本发明公开一种金属丝面料,所述金属丝面料是由经纱和纬纱编织而成面料主体,所述经纱是由涤纶丝和锦纶丝混纺而成,所述纬纱是由变性聚粘胶纤维和木质纤维混纺而成。本发明提供一种金属丝面料,具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电、防紫外线,色彩绚丽的优点。

本发明涉及一种金属丝面料。
背景技术
在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,宜选纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻制品。以这四种纯天然质地面料制作的服装,大都档次较高。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。种类(1)梭织面料,也称机织物,是把经纱和纬纱相互垂直交织在一起形成的织物。正确分析识别面料性能并准确合理地运用于服装设计是每一个设计师需要掌握的基本知识,否则面料识别错误可能会导致整款服装的设计,制作,穿着或者洗涤等环节出现问题。服装面料的识别包括服装面料的原料识别,外观特征识别以及外观质量识别等。观察识别面料不仅要用视觉,而且要用听觉,触觉甚至嗅觉。如运用眼睛的视觉效应观看织物的光泽明暗,染色情况,表面粗细以及组织,纹路和纤维的外观特征,比如纯棉布光泽普通,外观不够细洁,粗糙甚至有棉结杂质,羊毛与涤纶混纺的呢绒光泽较亮,有闪色感,身骨略为搬硬而失之柔软,并随涤纶含量的增加而明显突出。缺乏柔和的柔润感,织物挺括。平整,光滑;运用手的触觉效应能够感觉到织物和纤维的软硬,光滑,粗细,弹性,冷暖等,用手还可以测出纤维中纱线的强度和伸长度。
不同的面料具有不同的透气性,吸湿性,保暖性等性能,比如棉织物具有良好的透气性和吸湿性,穿着舒适,保暖性好,是最理想的童装面料。选择面料时要确认面料的透气性,保温性,吸湿性,静电性等性能特征,再针对面料的挺括性,重量感,软硬度和悬垂性来考虑它适合做什么样的造型,做什么样的款式等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种金属丝面料,具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电、防紫外线,色彩绚丽的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种金属丝面料,所述金属丝面料是由经纱和纬纱编织而成面料主体,所述经纱是由涤纶丝和锦纶丝混纺而成,所述纬纱是由变性聚粘胶纤维和木质纤维混纺而成,所述经纱的密度为100D/72F,所述纬纱的密度为70D/18F,所述涤纶丝占所述经纱的重量比为49%-51%,所述锦纶丝占所述经纱的重量比为49%-51%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述涤纶丝占所述经纱的重量比为50%,所述锦纶丝占所述经纱的重量比为50%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述纬纱中变性聚粘胶纤维和木质纤维的重量比例为2:1。
本发明的一种金属丝面料,具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电、防紫外线,色彩绚丽的优点。

下面结合对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明一种金属丝面料,所述金属丝面料是由经纱和纬纱编织而成面料主体,所述经纱是由涤纶丝和锦纶丝混纺而成,所述纬纱是由变性聚粘胶纤维和木质纤维混纺而成,所述经纱的密度为100D/72F,所述纬纱的密度为70D/18F,所述涤纶丝占所述经纱的重量比为49%-51%,所述锦纶丝占所述经纱的重量比为49%-51%,所述涤纶丝占所述经纱的重量比为50%,所述锦纶丝占所述经纱的重量比为50%,所述纬纱中变性聚粘胶纤维和木质纤维的重量比例为2:1。
进一步说明,变性聚粘胶纤维多数以长丝纺织品出现,,所以提在手里感觉下垂和容易滑落。由于变性聚粘胶纤维的理化特性因而适于制作夏季衣物,所以变性聚粘胶纤维T恤应运而生。变性聚粘胶纤维T恤一般多为浅色,但是由于具有较好的亲水性,容易沾染污垢,一些污垢还有可能渗入到纤维内部,所以穿着时间过长,就会有许多残渍不能彻底洗涤。因此穿用变性聚粘胶纤维衣物时要注意勤洗勤换,不要等到污垢比较重了再洗。洗涤变性聚粘胶纤维衣物可以使用普通洗衣粉,使用中性洗涤剂当然更好,一定不要使用碱性洗涤剂。洗涤温度不宜太高,不超过40℃即可。最好手工水洗,使用机洗涤只能选用柔和程序,可以甩干但不可过分。有条件的可以使用湿洗工艺洗涤。变性聚粘胶纤维衣物在晾干之后一般没有什么禧皱,简单熨烫就可以。由于变性聚粘胶纤维T恤是针织品,纱线表面又比较光滑,所以容易被尖锐利器勾南脱丝。因此在穿用、洗涤、吸烫等各个环节都要注意。此外,变性聚粘胶纤维衣物长时间受阳光和空气的影响后会逐渐发硬,手感不够柔软。所以,变性聚粘胶纤维T恤经过几次洗涤之后需要使用柔软剂进行处理。
在进一步说明,涤纶丝化学纤维在应用中有着广泛的用途,除传统服装外,正在向工业如汽车、建筑、楼房室内外装饰、劳动保护等领域发展。化纤应用的开发方向转向非服装领域。东亚非服装用化纤占总需求的份额逐年增加,尤其是化纤的一些优异性能,适合专用产业领域的最佳选择,并处于特殊的重要地位。1、再生纤维:他的化学组成和天然纤维素相同,而物理结构已经改变,所以称再生纤维素纤维。如粘胶纤维,醋酯纤维,铜氨纤维等,我国主要生产粘胶纤维。特点:手感柔软光泽好,吸湿性好、透气性好,染色性能好(不容易掉色)。缺点是湿牢度差,即遇水强度变低。2、合成纤维:涤纶,特点:强度和耐磨性好,挺括、不易变形、有免烫的美称,不易掉色。缺点是吸水性差。锦纶,特点:强度高,耐磨性好,居纤维之首。缺点和涤纶一样吸湿性和透气性不好。腈纶,特点:润色比比羊毛、丝纤维好。但是耐磨性较差。另外还有维纶、丙纶、氨纶等。本发明提供一种防水的面料,具有光滑凉爽、透气、抗静电、防紫外线,色彩绚丽的优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种金属丝面料,其特征在于:所述金属丝面料是由经纱和纬纱编织而成面料主体,所述经纱是由涤纶丝和锦纶丝混纺而成,所述纬纱是由变性聚粘胶纤维和木质纤维混纺而成,所述经纱的密度为100D/72F,所述纬纱的密度为70D/18F,所述涤纶丝占所述经纱的重量比为49%-51%,所述锦纶丝占所述经纱的重量比为49%-51%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金属丝面料,其特征在于:所述涤纶丝占所述经纱的重量比为50%,所述锦纶丝占所述经纱的重量比为50%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的金属丝面料,其特征在于:所述纬纱中变性聚粘胶纤维和木质纤维的重量比例为2:1。
