The container turnover equipment capable of automatically opening and closing the container door is suitable for enterprises such as ports and piers, material storage, storage yard grain depot and the like which are used for carrying out 'bulk change and collection' of transportation, unloading and stacking storage requirements on various bulk cargos (grains, feeds, coal, mineral powder, cement, stones and the like); meanwhile, the method has the technical effects of high efficiency, low cost, environmental protection, less goods loss, clean unloading, large pile height, safety, operability and the like.
When the container door is required to be opened and closed, the container is tilted to be vertical by utilizing the frame turnover mechanism, the container opening is downward, and the container door at the lower end is automatically opened slowly to be opened and unloaded by utilizing the mutual cooperation of the container door opening and closing mechanism and the locking rod locking mechanism of the container door, so that the technical effects of high-efficiency work, safe operation, controllable operation and the like are further realized.
In addition, the automatic lock rod rotating mechanism is further added, so that after the handle is manually locked on the automatic lock rod rotating mechanism when the container opening which needs to be opened or closed is in a low position, the automatic lock rod rotating mechanism automatically rotates the door lock rod through the lock rod handle, so that locking of the lock head of the lock rod and the lock seat of the container is achieved or unlocking is achieved, the technical effect that the lock rod is manually rotated without climbing to a high position if the container is loaded up after the container is loaded is achieved, the condition that a safety accident occurs due to the fact that the container is manually climbed to the high position is avoided, and meanwhile, the lock rod rotates to be matched with the door opening and closing device of the door lock device of the container, so that the working efficiency and the operation safety are further improved when the door of the container are operated.

Examples:
as shown in fig. 1 to 10, in the novel material unloading device described in this embodiment, an unloading frame 100, an unloading conveying mechanism 200, a lifting driving mechanism 900 and an unloading funnel 700 are arranged at the bottom of an unloading channel of the unloading frame 100, and the bottom end of the unloading conveying mechanism 200 is rotatably connected with the unloading frame 100; the lifting driving mechanism 900 is fixed on the unloading frame 100, the lifting driving part of the lifting driving mechanism is connected with the unloading conveying mechanism 200, and the bottom end of the unloading conveying mechanism 200 is in butt joint with the discharge port of the unloading funnel 700; based on this structure, the control room 600 and stairs into the control room can be provided on the discharge frame.
In this embodiment, a driving wheel assembly is installed at the bottom of the unloading frame 100, the driving wheel assembly includes a steering wheel assembly 300 and a driving wheel assembly 400, and the steering wheel assembly 300 and the driving wheel assembly 400 are respectively installed at two ends of the bottom surface of the unloading frame 100; further, the steering wheel assembly 300 includes two driving wheels 304, a steering cylinder 305, a swinging member 302 and two steering links 301, which are disposed at two positions corresponding to each other, the two driving wheels 304 are respectively provided with a steering rotation mechanism 306 on a supporting member 303 of the two driving wheels 304, the steering rotation mechanism 306 is connected with the bottom of the unloading frame 100, the middle part of the swinging member 302 is rotatably connected with the bottom of the unloading frame 100, the end of a piston rod of the steering cylinder 305 is rotatably connected with a first end of the swinging member 302, two ends of one steering link 301 are respectively hinged with a second end of the swinging member 302 and a supporting member 303 on one driving wheel 304, two ends of the other steering link 301 are respectively hinged with a third end of the swinging member 302 and a supporting member 303 on the other driving wheel 304, the driving wheels 304 are composed of a large-diameter wide high-elasticity solid tire, a high-strength steel ring, a driving speed reducer of an inner belt wet friction brake, and the like, and a certain driving capability is provided. The steering cylinder is a heavy hydraulic cylinder component, and the telescopic action of the steering cylinder can cause the rotation of tires on two sides through a steering link mechanism formed by combining double trapezoid link mechanisms, so as to realize steering action. The steering slewing mechanism adopts a toothless slewing bearing, meets the requirement of complex operation conditions, and a vibration motor 111 is arranged on the lifting appliance.
