Abstract
本发明公开了一种包装纸容器的易掲盖膜及其热封层,热封层由乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、高密度聚乙烯和聚丙烯混合而成。本发明的热封层,由乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、高密度聚乙烯和聚丙烯混合而成,通过乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物和高密度聚乙烯的配合,使得制得的热封层更易与纸容器热封并保证密封性的同时不会与纸容器外层的PE相溶;而聚丙烯的加入能够进一步保证热封层的易掲性,使得制得的易掲盖膜更易揭开,方便使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及食品包装领域,具体涉及一种包装纸容器的易掲盖膜及其热封层。
背景技术
目前市场上食品包装纸容器使用广泛,如:方便面、粉丝、米饭、饼干、冰淇淋等,其配套的容器盖具有热封层,并与纸容器热封。但是,由于容器盖的热封层大多为PE材质,而纸容器的外层也复合有PE材质的膜层,热封后容器盖和纸容器的PE会相溶,虽然密封效果好,但是在使用时需要花费较大的力气才能够撕开容器盖,瞬间撕拉力需要达到15N以上,撕拉十分困难;同时由于容器盖和纸容器的PE已相溶,在撕开容器盖时会破坏纸容器的PE膜层,导致纸容器的纸层出现拉丝纤维现象,不仅破坏了纸容器的美观度,而且在向纸容器中加水后,由于没有PE膜层的阻挡,水会进入纸层,导致人的口腔直接接触破坏的纸层边沿并粘上纸屑,安全隐患极大。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种便于与包装纸容器分离的热封层。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种热封层,所述热封层由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、高密度聚乙烯和聚丙烯混合而成。
优选地,所述热封层按质量百分比计,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物20~35%、高密度聚乙烯40~60%、聚丙烯15~30%。
优选地,所述热封层的制备方法为:将所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、所述高密度聚乙烯和所述聚丙烯按比例混合搅拌均匀,随后加热熔融后共同挤出,即得到所述的热封层。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种包含有上述热封层的易掲盖膜。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种包装纸容器的易掲盖膜,包括纸层、复合于所述纸层上的如上所述的热封层。
优选地,还包括复合于所述纸层和所述热封层之间的铝层、复合于所述铝层和所述纸层之间的PE层。
进一步优选地,所述铝层为铝箔层或镀铝膜层。
本发明的第三个目的是提供另一种包含有上述热封层的易掲盖膜。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种包装纸容器的易掲盖膜,包括PET层、复合于所述PET层上的如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的热封层。
优选地,还包括复合于所述PET层和所述热封层之间的纸层。
进一步优选地,还包括复合于所述纸层和所述热封层之间的铝层、复合于所述铝层和所述纸层之间的PE层。
更进一步优选地,所述铝层为铝箔层或镀铝膜层。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的热封层,由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、高密度聚乙烯和聚丙烯混合而成,通过乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和高密度聚乙烯的配合,使得制得的热封层更易与纸容器热封并在保证密封性的同时不会与纸容器外层的PE相溶;而聚丙烯的加入能够进一步保证热封层的易掲性,使得制得的易掲盖膜更易揭开,方便使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
本发明涉及对包装纸容器的盖膜的改进,提出了一种热封层,该热封层由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、高密度聚乙烯和聚丙烯混合而成,通过乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和高密度聚乙烯的配合,使得制得的热封层更易与纸容器热封并在保证密封性的同时不会与纸容器外层的PE相溶;而聚丙烯的加入能够进一步保证热封层的易掲性,使得热封层更易揭开,方便使用。
