In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 to 7, the tightening mechanism includes a pressing plate 841 and a second spring 842, guide grooves are disposed on two opposite side walls in the pen storage box 86, and correspondingly, slide blocks are disposed on two sides of the pressing plate 841, and the slide blocks are matched with the guide grooves to realize the sliding connection between the pressing plate 841 and the pen storage box 86. Two convex points 843 are arranged on one side of the pressing plate 841 at intervals up and down, the convex points 843 are arranged at the corresponding positions of the inner wall of one side of the pen storage box 86, and two ends of the second spring 842 are respectively fixed on the convex points 843 on the two sides.
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the pen container further includes a locking mechanism 844 and a pulling wire 845, a through hole is formed in an end plate of the pen container 86, the locking mechanism 844 is disposed at the through hole, the locking mechanism 844 includes a locking bracket 8441, a locking wheel 8442 and a first torsion spring (not shown), a sawtooth structure 8443 is disposed at the bottom of the locking bracket 8441, the locking wheel 8442 is eccentrically and rotatably disposed on the locking bracket 8441, the first torsion spring is disposed on the locking wheel 8442 and connected to the locking bracket 8441, the locking wheel 8442 is rotated upward by the first torsion spring, one end of the pulling wire 845 is fixed to the pressing plate 841, the other end of the pulling wire penetrates through the through hole to enter between the locking wheel 8442 and the sawtooth structure 8443, and when the locking is performed, the locking wheel 8442 rotates to press the pulling wire 845 against the sawtooth structure 8443. The locking mechanism 844 is used for fixing the pressure plate 841 at one end when a pen is added; specifically, the pressure plate 841 is pulled to one end of the pen storage box 86 through the pulling wire 845, then the pulling wire 845 is pulled upwards, and the pulling wire 845 is attached to the locking wheel 8442; the locking wheel 8442 is rotated downward by using the friction force between the traction wire 845 and the locking wheel 8442, and the traction wire 845 is clamped between the locking wheel 8442 and the sawtooth structure 8443; by using the restoring force of the second spring 842, the locking mechanism 844 always clamps the traction wire 845. The locking wheel 8442 is in a wheel-shaped structure, and the purpose of the locking wheel 8442 is to increase friction between the locking wheel 8442 and the traction wire 845. When unlocking, only the pulling wire 845 needs to be pulled again, the locking wheel 8442 is rotated upwards by the twisting force of the first twisting spring and separated from the pulling wire 845, and the pulling wire 845 and the locking mechanism 844 are unlocked.
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 6-9, when the pen container 86 is full, the pull wire 845 will have a longer length outside the pen container 86, which may affect the normal drawing of the robot arm. Therefore, the retractable pen container further comprises a retracting mechanism 846, wherein the retracting mechanism 846 is fixed on the pen storage box 86 and is used for retracting the traction wire 845 in the retracting mechanism 846. Specifically, the winding mechanism 846 includes a winding housing 8461, a winding shaft 8462 and a second torsion spring (not shown), the winding shaft 8462 is rotatably disposed in the winding housing 8461, a wire guide opening is disposed on the winding housing 8461, the second torsion spring is disposed in the winding housing 8461, and is respectively connected to the winding housing 8461 and the winding shaft 8462 to provide restoring force for the winding shaft 8462, and the pulling wire 845 passes through the wire guide opening and is connected to the winding shaft 8462.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 to 12, the pen cap 87 includes a pressing sleeve 871 and a rubber ring 872, the rubber ring 872 includes a fixing portion 8721, an elastic portion 8722 and a clamping portion 8723, the fixing portion 8721 is fixed at the lower end of the fixing sleeve 81 through the pressing sleeve 871, the elastic portion 8722 connects the fixing portion 8721 and the clamping portion 8723, and the clamping portion 8723 is in interference fit with the plotter pen 9. Wherein, the rubber ring 872 can adopt materials such as rubber, silica gel, utilizes its own elasticity, and chucking portion 8723 can be quick with the clamping of drawing pen 9. In addition, in the case of a plotter, the manipulator may be hard-connected to the desktop due to a precision problem, which may cause damage to the plotter pen 9. The elastic part 8722 is used to automatically adjust the up-down position of the drawing pen 9. Preferably, the resilient portion 8722 includes at least one C-shaped loop; that is, the section of the elastic part 8722 is C-shaped, and the elastic part encloses a circular ring shape, is mutually restrained, has good toughness, and is very suitable for the self-adaptive adjustment of the drawing pen 9. When two or three C-shaped rings are arranged, the two or three C-shaped rings are arranged in an up-down overlapping mode.
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 6-12, the pressing sleeve 871 is threadedly engaged with the fixing sleeve 81, the lower surface of the fixing sleeve 81 is convexly provided with a plurality of positioning points 811 along the edge thereof, and the fixing portion is provided with positioning holes 8724 at corresponding positions. After the positioning point 811 is inserted into the positioning hole 8724, the fixing portion 8721 is fixed, so as to prevent the rubber ring 872 from changing its position due to a large friction force between the rubber ring 872 and the drawing pen 9 during pen replacement.
