Abstract
本发明提供了一种保育猪饲料及其制备方法和应用。饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米43~54份,次粉4.8~6.6份,豆粕14~23份,膨化大豆3~13份,鱼粉2.5~3.5份,乳清粉4~6份,豆油1~2份,白糖2~3份,葡萄糖2~3份,柠檬酸0.2~0.8份,苯甲酸0.15~0.25份以及核心料3~5份。制备方法包括将玉米和豆粕粉碎,然后将除核心料以外的原料混合均匀,然后第一次制粒,冷却后再粉碎,得到初饲料;将初饲料与核心料混合后第二次制粒,得到保育猪饲料。本发明的饲料用于保育猪,能够提高保育猪的采食量,促进生长,提高保育猪的免疫能力,减少保育猪的腹泻,改善保育猪的肠道健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及猪饲料制备领域,更具体地讲,涉及一种保育猪饲料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
保育猪通常指自仔猪断奶至在保育床饲养结束这个阶段的仔猪,具有生长发育快、对疾病的易感性高等特点,需要精心喂养。在喂养阶段,除了注意环境卫生及适时转栏分群喂养外,由于保育猪的消化***发育不完善,还需要特别注意饲料的营养及原料组成。在断奶后仔猪开始采食颗粒饲料后,由于仔猪肠道发育不完善,遇到较大的应激,容易引起拉稀、腹泻等情况。
目前,很多养殖者为了防止仔猪腹泻,提高仔猪的生长速度,在饲料中长期大量添加高剂量的抗生素、高铜、高锌和高剂量的砷制剂。虽然添加高剂量的抗生素等能起到促进仔猪生长、控制疾病的作用,但是长期使用会对仔猪在保育后期或者小猪阶段产生生长缓慢、抗病力低等负面作用。
因此,亟需设计一种营养好且消化率均高的保育猪饲料,以适应其消化道的变化,降低仔猪阶段的发病率,促进仔猪生长,保护仔猪肠道,提高仔猪免疫力。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明的目的之一在于解决上述现有技术中存在的一个或多个问题。例如,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种能够促进保育猪快速生长的同时不会损坏仔猪消化***的保育猪饲料。
本发明的一方面提供了一种保育猪饲料,可以由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米43~54份,次粉4.8~6.6份,豆粕14~23份,膨化大豆3~13份,鱼粉2.5~3.5份,乳清粉4~6份,豆油1~2份,白糖2~3份,葡萄糖2~3份,柠檬酸0.2~0.8份,苯甲酸0.15~0.25份以及核心料3~5份,其中,核心料包括以下重量份的原料:石粉10~15份,食盐5~10份,磷酸氢钙20~28份,痢乐宝3~4.5份,氧化锌1~1.5份,微量元素1~1.8份,碱式氯化铜0.25~0.7份,复合多维1~1.6份,赖氨酸7~12份,蛋氨酸2~3份,苏氨酸3~4.5份,植酸酶0.1~0.4份,TP-100酶2~3份,甜味剂0.5~1.3份,香味剂0.6~1.5份,红亮0.5~1.1份,丁酸杆菌0.3~0.9份,神力康3~7份,颖肽二号1~1.6份,抗氧化剂0.5~1.1份,脱霉剂1~1.6份,氯化胆碱1.4~2.5份,统糠4~6份,沸石粉6~10份,防霉剂1.8~3.0份。
本发明的另一方面提供了一种保育猪饲料制备方法,可以包括以下步骤:将按以上质量份将玉米和豆粕粉碎;按质量份将粉碎的玉米和豆粕,与次粉、膨化大豆、鱼粉、乳清粉、豆油、白糖、葡萄糖、柠檬酸以及苯甲酸混合均匀,第一次制粒,冷却后粉碎,得到初饲料;将初饲料与核心料混合后第二次制粒,得到保育猪饲料。
本发明的再一方面提供了一种保育猪饲料在保育猪饲养中的应用,在制备用于增强保育猪免疫力和/或降低腹泻率产品中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果至少包含以下中的至少一项:
(1)本发明的饲料用于保育猪,能够提高保育猪的采食量,促进生长,提高保育猪的免疫能力,减少保育猪的腹泻,改善保育猪的肠道健康;
