Abstract

本发明涉及用于在皮带传动装置的皮带和与其传动连接的轴之间传递扭矩的皮带轮脱耦器,该皮带轮脱耦器具有:
-毂,该毂将紧固到轴,
-皮带轮,该皮带轮可旋转地安装在毂上,
-以及两个螺旋扭转弹簧,所述两个螺旋扭转弹簧在皮带轮与毂之间传递扭矩。
背景技术
此类皮带轮脱耦器,也称为隔离器,尤其可见于内燃机的辅助皮带传动装置中,用于补偿由其曲轴引入皮带传动装置中的扭转振动和不规则性。通过螺旋扭转弹簧的脱耦作用来提供补偿,该螺旋扭转弹簧根据皮带轮脱耦器的设计,将扭矩从皮带轮弹性地传递到毂,或者从毂弹性地传递到毂,或者在这两个方向上传递。后一个实施例通常用于具有借助于起动发电机的皮带起停功能的传动装置中,该起动发电机在发电机操作中由皮带驱动并且在电动机操作中驱动皮带。
从WO 2013/124 009 A1和US 2018/0087599 A1中已知通用型皮带轮脱耦器,每个皮带轮脱耦器均具有两个螺旋扭转弹簧。这些已知的皮带轮脱耦器的螺旋扭转弹簧串联连接。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在结构上改善一开始提及的类型的皮带轮脱耦器的扭矩传递特性。
对此的解决方案由权利要求所述的特征得出。因此,螺旋扭转弹簧应并联地连接。与串联连接相比,在弹簧并联连接的情况下,根据本发明的皮带轮脱耦器的主要优点在于,由起动发电机发起的对起动或升压扭矩(其通常比由起动发电机产生的扭矩大五倍)的传递在具有较低材料应力的两个弹簧之间划分。因此,弹簧尺寸可一方面在弹簧张力不变的情况下在扭矩传递增加的范围内优化并且另一方面在扭矩传递不变的情况下在弹簧使用寿命增加的范围内优化。
根据本发明的螺旋扭转弹簧的并联连接不限于在用于起动发电机的皮带轮脱耦器中使用,该皮带轮脱耦器在两个旋转方向上传递扭矩。相反,还可配备此脱耦器,以便仅将发电机扭矩从皮带传递到发电机,并且此脱耦器可具有飞轮,该飞轮使发电机基本上在没有扭矩的情况下超速运转。原则上,并联弹簧连接也可能通过脱耦器实现,该脱耦器仅将扭矩从皮带起动器传递到皮带,并且具有飞轮,该飞轮可防止扭矩在相反的扭矩方向上传递。

