本发明属于解酒食品技术领域,具体是一种草本植物玉米肽维生素糖丸及 其制备方法。
背景技术
酒作为一种主要饮品,有着十分悠久的历史,我国的酒文化更是渗透于整 个中华上下五千年,众所周知,酒不仅仅是口感醇香,更是对于人的健康及心 情有一定的调节作用,消毒解渴,活血化瘀,润肠通便,消愁解忧,其功效数 不胜数,但小饮怡情,大饮伤身,醉酒可导致心慌气急,严重可引发脂肪肝, 肝硬化等肝脏疾病,如不及时解酒,其危害不容小觑;
目前,现有的解酒药已研制成功且产品形式多种多样,但存在疗效参差不 齐,口感不佳显著,醉酒人服药顺应性差等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种草本植物玉米肽维生素糖 丸及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种草本植物玉米肽维生素糖丸及其制备方法,按照重量份数,由以下原 料制备而成:中药浸膏30-40份、蚌肉提取物10-20份、玉米低聚肽粉25-40 份、甘草酸铵3-7份、淀粉5-10份、糖粉15-25份、维生素C1-5份、维生素 E0.1-0.5份、可可粉1-5份、蜂蜜3-8份。
优选的,按照重量份数,由以下原料制备而成:中药浸膏32-38份、蚌肉 提取物13-17份、玉米低聚肽粉28-38份、甘草酸铵4-6份、淀粉7-8份、糖 粉18-22份、维生素C2-4份、维生素E0.2-0.4份、可可粉2-4份、蜂蜜4-7 份。
优选的,按照重量份数,由以下原料制备而成:中药浸膏35份、蚌肉提取 物16份、玉米低聚肽粉32份、甘草酸铵5份、淀粉7份、糖粉20份、维生素 C3份、维生素E0.3份、可可粉3份、蜂蜜5份。
优选的,所述中药浸膏按照重量份数,由以下原料制备而成:葛根192份、 枳椇子192份、大枣80份、菊花32份、枸杞60份、陈皮8份。
优选的,所述中药浸膏的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(S1)、按照重量配比称取葛根、枳椇子、大枣、菊花、枸杞和陈皮;
(S2)、将葛根、枳椇子和大枣在其总重量10-15倍的水中浸泡一小时后, 将其加热到90℃,煮1h,再将菊花、枸杞和陈皮加入其中,持续煮1h;
(S3)、对煮后的物质进行过滤,得到滤液和滤渣;
(S4)、在滤渣中加入滤渣重量的13倍的水,在90℃下持续煮1h后,对 其进行过滤,将得到二次滤液与步骤(S3)中的得到的滤液混合,得到混合液;
(S5)、对步骤(S4)中制备得到的混合液进行减压浓缩,形成中药浸膏。
优选的,所述步骤(S5)中减压浓缩的终点为混合液相对密度为1.06。

本发明还公开了一种草本植物玉米肽维生素糖丸的制备方法,按照重量配 比称取中药浸膏、蚌肉提取物、玉米低聚肽粉、甘草酸铵、淀粉、糖粉、维生 素C、维生素E、可可粉、蜂蜜,在将中药浸膏、蚌肉提取物、玉米低聚肽粉、 甘草酸铵、淀粉、糖粉、维生素C、维生素E、可可粉、蜂蜜进行混合搅拌, 形成草本植物玉米肽维生素糖丸。
本发明中,通过本发明方法制备得到的糖丸是以玉米低聚肽粉,蚌肉提取 物,葛根,枳椇子为主要原料,具有加快酒精分解缓解醉酒、保护肝脏的作用, 醉酒人服药顺应性好且口感香甜。

以下进一步说明本发明一种草本植物玉米肽维生素糖丸及其制备方法的具 体实施方式。本发明一种草本植物玉米肽维生素糖丸及其制备方法不限于以下 实施例的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例给出一种草本植物玉米肽维生素糖丸及其制备方法,按照重量份 数,由以下原料制备而成:中药浸膏30份、蚌肉提取物10份、玉米低聚肽粉25份、甘草酸铵3份、淀粉5份、糖粉15份、维生素C1份、维生素E0.1份、 可可粉1份、蜂蜜3份。
所述中药浸膏按照重量份数,由以下原料制备而成:葛根192份、枳椇子 192份、大枣80份、菊花32份、枸杞60份、陈皮8份。
优选的,所述中药浸膏的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(S1)、按照重量配比称取葛根、枳椇子、大枣、菊花、枸杞和陈皮;

