Abstract
The invention provides an automatic luggage basket distributing, conveying and recycling circulating system for a security check machine. The luggage basket lifter mainly comprises a machine frame, a lifting device and a horizontal transmission mechanism; the luggage basket conveying system is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, the upper layer is used for safety inspection conveying, and the lower layer is used for recycling conveying and mainly comprises belt conveying equipment and roller conveying equipment. The system uses one luggage basket lifter for distributing luggage baskets and the other luggage basket lifter for recovering luggage baskets, and is connected through an upper layer of conveying equipment and a lower layer of conveying equipment, so that a full-automatic luggage basket circulating system is realized. The invention is mainly used for matching with a security inspection machine, replaces the repeated work of constantly distributing luggage baskets and constantly carrying luggage baskets by workers, greatly reduces the labor cost, greatly improves the equipment intellectualization and the convenience of the inspected personnel, and is particularly suitable for airports, high-speed railway stations, government offices and other important places needing to carry out security inspection on the carry-on luggage and articles of the entering personnel.

Background

case 1: only one luggage basket (4-3) is used, when the person to be detected leaves, the manual release button (322) is pressed, the conveyor belt 2 segment (32) starts to operate, and the luggage basket (4-3) is conveyed to the conveyor belt (33) of the security inspection machine for detection; meanwhile, when the 2-section photoelectric sensor (321) loses a detection target, the conveyor belt 1 section (31) is started to operate immediately, the luggage basket (4-2) is transmitted to the conveyor belt 2 section (32) and stops at the position of the 2-section photoelectric sensor (321); when the 1-section photoelectric sensor (311) loses a detection target, the 8-section conveying belt (38) is started to operate immediately, the luggage basket (4) and the luggage basket (4-1) are respectively positioned on the 8-section conveying belt (38) and the 7-section conveying belt (37), the lifting platform (18) of the luggage basket lifter (1) is in a low position state (as shown in a figure 8), the luggage basket (4) is conveyed to a horizontal conveying synchronous belt (25) on the lifting platform (18) along a basket entering direction (B), the speed reducing motor (23) is in forward transmission at the moment, the luggage basket (4) continues to advance until the speed reducing motor (23) stops after touching a touch switch (12), meanwhile, the electric push rod (15) starts to rotate forwards, and the telescopic rod (22) pushes the lifting platform (18) to ascend along a guide optical axis (21); when the right baffle (161) touches the high-position touch switch (17), the electric push rod (15) stops the lifting platform (18) from rising any more, meanwhile, the speed reducing motor (23) rotates reversely to transmit the luggage basket (4) to the conveyor belt 1 section (31) along the basket outlet direction (A), and stops at the position of the 1 section photoelectric sensor (311), at the moment, the electric push rod (15) starts to rotate reversely to pull the lifting platform (18) to descend, when the electric push rod (15) stops after touching the low-position touch switch (19), the lifting platform (18) returns to the low-position state again, and the luggage basket lifter (1) finishes one-time luggage basket distribution work and waits for the next cycle; when the luggage basket (4-3) comes out of the security inspection machine (2) and enters the article retrieving area, the luggage basket enters the unpowered roller section (34), the forward resistance of the luggage basket is small, and the luggage basket (4-5) is pushed onto the powered roller section (35) by the luggage basket (4-3) under the transmission action of the security inspection machine conveyor belt (33) and then stops; when the 5-section photoelectric sensor (351) detects that the power roller section (35) is started to operate immediately after the luggage basket (4-5) is placed, at the moment, the lifting platform (18) in the luggage basket lifter (1-1) is in a high-position state (as shown in figure 4), the luggage basket (4-5) is transmitted to the horizontal transmission synchronous belt (25) to continue to advance until the speed reducing motor (23) stops rotating forwards after touching the touch switch (12), meanwhile, the electric push rod (15) starts rotating backwards, the telescopic rod (22) pulls the lifting platform (18) to descend and stop at the position of the low-position touch switch (19), meanwhile, the speed reducing motor (23) rotates backwards to transmit the luggage basket (4-5) to the conveyor belt 6 section (36), and the luggage basket (4-5) returns to the dispensing preparation area; when the 6-section photoelectric sensor (361) detects that the luggage basket (4-5) comes out of the lifting platform (18), the electric push rod (15) starts to rotate forwards to push the lifting platform (18) to ascend to the position of the high-position touch switch (19) to stop, and the luggage basket lifter (1-1) finishes one-time luggage basket recovery work and waits for the next cycle; similarly, when the 8-segment photoelectric sensor (381) cannot detect the basket, the conveyor belt 7 segment (37) is started to operate immediately, the basket (4-1) is conveyed to the conveyor belt 8 segment (38) and stops at the position of the 8-segment photoelectric sensor (381), and the basket (4-5) returns and stops at the position of the 7-segment photoelectric sensor (371). When the lifting platform (18) is in a high-position state and a low-position state, the horizontal transmission synchronous belt (25) is respectively consistent with the upper layer and the lower layer of the luggage basket conveying system in height.
Case 2: two luggage baskets are used, namely a luggage basket (4-3) and a luggage basket (4-2), when a person to be checked leaves, the person to be checked presses a manual release button (322) and a manual release button (312), the luggage basket (4-3) and the luggage basket (4-2) sequentially pass through a security check conveying belt (33) and then enter an unpowered roller section (34), and the two luggage baskets are pushed out of a luggage retrieving area to be recycled, namely the luggage basket (4-5) and the luggage basket (4-4); the basket lifters (1-1) start to recover in sequence, wherein the baskets (4-4) can stay on the power roller section (35) for a short time; similarly, the two gaps on the conveyor belt 1 section (31) and the conveyor belt 2 section (32) can be rapidly supplemented with the luggage basket (4) and the luggage basket (4-1) in the dispensing preparation area by the luggage basket lifter (1), so that a smooth circulating system is formed.
The luggage basket lifter adopts an electric push rod lifting structure, and also can adopt a synchronous chain lifting structure (figure 8), a lead screw linear guide rail structure or a linear air cylinder lifting structure.
