2)午餐代餐粉和晚饭代餐粉如步骤1)所述的方法制备,获得午餐代餐粉产品和晚饭代餐粉产品;
3)将步骤1)获得早餐代餐粉产品和步骤2)获得的午餐代餐粉产品和晚饭代餐粉产品包装成盒,即可获得奶昔代餐系列食品。

(1)本产品包括早餐产品、午餐产品和晚餐产品,早餐产品蛋白含量高,含有浆果类成分,减少糖分摄入,口感还可显著改善;午餐产品油脂类成分含量高,能量更高;晚餐产品含有酸枣仁、陈皮等中药成分,安眠保健。该产品针对不同阶段所需的不同营养,营养丰富且全面,既可以代餐又具有保健功效。
(2)该产品加工方法简便,制备时间短,使用的原料、仪器、设备常见,便于规模化生产应用。
(3)该产品中均含有乳酸菌,促进肠胃蠕动,预防代餐减肥中出现的便秘现象;含有的维生素和矿物成分可以缓解减肥过程中出现的精神不振等不适现象;含有必须脂肪酸,满足人体对脂肪酸的需要。

实施例1制备奶昔代餐系列食品
一种代餐减肥降三高奶昔代餐系列食品,包括早餐代餐粉、午餐代餐粉和晚餐代餐粉。
上述早餐代餐粉包括如下组分,按重量份计:
大豆蛋白粉1400份、麦芽糊精1400份、植脂末1400份、草莓果肉300份、赤藓糖醇300份、菊粉300份、异麦芽酮糖醇300份、聚葡萄糖300份、抗性糊精300份、全脂乳粉300份、亚麻籽油微囊粉500份、结晶果糖50份、复合营养素30份(L-抗坏血酸4份,DL-α-醋酸生育酚3份,烟酸4份,D-泛酸钙3份,盐酸硫胺素4份,核黄素4份,盐酸吡哆醇4份,醋酸维生素A 4份,叶酸2份,氰钴胺4份,胆钙化醇2份)、葵花籽油微囊粉50份、大豆发酵蛋白粉2份、燕麦麸粉10份、白芸豆粉50份、酪蛋白酸钙20份、黄精20份、茯苓50份、芡实50份、马铃薯提取物3份、磷脂50份、薏米粉50份、魔芋粉57份、黄原胶50份、牛磺酸3份、维生素C 3份、食用香精70份、盐30份、乳酸菌粉1份(鼠李糖杆菌S24、植物乳杆菌360、植物乳杆菌550、干酪乳杆菌10640、嗜酸乳杆菌11073,总菌含量≥109cfu/g)。
上述午餐代餐粉包括如下组分,按重量份计:

实施例2感官评价
选择没有特殊喜好且经过培训的评价员10人(5男5女)组成感官评价小组,对代餐粉进行感官评价,标准见表1,评价指标包括色泽、气味、口感、冲调状态。评价员根据感官评价表对各方面进行评价。

实施例3使用效果
1、血糖变化
实验方法:12位受试者,均身体健康,无代谢疾病,分为两组,一组每人饮用三次次葡萄糖水,另一组饮用三次代餐粉,每组饮用后在餐后0min、15min、30min、45min、60min、90min、120min用无菌采血针采血,全自动血生化分析仪测定血糖浓度。

两个实验组在饮用后血糖值均出现先上升后下降的趋势,血糖峰值在餐后30min,使用本申请的代餐粉的实验组血糖值波动比葡萄糖组平稳,代餐粉组可以减缓血糖提升的幅度。
2、减肥效果
实验方法:选取20人为受试者,健康无疾病,在食用前、食用一个周期和食用两个周期分别测定受试者体重变化。结果如下表所示:

1.一种代餐减肥降三高奶昔代餐系列食品,其特征在于,包括早餐代餐粉、午餐代餐粉和晚餐代餐粉。
2.如权利要求1所述的奶昔代餐系列食品,其特征在于,所述早餐代餐粉包括如下组分,按重量份计:
大豆蛋白粉1300-1400份、麦芽糊精1300-1400份、植脂末1300-1400份、草莓果肉300-400份、赤藓糖醇300-400份、菊粉300-400份、异麦芽酮糖醇300-400份、聚葡萄糖300-400份、抗性糊精300-400份、全脂乳粉300-400份、亚麻籽油微囊粉400-500份、结晶果糖40-50份、复合营养素30-40份、葵花籽油微囊粉40-50份、大豆发酵蛋白粉2-3份、燕麦麸粉10-15份、白芸豆粉40-50份、酪蛋白酸钙15-20份、黄精15-20份、茯苓40-50份、芡实40-50份、马铃薯提取物2-3份、磷脂40-50份、薏米粉40-50份、魔芋粉50-57份、黄原胶40-50份、牛磺酸2-3份、维生素C 2-3份、食用香精50-70份、盐30-40份、乳酸菌粉1-2份。

6.如权利要求2-4任一项所述的奶昔代餐系列食品,其特征在于,所述乳酸菌粉包括如下组分:鼠李糖杆菌S24、植物乳杆菌360、植物乳杆菌550、干酪乳杆菌10640、嗜酸乳杆菌11073,总菌含量≥109cfu/g。