具体地,该种热封层,按质量百分比计,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物20~35%、高密度聚乙烯40~60%、聚丙烯15~30%,其制备方法为:将乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、高密度聚乙烯和聚丙烯按比例混合搅拌均匀,随后加热熔融后共同挤出,即得到热封层。
其中,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物能够在较低温度下实现与纸容器的密封且密封性好,而高密度聚乙烯能够在较高温度下实现与纸容器的热封同时不会与纸容器上的PE层完全相溶,而聚丙烯与PE层相斥,但能够与乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和高密度聚乙烯相溶,三者混合熔融挤出后制得的热封层,热封温度低、密封效果好且不会同纸容器上的PE层相溶,在使用时极易揭开,使用方便且杜绝了安全隐患。
经仿真模拟,本例的易掲盖膜在撕拉时只需花费5-7N即可,十分省力。
实施例1
在本实施例中,如图1所示,应用上述的热封层的包装纸容器的其中一种易掲盖膜,其包括纸层1、复合于纸层1上的上述热封层2。该易掲盖膜热封效果好且使用时容易揭开,由于不含有铝层,该易掲盖膜能够放入微波炉内使用。
实施例2
在本实施例中,如图2所示,根据需要,可在实施例1的易掲盖膜的纸层1和热封层2之间复合铝层3,该铝层3可以为铝箔层或镀铝膜层,并利用PE层4与纸层1粘接复合。如此,添加了铝层3,虽然无法放入微波炉内使用,但是铝层3保证了易掲盖膜的保温性。
实施例3
在本实施例中,如图3所示,应用上述的热封层的包装纸容器的其中另一种易掲盖膜,其包括PET层5、复合于PET层5上的上述热封层2。该易掲盖膜利用PET层5替代纸层1,不仅牢固性更好,而且也具有热封效果好、使用时容易揭开、能够放入微波炉内使用等优势。
实施例4
在本实施例中,如图4所示,根据需要,可在实施例3的易掲盖膜的PET层5和热封层2之间复合纸层1,如此,该易掲盖膜能够同时具有纸层1的优势和PET层5的优势,适用范围更广。
实施例5
在本实施例中,如图5所示,还可在实施例4的易掲盖膜的纸层1和热封层2之间复合铝层3,该铝层3可以为铝箔层或镀铝膜层,并利用PE层4与纸层1粘接复合。如此,添加了铝层3,虽然无法放入微波炉内使用,但是铝层3保证了易掲盖膜的保温性。

1.一种包装纸容器的易揭盖膜,其特征在于:包括纸层(1)、复合于所述纸层(1)上的热封层(2);
所述热封层由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、高密度聚乙烯和聚丙烯混合而成;
所述热封层按质量百分比计,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物20~35%、高密度聚乙烯40~60%、聚丙烯15~30%;
所述热封层的制备方法为:将所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、所述高密度聚乙烯和所述聚丙烯按比例混合搅拌均匀,随后加热熔融后共同挤出,即得到所述的热封层;
所述纸容器为含有PE层的纸容器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包装纸容器的易揭盖膜,其特征在于:还包括复合于所述纸层(1)和所述热封层(2)之间的铝层(3)、复合于所述铝层(3)和所述纸层(1)之间的PE层(4)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种包装纸容器的易揭盖膜,其特征在于:所述铝层(3)为铝箔层或镀铝膜层。
4.一种包装纸容器的易揭盖膜,其特征在于:包括PET层(5)、复合于所述PET层(5)上的热封层(2);
所述热封层由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、高密度聚乙烯和聚丙烯混合而成;
所述热封层按质量百分比计,包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物20~35%、高密度聚乙烯40~60%、聚丙烯15~30%;
所述热封层的制备方法为:将所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、所述高密度聚乙烯和所述聚丙烯按比例混合搅拌均匀,随后加热熔融后共同挤出,即得到所述的热封层;
所述纸容器为含有PE层的纸容器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种包装纸容器的易揭盖膜,其特征在于:还包括复合于所述PET层(5)和所述热封层(2)之间的纸层(1)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种包装纸容器的易揭盖膜,其特征在于:还包括复合于所述纸层(1)和所述热封层(2)之间的铝层(3)、复合于所述铝层(3)和所述纸层(1)之间的PE层(4)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种包装纸容器的易揭盖膜,其特征在于:所述铝层(3)为铝箔层或镀铝膜层。
