Abstract

本发明提供一种不会影响穿用舒适感的卫生巾，该卫生巾(1)的特征是，其护翼(1b)由上述里层(3)从上述卫生巾本体(1a)的侧缘(1c)的中央区沿宽度方向朝外延伸出的部分(3a)和结合在里层(3a)上的加强件(6)构成。该加强件(6)具有沿上述卫生巾本体(1a)长边方向延伸的内侧缘(6a)和外侧缘(6b)，该内侧缘(6a)从卫生巾本体(1a)的侧缘(1c)离开向外侧缘(6b)方向凸形地弯曲，接合在本体(1a)侧缘(1c)附近的上面并从侧缘(1c)的几乎全区沿宽度方向朝向延伸的可弹性伸缩的盖片(5)接合在护翼(1b)的上面上，在护翼(1b)的下面形成与穿用短内裤(10)粘接用的粘接性固定区。

生理用卫生巾
技术领域
本发明涉及吸收保存经血的生理用卫生巾。
背景技术
在实开平7-33314号公报中公开的带护翼的生理卫生巾具有卫生巾本体和分别从卫生巾本体的两侧缘向宽度方向延伸出的护翼，分别在卫生巾本体和护翼的内表面上形成对着穿用短内裤的粘接性固定区。在使用卫生巾时，将本体的粘接固定区粘接在短内裤的裆区的内表面上，折曲护翼使其折叠粘接在穿用短内裤的外表面上。
在该卫生巾的护翼上配置沿卫生巾长边的方向延伸的加强片。通过该加强片可以方便地进行护翼的抓持和折曲操作。
在上述实开平7-33314号公报公开的卫生巾中，加强片的内侧缘与吸液芯侧缘平行地成直线延伸。这样的卫生巾在穿用时由于加强片的内侧缘局部地压接在穿用者的大腿周围而使穿用者感到不舒服。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种不会因上述原因影响穿用感的卫生巾。
为了完成上述任务而作为本发明前提的纵向长的生理卫生巾包括：在透液性的表层与不透液性的里层之间夹有吸液芯的卫生巾本体，能够分别从上述卫生巾本体的两侧缘沿宽度方向朝外延伸并向穿用的短内裤裆部里面侧折叠并粘接的护翼。
在这个前提下，本发明的特征在于：上述护翼由上述里层从上述卫生巾本体的侧缘中央区沿宽度方向朝外延伸出的部分和接合在上述里层部分上面的加强件构成，上述加强件具有沿上述卫生巾本体长边方向延伸的内侧缘和外侧缘，上述内侧缘从上述卫生巾本体的侧缘离开向上述外侧缘方向凸形地弯曲，接合在上述卫生巾的侧缘附近的上面并从侧缘的几乎全区沿宽度方向朝外延伸的可弹性伸缩的盖片接合在上述护翼的上面，在上述护翼的下面形成穿用短内裤的粘接性固定区。
作为本发明实施方式的一例，上述盖片具有从上述卫生巾本体的侧缘沿宽度方向朝内延伸并位于上述表层上方的部分，位于上述表层上方的部分在沿上述长边方向伸长的状态下接合在上述卫生巾本体的两端缘部上面上。
作为本发明的另一实施方式，在从上述卫生巾本体的侧缘沿宽度方向朝外延伸出的部分的上述盖片下面中，在不与上述护翼重叠的部分上形成着粘接性固定区。
作为本发明的又一实施方式，上述加强件的刚性比上述里层和上述盖片的刚性均高。
下面参照附图详细说明与本发明有关的生理用卫生巾。