(2)本发明的饲料未使用抗生素,能够有效的维护保育猪肠道的微生态平衡,无抗药性,绿色、安全;
(3)本发明的制备方法采用两次粉碎、两次制粒的加工工艺,可有效的提高原料混合的均匀度,提高了饲料的适口性和吸收率;
(4)本发明的制备方法生产效率高,产量高。

在下文中,将结合示例性实施例详细地描述根据本发明的保育猪饲料及其制备方法和应用。
本发明的一方面提供了一种保育猪饲料,在本发明的保育猪饲料的一个示例性实施例中,保育猪饲料可以由以下重量份的原料组成:
玉米43~54份,次粉4.8~6.6份,豆粕14~23份,膨化大豆3~13份,鱼粉2.5~3.5份,乳清粉4~6份,豆油1~2份,白糖2~3份,葡萄糖2~3份,柠檬酸0.2~0.8份,苯甲酸0.15~0.25份以及核心料3~5份,其中,
核心料可以包括以下重量份的原料:
石粉10~15份,食盐5~10份,磷酸氢钙20~28份,痢乐宝3~4.5份,氧化锌1~1.5份,微量元素1~1.8份,碱式氯化铜0.25~0.7份,复合多维1~1.6份,赖氨酸7~12份,蛋氨酸2~3份,苏氨酸3~4.5份,植酸酶0.1~0.4份,TP-100酶2~3份,甜味剂0.5~1.3份,香味剂0.6~1.5份,红亮0.5~1.1份,丁酸杆菌0.3~0.9份,神力康3~7份,颖肽二号1~1.6份,抗氧化剂0.5~1.1份,脱霉剂1~1.6份,氯化胆碱1.4~2.5份,统糠4~6份,沸石粉6~10份,防霉剂1.8~3.0份。
本发明的保育猪饲料主要成分为玉米,能够为仔猪的生长提供能量。豆粕是主要的植物性蛋白,因豆粕具有蛋白高,氨基酸平衡,适口性好而具有不可替代性。采用上述质量份的玉米能够为保育猪提供充足的能量,并且上述成分的玉米粗纤维含量适中,保育猪容易消化。但由于玉米中的蛋白质含量少,而豆粕是很好的蛋白饲料。通过加入上述质量份的豆粕与玉米相互配合使用,能够保证饲料提供足够多能量的同时,确保有足量的蛋白质。进一步地,豆粕可以为43%的豆粕。
次粉中的蛋白质含量在14%~15%,猪消化能近似玉米,并且氨基酸含量是玉米的2~3倍,含有大量的微量元素和维生素,并且次粉采购方便,价格低。由于玉米的氨基酸平衡差,必须氨基酸含量低,因此,需要加入上述质量份的次粉与玉米搭配使用。
膨化大豆保留了大豆本身的营养物质,蛋白质变性,淀粉糊化,脂肪外露富含油脂,氨基酸平衡,且高温高压杀死了病菌,是具有极高营养价值的常用蛋白原料。
鱼粉复富含高质量的蛋白质。
乳清粉有很好的消化性,且含有很多功能性组分,能够提高仔猪的消化能力,对仔猪的生长和健康有利。在本发明含量配比的乳清粉加入下能够降低仔猪胃肠道的pH值,促进乳酸杆菌的增殖,抑制有害菌的数量,减少下痢的发生。
豆油含有丰富的亚油酸,能够提高仔猪的活力。
柠檬酸能够合理减低动物消化道pH值,改善消化道微生物区系,抑制有害菌的生长,预防仔猪腹泻,提高营养成分的消化率及提高仔猪的免疫力。
苯甲酸作为防霉剂能够防止饲料霉变。
本发明以玉米、次粉、豆油等作为易吸收的高能来源物质为原料,能够为保育猪提供易吸收、高能量的能量来源。
本发明采用上述质量份的豆粕、膨化大豆、发酵豆粕、鱼粉能够为保育猪提供丰富的蛋白质。膨化大豆淀粉糊化度达40-50%,油细胞破裂,使其更容易接触脂肪酶,从而增加能量利用率,也使游离脂肪酸含量增加,降低胰蛋白酶抑制因子的含量,能够大大降低了仔猪腹泻、提高生产性能。
在本发明的核心料中,石粉是仔猪的补钙剂,主要成分是碳酸钙。磷酸氢钙主要为畜禽配合饲料提供磷、钙等矿物质营养,能增强仔猪的抗病耐寒能力,对仔猪的白痢症、瘫疾症有防治作用。赖氨酸、蛋氨酸以及苏氨酸为动物蛋白质营养核心。蛋氨酸、赖氨酸是代谢蛋白中的限制性氨基酸,是动物增重的主要限制性氨基酸。在饲料中添加合适配比的赖氨酸,使其有效地通过动物消化***,被机体高效吸收、利用。苏氨酸是一种重要的营养强化剂,可以促进动物生长,提高机体免疫机能。在核心料中,通过设置赖氨酸7~12份、蛋氨酸2~3份以及苏氨酸3~4.5份的合理配比,能够降低保育猪因免疫因素及胃肠道微生物菌群等变化而出现的腹泻。氯化胆碱可增强畜禽的体质和抗病能力,促进生长发育,提高氨基酸的利用率。当然,在本发明的核心料中还可以加入其它的一些物质,例如氨基酸、木聚糖酶等。
