Abstract
本发明公开了一种控制体重的酵素益生菌粉,由以下质量份的原料制成:综合果蔬发酵粉1‑5份、蔬果植物酵素粉0.5‑5份、益生元10‑40份、水溶性膳食纤维10‑40份、益生菌0.1‑1份、果汁粉1‑40份。该发明能够很好地产生饱腹感,减少饮用者的进食欲望,含有脂肪分解酶,能够分解脂肪,实现控制体重的效果;同时能够改善肠道功能,促进肠道蠕动,缓解便秘,加快营养物质的吸收代谢,进一步提高控制体重的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及功能食品领域,特别涉及一种控制体重的酵素益生菌粉。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,餐桌上往往是高脂肪、高蛋白和高热量的食物。同时,现代生活节奏的加快,人群的运动量不足,或忙于应酬,饮食变得不规律。因此,肥胖人数不断增多。肥胖给人们的生活和工作带来很大的不便。不但如此,肥胖引起的很多并发症,例如:高血压、冠心病和各种心脑血管疾病、糖尿病和高脂血症、肥肺功能不全、脂肪肝、生殖一性功能不全等疾病正在吞噬着人们的健康。怎么样有效的控制体重?是当前一个比较热门的研究话题,肥胖是因为摄入的能量大于消耗而引多余的能量转化成脂肪堆积在体内。目前体重控制的方法有很多种。例如:通过运动,消耗体内积累的多余脂肪;通过抽脂手术来减少体内的积累的多余的皮下脂肪;饮用代餐粉或者一些功能性食品来代替正餐,通过减少摄入能量来使体重下降或者达到控制体重的目的等。但是这些方法都有缺点,通过运动来控制体重常人很难坚持;通过抽脂来减脂对身体性大;现有的很多代餐粉因为配比的问题,长期饮用容易造成营养不良,同时体重控制效果不明显,于是就有了酵素配合代餐来解决这些问题。目前市场中现有的果蔬自然发酵酵素粉缺乏脂肪分解酶,体重控制效果不理想;同时多数益生菌在胃部或胃肠道上端已经失活,不能在目标作用位点保持活性,对胃肠道作用不大。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供一种控制体重效果明显的酵素益生菌粉,该发明能够能够很好地产生饱腹感,减少饮用者的进食欲望,含有脂肪分解酶,能够分解脂肪,实现控制体重的效果;同时能够改善肠道功能,促进肠道蠕动,缓解便秘,加快营养物质的吸收代谢,进一步提高控制体重的效果。
一种控制体重的酵素益生菌粉,其特征在于,该酵素益生菌粉包括以下质量份成分:综合果蔬发酵粉1-5份,蔬果植物酵素粉0.5-5份,益生元10-40份,水溶性膳食纤维10-40份,益生菌0.1-1份,果汁粉1-40份。
优选的,所述益生元采用异麦芽低聚糖、低聚果糖、低聚木糖中的一种或几种。
优选的,所述益生菌采用嗜酸乳杆菌、嗜热双歧杆菌、乳球菌中的至少一种。
优选的,所述果汁粉采用蔓越莓果汁粉、蓝莓果汁粉、巴西莓果汁粉、针叶核桃果汁粉中的至少一种。
优选的,所述蔓越莓果汁粉的质量份为10-40份。
优选的,所述蓝莓果汁粉的质量份为5-30份。
优选的,所述巴西莓果汁粉的质量份为1-20份。
优选的,所述针叶核桃果汁粉的质量份为1-20份。
本发明另一方面在于提供一种如上述酵素益生菌的制备工艺,由该制备工艺得到的酵素益生菌粉具有较好的控制体重的效果。
一种控制体重的酵素益生菌粉的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:分别称取配方物料,备用;
步骤2:将步骤1称取的物料分别过40-60目筛;
步骤3:将步骤2过筛的物料置于二维运动混合机内混合均匀,分装,即可。
本发明的酵素益生菌粉,其包括酵素粉、益生元和益生菌、水溶性膳食纤维和果汁粉,其中水溶性膳食纤维能够很好地产生饱腹感,减少饮用者的进食欲望,实现体重控制的效果;同时酵素粉能够改善肠道功能,促进肠道蠕动,加快营养物质的吸收代谢,进一步提高体重控制的效果;益生元和益生菌相互配合,加快食物的分解吸收,促进肠道菌群的稳定,提高机体对于营养成分的吸收,平衡体重控制过程中的养分,避免因为体重控制而引起营养不良;还有缓解便秘,保证体重控制的效果。多种果汁粉的组合大大提高了口感,避免因为口感单一而引起饮用者的不适,同时果汁粉中含有的维生素和矿物质能够更好地完善营养成分。多种功能性原料复配,且各原料间具有协同作用,一款产品就能满足多种功能需求,加上高端莓果口味,能带来优良的体验感,大大降低消费者的消费成本。

