本发明公开了银毫银滴建盏及其烧制方法,该建盏包括坯体和釉料;所述坯体按重量份数比由以下组分制成:8份的红泥和2份的高岭土。所述釉料包括内部釉料和外部釉料;所述内部釉料施于所述坯体内部,所述外部釉料施于所述坯体外部;所述内部釉料按重量份数比由以下组分制成:釉矿石7份、内釉草木灰1份、石灰石0.5份及水8.5‑9份;所述外部釉料按重量份数比由以下组分制成:釉矿石7份、外釉草木灰1份、石灰石0.5份及水8.5‑9份。本发明制得的建盏,盏内为黑底上具有油滴,盏外为黑底上具有毫丝,底色黑油,油滴和毫丝银亮。油滴疏密有致,毫丝均匀,内滴外毫,在同一个建盏上呈现油滴和毫丝,极具新意。

技术领域
本发明涉及瓷器技术领域,具体地说是涉及建盏及其烧制方法。
背景技术
建盏,为黑瓷代表,被誉为瓷器皇冠上的“黑珍珠”,中国宋代八大名瓷之一,因产地为宋建州府建安县,因此称为建盏,为宋时皇室御用茶具。迄今仍吸引着国内外众多消费者和陶瓷收藏家的眼球。
建盏的主要种类有兔毫盏和油滴盏,目前所报道的制备建盏的方法存在如下局限性:第一、配方的选择和温度的控制不明晰,良品率低;第二,建盏釉面花色普通,创新性较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供银毫银滴建盏及其烧制方法,该烧制方法得到的建盏优美有新意,成品率较高。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
银毫银滴建盏,其包括坯体和釉料;
所述坯体按重量份数比由以下组分制成:8份的红泥和2份的高岭土。
所述釉料包括内部釉料和外部釉料;所述内部釉料施于所述坯体内部,所述外部釉料施于所述坯体外部;
所述内部釉料按重量份数比由以下组分制成:釉矿石7份、内釉草木灰1份、石灰石0.5份及水8.5-9份;
所述内釉草木灰为稻谷壳灰与栗子树木灰按0.9-1.2:1的重量比混合而成;
所述外部釉料按重量份数比由以下组分制成:釉矿石7份、外釉草木灰1份、石灰石0.5份及水8.5-9份;
所述外釉草木灰为稻谷壳灰与栗子树木灰按2.8-3.1:1的重量比混合而成;
稻谷壳灰能很好增强釉面的流动性,外釉草木灰中稻谷壳灰占比比内釉草木灰中稻谷壳灰占比大,在其他组分相同的情况下,外部釉浆的釉面流动性大于内部釉浆的釉面流动性。
所述红泥和高岭土均取自福建省南平市建阳区水吉镇,所述釉矿石取自福建省南平市建阳区南林村。
上述银毫银滴建盏的烧制方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体、内部釉浆、外部釉浆,其中,
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将8重量份的红泥、2重量份的高岭土混合、粉碎、淘洗,过60-70目筛,压滤、陈腐、炼泥,拉坯成杯型生坯,晾干,然后修坯成型,再次晾干后素烧,得到坯体;
所述内部釉浆通过以下方法制备:将所述内部釉料按配方称重混合,放入球磨机中研磨,过80-90目筛,得到内部釉浆;
所述外部釉浆通过以下方法制备:将所述外部釉料按配方称重混合,放入球磨机中研磨,过80-90目筛,得到外部釉浆;
(2)施釉:先施所述内部釉浆,所述内部釉浆倒入所述坯体内,停留2-3s,倒出所述内部釉浆;再反扣所述坯体入所述外部釉浆里浸泡2-3s,所述坯体外底部不施釉,晾干;
(3)将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,所述焙烧经过如下阶段:
第一阶段:窑炉温度经过7.5h从常温升温至1288-1292℃;
第二阶段:1288-1292℃保温1.8-2.1h后,在保温状态下投油柴,间隔3min一次,共投12次,每次油柴的用量为0.25立方米的窑炉空间投放70-75g;
此阶段,盏内为黑底上具有油滴,盏外为黑底上具有毫丝,底色黑油,油滴和毫丝银亮。
第三阶段:投完最后一次油柴后,断电停炉,自然冷却,出窑。
进一步地,所述第一阶段为:窑炉温度经1h,从常温匀速升温到400℃;窑炉温度再经2h,从400℃匀速升温到900℃;窑炉温度再经4.5h,从900℃匀速升温到1288-1292℃。
后期升温较慢,使坯体中杂质充分散发,如果升温过快,容易跳釉。
