Abstract

一种矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***,包括:发动机;第一离合器,其输入端与发动机连接,输出端与下述行星架连接;电机,包括定子和转子;行星排,包括太阳轮、行星轮、行星架和齿圈,该齿圈通过下述单向离合器与所述定子连接,太阳轮与转子连接;第二离合器,其一端与太阳轮连接,另一端与行星架连接;单向离合器;以及变速箱,其输入轴与行星架连接;其中,第二离合器为分离状态时,单向离合器锁定齿圈,行星架与变速箱的输入轴相连作为变速箱的输入;第二离合器为结合状态时,单向离合器对齿圈不起制动作用,行星架、太阳轮与变速箱的输入轴相连作为变速箱的输入。

Description

矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***
技术领域
本发明属于新能源传动***领域,具体涉及一种矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***。
背景技术
中国专利ZL201510661702.9公开了一种用于地下重载矿用车辆的纯电动驱动桥***,该***包括电池包、控制器、电动机、两档行星齿轮式变速器、主减速器、差速器、轮边减速器和驱动桥壳。电动机位于驱动***的始端,能量来源于电池包;两档行星齿轮式变速器为单级行星齿轮排结构,通过内部离合器改变动力传递方向,产生不同的传动比;主减速器与差速器为传统锥形齿轮结构;轮边减速器为两级行星齿轮排结构,通过高速级太阳轮轴与差速器相连;制动器与轮边减速器采用一体化结构,通过制动二级太阳轮而产生制动力。
然而,纯电动驱动桥***的单次行驶距离和运营时间有限,并不适应矿用卡车长时间高负荷的运作。
此外,目前矿用卡车对电动机功率和/或扭矩要求很高,使得电动机的尺寸和自重很大,占用较大空间。对于目前国内各大矿区实际工况,无法实现整车低速电力驱动、大负载下坡制动能量回收,这导致整车运营成本较高。
因此,有必要研究一种矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***来解决上述的一个或多个技术问题。
发明内容
为解决上述至少一个技术问题,根据本发明一方面,提供了一种矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***,其特征在于包括:
发动机;
第一离合器,其输入端与发动机连接,输出端与下述行星架连接;
电机,包括定子和转子;
行星排,包括太阳轮、行星轮、行星架和齿圈,该齿圈通过下述单向离合器与所述定子连接,太阳轮与转子连接;
第二离合器,其一端与太阳轮连接,另一端与行星架连接;
单向离合器;以及
变速箱,其输入轴与行星架连接;
其中,第二离合器为分离状态时,单向离合器锁定齿圈,行星架与变速箱的输入轴相连作为变速箱的输入;第二离合器为结合状态时,单向离合器对齿圈不起制动作用,行星架、太阳轮与变速箱的输入轴相连作为变速箱的输入。
根据本发明又一方面,第二离合器为结合状态时,齿圈顺时针转动,单向离合器不起制动作用。
根据本发明又一方面,第二离合器的外毂通过第一连接件与行星架连接,内毂通过第二连接件与太阳轮连接。
根据本发明又一方面,第一连接件与第二离合器的外毂、行星架、第一离合器的输出端以及变速箱的输入轴连接,第二连接件与第二离合器的内毂、转子和太阳轮连接。
根据本发明又一方面,第二连接件与行星排并排布置。
根据本发明又一方面,第二离合器为分离状态时,行星排的输入输出速比为减速比。
根据本发明又一方面,该减速比为1.3-2.4。
根据本发明又一方面,第二离合器为结合状态时,行星排的输入输出速比为1。
根据本发明又一方面,第一离合器结合时,发动机的动力经由第一连接件输出至变速箱。
根据本发明又一方面,第一离合器分离时,转子的动力经由行星排和第一连接件输出至变速箱。
本发明可以获得以下一个或多个技术效果:
在不改变原有矿用卡车的变速箱、发动机等部件的基础上,实现了整车低速电力驱动;实现了大负载下坡制动能量回收;降低了整车运营成本;在电机与原有矿用卡车变速箱之间增加了可变速比机构,可以降低电机的功率和/或扭矩要求,减小了电机尺寸,减少了成本;能够适应目前国内各大矿区实际工况。

