背景技术

根据要馈送的电流的大小来确定导线(例如束线和柔性电缆)的厚度,并且因此厚度不容易减少。也根据信号的数量来确定导线的数量,并且因此数量不容易减少。因此,难以减少要连接到需要复杂控制的内部单元的束线或柔性电缆的宽度,从而妨碍了内部单元尺寸的缩小。

在本示例性实施例的每一个实施例中,感光鼓1、充电单元2、显影单元4和清洁器单元5集成到处理盒7(7Y、7M、7C和7K)中,所述处理盒7可附接到彩色激光束打印机100以及可从彩色激光束打印机100拆卸。这四个处理盒7(7Y至7K)具有相似的结构,但是不同之处在于,这些处理盒7形成不同颜色即黄色(Y)、品红色(M)、青色(C)和黑色(BK)的调色剂的相应图像。
各自均用作图像承载构件的感光鼓1Y至1K均通过将有机光导体(OPC)层施加到由铝制成的圆筒的外周向表面而形成。感光鼓1Y至1K中的每一个感光鼓都具有两个端部,所述两个端部分别由凸缘可旋转地支撑,并且通过在端部的一个端部处接收从驱动马达(未示出)传递的驱动力,均沿图3中箭头所示的顺时针方向旋转。充电单元2Y至2K均是形成为辊的形状的导电辊,并且该辊与感光鼓1Y至1K中的相应一个感光鼓的表面接触,并且接收从电源(未示出)施加的充电偏压,使得感光鼓1的表面均匀充电。曝光装置3在竖直方向上布置在处理盒7Y至7K的下方,并且基于图像信号对感光鼓1Y至1K中的每个感光鼓进行曝光。显影单元4包括显影辊24(24Y、24M、24C和24K)、调色剂施加辊25(25Y、25M、25C和25K)和容纳相应颜色的调色剂的调色剂容器。显影辊24邻近感光鼓1的表面,并且由驱动单元(未示出)旋转。显影辊24Y至24K各自均通过接收由显影偏压电源(未示出)施加的显影偏压来执行显影。
利用上述构造,在感光鼓1Y至1K由充电辊2Y至2K充电至负极性的预定电位之后,利用曝光装置3在感光鼓1Y至1K中的每一个感光鼓上形成静电潜像。用显影单元4Y至4K中的每一个显影单元对该静电潜像进行反转显影,使得负极性的调色剂附着到该静电潜像。结果,形成了Y、M、C和BK中每一种颜色的调色剂图像。
在中间转印带单元12中,中间转印带12a由驱动辊12b和张紧辊12d拉伸,并且张紧辊12d在箭头E方向上施加张力。此外,初级转印辊26Y至26K布置在中间转印带12a内侧,以面对相应的感光鼓1Y至1K,并且初级转印辊各自均构造成接收由偏压施加装置(未示出)施加的转印偏压。感光鼓1Y至1K中的每一个感光鼓在相应的箭头方向上旋转,中间转印带12a在箭头F方向上旋转,并且正极性的偏压施加到初级转印辊26Y至26K。因此,从感光鼓1Y上的调色剂图像开始,形成在相应感光鼓1Y至1K上的调色剂图像顺序地初级转印到中间转印带12a上,并且在四种颜色的调色剂图像彼此叠加的状态下传送到次级转印部分15。
进给装置13包括从保持片材(转印材料)S的片材进给盒11进给片材S的片材进给辊9,以及传送进给的片材S的传送辊对10。在图3中,片材进给盒11构造成被向前拉动以从设备主体移除。用户从设备主体拉出并移除片材进给盒11,将片材S布置在移除的片材进给盒11中,然后将片材进给盒11***到设备主体中,从而完成片材供应。保持在片材进给盒11中的片材S与片材进给辊9压力接触,由分离垫27逐张地分离(摩擦件分离方法),并然后进行传送。从进给装置13传送的片材S通过对准辊对17传送到次级转印部分15。在传送到次级转印部分15的片材S上,中间转印带12a上的四种颜色的调色剂图像通过次级转印辊16进行次级转印。
通过对该图像施加热和压力,用作定影装置的定影单元14将在片材S上形成的该图像定影。定影单元14包括具有圆筒形形状的定影带14a,具有弹性的加压辊14b,以及包括例如加热器的加热单元的带引导构件14c。加压辊14b经由由带引导构件14c引导的定影带14a和带引导构件14c以预定的压力接触力形成定影夹持部分N。定影夹持部分N具有预定宽度。加压辊14b由驱动装置(未示出)旋转,并且具有圆筒形形状的定影带14a相应地旋转,使得定影带14a由内部加热器(未示出)加热。在定影夹持部分N被加热和调节至预定温度的状态下,其上形成有未定影的调色剂图像的片材S从成像单元被传送,并以图像侧朝上面向(即面向定影带14a的表面)的状态被引导至定影带14a和加压辊14b之间的位置,即定影夹持部分N。随后,片材S与定影带14a一起被夹紧并传送通过定影夹持部分N,其中图像侧在定影夹持部分N中与定影带14a的外表面紧密接触。