结合实施例1-实施例3可以看出:通过本发明方法制备得到的糖丸是以玉 米低聚肽粉,蚌肉提取物,葛根,枳椇子为主要原料,具有加快酒精分解缓解 醉酒、保护肝脏的作用,醉酒人服药顺应性好且口感香甜。
本发明还公开了一种草本植物玉米肽维生素糖丸的制备方法,按照重量配 比称取中药浸膏、蚌肉提取物、玉米低聚肽粉、甘草酸铵、淀粉、糖粉、维生 素C、维生素E、可可粉、蜂蜜,在将中药浸膏、蚌肉提取物、玉米低聚肽粉、 甘草酸铵、淀粉、糖粉、维生素C、维生素E、可可粉、蜂蜜进行混合搅拌, 形成草本植物玉米肽维生素糖丸。
玉米低聚肽粉具有醒酒护肝的作用,醒酒:玉米低聚肽粉能抑制胃对酒精 的吸收,增加体内乙醇脱氢酶和乙醛脱氢酶的活性,促进酒精在体内的代谢和 排出;护肝:玉米低聚肽粉的氨基酸组成中,支链氨基酸(亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、 缬氨酸)含量很高,有报道,肝昏迷、肝性脑病患者血中支链氨基酸含量下降, 输入高含量支链氨基酸可使病情得到缓解,高支链输液广泛应用于肝昏迷、肝 硬化、重症肝炎和慢性肝炎的缓解,其中高支链氨基酸含量在此方面可能具有 很高的应用前景。
蚌肉多糖对饮酒着的肝脏有明显的保护作用:它能明显保护胃粘膜免受酒 精损伤,显著降低由酒精所致的胃壁循环量增加,并改善毛细血管微循环,从 而明显改善由酒精所致的末梢循环障碍;并能降低肝组织脂质过氧化物含量, 以抵抗酒精在肝组织中的自由基对脂质过氧化损伤作用;它能提高血清和肝组 织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力,而SOD能清除酒精在肝细胞代谢过程中产生 的超氧阴离子自由基而稳定细胞膜***,从而起到保护肝细胞的作用;它能加 快酒精在人体内的代谢过程,解除酒精和甲醛对肝细胞的直接损伤(主要是缩 短了酒精及其代谢产物在体内的停留时间,减少了脏器对这些物质的吸收,降 低了单位时间内血液中的酒精浓度),从而对酒精中毒有明显的预防和治疗作 用,使醉酒现像出现迟缓,醉酒程度减轻,明显缩短醒酒时间,加快酒后运动 失调的恢复,降低血清中酒精的浓度,有效防止了脂肪肝和肝硬化的形成。
蚌肉提取物(蚌肉多糖)可以促进肝脏活动,蚌肉多糖被代谢后可以形成 葡萄糖醛酸的原料,葡萄糖醛酸可以强化肝脏,具有解毒的作用,肉提取物中 富含牛磺酸、甘氨酸、蛋氨酸、胱氨酸、谷氨酸等各种氨基酸,可以分解体内 的毒素并将其运输到体外。
甘草酸铵具有抗肝中毒,是由中药甘草中提取的一个活性成分,降低谷丙转 氨酶,恢复肝细胞功能,防止脂肪性变等作用;促进胆色素代谢和退黄及解毒 作用,减少胶原纤维增生,防止肝硬化等。
葛根在中药的药理上是绝对的提高肝细胞的再生能力,恢复正常肝脏机能, 促进胆汁分泌,防止脂肪在肝脏堆积,促进新陈代谢,加强肝脏解毒功能,防 止酒精对肝脏的损伤。
枳椇子是一种性温的清血剂,有很好的解渴利水作用,是一种解酒毒的代 表性天然保健食品,枳椇树叶、枝都含有丰富的葡萄糖、苹果酸、钙质等人体 有益成分,喝枳椇子水对消渴作用或消渴功效很有帮助,不但能保持肝指数正 常,并且有助水分的排走,所以有护肝之母的美誉,枳椇子在古代医学书籍《本 草纲目》中均有记载,说明枳椇子对解酒、排毒、清热有非常良好的效果。