下面结合附图,通过优选实施例来描述本发明的最佳实施方式,这里的具体实施方式在于详细地说明本发明,而不应理解为对本发明的限制,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质范围的情况下,可以做出各种变形和修改,这些都应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1
参见图1-2,其中,图1为根据本发明的一种优选实施例的矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***的示意图;图2为图1的矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***的部分结构放大示意图。
参见图1-2,根据本发明一种优选实施方式,提供了一种矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***,其包括:
发动机;
第一离合器7,其输入端与发动机连接,输出端与下述行星架9连接;
电机,包括定子2和转子1;
行星排,包括太阳轮8、行星轮、行星架9和齿圈3,该齿圈3通过下述单向离合器4与所述定子2连接,太阳轮8与转子1连接;
第二离合器6,其一端与太阳轮8连接,另一端与行星架9连接;
单向离合器4;以及
变速箱5,其输入轴与行星架9连接;
其中,第二离合器6为分离状态时,单向离合器4锁定齿圈3,行星架9与变速箱5的输入轴相连作为变速箱5的输入;第二离合器6为结合状态时,单向离合器4对齿圈3不起制动作用,行星架9、太阳轮8与变速箱5的输入轴相连作为变速箱5的输入。
有利地,本发明可实现同功率下混动模式电机体积减小,且可实现快速反向充电。
根据本发明一种优选实施方式,第二离合器6为结合状态时,齿圈3顺时针转动,单向离合器4不起制动作用。
根据本发明一种优选实施方式,第二离合器6的外毂通过第一连接件与行星架9连接,内毂通过第二连接件与太阳轮8连接。
根据本发明一种优选实施方式,第一连接件与第二离合器6的外毂、行星架9、第一离合器7的输出端以及变速箱的输入轴连接,第二连接件与第二离合器6的内毂、转子1和太阳轮8连接。可以理解的是,上述结构设置有利于产品小型化,结构更加紧凑。
根据本发明一种优选实施方式,第二连接件与行星排并排布置。该布置方式可进一步使得结构紧凑。优选地,离合器6设置在第二连接件的中部。优选地,参见图2,定子2、转子1,并排设置的第二连接件与行星排从外至内依次设置,结合第二连接件中部设置的离合器6,共同形成电机可变速调节单元。参见图1,第一离合器7、电机可变速调节单元和变速箱5沿着水平方向依次并排设置,从而可以进一步增加结构紧凑性。优选地,第一离合器7、电机可变速调节单元和变速箱5在水平方向上具有共同的中心轴线。
根据本发明一种优选实施方式,第二离合器6为分离状态时,行星排的输入输出速比为减速比。
根据本发明一种优选实施方式,该减速比为1.3-2.4。
根据本发明一种优选实施方式,第二离合器6为结合状态时,行星排的输入输出速比为1。
根据本发明一种优选实施方式,第一离合器7结合时,发动机的动力经由第一连接件输出至变速箱。
根据本发明一种优选实施方式,第一离合器7分离时,转子1的动力经由行星排和第一连接件输出至变速箱。
根据本发明一种优选实施方式,初步速比方式为:电机转子1与太阳轮8相连作为输入,齿圈3通过单向离合器4与固定在电机定子2上,行星架9与变速箱5输入轴相连作为变速箱输入;变速速比方式为:通过离合器6与太阳轮8结合,离合器6与太阳轮8结合共同输入,此时行星架9与齿圈3共同与太阳轮8作为变速箱输入轴输入实现变速输入;
根据本发明一种优选实施方式,初步速比方式时,对应为1档,齿圈3逆时针旋转,单向离合器锁定齿圈3。变速速比方式时,对应为2档,齿圈3顺时针旋转,单向离合器不起制动作用。
本发明可以获得以下一个或多个技术效果:
在不改变原有矿用卡车的变速箱、发动机等部件的基础上,实现了整车低速电力驱动;实现了大负载下坡制动能量回收;降低了整车运营成本;在电机与原有矿用卡车变速箱之间增加了可变速比机构,可以降低电机的功率和/或扭矩要求,减小了电机尺寸,减少了成本;能够适应目前国内各大矿区实际工况。

Claims (9)

1.一种矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***,其特征在于包括:
发动机;
第一离合器,其输入端与发动机连接,输出端与下述行星架连接;
电机,包括定子和转子;
行星排,包括太阳轮、行星轮、行星架和齿圈,该齿圈通过下述单向离合器与所述定子连接,太阳轮与转子连接;
第二离合器,其一端与太阳轮连接,另一端与行星架连接;
单向离合器;以及
变速箱,其输入轴与行星架连接;
其中,第二离合器为分离状态时,单向离合器锁定齿圈,行星架与变速箱的输入轴相连作为变速箱的输入;第二离合器为结合状态时,单向离合器对齿圈不起制动作用,行星架、太阳轮与变速箱的输入轴相连作为变速箱的输入,所述转子经由第二连接件与太阳轮连接;
其中,所述定子、转子、以及并排设置的第二连接件与行星排从外至内依次设置,且结合第二连接件中部设置的所述第二离合器共同形成电机可变速调节单元,所述第一离合器、电机可变速调节单元和变速箱沿着水平方向上共同的中心轴线依次并排设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***,其特征在于:第二离合器为结合状态时,齿圈顺时针转动,单向离合器不起制动作用。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***,其特征在于:第二离合器的外毂通过第一连接件与行星架连接,内毂通过第二连接件与太阳轮连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***,其特征在于:第一连接件与第二离合器的外毂、行星架、第一离合器的输出端以及变速箱的输入轴连接,第二连接件与第二离合器的内毂、转子和太阳轮连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***,其特征在于第二离合器为分离状态时,行星排的输入输出速比为减速比。
6.根据权利要求5所述的矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***,其特征在于该减速比为1.3-2.4。
7.根据权利要求1所述的矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***,其特征在于第二离合器为结合状态时,行星排的输入输出速比为1。
8.根据权利要求4所述的矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***,其特征在于:第一离合器结合时,发动机的动力经由第一连接件输出至变速箱。
9.根据权利要求5所述的矿用卡车可变速比混合动力驱动***,其特征在于第一离合器分离时,转子的动力经由行星排和第一连接件输出至变速箱。
