鉴于上面所述的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种改进了护边结构的可随意使用的尿布。这种尿布，它的每条向外伸展的护边沿着横向中心线向里折回，即使在护边宽度较大的情况下，也能保证尿布理想的吸收功能。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种可随意使用的尿布，包括可吸液顶层、不可吸液底层和夹在顶层和底层之间的吸液层，沿尿布的长度方向构成前部、后部和位于前、后部之间的胯部；两条弹性支撑条，沿尿布的横向方向分别置于吸液层两侧之外的侧边；两个护边，沿尿布的横向方向分别置于尿布两侧边的内表面上，从前部经胯部至后部，弹性护边在侧边的内表面上通常趋向于呈直立状，每条护边有一个非固定边、一个和非固定边相对的固定边及两端，固定边和两端固定地粘接在尿布的内表面，固定边与非固定边之间有一个中间区，每个护边至少在胯部的中间区向里折回。
本发明的尿布与现有技术相比，其主要优点是，由于向外伸展的护边向里折回，护边覆盖的可渗液顶层的有效面积不大，保证尿布顶层渗透功能良好；由于护边宽度比较大，当它在尿布的内表面向上垂直立起时，不仅形成一个向里开口的尿布口袋，而且形成的屏障的高度足够高，能堵塞因尿布下滑在尿布与人体胯部之间出现的间隙，有效地防止***物从尿布两侧漏出。

最佳实施例。
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例做一详细说明。
图1所示的尿布1包括可渗液顶层2、不可渗液底层3和夹在顶层2和底层3之间的吸液层4，在尿布的纵向方向构成前部6、后部7和位于前部6和后部7之间的胯部8。吸液层4是水漏形，且在其两侧有凹槽14，使尿布1能根好地贴在使用者的两腿上。顶层2和底层3从吸液层的边缘向外伸展，将这些向外伸展部分顶层和底层相互粘接在一起，既能防水又构成围绕腿部的侧边11A和分别在前部6和后部7的围绕腰部的端边11B。两条护边10分别沿着吸液层两侧之外的侧边11A有内表面在尿布的长度方向伸展，从前部6经胯部8至后部7。每个侧边11里面有一块弹性材料(第1弹性材料12)夹在顶层2和底层3之间紧靠侧边11A的外边，在呈拉伸状态下沿尿布纵向方向连续或断续的粘接在顶层2和底层3上。两条系紧带13分别从后部7的侧边11A横向地向外伸出。
如图2所示，护边10是一种手感柔软的薄条状物，如非编织织物，以不可渗液的薄条为好，最好是透气而不透水的薄条状物，沿着与***的纵向方向的折线15向里折回。护边10的一个边用热熔胶接剂16粘接到顶层2上，成为一个固定边17，另一个边则成为非固定边18。一块弹性材料(第二弹性材料)19在其呈拉伸状态时沿尿布的纵向方向粘接在非固定边18上。包括折线15在内的中间区20位于固定边17和非固定边18之间，中间区包含有从固定边17至折线15宽度为A的一段和从线15至非固定边18宽度为B的一段，宽度为A的一段位于第1弹性材料12的上面。这种护边构成一个向里开口的尿布口袋21。
如图3所示，在护边10的纵向后端，由于护边10沿折线折回，使两层护边相互重叠，宽度为B的一段的下表面与宽度为A的一段的上表面用热熔胶接剂16粘接在一起，宽度为A的一段的下表面用热熔胶接剂粘在顶层2上。这一部位经如此处理之后，尿布口袋就成为闭合状态。不言而喻，护边10的纵向前端也有如同后端一样的结构。
使用此种结构的尿布时，由于第2弹性材料19的收缩，尿布会沿着其长度方向向里弯曲。如图2点划线所示，由于第2弹性材料19的收缩使尿布1上的护边10成直立状，因而形成一道屏障，它在胯部的高度与A、B之和相近。由于护边10的非固定边和纵向两端粘接在尿布1的内表面上，因而屏障高度由中间向两端逐渐减小。
图4(1)、4(2)所示为本发明的另一实施例。其水漏形的吸液层4的两边分别有圆弧形凹槽14。前部6和后部7在凹槽14处向外伸展，伸出部分相互接在一起。在相应于吸液层圆弧凹槽的地方裁剪成圆弧形，并与各自相应的吸液层的圆弧凹槽相平行，构成一个围绕腿部的侧边11，每个侧边11都有一个与圆弧形凹槽14平行设置的第1弹性材料12，并在其纵向方向呈拉伸状态时粘接在顶层2和底层3上。如图4(2)所示，护边10有一个圆弧形的固定边17，与侧边11相平行，非固定边18为一条沿尿布纵向方向伸展的直线。在紧靠非固定边的里边设置并与非固定边18平行的第2弹性材料19，在其呈拉伸状态下粘接在护边10上。由固定边17和非固定边18所围的中间区沿固定边17和非固定边18之间的虚线15向里折回。由于固定边17被粘接在侧边11的内表面，非固定边18沿着虚线15向里折向尿布的内表面，护边两端又被粘接在吸液层两端之外的尿布内表面上，因而护边10被粘接在尿布基体上。用这种方式，护边10形成一道屏障，它在胯部的高度与宽度A、B之和基本一致。不用担心由于护边10粘接在顶层2上而会大大减少顶层2的有效渗液面，因为与护边10相粘接的顶层部位没有覆盖吸液层。同时也不用担心护边10会使得尿布1的沿腰部处太臃肿而使使用者不舒服，因为护边10仅在胯部才是两层相叠，而尿布两端没有重叠。
将护边10做成具有弹性的整体，如弹性材料片，也仍全属于本发明的范畴。在这种情况下，这种弹性材料片可以在其拉伸状态下粘接到尿布的内表面上而不需要用第2弹性材料19。顶层2、底层3和吸液层4可以采用本技术领域常用的材料制造。为了连接有关的裁片，可采用热熔胶接剂或胶水，或采用热压技术。如果希望尿布的腰部具有弹性，可将弹性材料沿尿布腰部粘接。

Claims (2)

1.一种可随意使用的尿布，包括可渗液顶层2、不可渗液底层3和夹在顶层2和底层3之间的吸液层4，沿纵向方向构成前部6、后部7和位于前部6和后部7之间的胯部8，两条弹性支撑条12，沿尿布横向方向分别置于吸液层两侧之外的侧边11A上，两条弹性护边10沿尿布横向方向分别置于尿布吸液层4两侧之外的侧边11A的内表面上，从前部6经胯部8至后部7，其特征在于，护边10在尿布1的内表面通常趋向于成直立状，每条护边10有一个固定边17和两个纵向端固定地粘接在尿布侧边11A的内表面，一个与固定边1 7相对的非固定边18，一个位于固定边17和非固定边18之间的中间区20，每个护边10的中间区20至少在胯部8向里折回。
2.按照权利要求1所述的可随意使用的尿布，其特征在于，所说的侧边11A在其紧外边有沿尿布横向方向设置的第1弹性材料12，因而两侧边11A具有弹性，所说的护边10在其非固定边18的紧外边沿尿布横向方向设置第2弹性材料19，因而护边10具有弹性，所说的护边10的中间区20置于第1弹性材料12的上面。
