The invention discloses a pet food containing highland barley rice koji and a production process thereof according to the defects of the prior art. The invention aims to provide a pet food formula containing highland barley rice koji prepared in the early stage and a production process thereof.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention firstly discloses a pet food containing highland barley rice koji, which is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
25-50 parts of intensified fermented highland barley powder, 20-30 parts of animal meat, 10-20 parts of plant ingredients, 0-5 parts of eggs, 0-1 part of compound vitamins, 1-2.5 parts of nutrition enhancers, 1-2 parts of thickeners, 0.5 part of flavoring agents, 0-5 parts of probiotic powder, 0-5 parts of grease and 10-15 parts of purified water;
wherein the intensified fermented highland barley powder is prepared by mixing 10-30 parts of yak bone peptide powder and 70-90 parts of fermented highland barley powder.
The highland barley rice koji pet food further has the functions of supplementing calcium and enhancing nutrition, and is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of intensified fermented highland barley powder, 15 parts of chicken, 15 parts of dried small fish, 10 parts of peanut powder, 5 parts of eggs, 1 part of compound vitamin, 1 part of nutrition enhancer, 1 part of thickening agent, 0.5 part of flavoring agent and 12.5 parts of purified water.
The highland barley rice koji pet food further has the functions of conditioning intestinal tracts and enhancing calcium, and is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25 parts of intensified fermented highland barley powder, 20 parts of animal meat, 20 parts of plant ingredients, 1 part of compound vitamin, 1.5 parts of a nutrition enhancer, 2 parts of a thickening agent, 0.5 part of a flavoring agent, 5 parts of probiotic powder, 5 parts of oil and 10-15 parts of purified water.
The invention also discloses a production process of the pet food containing the highland barley koji, which comprises the following steps:
A. preparing fermented highland barley powder, taking highland barley and coarse cereals as raw materials, inoculating highland barley koji, and fermenting to obtain fermented highland barley powder;
B. adding yak bone peptide powder, namely adding yak bone peptide powder into the fermented highland barley powder prepared in the step A to obtain calcium-enhanced fermented highland barley powder;
C. and C, preparing the highland barley rice koji pet food, namely taking the strengthened fermented highland barley powder prepared in the step B as an ingredient, adding other ingredient components, and preparing the highland barley rice koji pet food by crushing, extruding, forming, drying and demolding.
The preparation of the fermented highland barley powder in the step A takes highland barley and soybean as raw materials, and the mass ratio is 2: 1, mixing, crushing for 20-40 meshes, adding highland barley rice yeast powder accounting for 15-30 wt% of the total weight, adding water to adjust the water content to 45-65 wt%, putting the highland barley rice yeast powder into a tray, fermenting the highland barley rice yeast powder in a fermentation chamber at the fermentation temperature of 30-50 ℃ for 3-7 days, after the fermentation is finished, drying the highland barley rice yeast powder in vacuum until the water content is 3-10 wt%, crushing and sieving the highland barley rice yeast powder to obtain the fermented highland barley powder. The highland barley rice koji is preferably prepared by the method of patent No. 201610221441.3.
The preparation method of the yak bone peptide powder in the step B comprises the following steps;
(1) crushing 100 parts by weight of the remainder yak bones or other ox bones processed by the meat product factory to be less than 5cm, putting the crushed bones in a cooking pot, adding water, heating and cooking at the temperature of 100-120 ℃ for 1.0-1.5 h;
(2) cooling to 55 ℃ after cooking, adding 0.2 weight part of papain and 0.3 weight part of alkaline protease, and hydrolyzing for 2.0-3.0 h; then heating to 90 ℃, and maintaining for 15min to inactivate enzyme;
(3) centrifuging and collecting filtrate, concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure to 0.35 weight part, adding 2-3 weight parts of maltodextrin, and spray drying to obtain peptide powder;
(4) drying the filter residue crushed bone at 120 ℃ for 2.0h, cooling, crushing and sieving by a 80-mesh sieve to obtain bone powder, and mixing the bone powder with bone peptide to prepare yak bone peptide powder;
(5) mixing the fermented highland barley powder and yak bone peptide powder to obtain the calcium-enhanced fermented highland barley powder.