进一步地,步骤(2)中所述内部釉浆的施釉厚度为0.7-0.9mm,所述外部釉浆的施釉厚度为0.7-0.9mm。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述素烧为窑炉温度经过6.5h,上升至800-850℃,停炉冷却。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明制得的建盏,盏内为黑底上具有油滴,盏外为黑底上具有毫丝,底色黑油,油滴和毫丝银亮。油滴疏密有致,毫丝均匀,内滴外毫,在同一个建盏上呈现油滴和毫丝,极具新意。
2、本发明配方、温度曲线和烧成气氛等工艺流程明晰,易于掌控,稳定性好,基本不出现流釉粘底、釉面起泡的缺陷,成品率较高。

实施例1
银毫银滴建盏烧制方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体、内部釉浆、外部釉浆,其中,
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将8重量份的红泥、2重量份的高岭土混合、粉碎、淘洗,过60目筛,压滤、陈腐、炼泥,拉坯成杯型生坯,晾干,然后修坯成型,再次晾干后素烧,得到坯体;
所述素烧为窑炉温度经过6.5h,上升至800℃,停炉冷却。
所述内部釉浆通过以下方法制备:7重量份的釉矿石、1重量份的内釉草木灰及0.5重量份的石灰石混合,加入8.5重量份的水得到内部釉料,放入球磨机中研磨,过80-90目筛,得到内部釉浆;

(3)将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,所述焙烧经过如下阶段:
第一阶段:窑炉温度经1h,从常温匀速升温到400℃;窑炉温度再经2h,从400℃匀速升温到900℃;窑炉温度再经4.5h,从900℃匀速升温到1290℃;
第二阶段:1290℃保温2h后,在保温状态下投油柴,间隔3min一次,共投12次,每次油柴的用量为0.25立方米的窑炉空间投放70g;
第三阶段:投完最后一次油柴后,断电停炉,自然冷却,出窑。
实施例2
银毫银滴建盏烧制方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体、内部釉浆、外部釉浆,其中,
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将8重量份的红泥、2重量份的高岭土混合、粉碎、淘洗,过60目筛,压滤、陈腐、炼泥,拉坯成杯型生坯,晾干,然后修坯成型,再次晾干后素烧,得到坯体;
所述素烧为窑炉温度经过6.5h,上升至850℃,停炉冷却。
所述内部釉浆通过以下方法制备:7重量份的釉矿石、1重量份的内釉草木灰及0.5重量份的石灰石混合,加入8.5重量份的水得到内部釉料,放入球磨机中研磨,过80-90目筛,得到内部釉浆;
所述内釉草木灰为稻谷壳灰与栗子树木灰按0.9:1的重量比混合而成;
所述外部釉浆通过以下方法制备:7重量份的釉矿石、1重量份的外釉草木灰及0.5重量份的石灰石混合,加入8.5重量份的水得到外部釉料,放入球磨机中研磨,过80目筛,得到外部釉浆;
所述外釉草木灰为稻谷壳灰与栗子树木灰按3.1:1的重量比混合而成;
(2)施釉:先施所述内部釉浆,所述内部釉浆倒入所述坯体内,停留2-3s,倒出所述内部釉浆;再反扣所述坯体入所述外部釉浆里浸泡2-3s,所述坯体外底部不施釉,晾干;所述内部釉浆的施釉厚度为0.7-0.9mm,所述外部釉浆的施釉厚度为0.7-0.9mm。
(3)将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,所述焙烧经过如下阶段:

实施例3
银毫银滴建盏烧制方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体、内部釉浆、外部釉浆,其中,
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将8重量份的红泥、2重量份的高岭土混合、粉碎、淘洗,过70目筛,压滤、陈腐、炼泥,拉坯成杯型生坯,晾干,然后修坯成型,再次晾干后素烧,得到坯体;
所述素烧为窑炉温度经过6.5h,上升至800℃,停炉冷却。