进一步地,痢乐宝可以为奥格生物技术(上海)有限公司生产的痢乐宝,例如,还可以为奥格生物技术(上海)有限公司生产的新型痢乐宝。
进一步地,微量元素可以包括钙、铁、硒和锌。当然,微量元素还可以包括锰、铜等在保育猪饲料中常用添加的微量元素。微量元素在代谢中起重要作用,是畜禽体内重要结构物质,可调节体液,维持血液的酸碱平衡,影响其他物质在畜禽体内的溶解度。微量元素之间的质量比可以为设定值或经验值。
进一步地,复合多维可以为DSM536。
进一步地,碱式氯化铜可以为58%碱式氯化铜(铜含量为58%)。
进一步地,赖氨酸可以为98%赖氨酸。

进一步地,玉米可以使用1级东北玉米。玉米的容重可以在710g/L以上,杂质可以在1%以下,呕吐毒素可以小于1000ppb,赤霉烯酮毒素可以小于100ppb,黄曲霉毒素可以小于20ppb。例如,玉米的容重为820g/L,杂质为0.5%,呕吐毒素800ppb,赤霉烯酮毒素70ppb,黄曲霉毒素15ppb。
本发明的另一方面提供了一种制备上述保育猪饲料的方法。在本发明的保育猪饲料制备方法的一个示例性实施例中,包括:
步骤1,按质量份将玉米和豆粕粉碎。
步骤2,按质量份将粉碎的玉米和豆粕,与次粉、膨化大豆、鱼粉、乳清粉、豆油、白糖、葡萄糖、柠檬酸以及苯甲酸混合均匀,第一次制粒,冷却后粉碎,得到初饲料。
步骤3,将初饲料与核心料混合后第二次制粒,得到保育猪饲料。
进一步地,步骤1中,将玉米和豆粕粉碎可以采用1.0~2.0MM筛片粉碎。优选地,为了便于第一次制粒得到原料混合均匀的颗粒,可以采用1.5MM筛片粉碎。
进一步地,第一次制粒的温度不小于90℃,且冷却后可以采用1.0~2.0MM1.5MM筛片粉碎再粉碎,例如,1.5MM筛片粉碎。例如,第一次制粒的温度为100℃。

为了更好地理解本发明的上述示例性实施例,下面结合具体示例对其进行进一步说明。
示例1~示例3按照表1中的原料组分进行配比。

上述示例1与示例3中所使用的各组分原料均来自相同的厂家。上述示例1~示例3的制备方法均是将玉米和豆粕采用1.5MM的筛片粉碎后,将粉碎后的玉米和豆粕,与次粉、膨化大豆、鱼粉、乳清粉、豆油、白糖、葡萄糖、柠檬酸以及苯甲酸混合均匀,在95℃条件下制粒,冷却后采用1.5MM筛片粉碎,然后在58℃条件下制粒,制粒环模孔径为3.0mm,压缩比为1:6。
选取体重、日龄接近的仔猪100头,随机分为4组,每组25头。设置对照组1,对照组1选取市售保育猪饲料,示例1~3分别喂食上述示例1~示例3中的配方饲料。示例1~3以及对照组1均喂食同样重量的饲料。试验期为5周,记录仔猪的采食量、日增重和腹泻率(腹泻的仔猪与每组总数量的比值),其结果如表2所示。

从表2可以看出,与对照组相比,使用本发明的保育猪饲料,仔猪的平均日增重量、平均采食量均有所改善,腹泻率降低明显,抵抗力得到明显的增强。通过上述示例2的优选配方,仔猪的平均日增重量、平均采食量有进一步的提升。
基于上述示例2中的组分配比,组分不变,仅是改变赖氨酸、蛋氨酸以及苏氨酸的配比,设置对照组2、对照组3以及对照组4。同样选取体重、日龄接近的仔猪75头,随机分为3组,每组25头,分别对应对照组2~4。
示例2:按质量份,赖氨酸:蛋氨酸:苏氨酸=10:2.5:3.8。
对照组2:按质量份,赖氨酸:蛋氨酸:苏氨酸=6:1:2。
对照组3:按质量份,赖氨酸:蛋氨酸:苏氨酸=13:4:6。
对照组4:按质量份,赖氨酸:蛋氨酸:苏氨酸=8:2.5:7。

从上表3中可以看出,在本发明设置的质量份赖氨酸7~12份,蛋氨酸2~3份,苏氨酸3~4.5份中的示例2所对应的仔猪腹泻率较低,如果未在上述限定的质量份范围内,腹泻率会有所提高,抑制腹泻的效果会降低。
尽管上面已经通过结合示例性实施例描述了本发明,但是本领域技术人员应该清楚,在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下,可对本发明的示例性实施例进行各种修改和改变。
Claims (10)