Based on the nutritive value of the highland barley rice koji, through the nutritional design and market trend of pet food, the raw material formula of the pet food which has good palatability for pets, good absorption and low irritation in pet bodies, has the effects of enhancing the activity of animal intestinal tissues, supplementing calcium, and reducing the morbidity of animals such as animal DCM is developed, and corresponding products are prepared.
The applicant has developed a highland barley rice koji, a highland barley rice koji product and a preparation method thereof by adopting food microorganisms such as aspergillus oryzae and lactobacillus, and the like, and has obtained the national patent authorization (ZL 201610221441.3).
The invention further expands the application of the highland barley rice koji based on the highland barley rice koji prepared by the method of Chinese patent 201610221441.3 and exerts the functions of the highland barley rice koji in pet food. The highland barley koji is a primary product obtained by fermenting aspergillus oryzae and probiotics, contains various specific biological enzymes of aspergillus oryzae, and can further degrade macromolecular nutrient substances in highland barley and release active substances by utilizing the biological activities of the biological enzymes and the probiotics, so that the nutritive value of highland barley is improved. Such as amylase, protease, lipase and the like produced by aspergillus oryzae, which is helpful for degrading various nutritional ingredients such as protein, fat, starch and the like contained in the aspergillus oryzae into small molecular sugar, peptide, amino acid, unsaturated fatty acid and the like, so as to be beneficial to the absorption of animals.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following detailed description, which is intended to further illustrate the principles of the invention and is not intended to limit the invention in any way, but is equivalent or analogous to the present invention without departing from its scope.
Example 1
And (4) preparing fermented highland barley powder.
Selecting highland barley and soybean according to the proportion of 2: 1, mixing and crushing into 20 meshes. Taking 80kg of the mixed and crushed materials, and adding 20kg (the addition amount is 20%) of highland barley rice yeast powder prepared according to the process of a patent publication (ZL 201610221441.3); 80kg of purified water is slowly mixed into the materials, and the materials are uniformly mixed and then loaded into a tray, wherein the loading thickness is 8 cm. Placing the mixture into a clean fermentation chamber, fermenting for 7 days at the room temperature of 35-28 ℃, and properly turning over materials every day to keep the materials on the upper layer and the lower layer in a good fermentation state. After fermentation, vacuum drying is carried out until the water content is less than 8%, and the crushing fineness is more than 40 meshes, so as to obtain the fermented highland barley powder (FBP).
Example 2
Preparing the calcium-fortified highland barley powder.
100kg of yak bones or other ox bones which are remainders after being processed in a meat product factory are crushed to be less than 5cm, the crushed yak bones or other ox bones are placed in a 1.5M3 cooking pot, water is added to 1.2M3, the mixture is heated and cooked, the temperature is controlled to be 100-120 ℃, and the temperature is kept for 1.0-1.5 hours. Cooling to 55 ℃, adding 200g of papain and 300g of alkaline protease, and hydrolyzing for 2.0-3.0 h. Then heating to 90 deg.C, maintaining for 15min to inactivate enzyme. And (3) centrifuging to collect filtrate, concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure to 350kg, adding a small amount of maltodextrin (2-3 kg), and spray-drying to obtain about 25kg of peptide powder. And (3) drying the filter residue which is broken bones at 120 ℃ for 2.0h, cooling, crushing the broken bones by a hammer mill to obtain 35kg of bone powder, and mixing the bone powder and bone peptide to obtain the yak bone peptide powder. Mixing 80 parts of fermented highland barley powder (FBP) and 20 parts of bone peptide powder to obtain calcium-enhanced fermented highland barley powder (FBP-Ca).
Example 3
A highland barley rice koji pet food formula for supplementing calcium and enhancing nutrition and a preparation process thereof.
FBP-Ca is used as an ingredient, and chicken, dried small fish, peanut powder, edible gum, a flavoring agent and the like are added according to the formula in the table 1. Extruding by a screw extruder to fully mix and bond the ingredients, and passing through a granulating disc after extrusion to form particles with the size of 3-5 mm. Drying the granules at 105 ℃ for 2.5h until the water content is lower than 6%. Or further pressing the granular materials into food with specific shape according to different animal preferences.