Based on the structure, the steering wheel assembly is set as a front driving wheel, the driving wheel assembly is set as a rear driving wheel, the front driving wheel and the rear driving wheel are respectively arranged at two ends of the bottom surface of the unloading frame, the driving wheel assembly comprises a rear wheel driving mechanism 402, a rear wheel structure assembly 403 and a hinge shaft balancing mechanism 401, the main functional components of the whole machine moving operation are formed by the rear wheel driving mechanism 402, the rear wheel driving mechanism 402 comprises two groups of double-wheel structures, the wheel body of the double-wheel structure comprises a large-diameter wide tread high-elasticity solid tire, a high-strength steel ring, a driving speed reducer with an inner belt wet friction brake and the like, and sufficient driving capability is provided. The rear wheel structure component is a bearing component of the whole machine and needs to meet the requirement of bearing capacity. The hinge shaft balancing mechanism 401 has the function of avoiding and eliminating the unbalance phenomenon caused by uneven double wheel pressure due to uneven ground, thereby achieving the purpose of stable operation of the whole machine. Each group of front wheels and rear wheels adopt independent power arrangement structure, wherein the wheel bodies of the two wheels are driven by a hydraulic motor, and the hinged balance piece is fixed with the bottom surface of the unloading frame. Preferably, the unloading and conveying mechanism comprises an outer frame, an inner frame and a conveying belt, wherein the inner frame and the conveying belt are arranged in an inner cavity of the outer frame, two ends of the outer frame are respectively and rotatably connected with a first belt wheel and a second belt wheel, two ends of the inner frame are respectively and rotatably connected with a third belt wheel and a fourth belt wheel, supporting rollers are respectively arranged on the upper surface of the inner frame and the upper surface of the outer frame, pulleys are arranged on the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the outer frame, and tensioning wheels are arranged on the outer bottom surface of the outer frame; the conveyer belt winds on first band pulley, second band pulley, third band pulley and fourth band pulley respectively, and its one belt body is arranged on the backing roller, and its another belt body is arranged between inside casing bottom surface and pulley, and its another belt body is arranged between take-up pulley and frame bottom surface.
In this embodiment, the unloading and conveying mechanism 200 includes an outer frame 203, an inner frame 204 disposed in an inner cavity of the outer frame 203, and a conveying belt 205, wherein two ends of the outer frame are respectively rotatably connected with a first belt pulley 2031 and a second belt pulley 2032, two ends of the inner frame 204 are respectively rotatably connected with a third belt pulley 2041 and a fourth belt pulley 2042, supporting rollers 206 are respectively disposed on an upper surface of the inner frame 204 and an upper surface of the outer frame 203, a pulley 2034 is disposed on a bottom surface of the inner cavity of the outer frame 203, and a tensioning wheel 2033 is disposed on an outer bottom surface of the outer frame 203; the conveyer belt 205 is wound on the first belt wheel, the second belt wheel, the third belt wheel and the fourth belt wheel respectively, one belt body is arranged on the supporting roller, the other belt body is arranged between the bottom surface of the inner frame and the pulley, the other belt body is arranged between the tensioning wheel and the bottom surface of the outer frame, and the bottom end first support 207 of the outer frame is hinged with the bottom pin shaft of the discharging frame 100. The structure drives the first belt wheel, the second belt wheel, the third belt wheel and the fourth belt wheel to rotate forwards or reversely to drive the inner frame to stretch; and the inner frame and the outer frame are bearing component assemblies in material flow, and the requirements of high strength and high performance of continuous operation such as movement, strength, reliability, long service life and the like are required to be met.
In this embodiment, the unloading funnel 700 includes an unloading funnel with a vibrating device, and the specific setting mode is that a vibrating motor is arranged on the outer side wall of the unloading funnel, so as to accelerate the unloading speed, avoid blocking materials, and simultaneously, the unloading funnel is a guiding device that the container unloads materials and enters the unloading chute body of the telescopic conveying mechanism.
