enteritis: dibromine hydantoin is sprinkled into the pond water, the dosage of the dibromine hydantoin is 0.3ppm, nitrobacteria is sprinkled into the whole pond after 3 days, enteritis and garlicin are added into the feed, the addition amount of the dibromine hydantoin and garlicin is 1% of the feed feeding amount, and the dibromine hydantoin is continuously fed for 4 days.

Claims (8)

1. A method for culturing Penaeus vannamei Boone is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) treatment of the culture pond:
disinfecting the culture pond, filling water into the culture pond after 2 days of disinfection to ensure that the depth of the water in the culture pond is 1-1.5 m, controlling the pH value of the water in the culture pond to be 7.5-8.5, arranging an aerator, a water circulation mechanism and a temperature control mechanism in the culture pond to ensure the oxygen content and the temperature in the water in the pond, enabling the water to circularly flow, and arranging a greenhouse above the culture pond to ensure that the greenhouse covers the whole culture farm;
(2) stocking the shrimp larvae:
selecting high-quality young Penaeus vannamei Boone as shrimp seeds, wherein the stocking density of the shrimp seeds is 8-10 ten thousand tails/mu;
(3) feeding management:
feeding for 1-5 days, three times a day: the feed is fed by 3 to 8 percent of the weight of the shrimps at 6:00 to 7:00 in the morning, 1:00 to 2:00 in the noon and 6:00 to 7:00 in the afternoon;
feeding for 6-30 days, four times daily: 6 in the morning: 00-7: 00, 10: 00-11: 00 in the morning, 2: 00-3: 00 in the afternoon and 6: 00-7: 00 in the afternoon, wherein the feed feeding amount is 5% -10% of the weight of the shrimps;
the dead shrimps with limb disabilities are removed regularly during the feeding period;
(4) water quality management:
continuously filtering dirt in the water in the culture pond in a circulating flow, changing the water once every 5-10 days, wherein the water changing amount is 6-10 cm, and periodically adding a water purifying agent into the pond water;
(5) prevention and treatment of:
soft shell disease: splashing a calcium supplement into the pool water, wherein the dosage of the calcium supplement is 1.5-3 ppm, and every 5-7 days per time;
black gill disease: sprinkling an ozone compound preparation into the pool water, wherein the dosage of the ozone compound preparation is 0.5-0.8 ppm, continuously sprinkling for 2 times, sprinkling photosynthetic bacteria in the whole pool after 3 days, wherein the dosage of the ozone compound preparation is 5ppm, adding vitamin C into the feed, and continuously feeding for 7-10 days;
enteritis: and (2) sprinkling dibromohydantoin into the pond water, wherein the dosage of the dibromohydantoin is 0.3ppm, 1.0ppm of nitrobacteria are sprinkled in the whole pond after 3 days, and the enteritis and the garlicin are added into the feed, wherein the addition amount of the dibromohydantoin is 1 percent of the feed feeding amount of the feed, and the dibromohydantoin is continuously fed for 3-5 days.
2. The method for culturing Penaeus vannamei Boone according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the water in step (1) is controlled to be 25-30 ℃ in summer and 26-28 ℃ in winter.
3. The method for culturing Penaeus vannamei Boone according to claim 1, wherein the oxygen concentration of the water in the step (1) is controlled to be 6.2-6.5 mg/L.
4. The method for culturing Penaeus vannamei Boone according to claim 1, wherein the culture pond in step (1) is filled with aquatic weeds, and the aquatic weeds are Goldfish algae or Hemidium gracilis.

The method for culturing Penaeus vannamei Boone according to claim 1, wherein the feed used in the step (3) is fed for 1-5 days with a protein content of 40-42 wt%, the feed used in the step (6-8) is fed for 6-30 days with a protein content of 38-40 wt%, and the feed used in the step (6-10) is fed for 8-10 wt%.
6. The method for culturing Penaeus vannamei Boone according to claim 1, wherein the transparency of the pond water in the culture pond after water replacement in the step (4) is 25-40 cm, and the water purifying agent is added once every 3-5 days.
7. The method for culturing Penaeus vannamei Boone according to claim 1, wherein the water purifying agent in step (4) is one or more of light and bacteria, EM bacteria, and spirulina powder.
8. The method for culturing Penaeus vannamei Boone according to claim 1, wherein the calcium supplement agent in step (5) is a mixture of sodium percarbonate, calcium glucosamine and calcium lactate.
