(2) The nano silver ion disinfectant is added with the snail mucus extract and the ginseng extract to be components for promoting the healing of skin wounds, and then is selectively added with a relieving component and an odor removing component, wherein the odor removing component is also selected from one or more than two of a tree peony bark extract, a jasmine flower extract, an agilawood extract or a sandalwood extract which have odor direction, no irritation and anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effects, and can cooperate with nano titanium dioxide, nano silver ions and nano gold dispersion liquid to play the effects of sterilization, anti-inflammation, bacteriostasis and analgesia when the wounds are treated; when the disinfectant is used as a disinfectant for disinfecting environment and articles, the disinfectant can effectively improve the sterilization and disinfection effect and can remove peculiar smell.
(3) The preparation method of the nano silver ion disinfectant has simple steps and is suitable for industrial mass production.
(4) The nano silver ion disinfectant has wide application range, can be suitable for preparing skin disinfectants, disinfecting objects and purifying and disinfecting space air, can be directly used as a stock solution, and can also be diluted, soaked, smeared and sprayed.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further described below with reference to specific embodiments, and it should be noted that, without conflict, any combination between the embodiments or technical features described below may form a new embodiment.
The nano silver ion disinfectant comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of water, 2-5 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 0.5-5 parts of nano silver ion solution, 0.1-0.5 part of nano gold dispersion liquid, 0-13 parts of wound healing promotion composition, 0-1 part of relieving component and 0-8 parts of peculiar smell removal component. Specifically, the nano silver ion solution is a suspension liquid in which a metal silver simple substance with the particle size of 20-50 nm is dispersed in water; the content of the metal silver is 2-3%, and the preferable content is 2%. The nano gold dispersion liquid contains 2-3% of simple substance gold, and the preferable content is 2.6%.
An antibacterial component: the nano silver ions slowly release positively charged silver ions in water, firmly adsorb and penetrate cell walls of bacteria and mould, and destroy a microorganism electron transmission system, a respiratory system and a substance transmission system, so that thalli are quickly killed. Under the action of light, the oxidized silver ions can become catalytic active centers, activate oxygen in water and air, generate OH free radicals and active oxygen ions with strong oxidizing power, destroy the reproductive capacity of bacteria in a short time and cause the bacteria to die. When the activity of the bacteria is lost, silver ions are dissociated from the bacteria, and the activity of killing bacteria and viruses is repeated, so that the disinfectant disclosed by the invention has long-acting property. The antibacterial principle of nano titanium dioxide, one of the antibacterial components, is based on the photocatalysis function, can generate a strong reducing agent, quickly decompose organic matters forming bacteria and organic nutrients on which the bacteria live and propagate, and make the proteins of the bacteria vary, thereby playing the roles of sterilization, mildew prevention and deodorization. The nano-gold dispersion liquid adopts pharmaceutical grade nano-gold dispersion liquid, can play a role in high-efficiency catalysis in different environments, different temperatures and humidity conditions, has the effects of removing free radicals, inhibiting bacteria in a broad spectrum, killing viruses, resisting oxidation and promoting metabolism, and does not have an allergic phenomenon on skin.
Further, the soothing component is a mint extract. The herba Menthae extract has effects of tranquilizing, relieving, regulating lipid secretion, deeply cleaning pores, and activating cell metabolism.
