现有的面料在制成衣服并进行穿着的过程中,通常会存在有一些影响穿着舒适性的问题,其中较为常见的问题是面料起静电的问题和面料防水防油效果差的问题,对于面料起静电的原因,主要是由于物体之间的摩擦或者感应产生的,产生静电后同性电荷相互排斥、异性电荷相互吸引,从而会造成静电干扰,由于静电吸附,带有异性电荷的灰尘会附着在织物表面,当衣服之间材质不同时,不同极性的电荷造成相互吸引,从而会出现衣服与衣服相互纠缠、衣服对人体纠缠的现象,使得穿着极为不适,而面料防水防油效果差的原因,主要是由于传统的纺织纤维对于水和油渍较为敏感导致的,当有水或者油渍掉落到衣服上时,油渍或者水会吸附在衣服上形成油斑或者水斑,无法及时清除,影响形象,且如果油斑或者水斑长时间存在,则会形成长久斑迹,无法清除,从而严重影响穿着的效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种面料及其制备工艺,通过设置功能层,且功能层通过坯布浸扎抗静电整理剂和防水抗油整理剂得到,则使得面料具备有抗静电和防水抗油的效果,有效提升了面料的穿着舒适性。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种面料,包括基布层和功能层,所述基布层与功能层之间通过热熔胶粘合在一起,所述功能层通过坯布浸扎抗静电整理剂和防水抗油整理剂得到,其中,
所述抗静电整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
烷基磺酸盐12-15份;
对苯二甲酸二甲酯12-20份;
硬质酸钠2-6份;
焦磷酸钠4-9份;
硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯1-4份;
聚氧丙烯甘油醚2-5份;
酒精15-20份;
香精5-8份;
余量为水;
所述防水抗油整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
四甲基氟化铵20-30份;
磷酸氢钙10-20份;
甲醇12-20份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-3份;
酮丙二酸2-5份;
聚乙二醇10-15份;
余量为水。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于设置有功能层,且功能层通过坯布浸扎抗静电整理剂和防水抗油整理剂得到,抗静电整理剂中通过添加烷基磺酸盐、对苯二甲酸二甲酯、硬质酸钠和焦磷酸钠,从而具备有较好的消除静电效果,能够提高坯布纤维的吸湿能力,改善导电性能,从而能够减少静电现象,且能在坯布纤维的表面形成吸附层,使得纤维表面的比电阻降低,从而降低静电的积聚,且抗静电整理剂与坯布分子的相容性较好,能够均匀分布在坯布的内部和表层,避免抗静电高分子在坯布内部发生团聚,即使坯布表面的抗静电整理剂因摩擦而导致部分损失时,仍能保持功能层良好的抗静电效果,则使得功能层具有持久的抗静电性,则通过抗静电整理剂的设置,使得面料具备有抗静电的效果,制成衣服后穿着较为舒适,防水抗油整理剂中通过添加四甲基氟化铵、磷酸氢钙、甲醇和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,则使得经过防水抗油整理剂整理的坯布的表面张力大幅度下降,从而使得功能层具备有拒水拒油的效果,则当水滴或油洒落至功能层表面时,无法渗透进功能层内部而只能汇聚成珠状在功能层表面滚动,则使得功能层具备有较好的防水抗油效果,同时使得面料具备有防水抗油的效果,制成衣服后穿着时不会生成斑迹,穿着舒适性高。
本发明进一步设置为:所述基布层由第一纺织纱和第二纺织纱经纬编织而成,所述第一纺织纱由若干75D/72F涤纶线加捻而成,所述第二纺织纱由若干40D氨纶线合股制成。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于基布层由第一纺织纱和第二纺织纱经纬编织而成,且第一纺织纱由若干75D/72F涤纶线加捻而成,第二纺织纱由若干40D氨纶线合股制成,涤纶线具有高模量、高强度、高弹性和良好的保形性,从而保证了基布层的强度,使得面料具有较好的强度和韧性,且不易褶皱,而氨纶线具有高弹性且恢复性高,从而使得基布层具有较好的延展性,使得面料制成衣服后没有压迫感,穿着较为舒适。
本发明进一步设置为:所述坯布包括二针道的上针盘和二针道的下针筒针织而成的花型,所述花型六路一循环,花型按照上针盘到下针盘的排列顺序,第一路依次为浮线组织、浮线组织、成圈组织、成圈组织,第二路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织,第三路依次为浮线组织、集圈组织、集圈组织、浮线组织,第四路依次为浮线组织、浮线组织、成圈组织、成圈组织,第五路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织,第六路依次为集圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织、集圈组织。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于坯布包括二针道的上针盘和二针道的下针筒针织而成的花型,花型六路一循环,这样的编织结构连接较为牢固,使得坯布的结构不易分散脱离,由于编织结构多样,层次分明,立体感强,使得坯布整体结构稳定性较好,不易断裂褶皱,透气性较好。
本发明进一步设置为:所述基布层和功能层的克重均为100g/m2
本发明进一步设置为:将所述抗静电整理剂通过浸扎的方法施加到所述坯布上的具体步骤如下:
1)配比扎液:将抗静电整理剂稀释得到扎液,且所述坯布与稀释后的扎液的浴比为1:8;
2)预浸:将坯布投入并浸置在稀释后的扎液中,并使用工具翻搅使其分散,进行一浸一扎;
3)烘干:将经过步骤2)处理的坯布在70-80℃的温度下进行烘干;
4)烘焙:将经过步骤3)处理的坯布在180℃的温度下进行烘焙,持续时间为1分钟;
5)二浸:将经过步骤4)处理的坯布投入并浸置在扎液中进行二浸二扎;
6)晾干:将经过步骤5)处理的坯布通过清洗机进行水洗,在透风后进行皂煮晾干。
本发明进一步设置为:将所述防水抗油整理剂通过浸扎的方法施加到所述坯布上的具体步骤如下:
1)配比扎液:将防水抗油整理剂稀释得到扎液,且所述坯布与稀释后的扎液的浴比为1:5;
2)预处理:先将坯布用塑料膜包好,在100℃水蒸气下汽蒸1分钟,然后在60-70℃的温度下进行烘干;
3)预浸:将经过步骤2)处理的坯布投入并浸置在稀释后的扎液中进行一次浸扎,浸轧温度为25℃,轧余率为60-70%;
4)二浸:将经过步骤3)处理的坯布投入并浸置在扎液中进行二次浸扎,浸轧温度为25℃,轧余率为60-70%;
5)清洗烘干:将经过步骤4)处理的坯布通过清洗机进行水洗后快速烘干;
6)检验:对经过步骤5)处理的成品坯布进行检验,挑拣瑕疵品,对合格品进行按序堆放。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:

请参阅图1-3所示,一种面料,包括基布层1和功能层2,基布层1和功能层2的克重均为100g/m2,且基布层1与功能层2之间通过热熔胶粘合在一起,基布层1由第一纺织纱3和第二纺织纱4经纬编织而成,且第一纺织纱3由若干75D/72F涤纶线加捻而成,第二纺织纱4由若干40D氨纶线合股制成,坯布由棉、麻织造而成,且坯布包括二针道的上针盘和二针道的下针筒针织而成的花型,花型六路一循环,花型按照上针盘到下针盘的排列顺序,第一路依次为浮线组织、浮线组织、成圈组织、成圈组织,第二路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织,第三路依次为浮线组织、集圈组织、集圈组织、浮线组织,第四路依次为浮线组织、浮线组织、成圈组织、成圈组织,第五路依次为成圈组织、成圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织,第六路依次为集圈组织、浮线组织、浮线组织、集圈组织,功能层2通过坯布浸扎抗静电整理剂和防水抗油整理剂得到,其中,
抗静电整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:

由于基布层1由第一纺织纱3和第二纺织纱4经纬编织而成,且第一纺织纱3由若干75D/72F涤纶线加捻而成,第二纺织纱4由若干40D氨纶线合股制成,涤纶线具有高模量、高强度、高弹性和良好的保形性,从而保证了基布层1的强度,使得面料具有较好的强度和韧性,且不易褶皱,而氨纶线具有高弹性且恢复性高,从而使得基布层1具有较好的延展性,使得面料制成衣服后没有压迫感,穿着较为舒适。
由于坯布由棉、麻织造而成,则具备有较好的柔软性及透气性,使得坯布具有较好的手感和舒适性,且坯布包括二针道的上针盘和二针道的下针筒针织而成的花型,花型六路一循环,这样的编织结构连接较为牢固,使得坯布的结构不易分散脱离,由于编织结构多样,层次分明,立体感强,使得坯布整体结构稳定性较好,不易断裂褶皱,透气性较好。
将抗静电整理剂通过浸扎的方法施加到坯布上的具体步骤如下:
1)配比扎液:将抗静电整理剂稀释得到扎液,且所述坯布与稀释后的扎液的浴比为1:8;
2)预浸:将坯布投入并浸置在稀释后的扎液中,并使用工具翻搅使其分散,进行一浸一扎;
3)烘干:将经过步骤2)处理的坯布在70-80℃的温度下进行烘干;
4)烘焙:将经过步骤3)处理的坯布在180℃的温度下进行烘焙,持续时间为1分钟;
5)二浸:将经过步骤4)处理的坯布投入并浸置在扎液中进行二浸二扎;
6)晾干:将经过步骤5)处理的坯布通过清洗机进行水洗,在透风后进行皂煮晾干。
将防水抗油整理剂通过浸扎的方法施加到坯布上的具体步骤如下:
1)配比扎液:将防水抗油整理剂稀释得到扎液,且所述坯布与稀释后的扎液的浴比为1:5;
2)预处理:先将坯布用塑料膜包好,在100℃水蒸气下汽蒸1分钟,然后在60-70℃的温度下进行烘干;