本发明的酵素益生菌粉,按照质量份其原料包含1~5份综合果蔬发酵粉、0.5~5份蔬果植物酵素粉、10~40份益生元、10~40份水溶性膳食纤维、0.1~5份益生菌、1~40份果汁粉。具体的,综合果蔬发酵粉的质量份可为1份、1.2份、1.5份、1.8份、2份、2.3份、2.5份、3份、3.4份、3.8份、4份、4.5份、4.8份或5份等;蔬果植物酵素粉的质量份可为0.5份、0.65份、0.7份、1份、2份、2.3份、2.5份、3份、3.4份、3.8份、4份、4.5份、4.8份或5份等;益生元的质量份可为10份、12份、12.5份、13份、15份、20份、25份、28.5份、30份、35份、36.8份、38份、39份、39.8份或40份等;水溶性膳食纤维的质量份可为10份、12份、12.5份、13份、15份、20份、25份、28.5份、30份、35份、36.8份、38份、39份、39.8份或40份等;益生菌的质量份可为0.1份、0.5份、0.8份、0.95份、2份、2.3份、2.5份、3份、3.4份、3.8份、4份、4.5份、4.8份或5份等;果汁粉的质量份可为1份、3份、8.5份、10份、15份、20份、25份、28.5份、30份、35份、36.8份、38份、39份、39.8份或40份等。
上述综合果蔬发酵粉就是用菠萝、木瓜、蓝莓等果蔬以超滤浓缩及冷冻干燥等独特的高科技技术精制而成的酵素粉剂。其作用是:1)美容养颜,可以有效预防色斑形成、青春痘等皮肤问题,水润剔透,延缓衰老;2)活化细胞,酵素俗称“酶”,是一种具有催化活性的蛋白质。无论动物还是植物,一切生物的活动都需要酶的参与。人体也不例外,不仅每天所摄取食物的消化吸收、体内各器官的运作、细胞的新陈代谢离不开酶,而且分解进入体内的任何物质也需要酶的活动才能够完成;果蔬发酵粉中含有脂肪酶,脂肪酶能够加快脂肪代谢,加快体内脂肪消耗速率,有利于体重控制;3)降三高,调节人体新陈代谢,能有效降血压、血脂、血糖,预防肥胖;4)抗衰老、氧化,能提高身体的平衡和协调能力,有效抵抗衰老,调节女性生理机能,平衡女性荷尔蒙。本发明中果蔬发酵粉可优选为美国NEC生产的GDE(含n.zimes PATM)综合消化发酵粉,其由拥有80余年历史的美国NEC酵素公司针对亚洲人群饮食习惯研发,并经荷兰国家应用科学研究院“人体肠道模拟实验(TIM)”验证有效性,此酵素经过多年的市场检验和品质认证,含有脂肪酶,脂肪酶能够加快脂肪代谢,加快体内脂肪消耗速率,有利于体重控制,能够很好地改善便秘,增加各种营养素的吸收,帮助胃肠道的整体健康,含有Prebiotic成份可增加有益肠道菌生长,增强体力、提高免疫力。
上述蔬果植物酵素粉指的是从多种植物、水果和种子中取得的含有多种可食用酵素,是用酵素原液加入小麦粉之类,使其凝固吸附而成。含有叶绿素、多种天然维生素、矿物质和微量元素等,实质是一种生物水解酶类物质,其主要作用是:1)调理胃肠,改善消化吸收,增强体质;2)增强免疫力,提高抵抗力,消炎杀菌;3)消除自由基,延缓衰老、防癌和养颜美容;4)控制体重,酵素粉,可以增进机体消化功能的进行,促进脂肪、淀粉、蛋白质的代谢,改善因营养过剩所引起的肥胖。本发明中蔬果植物酵素粉可优选为大汉酵素,此酵素是经过微生物酦酵技术(MSF)专业制程,经由4阶段植入12株活菌长达540天(约1年半)以上酦酵熟成,让蔬果的有益成分,透过优势菌种不断进行分解,最终成为人体易吸收的9大活性精华,不只包含“酵素(Enzyme)”,还包含有人体无法自行合成的“植化素”、“矿物质”、“必需胺基酸”、“蔬果多酚”、“维生素”等许多重要成分,用以提供细胞所需要的关键营养素,在控制体内堆积脂肪的过程中还能提供其他的营养成分。