Furthermore, the peculiar smell removing components comprise 0-5 parts of tree peony bark extract, 0-1 part of jasmine extract, 0-1 part of agilawood extract and 0-1 part of sandalwood extract. In particular, because the nano silver ion disinfectant can be used as a skin dressing, besides the fragrance of the peculiar smell components, the nano silver ion disinfectant also has the effects of resisting inflammation and inhibiting bacteria. The cortex moutan extract has tranquilizing, anti-convulsion, antiinflammatory, antiallergic, antibacterial and immunity enhancing effects, and has aromatic smell. The jasmine extract has faint scent, can eliminate superoxide radical, can resist oxidation and has anti-aging effect; meanwhile, the skin care product has strong penetrability and helps other nutrient components to be absorbed by the skin. The sandalwood extract is a precious spice and also has antibacterial property, and can synergistically improve the water holding capacity of other moisturizers although the water holding capacity of the sandalwood extract is not strong.
Further, the components for promoting wound healing comprise 0-3 parts of ginseng extract and 0-10 parts of snail mucus extract. Snail mucus extract and Ginseng radix extract are used as wound healing promoting components. The snail mucus extract has effects of keeping moisture, eliminating red swelling, and relieving inflammation and pain. Ginseng contains various ginsenosides, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, and has effects of promoting subcutaneous capillary blood circulation, enhancing cell activity, and promoting collagen activity. The ginseng extract or the leaching solution contains various saponins and polysaccharide components, has good permeability, can deeply moisten the skin, brings thick nourishment, provides continuous nutrient substances for the skin, and quickly regulates the moisture balance of the skin.
The application of the nano silver ion disinfectant is applied to the anti-inflammation and sterilization of skin wounds and the purification and sterilization of environment and articles.
When the nano silver ion disinfectant is applied to skin inflammation and wounds, the disinfectant is not only a disinfectant but also a dressing, and does not contain irritant components, so that no irritant pain is caused when the disinfectant is used, the nano silver ions, the nano titanium dioxide and the nano gold dispersion can quickly form a net-shaped nano membrane layer to connect broken cells of the wounds, bacteria invasion is prevented, secondary infection of the wounds is prevented, the added ginseng extract, the snail mucus extract and the soothing components can fully keep moisture required by wound granulation and healing, the rapid growth of skin cells is promoted, and the wounds are naturally repaired; the nano silver ions can also generate rich negative oxygen ions to promote the rapid growth of wound cells; the nano silver ion disinfectant has a wide application range, including but not limited to skin surface: allergic inflammation, scald, tumble, cut, laceration, skin ulcer, furuncle, and insect bite.
When the nano silver ion disinfectant is applied to disinfection of objects in public space environment, the method specifically comprises the following steps: the disinfectant can be directly sprayed or smeared for use, or sprayed by a mechanical atomizer for use or soaked or smeared for use after being diluted in any arbitrary proportion within the range of no more than 1:50, so that the disinfectant can effectively kill new coronavirus, influenza A virus, poliovirus, escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, beta hemolytic streptococcus, candida albicans, pathogenic bacteria, pseudomonas aeruginosa and common infectious bacteria, fungi and pathogenic yeasts in hospitals; the nano silver ion disinfectant does not contain irritant substances, toxic substances, corrosive substances, explosive substances, mutagenic substances and residual substances, does not need secondary cleaning, and has high disinfection efficiency and long time effect.
When the nano silver ion disinfectant is applied to package disinfection of fresh fruits and vegetables and foods, the litchi chinensis can be soaked for cleaning, disinfection and sterilization for 5min after being diluted according to the proportion of 1:50 of water and the nano silver ion disinfectant, so that the original flavor of the litchi chinensis can be kept unchanged in time effect, the skin of the fresh litchi chinensis can be fully guaranteed not to be blackened, not to be rotten and not to be rotten, the pulp can not be deteriorated under the condition of not adding ice in the process of selling cold-chain logistics, and the beneficial effects of improving the quality and reducing the loss can be achieved.