所述内部釉浆通过以下方法制备:7重量份的釉矿石、1重量份的内釉草木灰及0.5重量份的石灰石混合,加入9重量份的水得到内部釉料,放入球磨机中研磨,过80-90目筛,得到内部釉浆;

所述外釉草木灰为稻谷壳灰与栗子树木灰按2.8:1的重量比混合而成;
(2)施釉:先施所述内部釉浆,所述内部釉浆倒入所述坯体内,停留2-3s,倒出所述内部釉浆;再反扣所述坯体入所述外部釉浆里浸泡2-3s,所述坯体外底部不施釉,晾干;所述内部釉浆的施釉厚度为0.7-0.9mm,所述外部釉浆的施釉厚度为0.7-0.9mm。
(3)将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,所述焙烧经过如下阶段:
第一阶段:窑炉温度经1h,从常温匀速升温到400℃;窑炉温度再经2h,从400℃匀速升温到900℃;窑炉温度再经4.5h,从900℃匀速升温到1292℃;
第二阶段:1292℃保温1.8h后,在保温状态下投油柴,间隔3min一次,共投12次,每次油柴的用量为0.25立方米的窑炉空间投放75g;
第三阶段:投完最后一次油柴后,断电停炉,自然冷却,出窑。
上述实施例1、2和3中,所述红泥和高岭土均取自福建省南平市建阳区水吉镇,所述釉矿石取自福建省南平市建阳区南林村。
所述釉石按重量百分比含有以下成分:SiO2 60-65%,Al2O3 18-20%,Fe2O36-9%,剩余为微量元素。
实施例1、2和3采用炉内空间为0.25立方米的窑炉烧制。实施例1和实施例2窑炉内共8件建盏,烧制出窑后得到良品建盏7件,成品率为87.5%。实施例3窑炉内共8件建盏,烧制出窑后得到良品建盏6件,成品率为75%。
参考图1、图2、图3,实施例1得到的建盏,盏内为黑底上具有油滴,盏外为黑底上具有毫丝,底色黑油,油滴和毫丝银亮。油滴疏密有致,毫丝均匀,内滴外毫,在同一个建盏上呈现油滴和毫丝,极具新意。
实施例2和实施例3制备的建盏特性基本上与实施例1制备的建盏相同。结果表明,本发明烧制方法烧制的银毫银滴建盏成品率较高,且该方法重复性好,稳定性强,易于规模化生产。
建盏对制备工艺参数非常敏感,工艺步骤或工艺参数很小范围变化也会对建盏最终产品的外观等特性造成很大不利影响,甚至导致建盏制备失败,发明人在制备银毫银滴建盏过程中,经过了大量的实验筛选和优选如对坯釉原料组分、焙烧过程中的烧制曲线、油柴的投入量、投入时机等等,才制备出优美的银毫银滴建盏建盏。
具体对比如下:
对比例1
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(3)第二阶段,具体为:
第二阶段:1290℃保温2h后,在保温状态下投油柴,间隔3min一次,共投15次,每次油柴的用量为0.25立方米的窑炉空间投放70g。
本对比例得到的建盏,釉面为黑色釉面,油滴和毫丝模糊不清晰,显示效果差。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(3)第二阶段,具体为:
第二阶段:1290℃保温2h后,在保温状态下投油柴,间隔3min一次,共投10次,每次油柴的用量为0.25立方米的窑炉空间投放70g。
本对比例得到的建盏,釉面油滴和毫丝不够银亮,颜色较灰暗,同时油滴和毫丝数量更少,分布稀疏。
对比例3
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(3)第二阶段,具体为:
第二阶段:1290℃保温2h后,在保温状态下投油柴,间隔3min一次,共投12次,每次油柴的用量为0.25立方米的窑炉空间投放80g;
本对比例得到的建盏,釉面出现起流釉粘底和泡的缺陷较多。
对比例4
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(3)第二阶段,具体为:
第二阶段:1290℃保温2h后,在保温状态下投油柴,间隔3min一次,共投12次,每次油柴的用量为0.25立方米的窑炉空间投放60g;
本对比例得到的建盏,釉面油滴和毫丝数量少,分布稀疏,同时油滴和毫丝呈黄色、红色交杂,不是银色。
对比例5
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(3)第二阶段,具体为:
第二阶段:1290℃保温2h后,在保温状态下投油柴,间隔5min一次,共投12次,每次油柴的用量为0.25立方米的窑炉空间投放60g;
本对比例得到的建盏,釉面油滴和毫丝数量少,分布稀疏,同时油滴和毫丝呈黄褐色,不是银色。
对比例6
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(3)第二阶段,具体为:
第二阶段:1290℃保温2h后,在保温状态下投油柴,间隔2.5min一次,共投12次,每次油柴的用量为0.25立方米的窑炉空间投放60g;
本对比例得到的建盏,釉面出现起泡和流釉粘底的缺陷较多。
对比例7
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(3)第二阶段,具体为:
第二阶段:1300℃保温2h后,在保温状态下投油柴,间隔3min一次,共投12次,每次油柴的用量为0.25立方米的窑炉空间投放70g;
本对比例得到的建盏,坯体出现变形的缺陷较多。
对比例8
本对比例与实施例1的不同之处在于:步骤(3)第二阶段,具体为:
第二阶段:1280℃保温2h后,在保温状态下投油柴,间隔3min一次,共投12次,每次油柴的用量为0.25立方米的窑炉空间投放70g;
本对比例得到的建盏,釉面油滴和毫丝数量少,分布稀疏。

Claims (5)
1.银毫银滴建盏,其特征在于:其包括坯体和釉料;
所述坯体按重量份数比由以下组分制成:8份的红泥和2份的高岭土。
所述釉料包括内部釉料和外部釉料;所述内部釉料施于所述坯体内部,所述外部釉料施于所述坯体外部;
所述内部釉料按重量份数比由以下组分制成:釉矿石7份、内釉草木灰1份、石灰石0.5份及水8.5-9份;
所述内釉草木灰为稻谷壳灰与栗子树木灰按0.9-1.2:1的重量比混合而成;
所述外部釉料按重量份数比由以下组分制成:釉矿石7份、外釉草木灰1份、石灰石0.5份及水8.5-9份;
所述外釉草木灰为稻谷壳灰与栗子树木灰按2.8-3.1:1的重量比混合而成;
所述红泥和高岭土均取自福建省南平市建阳区水吉镇,所述釉矿石取自福建省南平市建阳区南林村。
2.如权利要求1所述的银毫银滴建盏的烧制方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制备坯体、内部釉浆、外部釉浆,其中,
所述坯体通过以下方法制备:将8重量份的红泥、2重量份的高岭土混合、粉碎、淘洗,过60-70目筛,压滤、陈腐、炼泥,拉坯成杯型生坯,晾干,然后修坯成型,再次晾干后素烧,得到坯体;
所述内部釉浆通过以下方法制备:将所述内部釉料按配方称重混合,放入球磨机中研磨,过80-90目筛,得到内部釉浆;
所述外部釉浆通过以下方法制备:将所述外部釉料按配方称重混合,放入球磨机中研磨,过80-90目筛,得到外部釉浆;
(2)施釉:先施所述内部釉浆,所述内部釉浆倒入所述坯体内,停留2-3s,倒出所述内部釉浆;再反扣所述坯体入所述外部釉浆里浸泡2-3s,所述坯体外底部不施釉,晾干;
(3)将施釉晾干后的坯体放入电窑炉内焙烧,所述焙烧经过如下阶段:
第一阶段:窑炉温度经过7.5h从常温升温至1288-1292℃;
第二阶段:1288-1292℃保温1.8-2.1h后,在保温状态下投油柴,间隔3min一次,共投12次,每次油柴的用量为0.25立方米的窑炉空间投放70-75g;
第三阶段:投完最后一次油柴后,断电停炉,自然冷却,出窑。
3.如权利要求2所述的银毫银滴建盏的烧制方法,其特征在于:所述第一阶段为:窑炉温度经1h,从常温匀速升温到400℃;窑炉温度再经2h,从400℃匀速升温到900℃;窑炉温度再经4.5h,从900℃匀速升温到1288-1292℃。
4.如权利要求3所述的银毫银滴建盏的烧制方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述内部釉浆的施釉厚度为0.7-0.9mm,所述外部釉浆的施釉厚度为0.7-0.9mm。
5.如权利要求3所述的银毫银滴建盏的烧制方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述素烧为窑炉温度经过6.5h,上升至800-850℃,停炉冷却。