上述益生元是指一种膳食补充剂,通过选择性的刺激一种或少数种菌落中的细菌的生长与活性而对寄主产生有益的影响从而改善寄主健康的不可被消化的食品成分。益生元具有以下几个方面作用:1)增加肠蠕动,减少便秘;2)预防肠道感染,抑制腹泻;3)促进钙的吸收利用,减少骨质疏松症的发病率;4)降低甘油三酯和胆固醇含量,减少动脉粥样硬化和心血管疾病;5)缓解胰岛素拮抗,减少肥胖症和2型糖尿病;6)减少癌症的发病率。
益生元主要包括各种寡糖类物质(Oligosaccharides)或称低聚糖(由2~10个分子单糖组成),更概括的说法是功能性低聚糖。低聚糖优选为低聚木糖,是由2-7个木糖分子以β-1,4糖苷键结合而成的功能性聚合糖。双歧杆菌利用低聚木糖,产生大量的短链脂肪酸;能刺激肠道蠕动,增加粪便湿润度,并保持一定的渗透压,从而防止便秘发生。因为肥胖人群多存在便秘的问题,会影响体重控制的效果。而低聚木糖可以缓解便秘,有利于体重控制,同时增加体重控制人群的信心。与通常人们所用的大豆低聚糖、低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖等相比具有独特的优势,它可以选择性地促进肠道双歧杆菌的增殖活性,其双歧因子功能是其它聚合糖类的10-20倍。其在人体内稳定性好,难以被消化酶消化;其有效摄入量要低于其他低聚糖,例如低聚果糖5.0-20.0g/天、低聚半乳糖8.0-10.0g/天、大豆低聚糖3.0-10.0g/天、异麦芽低聚糖15.0-20.0g/天;低聚木糖每日摄取的有效剂量:0.7-1.4g/天。
上述水溶性膳食纤维水溶性膳食纤维是指不能被人体消化且能溶于水的碳水化合物。水溶性膳食纤维可以防治便秘,利于体重控制,预防结肠和直肠癌,防治痔疮,降低血脂,预防冠心病,改善糖尿病症状,改善口腔及牙齿功能。本发明水溶性膳食纤维可优选为日本松谷膳食纤维。日本松谷膳食纤维:是以天然植物为原料,具有明显的生理机能效果,其能改善脂质代谢,且具有促进矿物质吸收的作用,高膳食纤维含量、低卡路里、低粘度、高精度;耐酸性强、透明度高、溶解性高、耐热性好、安定性好,饱腹效果好,能减少能量摄入,从而更好地进行体重控制。
上述益生菌(Probiotics)是一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,是定植于人体肠道、生殖***内,能产生确切健康功效从而改善宿主微生态平衡、发挥对肠道有益作用的活性有益微生物的总称。人体、动物体内有益的细菌或真菌主要有:酪酸梭菌、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌等。本发明的益生菌可优选为Rosell-11鼠李糖乳杆菌,属于乳杆菌属,是人体正常菌群之一,肠道黏着率高,定植能力强,并具有高效降胆固醇,促进细胞***,可起到调节肠道菌群、预防和治疗腹泻、排除毒素、预防龋齿、提高机体免疫力及抗癌等重要的生理保健功能。益生元与益生菌强强联合,共同调解人体肠道及***微生态***。
上述果汁粉是蔓越莓果汁粉、蓝莓果汁粉、巴西莓果汁粉、针叶樱桃果汁粉等纯天然植物果实经过冻干处理的冻干粉,很好的将果实中的营养成分保留了下来,风味纯正,味道酸甜,无副作用,符合大众饮食习惯,便于饮用者轻松的长期坚持食用。
以上综合果蔬发酵粉、蔬果植物酵素粉、益生元、水溶性膳食纤维、益生菌、果汁粉多种功能性原料复配,且各原料间具有协同作用,能够产生较强的饱腹感,以减少使用者的进食欲望,从而达到预防肥胖;同时,四者还具有调理肠胃之功效。
本发明的酵素益生菌的制备工艺,是将各原料混合而成,至于混合的方式和混合的时间等工艺参数以混合所达到均匀为目的。另外,混合中的对各原料的加料顺序,可以根据实际生产情况作选择,于此不再详述。
下面介绍本发酵素益生菌粉的食用方法。
