Background
Plastic products are widely used in various aspects of people's life, such as plastic barrels, garbage cans, handles of subways and public vehicles, public seat cushions, product packages, plastic shells of household appliances, office and household daily necessities, and the like, and are easy to breed bacteria or become vectors for virus and bacteria transmission. In recent years, with the pursuit of people for healthy life and the requirement of disease prevention, antibacterial materials with antibacterial, sanitary and self-cleaning functions are concerned by people, particularly, plastic related products with the antibacterial materials are gradually valued by people, and particularly, the emergence of new coronary pneumonia in the year puts forward higher requirements on the antibacterial performance of various plastic products. However, most of the existing plastic products have no self-antibacterial function or weak antibacterial function; these plastic products are often used as a medium for the transmission of viruses and bacteria, and seriously harm the life health of people.
At present, some antibacterial plastic products are used in the fields of household appliances, communication equipment, automobile manufacturing and the like, and the nanotechnology plays an important role in the antibacterial plastic products, wherein the nanometer antibacterial agent has ultrafine particle size, so that the contact area with bacteria is increased, the nanometer antibacterial agent can penetrate through the cell wall of the bacteria to enter the cell body, the activity of cell synthetase is damaged, the cells lose division and proliferation capacity and die, and the antibacterial purpose is achieved. The problems of the existing antibacterial plastic products can be solved by adding the nano antibacterial agent into the antibacterial plastic products, the antibacterial plastic is generally composed of nano-scale and micron-scale antibacterial agents and basic resin materials, for example, patent publication No. CN 110272597A discloses an antibacterial plastic particle, and the components are composed of the following components in parts by mass: 20-30 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 10-20 parts of white carbon black, 10-20 parts of polycarbonate, 10-20 parts of polycaprolactone, 1-10 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 1-5 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 1-5 parts of nano silver, 1-5 parts of silica powder, 10-15 parts of pigment and filler, 1-5 parts of coupling agent, 1-5 parts of dispersing agent, 1-5 parts of stabilizer, 1-5 parts of plasticizer and 1-5 parts of antioxidant. The white carbon black, the nano titanium dioxide, the nano silver and the silicon micropowder are added, and the plastic particles prepared by adopting the formula are not easy to breed bacteria, fungi and viruses, have a wide antibacterial spectrum range and can continuously resist bacteria. The antibacterial plastic is mainly obtained by adding a small amount of antibacterial agent into common plastic; however, the coating often has the problems of color change, poor heat resistance, uneven dispersion, poor stability and the like in application, and cannot be normally used; meanwhile, when the relatively popular nano antibacterial agent powder and other antibacterial powder materials are used for preparing the antibacterial master batch, the defects of nonuniform combination and unobvious sterilization capability of the traditional nano silver powder and other powder materials exist.

The nano zeolite powder has good adsorbability and ion exchange property, is used as a good carrier of the antibacterial agents, is well mixed by grinding, can realize broad-spectrum antibacterial action by matching and cooperating the nano antibacterial agents and attaching the nano antibacterial agents to the zeolite with good adsorbability, has strong compatibility and can effectively kill bacteria, fungi, viruses, algae and the like.
The nano silver ion solution and the aqueous polyurethane adhesive are dispersed, then mixed and dispersed with the nano zeolite powder solution and the organic silicon quaternary ammonium salt solution, and simultaneously spray-combined with the powder formed by stirring and mixing nano zinc oxide powder, nano titanium dioxide powder, calcium carbonate or light calcium powder in a mist form, namely liquid preparation and powder preparation are combined, so that the nano powder and the nano solution are fully combined and mutually bonded and penetrated into a whole, the uniform combination of the nano powder and the nano solution is ensured, and the sterilization capability is highlighted.
The antibacterial master batch is added into an LDPE plastic product according to the proportion of 3 percent, the obtained plastic product is an antibacterial product, and the antibacterial rate of the product after detection on pathogenic bacteria and viruses such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans, respiratory syncytial virus, H1N1, H7N9 avian influenza and the like is more than 99 percent. Compared with the antibacterial master batch product prepared by the popular nano silver powder material and other antibacterial powder materials, the antibacterial master batch product prepared by the method disclosed by the invention combines liquid preparation and powder preparation, so that the nano powder material and the nano solution are fully combined and mutually bonded and permeated into a whole, the sterilization effect is excellent, the timeliness is good, the antibacterial powder material and the liquid material are selected from cationic inorganic substances and organic substances, most of the antibacterial powder material and the liquid material are combined by nano materials with antibacterial and sterilization functions, and the production problems of uneven combination, unobvious sterilization capability and the existence of a master batch additive finished product in the preparation of the traditional nano silver powder material and other powder materials are avoided.
The invention also utilizes the characteristics of high temperature resistance and quick sterilization of nano silver ions; the slow antibacterial but wide characteristic of nano zinc ions is utilized; the characteristic of strong long-acting adsorption capacity of the nano zeolite powder is utilized to form a plastic product which utilizes the physical, biological and chemical properties of viruses and bacteria and the positive and negative charges (anions and cations) physical resistance, long-acting and durable chemical property, high temperature resistance, wide application and biological comprehensiveness carried out by the invention, avoids loopholes caused by a great variety of bacteria and viruses and has comprehensive antibacterial property.
After the nano zinc oxide, the nano titanium dioxide powder, the nano silver ion solution and the nano zeolite powder solution are combined and dispersed, and then are uniformly distributed among nano ions, the combination of the nano silver ions and the nano zinc ions makes up the defect that the nano silver ions can not kill and inhibit bacteria quickly, the combination of the nano silver ions and the nano zinc ions can not kill and inhibit bacteria quickly, the combination of the nano zinc ions and the nano silver ions of the nano zinc ions and the nano titanium dioxide of the nano silver ions of the nano zinc ions and the nano silver ions of the nano zinc ions and the nano titanium dioxide of the nano silver ions of the nano zinc ions and the nano.