5)清洗烘干:将经过步骤4)处理的坯布通过清洗机进行水洗后快速烘干;
6)检验:对经过步骤5)处理的成品坯布进行检验,挑拣瑕疵品,对合格品进行按序堆放。
本发明采用先将抗静电整理剂通过浸扎的方法施加到坯布上,再将防水抗油整理剂通过浸扎的方法施加到坯布上的制备工艺流程,将抗静电整理剂施加到坯布上的工艺流程包括:配比扎液、预浸、烘干、烘焙、二浸和晾干,流程简单,工艺连续性好,由于采用预浸和二浸的方式,有效提高抗静电整理剂整理的附着率和均匀性,有效提高浸扎的效率和效果,而将防水抗油整理剂施加到坯布上的工艺流程包括:配比扎液、预处理、预浸、二浸、清洗烘干和检验,则由于采用预处理的方式,再经过预浸和二浸,有效提升了防水抗油整理剂对坯布的整理效果,使得浸扎较为彻底有效,且坯布最后通过清洗烘干,能够直接得到成品坯布,且成品坯布还需要进行检验合格后再进行后续操作,从而有效保证了面料的成品质量。

1.一种面料,其特征在于:包括基布层(1)和功能层(2),所述基布层(1)与功能层(2)之间通过热熔胶粘合在一起,所述功能层(2)通过坯布浸扎抗静电整理剂和防水抗油整理剂得到,其中,
所述抗静电整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
烷基磺酸盐12-15份;
对苯二甲酸二甲酯12-20份;
硬质酸钠2-6份;
焦磷酸钠4-9份;
硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯1-4份;
聚氧丙烯甘油醚2-5份;
酒精15-20份;
香精5-8份;
余量为水;
所述防水抗油整理剂由如下重量份数的组分组成:
四甲基氟化铵20-30份;
磷酸氢钙10-20份;
甲醇12-20份;
十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-3份;
酮丙二酸2-5份;
聚乙二醇10-15份;
余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种面料,其特征在于:所述基布层(1)由第一纺织纱(3)和第二纺织纱(4)经纬编织而成,所述第一纺织纱(3)由若干75D/72F涤纶线加捻而成,所述第二纺织纱(4)由若干40D氨纶线合股制成。

2)预浸:将坯布投入并浸置在稀释后的扎液中,并使用工具翻搅使其分散,进行一浸一扎;
3)烘干:将经过步骤2)处理的坯布在70-80℃的温度下进行烘干;
4)烘焙:将经过步骤3)处理的坯布在180℃的温度下进行烘焙,持续时间为1分钟;
5)二浸:将经过步骤4)处理的坯布投入并浸置在扎液中进行二浸二扎;
6)晾干:将经过步骤5)处理的坯布通过清洗机进行水洗,在透风后进行皂煮晾干。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:将所述防水抗油整理剂通过浸扎的方法施加到所述坯布上的具体步骤如下:
1)配比扎液:将防水抗油整理剂稀释得到扎液,且所述坯布与稀释后的扎液的浴比为1:5;
2)预处理:先将坯布用塑料膜包好,在100℃水蒸气下汽蒸1分钟,然后在60-70℃的温度下进行烘干;
3)预浸:将经过步骤2)处理的坯布投入并浸置在稀释后的扎液中进行一次浸扎,浸轧温度为25℃,轧余率为60-70%;
4)二浸:将经过步骤3)处理的坯布投入并浸置在扎液中进行二次浸扎,浸轧温度为25℃,轧余率为60-70%;
5)清洗烘干:将经过步骤4)处理的坯布通过清洗机进行水洗后快速烘干;
6)检验:对经过步骤5)处理的成品坯布进行检验,挑拣瑕疵品,对合格品进行按序堆放。
