本发明公开了一种口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:复合主料100份、改性电气石3‑5份、成核剂1.5‑2份、增韧剂4‑6份;其中,复合主料包括聚乳酸和聚己内酯。本发明具有良好的韧性和过滤性能,且可以降解。

一种口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,尤其涉及一种口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布。
背景技术
医用口罩由口罩面体和拉紧带组成,其中口罩面体分为内、中、外三层,内层为亲肤材质(如普通卫生纱布或无纺布),中层为隔离过滤层,外层为特殊材料抑菌层(如无纺布或超薄聚丙烯熔喷材料层)。
口罩中层的隔离过滤层是口罩最核心的材料,目前一般为聚丙烯熔喷无纺布;聚丙烯熔喷无纺布的过滤机理分为两种:机械过滤和静电吸附,静电吸附主要吸附尺寸为0.1-0.4μm的颗粒(如携带病毒、细菌的飞沫或粉尘的颗粒等)。
由于聚丙烯不易降解,容易污染环境,因此人们提出了使用易降解材料来制备隔离过滤层,如聚乳酸。但是聚乳酸存在韧性不高、不易生产加工、驻极过滤性能不高等问题,限制了其在口罩中的应用。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,本发明具有良好的韧性和过滤性能,且可以降解。
本发明提出的一种口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:复合主料100份、改性电气石3-5份、成核剂1.5-2份、增韧剂4-6份;其中,复合主料包括聚乳酸和聚己内酯。
优选地,在改性电气石制备过程中,将电气石与银盐研磨混匀,烘干后球磨混匀,再煅烧得到中间物料;用硅烷偶联剂接枝改性中间物料得到改性电气石。
上述硅烷偶联剂接枝改性按照本领域常规方法进行,如将中间物料与硅烷偶联剂的乙醇水溶液混匀,进行接枝改性即可。
上述偶联剂可以为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷等。
优选地,在改性电气石制备过程中,银盐为硝酸银。
优选地,在改性电气石制备过程中,电气石和银盐的重量比为10:0.1-0.3。
优选地,在改性电气石制备过程中,电气石的粒径≤15μm。
优选地,在改性电气石制备过程中,烘干温度为60-70℃。
优选地,在改性电气石制备过程中,球磨为干法球磨。
优选地,在改性电气石制备过程中,球料比为3-4:1,球磨时间为1-2h。
优选地,在改性电气石制备过程中,煅烧温度为550-650℃,煅烧时间为3-3.5h。
优选地,成核剂由硬脂酸盐和乙撑双硬脂酰胺组成。
优选地,硬脂酸盐和乙撑双硬脂酰胺的重量比为1:2-3。
优选地,增韧剂为马来酸酐化亚麻籽油。
优选地,聚乳酸和聚己内酯的重量比为7-7.5:2.5-3。
上述口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布还可以包括润滑剂、抗紫外线剂、抗氧剂等助剂。
本发明的制备方法为:将复合主料、改性电气石、成核剂、增韧剂混匀后,熔融共混,挤出,纤维形成,纤维冷却,成网,加固成布即得。
有益效果:
本发明选用聚乳酸和聚己内酯以适宜比例相互配合,然后选择适宜的成核剂和增韧剂相互配合,促进聚乳酸和聚己内酯的混合,使得聚己内酯以小粒径均匀分布在聚乳酸中形成“海-岛”结构,并且聚己内酯、硬脂酸盐和乙撑双硬脂酰胺相互配合,提高了聚乳酸的结晶度;“海-岛”结构和较高的结晶度,可以提高本发明的电荷陷阱密度,从而提高本发明的驻极性能、电荷稳定性和过滤性能;同时,聚乳酸、聚己内酯和马来酸酐化亚麻籽油以适宜比例相互配合,改善聚乳酸的韧性和加工性能,使其适于工业化生产;并且马来酸酐化亚麻籽油可以改善引入聚己内酯导致的纤维过粗,气流阻力较高的问题;另外通过银盐与电气石研磨煅烧在电气石中负载银元素,并经硅烷偶联剂接枝改性使得电气石均匀分散在聚乳酸中,进一步提高本发明的驻极和过滤性能;且引入银元素,可以提高本发明的抗菌性能;聚乳酸和聚己内酯均可以降解,不污染环境。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:聚乳酸70g、聚己内酯30g、改性电气石3g、硬脂酸镁0.5g、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1.5g、马来酸酐化亚麻籽油4g;
其中,在改性电气石制备过程中,将粒径≤15μm的电气石10g与0.3g硝酸银研磨混匀,于60℃烘干后,以球料比为4:1进行干法球磨1h,再于650℃煅烧3h得到中间物料;将10g中间物料分散在含有0.5g的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的乙醇水溶液中,于80℃保温搅拌3h,过滤取滤饼,水洗,烘干,粉碎得到改性电气石。
实施例2
一种口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:聚乳酸75g、聚己内酯25g、改性电气石5g、硬脂酸镁0.5g、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1g、马来酸酐化亚麻籽油6g;
其中,在改性电气石制备过程中,将粒径≤15μm的电气石10g与0.1g硝酸银研磨混匀,于70℃烘干后,以球料比为3:1进行干法球磨2h,再于550℃煅烧3.5h得到中间物料;将10g中间物料分散在含有0.5g的γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷的乙醇水溶液中,于80℃保温搅拌3h,过滤取滤饼,水洗,烘干,粉碎得到改性电气石。
实施例3
一种口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其原料按重量份包括:聚乳酸73g、聚己内酯27g、改性电气石4g、硬脂酸镁0.5g、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1.2g、马来酸酐化亚麻籽油5g;
其中,在改性电气石制备过程中,将粒径≤15μm的电气石10g与0.2g硝酸银研磨混匀,于65℃烘干后,以球料比为3.5:1进行干法球磨1-2h,再于600℃煅烧3.3h得到中间物料;将10g中间物料分散在含有0.5g的乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷的乙醇水溶液中,于80℃保温搅拌3h,过滤取滤饼,水洗,烘干,粉碎得到改性电气石。

