Abstract

一种发光二极管显示面板及其制作方法以及有机发光二极管显示装置。发光二极管显示面板包括:衬底基板(600),包括显示区(101)和围绕显示区(101)的周边区(102);多个子像素,位于显示区(101)且位于衬底基板(600)的一侧;以及驱动电路(610),位于发光元件(700)与衬底基板(600)之间;色阻层,位于第二电极(730)远离衬底基板(600)的一侧;以及挡光结构,位于周边区,且为围绕多个子像素的环形结构。挡光结构包括第一挡光结构(220)和第二挡光结构(320),第一挡光结构(220)包括沿显示区(101)指向周边区(102)的方向延伸的至少一个间隔(201),第二挡光结构(320)至少填充满间隔(201)。通过将第一挡光结构(220)的形状设计为非闭合的环形,可以使涂覆在显示区(101)的彩膜层的均匀程度更好。
