Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aquatic product culture, in particular to a method for culturing penaeus vannamei boone.
Background
The average life of the penaeus vannamei boone, also commonly known as white shrimp and white prawn, can exceed 32 months at least. The longest length of the adult can reach 24cm, the carapace is thin, the normal body color is light grey, and no speckle exists in the whole body. The feet are often chalk-like, so the shrimps are called as white shrimps, and the meat is delicious and has high economic value. The large-area culture is carried out in many provinces of China, outstanding economic benefits are obtained, but some defects in culture technology exist, feed feeding is unbalanced in the culture process, the disease prevention effect is poor, water quality management does not reach the standard, and the growth of the penaeus vannamei boone is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a method for breeding penaeus vannamei boone.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for culturing Penaeus vannamei Boone comprises the following steps:
(1) treatment of the culture pond:
disinfecting the culture pond, filling water into the culture pond after 2 days of disinfection to ensure that the depth of the water in the culture pond is 1-1.5 m, controlling the pH value of the water in the culture pond to be 7.5-8.5, arranging an aerator, a water circulation mechanism and a temperature control mechanism in the culture pond to ensure the oxygen content and the temperature in the water in the pond, enabling the water to circularly flow, and arranging a greenhouse above the culture pond to ensure that the greenhouse covers the whole culture farm;
(2) stocking the shrimp larvae:
selecting high-quality young Penaeus vannamei Boone as shrimp seeds, wherein the stocking density of the shrimp seeds is 8-10 ten thousand tails/mu;
(3) feeding management:
feeding for 1-5 days, three times a day: the feed is fed by 3 to 8 percent of the weight of the shrimps at 6:00 to 7:00 in the morning, 1:00 to 2:00 in the noon and 6:00 to 7:00 in the afternoon;
feeding for 6-30 days, four times daily: 6 in the morning: 00-7: 00, 10: 00-11: 00 in the morning, 2: 00-3: 00 in the afternoon and 6: 00-7: 00 in the afternoon, wherein the feed feeding amount is 5% -10% of the weight of the shrimps;
the dead shrimps with limb disabilities are removed regularly during the feeding period;
(4) water quality management:
continuously filtering dirt in the water in the culture pond in a circulating flow, changing the water once every 5-10 days, wherein the water changing amount is 6-10 cm, and periodically adding a water purifying agent into the pond water;
(5) prevention and treatment of:
soft shell disease: splashing a calcium supplement into the pool water, wherein the dosage of the calcium supplement is 1.5-3 ppm, and every 5-7 days per time;
black gill disease: sprinkling an ozone compound preparation into the pool water, wherein the dosage of the ozone compound preparation is 0.5-0.8 ppm, continuously sprinkling for 2 times, sprinkling photosynthetic bacteria in the whole pool after 3 days, wherein the dosage of the ozone compound preparation is 5ppm, adding vitamin C into the feed, and continuously feeding for 7-10 days;
enteritis: and (2) sprinkling dibromohydantoin into the pond water, wherein the dosage of the dibromohydantoin is 0.3ppm, 1.0ppm of nitrobacteria are sprinkled in the whole pond after 3 days, and the enteritis and the garlicin are added into the feed, wherein the addition amount of the dibromohydantoin is 1 percent of the feed feeding amount of the feed, and the dibromohydantoin is continuously fed for 3-5 days.
Particularly, the temperature of the water body in the step (1) is controlled to be 25-30 ℃ in summer and 26-28 ℃ in winter.
Particularly, the oxygen concentration of the water body in the step (1) is controlled to be 6.2-6.5 mg/L.
Particularly, the culture pond in the step (1) is internally provided with water plants, and the water plants are golden carp algae or hydrilla verticillata.
Particularly, in the step (3), the feed for feeding the chicken for 1 to 5 days contains 40 to 42 percent of protein component and 6 to 8 percent of fat component, and the feed for feeding the chicken for 6 to 30 days contains 38 to 40 percent of protein component and 8 to 10 percent of fat component.
Particularly, the transparency of the pond water in the culture pond after water replacement in the step (4) is 25-40 cm, and the water purifying agent is added once every 3-5 days.
Particularly, the water purifying agent in the step (4) is one or more of light and bacteria, EM bacteria and spirulina powder.
Particularly, the calcium supplement agent in the step (5) is a mixture of sodium percarbonate, calcium glucosamine and calcium lactate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, a reasonable feed feeding mode is adopted, and different feeding schemes are adopted at different periods, so that the feeding effect is good, the waste and water pollution caused by too much feed and the malnutrition of the penaeus vannamei due to too little feed are avoided; by changing water periodically, adding a water purifying agent and continuously discharging sewage, the water quality management effect is good, and the growth of the white shrimps is facilitated; meanwhile, the growth condition of the white shrimps is observed in time, and a plurality of preventive preparations for common diseases are added into the pond water periodically to make a prevention work, so that the white shrimps are beneficial to growth.