Example 4
A formula and a process of highland barley rice koji pet food for conditioning intestinal tracts and enhancing calcium.
Because probiotics are required to be added in the formula, the process considers that the probiotics can not bear high temperature, and the preparation is carried out by adopting a later-stage adding and low-temperature forming process.
FBP-Ca is used as an ingredient, other ingredients except probiotic powder and oil are added according to a formula shown in a table 2, and water is properly added (10-15%), so that the subsequent extrusion operation obtains a better effect. And (3) granulating after extrusion, drying according to the process of example 3, adding probiotic powder and grease according to the proportion shown in the table 2 after drying, appropriately crushing to make the mixture uniform, carrying out extrusion molding according to requirements, and carrying out vacuum drying at the temperature lower than 60 ℃ to remove redundant water.

Example 5
Test on calcium strengthening effect of the highland barley rice koji pet food.
For the highland barley rice koji pet foods in the embodiment 2 and the embodiment 3, animal tests are carried out by mice, the apparent absorption rate of calcium in the feed and the calcium content in thighbone are measured, 6 animals are taken freely, and the feeding time is 30 days. The feed adopted by the contrast is the formula of the example 2 without highland barley rice yeast powder.
Claims (6)
1. A pet food containing highland barley rice koji is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight:
25-50 parts of intensified fermented highland barley powder, 20-30 parts of animal meat, 10-20 parts of plant ingredients, 0-5 parts of eggs, 0-1 part of compound vitamins, 1-2.5 parts of nutrition enhancers, 1-2 parts of thickeners, 0.5 part of flavoring agents, 0-5 parts of probiotic powder, 0-5 parts of grease and 10-15 parts of purified water;
wherein the intensified fermented highland barley powder is prepared by mixing 10-30 parts of yak bone peptide powder and 70-90 parts of fermented highland barley powder.
2. The pet food comprising highland barley koji as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of intensified fermented highland barley powder, 15 parts of chicken, 15 parts of dried small fish, 10 parts of peanut powder, 5 parts of eggs, 1 part of compound vitamin, 1 part of nutrition enhancer, 1 part of thickening agent, 0.5 part of flavoring agent and 12.5 parts of purified water.

The pet food comprising highland barley koji as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25 parts of intensified fermented highland barley powder, 20 parts of animal meat, 20 parts of plant ingredients, 1 part of compound vitamin, 1.5 parts of a nutrition enhancer, 2 parts of a thickening agent, 0.5 part of a flavoring agent, 5 parts of probiotic powder, 5 parts of oil and 10-15 parts of purified water.

A production process of pet food containing highland barley rice koji is characterized in that: the production comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight, namely the pet food comprising the highland barley rice koji as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 3, and comprises the following steps:
A. preparing fermented highland barley powder, taking highland barley and coarse cereals as raw materials, inoculating highland barley koji, and fermenting to obtain fermented highland barley powder;
B. adding yak bone peptide powder, namely adding yak bone peptide powder into the fermented highland barley powder prepared in the step A to obtain calcium-enhanced fermented highland barley powder;
C. and C, preparing the highland barley rice koji pet food, namely taking the strengthened fermented highland barley powder prepared in the step B as an ingredient, adding other ingredient components, and preparing the highland barley rice koji pet food by crushing, extruding, forming, drying and demolding.

The process for producing pet food comprising highland barley koji as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the preparation of the fermented highland barley powder in the step A takes highland barley and soybean as raw materials, and the mass ratio is 2: 1, mixing, crushing for 20-40 meshes, adding highland barley rice yeast powder accounting for 15-30 wt% of the total weight, adding water to adjust the water content to 45-65 wt%, putting the highland barley rice yeast powder into a tray, fermenting the highland barley rice yeast powder in a fermentation chamber at the fermentation temperature of 30-50 ℃ for 3-7 days, after the fermentation is finished, drying the highland barley rice yeast powder in vacuum until the water content is 3-10 wt%, crushing and sieving the highland barley rice yeast powder to obtain the fermented highland barley powder.
6. The process for producing pet food comprising highland barley koji as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the preparation method of the yak bone peptide powder in the step B comprises the following steps;

(3) centrifuging and collecting filtrate, concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure to 0.35 weight part, adding 2-3 weight parts of maltodextrin, and spray drying to obtain peptide powder;
(4) drying the filter residue crushed bone at 120 ℃ for 2.0h, cooling, crushing and sieving by a 80-mesh sieve to obtain bone powder, and mixing the bone powder with bone peptide to prepare yak bone peptide powder;
(5) mixing the fermented highland barley powder and yak bone peptide powder to obtain the calcium-enhanced fermented highland barley powder.