In this embodiment, the lifting driving mechanism 900 includes a rope 901, a rope pulley 902 wound around the rope 901, a driving motor for driving the rope pulley 902 to rotate, a first driving wheel 903 and a second driving wheel 904, where the first driving wheel is rotatably mounted on the second support 208 on the outer frame, the driving motor is fixed on the top end of the discharging frame, the second driving wheel is rotatably mounted on the discharging frame and located at the position of the driving motor, and one end of the rope is led out from the rope pulley, sequentially bypasses the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel, and then is connected with the first driving wheel. After the motor drives the driving rope wheel to rotate, the rope is retracted, so that the lifting and descending operation of the discharging conveying mechanism is driven, and the first support pin shaft on the bottom end of the outer frame is hinged to the bottom of the discharging frame, so that the discharging conveying mechanism can be directly placed on the ground horizontally after being lowered.
In the embodiment, a discharge tank 201 is arranged at the bottom end of the discharge conveying mechanism 200, a discharge port is arranged on the discharge tank 201, the discharge port corresponds to the position of the conveying surface of the discharge conveying mechanism, and the discharge tank is sleeved at the discharge port of the discharge hopper; the discharge tank 201 is fixed to the bottom end of the outer frame 203. Wherein the arrangement of the discharge chute body enables the cargo discharged from the hopper to be received and prevents the cargo from leaking imagination.
Example 2:
The novel material discharging device described in this embodiment includes the novel material discharging device, a turnover mechanism 500 for turning a container to a horizontal state or a vertical state or a slant state and a translation driving mechanism 800 for driving the turnover mechanism 500 to horizontally translate are disposed in a discharging channel of a discharging frame 100 of the novel material discharging device, a lifting appliance 110 is disposed on the turnover mechanism, a box door switch mechanism 3000 for keeping a box door of the container in an open or closed state is disposed at an end of the lifting appliance 110 facing to a discharging funnel, a translation driving member of the translation driving mechanism 800 is connected with the turnover mechanism 500, and the translation driving mechanism 800 drives the turnover mechanism to move to a discharging funnel or a container inlet port of the discharging channel.
In the above structure, the lifting appliance 110 is composed of lifting appliance bearing lifting points 111, lifting appliance side stringers 112, middle connecting beams 113, a cross beam 114 close to a box door, a cross beam 115 close to a box end, a middle protective box stringer 116, a turnover locking stop 117 and a lifting appliance end beam structure 118. The lifting point 111 of the lifting appliance is a node for connecting a container overturning host, and is also a maximum stress point of all components and the full-load container load, so that the requirements of strength and rigidity are met. The spreader side stringers 112, the middle connecting beam 113, the near-door beam 114, the near-end beam 115 and the middle guard box stringers 116 are integrated. A door opening and closing mechanism 2 is mounted adjacent the door beam 114 and the side spreader end beam structure 118. Mounted adjacent to the box end beam 115 and the side spreader end beam structure 118 are end plate protection mechanisms and end plate locking mechanisms 32 in the box protection mechanism 3. The side plate protection mechanism 33 in the box body protection assembly 3 is mounted on the middle box protection longitudinal beam 116, and meanwhile, the end plate protection mechanism and the side plate protection mechanism are combined to prevent deformation of the top plate of the container box body. The overturning locking baffles 117 arranged on the longitudinal beams 112 on the two sides of the lifting appliance are locking structures when the lifting appliance main body structure 11 is overturned vertically. The lifting point locking shaft mechanisms 12 are arranged in the two ends of the two lifting appliance end beam structures 118, and the four corners of the bottom surface of the lifting appliance are provided with lifting point locking shaft mechanisms, and each lifting point locking shaft mechanism corresponds to each lock hole position of the top surface of the container; the lifting point lock shaft mechanism 12 is composed of a lifting point rotating lock shaft 121, a lock shaft rotating handle 122, a rotating lock cylinder pin shaft 123, a rotating lock cylinder assembly 124, a rotating lock cylinder support 125 and a lock shaft angle pointer 126. The lifting point rotating lock shaft 121 is inserted into a lock hole of a container four-corner piece, the lifting point rotating lock shaft 121 is rotated through the rotating lock cylinder pin shaft 123 and the lock shaft rotating handle 122 under the action of the rotating lock cylinder assembly 124, a hook of the lifting point rotating lock shaft locks the container, the lock shaft angle pointer 126 can indicate the combination condition of the two sides, and the lifting appliance bearing lifting point 111 is fixedly connected with the lifting head 97 of the rope lifting mechanism 9.