以10g/袋做成小包装,每天1次,每次1袋,儿童减半。餐前或晚睡前,每次取本品1袋(10克)倒入200-250毫升40℃左右温水中,搅拌均匀后饮用,即冲即饮。注意事项:水温40℃左右时,酵素活性最佳,高于50℃会破坏酵素活性。

将各原料分别过40~60目筛。将所有物料置于二维运动混合机内混合均匀,分装,即可。
实施例2
首先配比各原料,具体为(按照质量份):1.2份综合果蔬发酵粉(GDE)、0.65份蔬果植物酵素粉(大汉酵素)、12份益生元(低聚木糖)、12份水溶性膳食纤维(日本松谷水溶性膳食纤维)、0.5份益生菌(Rosell-11鼠李糖乳杆菌)、2份果汁粉(0.5份蔓越莓果汁粉、0.5份蓝莓果汁粉、0.5份巴西莓果汁粉、0.5份针叶核桃果汁粉)。
将各原料分别过40~60目筛。将所有物料置于二维运动混合机内混合均匀,分装,即可。
实施例3
首先配比各原料,具体为(按照质量份):2份综合果蔬发酵粉(GDE)、2.5份蔬果植物酵素粉(大汉酵素)、15份益生元(低聚木糖)、15份水溶性膳食纤维(日本松谷水溶性膳食纤维)、0.8份益生菌(Rosell-11鼠李糖乳杆菌)4份果汁粉(1份蔓越莓果汁粉、1份蓝莓果汁粉、1份巴西莓果汁粉、1份针叶核桃果汁粉)。
将各原料分别过40~60目筛。将所有物料置于二维运动混合机内混合均匀,分装,即可。
实施例4
首先配比各原料,具体为(按照质量份):3份综合果蔬发酵粉(GDE)、3份蔬果植物酵素粉(大汉酵素)、20份益生元(低聚木糖)、20份水溶性膳食纤维(日本松谷水溶性膳食纤维)、1份益生菌(Rosell-11鼠李糖乳杆菌)、2份果汁粉(0.5份蔓越莓果汁粉、0.5份蓝莓果汁粉、0.5份巴西莓果汁粉、0.5份针叶核桃果汁粉)。
将各原料分别过40~60目筛。将所有物料置于二维运动混合机内混合均匀,分装,即可。
本发明的酵素益生菌粉具有以下优势:

由于本发明中所涉及的各工艺参数的数值范围在上述实施例中不可能全部体现,但本领域的技术人员完全可以想象到只要落入上述该数值范围内的任何数值均可实施本发明,当然也包括若干项数值范围内具体值的任意组合。此处,出于篇幅的考虑,省略了给出某一项或多项数值范围内具体值的实施例,此不应当视为本发明的技术方案的公开不充分。

1.一种控制体重的酵素益生菌粉,其特征在于,酵素益生菌粉包括以下质量份成分:综合果蔬发酵粉1-5份、蔬果植物酵素粉0.5-5份、益生元10-40份、水溶性膳食纤维10-40份、益生菌0.1-1份、果汁粉1-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控制体重的酵素益生菌粉,其特征在于:所述益生元采用异麦芽低聚糖、低聚果糖、低聚木糖、低聚半乳糖中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的控制体重的酵素益生菌粉,其特征在于:所述益生菌采用嗜酸乳杆菌、嗜热双歧杆菌、乳球菌中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的控制体重的酵素益生菌粉,其特征在于:所述果汁粉采用蔓越莓果汁粉、蓝莓果汁粉、巴西莓果汁粉、针叶核桃果汁粉中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的控制体重的酵素益生菌粉,其特征在于:所述蔓越莓果汁粉的质量份为10-40份。
6.根据权利要求4所述的控制体重的酵素益生菌粉,其特征在于:所述蓝莓果汁粉的质量份为5-30份。
7.根据权利要求4所述的控制体重的酵素益生菌粉,其特征在于:所述巴西莓果汁粉的质量份为1-20份。
8.根据权利要求4所述的控制体重的酵素益生菌粉,其特征在于:所述针叶核桃果汁粉的质量份为1-20份。
9.一种制备权利要求1~5所述的控制体重的酵素益生菌粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:分别称取配方物料,备用;
步骤2:将步骤1称取的所有物料分别过40-60目筛;
步骤3:将步骤2过筛的所有物料置于二维运动混合机内混合均匀,分装,即可。