在将片材S与定影带14a一起夹紧并传送通过定影夹持部分N的此过程中,片材S上的未定影的调色剂图像由定影带14a中的加热器加热。定影后的片材S由片材排出辊对20排出到片材排出托盘21。同时,在调色剂图像转印之后,通过鼓清洁刮刀8去除残留在感光鼓1表面上的调色剂,并且去除的调色剂收集在清洁器单元5中的废弃调色剂容器中。此外,通过转印带清洁装置22去除在次级转印到片材S上之后残留在中间转印带12a上的调色剂。在通过废弃调色剂传送路径(未示出)之后,该去除的调色剂被收集在废弃调色剂收集容器(未示出)中,该废弃调色剂收集容器布置在设备深表面部分处。
[示例性曝光装置]
下面将描述曝光装置3。图1A是根据第一示例性实施例的曝光装置3(单元)的透视图,以及图1B是从正面观察的激光驱动板45(单元板)的放大图。图1A示出了不存在盖构件以示出曝光装置3的光学箱(壳体)40的内部结构的状态。图2是示出成像设备100的主体的框架和曝光装置3之间的位置关系的图。图2示出了竖直方向H,以及水平方向上的横向方向W和深度方向D。
曝光装置3布置在包括在成像设备100的主体的框架中的后板30和前板32之间的多个成像单元的下方。如图1A和图1B所示,曝光装置3包括具有大致长方体形状的光学箱40、作为多个半导体激光器的光源41、偏转构件42、例如入射光学***43和成像光学***44的光学元件、电线束(未示出)和激光驱动板45。偏转构件42的旋转多面镜和包括入射光学***43和成像光学***44的光学元件容纳在光学箱40中,并且形成光学***。
光源41布置在激光驱动板45上,并且发射基于从控制板49输入到激光驱动板45中的每种颜色的图像信息调制的激光束。从四个光源41发射的四个激光束L入射到偏转构件42(旋转多面镜)上。偏转构件42包括用于旋转的马达(未示出)和用于驱动马达的驱动电路(未示出)。
由偏转构件42偏转的光束L中的每个光束由成像光学***44(光学透镜44a、反射镜44b和光学透镜44c)引导,并且沿着相应的光路行进。光束L通过布置在曝光装置3的上部部分处的相应照射窗玻璃将成像单元的感光鼓1曝露到光下,从而执行成像操作。
这里,包括用于曝光装置3内部电连接的布线的电线束包括用于向偏转构件42供电的供电电线和用于向偏转构件42传输信号的信号线(通信线)。电线束连接偏转构件42和激光驱动板45。
激光驱动板45设置有连接器46,所述连接器通过例如在接合区域48中的焊接进行连接,并且通过柔性电缆47(图2)电连接到成像设备100的主体的后板30上的控制板49。激光驱动板45布置在光学箱40的侧面上。更具体地,激光驱动板45的宽度方向是旋转偏转构件42的马达的旋转轴方向,即,在本示例性实施例中,竖直方向H。激光驱动板45的纵向方向是其中布置成像光学***44的平面的纵向方向,即,在本示例性实施例中,横向方向W。
柔性电缆47从激光驱动板45朝向彩色激光束打印机100的外部延伸,并且布线到附接到后板30的控制板49。柔性电缆47可以在柔性电缆47的厚度方向上弯曲,但是不能在柔性电缆47的宽度方向上弯曲。因此,柔性电缆47在与柔性电缆47的宽度方向相交的方向上适当弯曲的同时被布线。
除了用于向激光驱动板45供电的电源线之外,柔性电缆47还包括用于向光源41传输信号的信号线。在具有如此复杂结构的彩色激光束打印机100中,难以减少电源线和信号线的数量。结果,随着柔性电缆47的长度在布置柔性电缆47的导线的宽度方向(纵向方向)上增加,连接器46的宽度L1增加。