In this embodiment, the translation driving mechanism 800 includes a translation cylinder 801 that is horizontally disposed, and a running track 803 that is disposed on two corresponding sidewalls of a boxing channel in the unloading frame, two side frames 21 of the turnover mechanism 500 are fixed with running steel wheels 802 at bottoms, and the running steel wheels are positioned on the running track, and the end of a telescopic rod of the translation cylinder is fixedly connected with the side frame of the turnover mechanism, and the cylinder of the translation cylinder is fixed on the inner wall of the boxing channel, and drives the turnover frame to stably translate on the running track of the unloading frame by using the extension and retraction of a piston rod of the translation cylinder, so as to improve the usability, and the guiding and bearing functions of the horizontal running movement of the turnover mechanism, and the running steel wheels are provided with wheel grooves, and the running track is inserted into the wheel grooves, so that the running of the turnover mechanism is more stable and reliable, and meanwhile, the requirements of bearing and structural strength in the operation process are satisfied.
In this embodiment, the turnover mechanism 500 includes two first turnover cylinders 71, two frame bodies 21 disposed at intervals, a turnover frame 22 located between the two frame bodies 21, and a lifting tool 110; the lifting appliance 110 is fixed on the bottom surface of the transverse part of the roll-over stand 22, and one end of the lower part of the lifting appliance is provided with a discharge hopper and a box door opening and closing mechanism 113 is fixed at one end; a turnover bearing 73 is arranged between the inner side surface of the frame body 21 and the outer side surface of the turnover frame 22; one end face of the rotating ring of the turnover bearing 73 is fixed with the outer side face of the turnover frame 22, and the other end face of the rotating ring is fixed with the inner side face of the frame body 21; the tail ends of the cylinder bodies of the two first overturning cylinders 71 are respectively hinged on the hinged supports of the two frame bodies 21 through pin shafts, the end parts of the piston rods of the two first overturning cylinders are hinged on the hinged supports at the bottom of the overturning frame 22, four automatic rotary locks 111 which respectively correspond to the lock hole positions at four corners of the top surface of the container are fixed on the bottom surface of the lifting appliance 110, and the automatic rotary locks 11 are inserted into the lock holes of the container to lock the container after being moved.
In the structure, the pin shaft at the end part of the piston rod of the first overturning oil cylinder is hinged to the hinged support near the outer side end on the bottom of the overturning frame, when the telescopic rod of the first overturning oil cylinder stretches out, the overturning frame is in a horizontal state, and the first overturning oil cylinder and the overturning frame are parallel to each other; however, when an empty container is positioned on the roll-over stand, a piston rod of the first roll-over cylinder is retracted, then the outer side end of the roll-over stand is pulled to rotate downwards, the inner side end of the roll-over stand is rotated upwards, the operation is performed until the container is turned to a vertical state or an inclined state, after the turning is completed, the cylinder is self-locked, at the moment, the piston rod of the translation cylinder is driven to extend out to push the turning mechanism, and the top end of the container in the vertical state or the inclined state on the turning mechanism corresponds to a discharging opening of the hopper; after the loading is completed, the first overturning oil cylinder stretches out again to enable the top end of the container to rotate downwards, the bottom end of the container rotates upwards until the container is in a horizontal state, then people lock the door plate, the door opening and closing mechanism is separated from the door plate, the running operation of the door opening and closing mechanism completely meets the overturning requirement of the container, the carrying requirement and the structural strength requirement of the container during overturning are met through the structural design, meanwhile, the first overturning oil cylinder adopts a large-diameter high-pressure high-strength push rod oil cylinder, and the telescopic rod of the first overturning oil cylinder can be self-locked after being telescopic, so that the overturned state of the container is locked.
