Claims (8)

1. The hydraulic loading and unloading machine with the translation and locking functions comprises a chassis, a translation carrier and a loading platform, wherein the rear end of the loading platform is hinged with the translation carrier, wheel stopping equipment for preventing a truck from sliding off is arranged at the rear part of the loading platform, a lifting frame is fixedly connected to the loading platform, one end of a lifting cylinder is hinged to the lifting frame, the other end of the lifting cylinder is hinged to the translation carrier, and the loading platform is overturned through the expansion and the contraction of the lifting cylinder; the hydraulic loading and unloading machine is characterized by further comprising a support plate and a translation driving oil cylinder which are fixedly connected to the ground, wherein the support plate is positioned in front of the translation carrier, the bottom end of the translation driving oil cylinder is hinged with the front end of the translation carrier, the other end of the translation driving oil cylinder is hinged with the support plate, and the translation carrier horizontally moves in the underframe through the extension and retraction of the translation driving oil cylinder; the wheel stopping device comprises a wheel stopping plate hinged with the rear end of the vehicle carrying platform, one end of a wheel stopping overturning oil cylinder is hinged to the bottom of the wheel stopping plate, and the other end of the wheel stopping overturning oil cylinder is hinged to the tail of the vehicle carrying platform; the wheel stopping equipment further comprises a mechanical limiting bar, one end of the mechanical limiting bar is provided with a sliding hole, one end of the mechanical limiting bar is hinged with the wheel stopping plate, and the other end of the mechanical limiting bar is slidably hinged with the tail of the vehicle carrying platform through the sliding hole.

The hydraulic vehicle unloading machine with translation and locking functions according to claim 1, wherein the underframe comprises side box girders on two sides and a supporting plate fixedly connected with the bottom of the side box girders, and a plurality of first locking pin holes are formed on the side box girders at equal intervals; the translation carrier both sides are equipped with the side box, a plurality of second lock pinhole have been seted up to the equidistance on the side box, the second lock pinhole with first lockpin hole on the side case roof beam cooperation is used.

The hydraulic vehicle unloading machine with translation and locking functions according to claim 2, wherein a plurality of middle box beams are fixedly connected between side box bodies of the translation carrier, two ends of part of the middle box beams are sleeved with telescopic beams in a sliding mode, each telescopic beam is driven by a lock pin oil cylinder arranged in the middle box beam, the lock pin oil cylinder pushes out the telescopic beam to enable the telescopic beam to pass through the first lock pin hole and the second lock pin hole at the same time, and locking operation of the underframe and the translation carrier is completed.
4. A hydraulic vehicle unloader with translation and locking functions according to claim 3, wherein the bottom of the translation carrier is provided with a translation wheel in contact sliding connection with the support plate.

The hydraulic vehicle-mounted unloader with translation and locking functions according to claim 1, further comprising a vehicle guiding platform and a vehicle guiding platform driving oil cylinder, wherein the vehicle guiding platform is hinged with the front end of the translation carrier; one end of the car guiding platform driving oil cylinder is hinged with the car guiding platform, the other end of the car guiding platform driving oil cylinder is hinged with the front end of the translation carrier, and the car guiding platform realizes overturning through the extension and retraction of the car guiding platform driving oil cylinder.

The hydraulic vehicle unloader with translation and locking function of claim 1, further comprising a people mover and a people mover drive cylinder; the bottom plate of the manned platform is net-shaped, and the front end of the manned platform is hinged with the rear end of the translation carrier; one end of the manned platform driving oil cylinder is hinged with the manned platform, the other end of the manned platform driving oil cylinder is hinged with the rear end of the translation carrier, and the manned platform realizes overturning through the expansion and contraction of the manned platform driving oil cylinder.

The hydraulic vehicle unloading machine with translation and locking functions according to claim 6, wherein a dustproof ring capable of being manually retracted and released is arranged at the bottom of the manned platform, the rear part is fixedly connected with a dustproof safety wall, and two sides of the dustproof safety wall are fixedly connected with guard rails.

The hydraulic vehicle unloader with translation and locking functions according to claim 7, wherein the dust ring comprises an upper frame, a lower frame, a middle soft dustproof medium and two steel wires; the upper layer frame is fixedly connected to the bottom of the manned platform, the periphery of the upper part of the middle layer soft dustproof medium is fixedly connected with the upper layer frame, and the periphery of the lower part of the middle layer soft dustproof medium is fixedly connected with the lower layer frame; the dust ring also comprises four pulleys, four guide wheels and a manual winding drum which are fixedly connected to the manned platform, wherein the four pulleys are fixedly connected to four corners of the manned platform, and two of the four guide wheels are respectively arranged on two opposite corners of the manned platform; one end of a first steel wire rope is fixedly connected to a point A of the lower layer frame, the first steel wire rope bypasses a first pulley, a first guide wheel and a second guide wheel, the other end of the first steel wire rope is fixedly connected to a point B of the lower layer frame, the first steel wire rope bypasses a second pulley, the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel, and the middle part of the first steel wire rope is twined on a manual winding drum in a double-strand manner; one end of the second steel wire rope is fixedly connected with a lower layer frame C point, the second steel wire rope bypasses a third pulley, a third guide wheel and a fourth guide wheel, the other end of the second steel wire rope is fixedly connected with a lower layer frame D point, the second steel wire rope bypasses the fourth pulley, the third guide wheel and the fourth guide wheel, the middle part of the second steel wire rope is twined on a manual winding drum in a double-strand mode, and the winding direction of the second steel wire rope is the same as that of the first steel wire rope.