1.一种保育猪饲料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:
玉米43~54份,次粉4.8~6.6份,豆粕14~23份,膨化大豆3~13份,鱼粉2.5~3.5份,乳清粉4~6份,豆油1~2份,白糖2~3份,葡萄糖2~3份,柠檬酸0.2~0.8份,苯甲酸0.15~0.25份以及核心料3~5份,其中,
核心料包括以下重量份的原料:
石粉10~15份,食盐5~10份,磷酸氢钙20~28份,痢乐宝3~4.5份,氧化锌1~1.5份,微量元素1~1.8份,碱式氯化铜0.25~0.7份,复合多维1~1.6份,赖氨酸7~12份,蛋氨酸2~3份,苏氨酸3~4.5份,植酸酶0.1~0.4份,TP-100酶2~3份,甜味剂0.5~1.3份,香味剂0.6~1.5份,红亮0.5~1.1份,丁酸杆菌0.3~0.9份,神力康3~7份,颖肽二号1~1.6份,抗氧化剂0.5~1.1份,脱霉剂1~1.6份,氯化胆碱1.4~2.5份,统糠4~6份,沸石粉6~10份,防霉剂1.8~3.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保育猪饲料,其特征在于,保育饲料由以下重量份的原料组成:
玉米45份,次粉6.3份,豆粕21份,膨化大豆6份,鱼粉3.5份,乳清粉6份,豆油2份,白糖3份,葡萄糖3份,柠檬酸0.5份,苯甲酸0.2份以及核心料3.5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保育猪饲料,其特征在于,核心料包括以下重量份的原料:
石粉11份,食盐8份,磷酸氢钙23份,痢乐宝3.8份,氧化锌1.5份,微量元素1.5份,碱式氯化铜0.5份,复合多维1.25份,赖氨酸10份,蛋氨酸2.5份,苏氨酸3.8份,耐高温植酸酶0.3份,TP-100酶2份,甜味剂1份,香味剂1.3份,红亮0.8份,丁酸杆菌0.3份,神力康6份,颖肽二号1份,抗氧化剂0.8份,脱霉剂1.3份,氯化胆碱2份,统糠5份,沸石粉8份,防霉剂2.5份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的保育猪饲料,其特征在于,豆粕为43%豆粕,碱式氯化铜为58%碱式氯化铜,赖氨酸为98%赖氨酸,植酸酶为耐高温植酸酶10000,氯化胆碱为50%氯化胆碱。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的保育猪饲料,其特征在于,微量元素包括钙、铁、硒和锌。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的保育猪饲料,其特征在于,玉米的容重在710g/L以上,杂质在1%以下,呕吐毒素小于1000ppb,赤霉烯酮毒素小于100 ppb,黄曲霉毒素小于20 ppb。
7.一种如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的保育猪饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按质量份将玉米和豆粕粉碎;
按质量份将粉碎的玉米和豆粕,与次粉、膨化大豆、鱼粉、乳清粉、豆油、白糖、葡萄糖、柠檬酸以及苯甲酸混合均匀,第一次制粒,冷却后粉碎,得到初饲料;
将初饲料与核心料混合后第二次制粒,得到保育猪饲料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的保育猪饲料制备方法,其特征在于,第一次制粒的温度不小于90℃,第二次制粒的温度为55℃~60℃。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的保育猪饲料制备方法,其特征在于,第二次制粒中的制粒环模孔径为2.8 mm~3.0mm,压缩比为1:5~7。
10.权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的保育猪饲料或权利要求7至9中任一项制备得到的保育猪饲料在制备用于增强保育猪免疫力和/或降低腹泻率产品中的应用。