In this embodiment, the device further comprises lifting cylinders 8 disposed at two ends of two frame bodies 21, wherein inner sleeves 2120 are fixed at two ends of a running steel beam 2130 at the bottom of the frame bodies 21, outer sleeves 2110 at two ends of the frame bodies 21 are sleeved on the inner sleeves 2120, the ends of piston rods of the lifting cylinders are connected with the running steel beam 2130, and the tail ends of the cylinders of the lifting cylinders are mounted on supports on the side surfaces of the outer sleeves 211 on the frame bodies;
In the structure, the piston rods of the four jacking cylinders synchronously stretch and retract to lift the outer sleeve, so that the frame body is regulated by lifting movement, the overturning frame also moves up and down along with the lifting movement after the lifting movement of the frame body, so that the height of a container positioned on a lifting appliance in the overturning mechanism is regulated, and the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are mutually matched and positioned in the lifting process, so that the bearing requirement and the structural strength requirement of lifting the overturning mechanism positioned with a heavy-load container are met, the stability and the load safety during the lifting movement are ensured, the cylinders are self-locked after the lifting regulation is finished, and the height after the lifting regulation is locked; and the bottom circumference side of the outer sleeve and the bottom circumference side of the inner sleeve are provided with limiting rings, so that the limiting rings are used for limiting each other when the outer sleeve descends to the lowest position.
In the embodiment, two ends of the top of the roll-over stand 22 are respectively provided with a rope lifting mechanism 9 for lifting or lowering the lifting appliance 110, and the lifting part of the rope lifting mechanism 9 is fixedly connected with the end part of the lifting appliance; the two rope lifting mechanisms 9 comprise lifting oil cylinders 91, two guide horizontal pulleys 94, two cross beam vertical pulleys 95 and two lifting bearing ropes 96, the tail ends of the cylinder bodies of the two lifting oil cylinders are respectively fixed on inner cross beams 142 at the two ends of the top of the turnover frame through bolts, and the two lifting oil cylinders are distributed in a cross diagonal mode; two transverse beam vertical pulleys are respectively and rotatably arranged on two end support seats of the end side transverse beam at the top of the turnover frame, and two guide horizontal pulleys are respectively and rotatably arranged on two end inner side transverse beam support seats 92 at the top of the turnover frame; one end of each lifting bearing rope forms a loop and is fixedly arranged on a piston rod end fixing piece of the lifting oil cylinder through bolt pressing, the other end of one lifting bearing rope bypasses a cross beam vertical pulley and is fixedly connected with the end part of the lifting appliance, and the other end of one lifting bearing rope sequentially bypasses two guide horizontal pulleys and a cross beam vertical pulley and is fixedly connected with the end part of the lifting appliance; a supporting plate 96 is attached to the lower side surface of the lifting oil cylinder, the supporting plate is fixed to the top of the overturning frame, and the end part of the lifting bearing rope is fixed to the end part of the lifting appliance through a connecting piece through bolts; the other end of the lifting bearing rope also forms a loop, and the loop is pressed and fixed at the end part of the lifting appliance through bolts.
In the structure, the lifting bearing ropes are retracted and released synchronously by utilizing the piston rods of the two lifting cylinders to lift and adjust the height of the lifting appliance, and the heights of the containers are independently adjusted at the same time, and the piston rods of the two lifting cylinders can be self-locked after being retracted, so that the heights of the containers are independently adjusted; so as to meet the requirements of loading and unloading operations, and the bearing capacity of the loading and unloading machine also meets the requirements of maximum working load.