同时,将例如设置有电子电路元件和连接器46的印刷电路板的电子电路板用于激光驱动板45。设置在电子电路板上的电路(图案)布线在电路布线排列的方向(排列方向)上以预定间隔形成在电子电路板的一个表面上。除了确保形成布线之间的爬电距离的观点之外,从形成电子电路板的观点来看,期望电路布线之间的间隔是预定宽度或更大宽度。还期望每个电路布线具有基于例如待馈送的电流的大小的预定宽度或更大宽度。因此,在布置连接到连接器46的多个电路布线的方向上,激光驱动板45的尺寸根据连接到连接器46的多个电路布线的宽度和在排列方向上电路布线之间的间隔而增加,尽管电路布线在排列方向上的宽度小于连接器46的宽度L1。为此,在连接器46的纵向方向和激光驱动板45的纵向方向平行的情况下,连接到连接器46的多个电路布线必须弯曲以在激光驱动板45的宽度方向(竖直方向H)上延伸。因此,难以缩小激光驱动板45的尺寸。换句话说,难以在连接到连接器46的电路布线的排列方向上将连接器46的宽度L1和激光驱动板45的宽度L2这两者都减小。
因此,在本示例性实施例中,连接器46的纵向方向和连接到连接器46的电路布线的排列方向相交以防止连接器46的宽度L1和激光驱动板45的宽度L2中的每一个宽度的增加。换句话说,连接器46的纵向方向与激光驱动板45的纵向方向相交。
结果,即使激光驱动板45在竖直方向上的宽度L2小于连接器46在纵向方向上的宽度L1,柔性电缆47也可以电连接到连接器46,从而可以防止曝光装置3在竖直方向上的高度增加,并且因此可以缩小曝光装置3的尺寸。此外,在本示例性实施例中,激光驱动板45具有靠近连接器46的侧部45a,侧部45a基本平行于连接器46的纵向方向,并且柔性电缆47可以从侧部45a***连接器46。因此,当将柔性电缆47***连接器46时,操作者可以在不用手接触激光驱动板45的情况下工作。此外,在本示例性实施例中,连接器46布置在可从框架的开口部分34(图2)接近的位置处,该位置在面向激光驱动板45的前板32的一侧上。因此,操作者可以在曝光装置3附接到成像设备100的主体的状态下连接柔性电缆47,并且可以容易地观察柔性电缆47的连接器46周围的区域,使得操作者可以可靠地连接连接器而不出现错误。
下面将描述本公开的第二示例性实施例。在第一示例性实施例中,曝光装置3的激光驱动板45上的连接器46布置成使得连接器46的纵向方向与激光驱动板45的纵向方向相交,以缩小曝光装置3的尺寸。然而,本公开可以用于缩小设置在成像设备内部的单元的尺寸,并且其适用性不限于曝光装置3的激光驱动板45。在本示例性实施例中,将描述本公开应用于成像设备100的传感器单元23(单元)的示例。在本示例性实施例中,与第一示例性实施例的构造类似的构造设置有与第一示例性实施例的附图标记相同的附图标记,并且将不进行描述,并且将主要描述差异。
图4和图5分别是根据本示例性实施例的传感器单元23的透视图和放大图。为了描述的目的,图4示出了没有传感器单元23的盖构件的一部分的状态。设置有传感器单元23以获取形成在中间转印带12a上的调色剂图像的图像信息(针对图像图案的位置信息和颜色浓淡信息)。由传感器单元23获取的信息被传输到控制板49,并且调节光束L相对于感光鼓1的曝光位置和曝光光量,从而获得高质量的全色图像。
传感器单元23包括传感器板50(单元板)、具有刚性的金属部件51以及传感器盖52,其中图像传感器50a在纵向方向上的两个位置的每一个位置处附接到传感器板50。传感器板50在接合区域58中设置有通过例如焊接连接的连接器53,并且所述连接器通过电线束54电连接到设置在成像设备100的主体的后板30上的控制板49。传感器板50附接到金属部件51。传感器板50和连接器53由传感器盖52覆盖,并且传感器盖52形成传送路径的一部分。传感器单元23通过例如螺钉55的构件附接到成像设备100的主体的后板30和前板32以面向中间转印带12a。中间转印带12a由驱动辊12b和张紧辊12d拉伸,并且中间转印带循环地运行。传感器单元23具有检测形成在中间转印带12a上的图像图案的特性,并且因此,期望传感器单元23和中间转印带12a之间的位置关系稳定。在本示例性实施例中,如图3所示,传感器单元23布置在处理盒7K和驱动辊12b之间。
处理盒7K、对准辊对17和由驱动辊12b和次级转印辊16形成的次级转印部分15布置在传感器单元23附近。为了缩小成像设备100的尺寸,期望缩小例如传感器单元23的尺寸。