具体实施方式
图1所示的皮带轮脱耦器1安置在起动发电机的轴2上,该轴在所示箭头的方向上旋转。皮带轮脱耦器1包括中空圆柱形带轮3,该中空圆柱形带轮的外圆周表面由具有对应的多V型轮廓4的有肋的V型皮带包裹作为皮带拨取装置并且该中空圆柱形带轮可旋转地安装在毂5上,该毂牢固地拧紧到轴2。毂5在中心区段具有内螺纹6,并且在远离发电机的前端区段上具有内细齿7,作为用于拧紧工具的接合轮廓。在将毂5拧紧之后,将具有对应于拧紧工具的外细齿9的固定套筒8***到内细齿7中并拧紧到轴2,使得轴2与毂5之间的螺纹连接防止在起动发电机运转时不受控制地松动。
皮带轮3径向支承在毂5上经由双排滚针轴承10来实现,该双排滚针轴承布置在多V型轮廓4的轴向区域中。滚针轴承10形成有压到毂5上的轴承内环11、压到皮带轮3中的轴承外环12以及在其中作为待组装单元滚动的两个滚针环13和14。皮带轮3轴向安装在毂5上经由轴承内环11的径向向外延伸的轴环15来实现,该轴环一方面用作压到皮带轮3中的支撑环16的止动件,另一方面用作外轴承环12的径向向内延伸的轴环17的止动件。
皮带轮脱耦器1还包括两个平行的螺旋扭转弹簧18和19,这两个螺旋扭转弹簧根据起动发电机的操作模式在轴2与皮带之间传递扭矩,其中弹簧弹性使起动发电机与曲轴的扭转振动脱耦。在起动和升压模式下,扭矩经由毂5-螺旋扭转弹簧18、19-皮带轮3从轴2传递到皮带,而在发电机模式下,经由皮带轮3-螺旋扭转弹簧18、19-毂5从皮带传递到轴2。
螺旋扭转弹簧18、19形成图2所示的弹簧组,其中外部螺旋扭转弹簧19以相同的弹簧长度并且在相同的轴向安装空间内同轴地包围内部螺旋扭转弹簧18。螺旋扭转弹簧18、19是相同的并且各自由矩形线缠绕,该矩形线的尺寸设定成使得两个螺旋扭转弹簧18、19的对应于所传递扭矩的材料应力基本上具有相同的高度。外部螺旋扭转弹簧19的内径Di和内部螺旋扭转弹簧18的外径Da两者均大于多V型轮廓4的直径Dob,使得螺旋扭转弹簧18、19,特别是起动发电机的相对高的起动或升压扭矩可传递足够的疲劳强度。直径Dob是在球上测得的多V型轮廓4的测试直径(跨球直径)。
由于弹簧直径相对大,因此皮带轮3和毂5各自由若干个部分形成。皮带轮3包括:第一皮带轮部分20,在该第一皮带轮部分上形成有多V型轮廓4;以及第二皮带轮部分21,该第二皮带轮部分以旋转固定的方式连接到第一皮带轮部分20并且针对在操作期间在皮带轮3侧上运行的螺旋扭转弹簧端部23和24形成为弹簧板22(参见图3)。毂5包括:第一毂部分25,在该第一毂部分中形成有内螺纹;以及第二毂部分26,该第二毂部分以旋转固定的方式连接到第一毂部分25,该第一毂部分设计为针对在操作期间在毂5侧上运行的螺旋扭转弹簧端部28和29形成为弹簧板27(参见图3)。螺旋扭转弹簧端部29与螺旋扭转弹簧端部24相同,在图2中不可见。
从图2至图4合在一起可以看出,螺旋扭转弹18、19的绕组体在每种情况下都是圆柱形的,其中螺旋扭转弹簧端部23、24和28、29与相应的绕组体呈割线角度并且不可旋转地悬置在相关联的弹簧板22、27的对应插孔30和31或32和33中。从插孔30、31和32、33开始,两个弹簧板22、27均对应于螺旋扭转弹簧18、19的端面以斜坡状方式轴向上升,以轴向支撑螺旋扭转弹簧18、19。将螺旋扭转弹簧的绕组方向选择成使得起动和升压扭矩经由插孔30至33与螺旋扭转弹簧端部23、24和28、29的圆周端面34至37的圆周压力接触来传递,其中螺旋扭转弹簧18、19的绕组体的直径加宽。在相反的方向上,发电机扭矩经由插孔30至33与不可旋转地悬置在其中的螺旋扭转弹簧端部23、24和28、29的形锁合来传递,其中螺旋扭转弹簧18、19的绕组体的直径收缩。
第二皮带轮部分21在其远离发电机的端部处具有阶梯状直径扩增部38,在将皮带轮脱耦器1拧紧到轴2上之后,保护盖39卡入该阶梯状直径扩增部中。

Claims (7)
1.一种用于在皮带传动装置的皮带和与其传动连接的轴(2)之间传递扭矩的皮带轮脱耦器(1),所述皮带轮脱耦器具有:
-毂(5),所述毂将紧固到所述轴(2),
-皮带轮(3),所述皮带轮可旋转地安装在所述毂(5)上,
-以及两个螺旋扭转弹簧(18,19),所述两个螺旋扭转弹簧在所述皮带轮(3)与所述毂(5)之间传递扭矩,
其特征在于,所述螺旋扭转弹簧(18,19)并联地连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮带轮脱耦器(1),其特征在于,所述螺旋扭转弹簧(18,19)将所述扭矩从所述皮带轮(3)传递到所述毂(5)并且从所述毂(5)传递到所述皮带轮(3)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的皮带轮脱耦器(1),其特征在于,所述皮带轮(3)具有多V型轮廓(4)作为皮带拨取装置,其中所述螺旋扭转弹簧(18,19)设计成弹簧组并且所述外螺旋扭转弹簧(19)的内径(Di)大于所述多V型轮廓(4)的直径(Dob)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的皮带轮脱耦器(1),其特征在于,所述内螺旋扭转弹簧(18)的外径(Da)大于所述多V型轮廓(4)的所述直径(Dob)。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的皮带轮脱耦器(1),其特征在于,所述皮带轮(3)分为若干个部分并且包括:第一皮带轮部分(20),在所述第一皮带轮部分上形成有所述多V型轮廓(4);以及第二皮带轮部分(21),所述第二皮带轮部分以旋转固定的方式连接到所述第一皮带轮部分(20)并且针对在操作期间在所述皮带轮(3)侧上运行并且以旋转固定的方式连接到所述第二皮带轮部分(21)的所述螺旋扭转弹簧端部(23,24)而设计为弹簧板(22)。
6.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的皮带轮脱耦器(1),其特征在于,所述毂(5)由若干个部分制成并且包括:第一毂部分(25),所述第一毂部分将紧固到所述轴(2);以及第二毂部分(26),所述第二毂部分以旋转固定的方式连接到所述第一毂部分(25),所述第二毂部分针对在操作期间在所述毂(5)侧上运行并且以旋转固定的方式连接到所述第二毂部分(26)的所述螺旋扭转弹簧端部(28,29)而设计为弹簧板(27)。
7.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的皮带轮脱耦器(1),其特征在于,所述螺旋扭转弹簧(18,19)在同一方向上缠绕。