The displacement limiting mechanism is used for limiting the displacement travel of the rotating shaft in the lower mounting cavity along the track of the second arc-shaped hole; the displacement limiting mechanism comprises a limiting oil cylinder, a rotary limiting plate, a limiting support and a limiting pin shaft; the limiting pin shaft is arranged on the partition plate of the positioning frame through the limiting support and is positioned beside the second arc-shaped hole; the rotary limiting plate is sleeved on the limiting pin shaft by utilizing the perforation of the rotary limiting plate; one end of a cylinder body of the limiting cylinder is arranged on a partition plate of the positioning frame through a cylinder support, and the end part of a piston rod of the limiting cylinder is hinged with a rotary limiting plate through a pin shaft; the bottom surface of the rotary limiting plate is provided with two limiting baffles which are arranged at intervals and correspond to each other, and the two limiting baffles are respectively positioned at two sides of the rotary shaft; the end part of the rotating shaft extends out of the second arc-shaped hole on the partition plate, and the end part of the rotating shaft is positioned at the limit position of the limit position baffle plate.

The material discharging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the driving wheel assembly includes a steering wheel assembly and a driving wheel assembly, and the steering wheel assembly and the driving wheel assembly are respectively installed at both ends of the bottom surface of the discharging frame.

The material discharging device according to claim 2, wherein the steering wheel assembly comprises two driving wheels, a steering oil cylinder, a swinging member and two steering connecting rods, wherein the driving wheels are arranged at two positions corresponding to each other, the swinging member and the two steering connecting rods are arranged between the two driving wheels, the supporting members of the two driving wheels are respectively provided with a steering slewing mechanism, the steering slewing mechanism is connected with the bottom of the discharging frame, the middle part of the swinging member is rotatably connected with the bottom surface of the discharging frame, the end part of a piston rod of the steering oil cylinder is rotatably connected with the first end of the swinging member, the two ends of the steering connecting rod are respectively hinged with the second end of the swinging member and the supporting member pin shaft on one driving wheel, the two ends of the other steering connecting rod are respectively hinged with the third end of the swinging member and the supporting member pin shaft on the other driving wheel, and the first bracket at the bottom end of the outer frame is rotatably connected with the discharging frame.

The material unloading device according to claim 1, wherein the unloading conveying mechanism comprises an outer frame, an inner frame arranged in an inner cavity of the outer frame, and a conveying belt, wherein two ends of the outer frame are respectively and rotatably connected with a first belt wheel and a second belt wheel, two ends of the inner frame are respectively and rotatably connected with a third belt wheel and a fourth belt wheel, the upper surface of the inner frame and the upper surface of the outer frame are respectively provided with supporting rollers, the bottom surface of the inner cavity of the outer frame is provided with pulleys, and the outer bottom surface of the outer frame is provided with a tensioning wheel; the conveyer belt winds on first band pulley, second band pulley, third band pulley and fourth band pulley respectively, and its one belt body is arranged on the backing roller, and its another belt body is arranged between inside casing bottom surface and pulley, and its another belt body is arranged between take-up pulley and frame bottom surface.
5. The material discharge apparatus of claim 1, wherein the discharge hopper comprises a discharge hopper with a vibrating device.

The material discharging apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the bottom end of the discharging conveying mechanism is provided with a discharging groove body, a discharging hole is arranged on the discharging groove body, the discharging hole corresponds to the position of the conveying surface of the discharging conveying mechanism, and the discharging groove body is sleeved at the discharging hole of the discharging funnel.

The material discharging device according to claim 1, wherein the translation driving mechanism comprises a translation oil cylinder horizontally arranged and running rails arranged on two corresponding side walls of the discharging channel in the discharging frame, running steel wheels are fixed at the bottoms of two side frames of the turnover mechanism and positioned on the running rails, the end parts of telescopic rods of the translation oil cylinder are fixedly connected with the side faces of side frames of the turnover mechanism, the body parts of the translation oil cylinder are fixed on the inner walls of the boxing channel, wheel grooves are formed in the running steel wheels, and the running rails are inserted into the wheel grooves.