不加聚己内酯、硬脂酸镁和乙撑双硬脂酰胺,其他同实施例3。

将“硬脂酸镁0.5g、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1.2g”替换成“TMC-3061.2g”,其他同实施例3。

实验
取实施例1-3、对比例1-5,按照相同的方法制造成尺寸和克重相同的熔喷无纺布,驻极电压为20KV,驻极时间为30s,得到驻极后的熔喷无纺布。
a.按照GB/T 2626-2006、GB/T 19083-2010测试各组熔喷无纺布的过滤效率和气流阻力,在(22±3)℃和(50±5)%相对湿度下,采用0.3μm氯化钠颗粒进行测试,气体流量为30L/min。
b.按照GB/T 1040.1-2018测试其拉伸性能。结果如表1所示。

由上表可以看出,比较实施例3和对比例1-3,聚己内酯、硬脂酸镁和乙撑双硬脂酰胺、改性电气石、马来酸酐化亚麻籽油相互配合,可以使得本发明具有良好的机械性能和过滤性能,且气流阻力也较低;由实施例3和对比例3马来酸酐化亚麻籽油可以降低气流阻力;由实施例3、对比例2、对比例4,可以看出选用合适的成核剂,可以提高本发明的机械性能和过滤性能;由实施例3和对比例5可以看出,本发明大幅改善了纯聚乳酸的机械性能和过滤性能。

1.一种口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:复合主料100份、改性电气石3-5份、成核剂1.5-2份、增韧剂4-6份;其中,复合主料包括聚乳酸和聚己内酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其特征在于,在改性电气石制备过程中,将电气石与银盐研磨混匀,烘干后球磨混匀,再煅烧得到中间物料;用硅烷偶联剂接枝改性中间物料得到改性电气石。
3.根据权利要求2所述口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其特征在于,在改性电气石制备过程中,银盐为硝酸银;优选地,在改性电气石制备过程中,电气石和银盐的重量比为10:0.1-0.3。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其特征在于,在改性电气石制备过程中,电气石的粒径≤15μm。
5.根据权利要求2-4任一项所述口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其特征在于,在改性电气石制备过程中,烘干温度为60-70℃。
6.根据权利要求2-5任一项所述口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其特征在于,在改性电气石制备过程中,球磨为干法球磨;优选地,在改性电气石制备过程中,球料比为3-4:1,球磨时间为1-2h。
7.根据权利要求2-6任一项所述口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其特征在于,在改性电气石制备过程中,煅烧温度为550-650℃,煅烧时间为3-3.5h。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其特征在于,成核剂由硬脂酸盐和乙撑双硬脂酰胺组成;优选地,硬脂酸盐和乙撑双硬脂酰胺的重量比为1:2-3。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其特征在于,增韧剂为马来酸酐化亚麻籽油。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述口罩用可降解熔喷无纺布,其特征在于,聚乳酸和聚己内酯的重量比为7-7.5:2.5-3。