In one embodiment, the actuator 82 is an electric cylinder.
In one embodiment, magnets are disposed on the upper surface of the pen storage compartment 86 and the lower surface of the cover 85, and the cover 85 is magnetically coupled to the pen storage compartment 86. This facilitates the opening and closing of the cover 85.
In use of the invention, as shown in fig. 6-12, when a pen needs to be loaded, the cover 85 is opened, the pull wire 845 is pulled to move the pressure plate 841 to one end of the pen storage box 86, and the pull wire 845 is locked with the locking mechanism 844. Then, the drawing pens 9 are placed in a line in the pen storage cavity, and then the locking mechanism 844 is unlocked, so that the pressing plate 841 is tightly pressed on the drawing pens 9, and the cover plate 85 is covered, thereby completing pen adding. The specific process of changing pen is explained above and will not be described here.

The drawing equipment for clothing plate making is characterized by comprising a drawing table and an automatic pen replacing mechanism, wherein the drawing table comprises a workbench, a two-axis synchronous belt sliding table, a lifting mechanism, a discharging mechanism, a pressing mechanism, a leveling mechanism and a driving mechanism, an opening allowing cloth to pass through is formed in the workbench, the discharging mechanism is arranged at one end of the workbench and used for erecting rolled cloth, the pressing mechanism is arranged on the lower surface of the workbench and used for pressing one end of the cloth, the leveling mechanism is arranged on the workbench in a sliding mode and used for driving the leveling mechanism to move back and forth; the two-shaft synchronous belt sliding table is arranged on the workbench, the lifting mechanism is arranged on the two-shaft synchronous belt sliding table, the lifting mechanism is driven to move in a horizontal plane by the two-shaft synchronous belt sliding table, the automatic pen changing mechanism is arranged on the lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism is used for driving the automatic pen changing mechanism to vertically move;
the automatic pen-changing mechanism comprises a fixed sleeve, an actuator, a driving rod, a jacking mechanism and a cover plate, the fixed sleeve is connected with the manipulator, the fixing sleeve is axially provided with a through mounting cavity which is used for mounting a drawing pen and is matched with the drawing pen, the side wall of the fixing sleeve is provided with an opening, and a pen storage box is arranged in a manner of extending towards one side, pen storage cavities which are horizontally arranged are arranged in the pen storage box, the cover plate covers the upper part of the pen storage box, the jacking mechanism is arranged at one end of the pen storage cavity and pushes the drawing pen to the mounting cavity, the lower end of the fixed sleeve is provided with a pen sleeve for clamping the drawing pen, the actuator is arranged at the upper end of the fixed sleeve, the driving rod is arranged in the mounting cavity, the drawing pen is connected with the actuator, and the drawing pen is driven to move downwards along the mounting cavity by the actuator;
the leveling mechanism comprises a door frame, first guide rods, a moving plate, an electric cylinder, a pressing wheel, a guide wheel, a first pressing plate, a first spring and a leveling shell, the first guide rods are respectively arranged on two sides of the workbench, the door frame is arranged on the first guide rods, first guide grooves are vertically arranged on the inner walls of two sides of the door frame, two ends of the moving plate are slidably arranged in the first guide grooves, the electric cylinder is arranged on the door frame, and the moving plate is driven to move up and down by the electric cylinder; a plurality of second guide rods are arranged on the upper surface of the leveling shell at intervals, guide holes corresponding to the second guide rods are formed in the movable plate, the second guide rods are arranged in the guide holes in a sliding mode, and the first spring is sleeved on the second guide rods and located between the movable plate and the leveling shell; a negative pressure cavity is concavely arranged on the lower surface of the leveling shell, an interface connected with a negative pressure generator is arranged on the side wall of the negative pressure cavity, the pressing wheels are arranged at the lower ends of the left side wall and the right side wall of the leveling shell in a rolling manner, the guide wheels are arranged in the negative pressure cavity in a rolling manner and are positioned between the two pressing wheels, and the first pressing plate is arranged on one side of the movable plate close to the opening;

the feeding mechanism comprises lifting mechanisms symmetrically arranged on two table legs of the workbench, each lifting mechanism comprises a swing arm, a supporting cylinder and a supporting shaft, one end of each swing arm and one end of each supporting cylinder are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of each table leg, the other end of each swing arm is hinged with the other end of each supporting cylinder, a notch for placing the supporting shaft is formed in each swing arm, the supporting shaft is used for installing rolled cloth, and the two ends of each supporting shaft are installed in the notches;
the tight mechanism in top includes clamp plate and second spring, the clamp plate slides and sets up store up in the pen case, the interval sets up two bumps about one side of clamp plate, and the corresponding position of the inner wall of one side of storing up the pen case sets up the bump, the both ends of second spring are fixed respectively on the bump of both sides.