同时,为了获得高质量的全色图像,期望增加图像传感器的数量,或者增加待检测的特征信息。在此种情况下,电线束54的数量趋于增加。这导致连接器53在纵向方向上的宽度L3增加。
此外,将例如设置有电子电路元件和连接器53的印刷电路板的电子电路板用于传感器板50。设置在电子电路板上的电路(图案)布线在电路布线排列的方向(排列方向)上以预定间隔形成在电子电路板的一个表面上。除了确保形成布线之间的爬电距离的观点之外,从形成电子电路板的观点来看,期望电路布线之间的间隔是预定宽度或更大宽度。还期望每个电路布线具有基于例如待馈送的电流的大小的因素的预定宽度或更大宽度。因此,在布置连接到连接器53的多个电路布线的方向上,传感器板50的尺寸根据连接到连接器53的多个电路布线的宽度和在排列方向上电路布线之间的间隔而增加,尽管电路布线在排列方向上的宽度小于连接器53的宽度L3。为此,在连接器53的纵向方向和传感器板50的纵向方向平行的情况下,连接到连接器53的多个电路布线必须弯曲以在传感器板50的宽度方向上延伸。因此,难以缩小传感器板50的尺寸。换句话说,在连接到连接器53的电路布线的排列方向上,难以将连接器53的宽度L3和传感器板50的宽度L4这两者都减小。
因此,在本示例性实施例中,连接器53的纵向方向和连接到连接器53的电路布线的排列方向相交,以防止连接器53的宽度L3和传感器板50的宽度L4中的每一个宽度在连接到连接器53的电路布线的排列方向上增加。换句话说,连接器53的纵向方向与传感器板50的纵向方向相交。
结果,即使连接器53的宽度L3大于传感器板50的宽度L4,也可以缩小传感器板50的尺寸,并且此外,传感器板50可以电连接到通过设置在后板30中的开口部分30a连接到电线束54的连接器53。此外,可以从开口部分30a检查电线束54是否***,并且因此,可以改善可操作性。

Claims (6)
1.一种成像设备,所述成像设备包括:
单元,所述单元构造成执行成像操作;
单元板,所述单元板位于所述单元中;
布线,所述布线构造成连接到所述单元板;以及
控制板,所述控制板构造成通过所述布线连接到所述单元板并控制所述单元,
其中,所述单元板包括连接器,其中所述布线连接到所述连接器,以及
其中,所述连接器在所述连接器的纵向方向上的长度比所述单元板在所述单元板的横向方向上的长度长,并且所述连接器的所述纵向方向与所述单元板的所述横向方向相交。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成像设备,其中,所述连接器布置在所述单元板在所述单元板的纵向方向上的一个端部处,并且位于所述单元板在所述单元板的所述纵向方向上的所述一个端部处的侧部基本平行于所述连接器的所述纵向方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的成像设备,
其中,所述单元板包括半导体激光器和用于偏转装置的驱动电路,所述偏转装置以扫描方式偏转从所述半导体激光器发射的激光束,以及
其中,所述单元是光学扫描仪,所述光学扫描仪包括偏转装置、光学元件和光学盒,所述光学盒容纳所述偏转装置和所述光学元件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的成像设备,其中,所述布线包括柔性电缆。
5.一种成像设备,所述成像设备包括:
单元,所述单元构造成获取关于成像操作的信息;
单元板,所述单元板位于所述单元中;
布线,所述布线构造成连接到所述单元板;以及
控制板,所述控制板构造成通过所述布线连接到所述单元板并控制所述单元,
其中,所述单元板包括连接器,其中所述布线连接到所述连接器,以及
其中,所述连接器在所述连接器的纵向方向上的长度比所述单元板在所述单元板的横向方向上的长度长,并且所述连接器的所述纵向方向与所述单元板的所述横向方向相交。
6.根据权利要求5所述的成像设备,
其中,所述单元板包括半导体激光器和用于偏转装置的驱动电路,所述偏转装置以扫描方式偏转从所述半导体激光器发射的激光束,以及
其中,所述单元是传感器单元,所述传感器单元获取关于调色剂图像的信息,并且控制电路基于由所述传感器单元获取的所述信息来控制曝光装置,所述曝光装置将感光鼓曝露到光。
