平整度的对比如表1所示。

由表1可以看出,实施例成本在8-10元/块,效率在5-6张/min,传统工艺的对比例在常规基材热压三聚氰胺纸的周期是每分钟2-3张板,完成热压后等胶水固化,进行贴高光面材装饰,需下料重新换线到平贴线上进行,如果平贴线速度为18m/min的线速度基础下,一分钟贴6-7张板,整体用时长,不能连续生产,表明本发明的工艺效率更高,成本更低,且平整度更好。
上面结合附图对本发明实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施例,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。此外,在不冲突的情况下,本发明的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。

Claims (10)

1.一种热熔漆饰面板,其特征在于,包括自下而上依次设置的基材、聚氨酯热熔漆层、PUR热熔胶层和面材。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热熔漆饰面板,其特征在于,所述面材的表面还覆有保护膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热熔漆饰面板,其特征在于,所述面材为纯色或纯色高亮光的PVC或PET膜材。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的热熔漆饰面板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)清洁基材,在所述基材上辊涂聚氨酯热熔漆,烘干,得到聚氨酯热熔漆层;
(2)在所述聚氨酯热熔漆层上辊涂PUR热熔胶,然后在红外线保温环境下进行压贴面材,即得所述热熔漆饰面板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在压贴面材后还包括对板材表面进行辊压覆保护膜的工序。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述辊涂聚氨酯热熔漆的辊轮温度为120-130℃,涂布量为30-40g/m2
7.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述烘干的温度为40-60℃。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述辊涂PUR热熔胶的辊轮温度为120-130℃,涂布量为35-40g/m2
9.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述红外线保温的温度为55-65℃;步骤(2)中,所述压贴面材的下压高度为板材的厚度减去0.3-0.5mm。
10.权利要求1-3任一项所述的热熔漆饰面板在家装、建筑中的应用。