具体实施方式
图1和图2分别是生理卫生巾1的局部剖开的斜视图，沿图1的A-A线剖切的断面图。如图1所示，生理用卫生巾1是纵向长的卫生巾，它由卫生巾本体1a，分别从本体1a的两侧缘1c沿宽度方向朝外延伸出的一对护翼1b和覆盖着1b的盖片5构成。
在图1和图2中，卫生巾本体1a包括：透液性的表层2，不透液性的里层3，夹在表层2与里层3之间并根据需要利用粘接剂至少接合在表层2的下面和里层3的上面中的之一上的吸液芯4。表层2和里层3在从吸液芯4的两端缘4a沿长边方向朝外延伸出的部位和从吸液芯4的两侧缘4a沿宽度方向朝外延伸的部位上互相接合着。在本体1a的里层3的下面上形成相对穿用短内裤粘接的粘接性固定区31(见图2)。
护翼1b由从本体1a侧缘1c的中央区沿宽度方向朝外延伸出的里层一部分3a和通过粘接剂33接合在里层3a上面的加强片6形成。在护翼1b的下面通过涂敷粘接剂形相对应的穿用短内裤固定的固定区32。
加强片6具有沿本体1a长边方向延伸的内侧缘6a和外侧缘6b，与吸液芯4的侧缘4a相对的内侧缘6a向外侧缘6b凸形地弯曲着。加强片6长边的尺寸与里层部分3a的长边尺寸相同或比其小。加强片6的外侧缘6b可以位于里层部分3a的外侧缘3b的内侧，也可以与外侧缘3b一致。加强片6也可以接合在盖片5的下面上。
加强片6的刚性比里层3和盖片5的刚性都高，按JIS-LI096标准的用45度角悬臂法测得(45度カンチレベ一法)的刚性值最好在30mm以上。由于加强片6具有这样高的刚性可以使抓持和折曲护翼1b的操作容易进行。加强片6最好是用薄绢纸、无纺布、片状纸浆层或聚酯或聚丙烯树脂制成的片料等。为了使1b具有高刚性，也可以将热熔粘接剂等粘接剂涂在护翼1b上，代替加强片6。
盖片5是在本体1a的侧缘部沿长边方向延伸的具有弹性伸缩的片。通过在本体1a的两端缘1d之间延伸的接合线7将其固定在本体1a上。盖片5的从本体1a的侧缘部朝外延伸的部分覆盖着护翼1b，并接合在护翼1b上，而从其侧缘部朝内延伸的部分在本体1a沿长边方向伸长的状态下，通过接合线36固定在本体1a的两端缘部上。用于粘着在穿用短裤的裆里面的粘接剂可以涂敷在超过护翼1b沿本体1a长边方向延伸的两端缘部5a的下面，也可以不涂。在沿盖片5的宽度方向朝内延伸的部分与本体1a之间形成由接合线7和36包围并朝向本体1a的内方开口的袋9。盖片5的沿本体1a的长边方向和与其垂直的方向上的弹性伸长率最好为10～200％。
作为使用在盖片5上的弹性伸缩片可以是弹性薄膜、弹性伸缩的无纺布等，它们最好是疏水性的，也可以使用薄膜和无纺布的叠层片。最好使这些叠层片的无纺布层与皮肤接触。
图3示出了在用假想线表示的穿用短内裤10的裆部上固定的卫生巾1，该图是护翼1b向裆部里面侧折曲时卫生巾1的里面图。曲折的护翼1b通过粘接剂粘在短内裤10的里面，加强片6的内侧缘6a沿短内裤10的腿周围开口缘部分延伸。在伸缩性的盖片5的两端缘部分5a的下面具有粘接性的情况下，则使这两端缘部分5a伸长并粘接，以便尽可能地宽范围地覆盖短内裤10的里面。本发明的生理用卫生巾1因为通过盖片5覆盖加强片6的全区，所以不会引起类如刚性比较高的加强片6直接接触穿用者皮肤时引起的那样的刺激。在使护翼1b和加强片6沿短内裤10的腿周围的开口缘部分折曲时，特别是当使盖片5沿卫生巾1的宽度方向边拉伸边折曲时，就能使沿加强片6的内方延伸的部分从本体1a的上面向上移动，从而可以使袋9开口变大。
本发明的生理用卫生巾，当使护翼朝穿用短内裤里面侧折曲时，加强片的弯曲的内侧缘就沿着穿用的短内裤的腿周围开口缘部分延伸，而不会发生与腿周围的一部分抵接，当使覆盖护翼的盖片的两端缘沿卫生巾宽度方向朝外伸长后粘接在短内裤里面上时，因为可以在宽广范围上覆盖在穿用短内裤的裆区外面，所以可以在宽广的范围内防止对短内裤的污染。当使盖片沿卫生巾的宽度方向伸长时，就可以使袋开口变大，从而容易收集沿卫生巾横方向流动的经血。

Claims (4)

1、一种纵向长的生理用卫生巾，它包括：在透液性的表层和不透液性的里层之间夹有吸液芯的卫生巾本体和护翼，所述的护翼分别从上述卫生巾本体的两侧缘沿宽度方向向外延伸出并可以向穿用短内裤的裆部里面侧折叠并粘接，其特征在于：上述护翼由上述里层从上述卫生巾本体的侧缘中央区沿宽度方向朝外延伸出的部分和接合在上述里层部分的上面的加强件构成，该加强件具有沿上述卫生巾本体的长边方向延伸的内侧缘和外侧缘，上述内侧缘从上述卫生巾本体的侧缘离开并以朝向外侧缘凸形地弯曲；
接合在上述卫生巾本体的侧缘附近的上面上并从上述侧缘的几乎全区沿宽度方向向外延伸出的可弹性伸缩的覆盖片接合在上述护翼的上面上；
在上述护翼的下面上形成往上述穿用短内裤上粘接用的粘接性固定区。
2、如权利要求1所述的卫生巾，其特征在于：
上述覆盖片具有从上述卫生巾的本体侧缘沿宽度方向向内延伸并且位于上述表层的上方的部分，位于表层上方的部分在向上述长边方向伸长的状态下接合在上述卫生巾本体的两端缘部上面上。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的卫生巾，其特征在于：从上述卫生巾本体侧缘沿宽度方向朝外延伸出的部分的上述覆盖片的下面中，在不与上述护翼重合的部分上形成粘接性固定区。
4、如权利要求1、2或3所述的卫生巾，其特征在于：上述加强件的刚性比上述里层和上述覆盖片的刚性均高。