Wherein the nano silver ion solution is a suspension of a metal silver simple substance with the particle size of 20nm dispersed in water, and the content of the silver simple substance is 2%; the nano gold dispersion liquid contains 2.6 percent of simple substance gold.
The preparation method of the nano silver ion disinfectant comprises the following steps:
1) pouring the anion water, the nano titanium dioxide, the nano silver ion solution and the nano gold dispersion liquid into a container of a dispersion machine in sequence according to the formula amount, and starting the dispersion machine to stir uniformly; stirring with a disperser at 1000r/min for 30min at 25 deg.C to obtain a first dispersion;
2) adding the first dispersion liquid into a nano grinder for grinding and dispersing, wherein the average particle size is 5nm, and the grinding temperature is 25 ℃;
3) and adding the snail extract, the ginseng extract, the mint extract, the cortex moutan extract, the jasmine extract, the agilawood extract and the sandalwood extract into the ground and dispersed first dispersion, starting a dispersion machine to stir uniformly, and continuing to disperse, wherein the stirring speed of the dispersion machine is 1000r/min, the stirring time is 30min, and the stirring temperature is 20 ℃ to obtain the nano silver ion disinfectant.
Example 2
A nano silver ion disinfectant comprises, by mass, 70 parts of negative ion water, 2 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 0.5 part of nano silver ion solution, 0.1 part of nano gold dispersion liquid, 0.5 part of snail extract, 0.5 part of ginseng extract, 1 part of mint extract and 5 parts of moutan bark extract. Wherein the nano silver ion solution is a suspension of a metal silver simple substance with the particle size of 50nm dispersed in water, and the content of the silver simple substance is 3%; the nano gold dispersion liquid contains 2% of simple substance gold.
The preparation method of the nano silver ion disinfectant comprises the following steps:
2) pouring the anion water, the nano titanium dioxide, the nano silver ion solution and the nano gold dispersion liquid into a container of a dispersion machine in sequence according to the formula amount, and starting the dispersion machine to stir uniformly; stirring at 800r/min for 30min at 20 deg.C to obtain a first dispersion;
2) adding the first dispersion liquid into a nano grinder for grinding and dispersing, wherein the average particle size is 18nm, and the grinding temperature is 20 ℃;
3) and adding the snail extract, the ginseng extract, the mint extract and the tree peony bark extract into the ground and dispersed first dispersion liquid, starting a dispersion machine to stir uniformly, and continuing dispersing, wherein the stirring speed of the dispersion machine is 800-1000r/min, the stirring time is 20min, and the stirring temperature is 25 ℃ to obtain the nano silver ion disinfectant.
Example 3
A nano silver ion disinfectant comprises, by mass, 70 parts of negative ion water, 5 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 5 parts of nano silver ion solution, 0.5 part of nano gold dispersion, 5 parts of tree peony bark extract and 1 part of jasmine extract. Wherein the nano silver ion solution is a suspension of a metal silver simple substance with the particle size of 40nm dispersed in water, and the content of the silver simple substance is 3%; the nano gold dispersion liquid contains 3% of simple substance gold.
The preparation method of the nano silver ion disinfectant comprises the following steps:
3) pouring the anion water, the nano titanium dioxide, the nano silver ion solution and the nano gold dispersion liquid into a container of a dispersion machine in sequence according to the formula amount, and starting the dispersion machine to stir uniformly; stirring at 800r/min for 20min at 22 deg.C to obtain a first dispersion;
2) adding the first dispersion liquid into a nano grinder for grinding and dispersing, wherein the average particle size is 20nm, and the grinding temperature is 20 ℃;
3) and adding the cortex moutan extract and the jasmine extract into the first dispersion after grinding and dispersing, starting a dispersion machine, uniformly stirring, and continuously dispersing, wherein the stirring speed of the dispersion machine is 800r/min, the stirring time is 30min, and the stirring temperature is 20 ℃ to obtain the nano silver ion disinfectant.
Example 4
The nano silver ion disinfectant comprises, by mass, 80 parts of negative ion water, 5 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 5 parts of nano silver ion solution, 0.5 part of nano gold dispersion, 1 part of mint extract and 5 parts of moutan bark extract. Wherein the nano silver ion solution is a suspension of a metal silver simple substance with the particle size of 20nm dispersed in water, and the content of the silver simple substance is 2%; the nano gold dispersion liquid contains 2% of simple substance gold.
The preparation method of the nano silver ion disinfectant comprises the following steps:
4) pouring the anion water, the nano titanium dioxide, the nano silver ion solution and the nano gold dispersion liquid into a container of a dispersion machine in sequence according to the formula amount, and starting the dispersion machine to stir uniformly; stirring with a disperser at 1000r/min for 20min at 25 deg.C to obtain a first dispersion;
2) adding the first dispersion liquid into a nano grinder for grinding and dispersing, wherein the average particle size is 14nm, and the grinding temperature is 25 ℃;
3) and adding the mint extract and the moutan bark extract into the first dispersion liquid after grinding and dispersing, starting a dispersion machine to stir uniformly, and continuing dispersing, wherein the stirring speed of the dispersion machine is 800r/min, the stirring time is 20min, and the stirring temperature is 25 ℃, so as to obtain the nano silver ion disinfectant.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 in that: the nano silver ion solution was not added. The remaining components and preparation were the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 2
Comparative example 2 differs from example 1 in that: no nano titanium dioxide is added. The remaining components and preparation were the same as in example 1.
Toxicology index testing
The nano silver ion disinfectant of example 1 was subjected to toxicological tests, and the data are shown in the following table.

As can be seen from Table 1, the nano silver ion disinfectant of example 1 has no toxicity or irritation to skin, and can be used for repairing skin wounds.
Physical and chemical indexes
The nano silver ion disinfectant of example 1 was diluted 10 times by adding water, and then heavy metals and pH values were measured, and the data are as follows.

As can be seen from Table 2, the nano silver ion disinfectant of example 1 does not contain heavy metals, and has mild and nontoxic components.
Microbiological indicator
Firstly, the nano silver ion disinfectant of the embodiment 2 is subjected to microorganism detection, and the data is as shown in the following table.

As can be seen from Table 3, the nano silver ion disinfectant of example 2 has a bactericidal effect on all the above-mentioned bacteria strains, and has a good bactericidal effect.
Second, the microorganism detection was performed on example 1, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2, and the data are shown in the following table.

As can be seen from Table 4, the sterilization and disinfection effects of comparative example 1 (without adding nano silver ion solution) and comparative example 2 (without adding nano titanium dioxide) are significantly reduced compared to example 1, which indicates that the best sterilization and disinfection effect can be achieved only by combining nano silver ions with nano titanium dioxide. The disinfectant of the embodiment 1 can also effectively kill the new coronavirus, and the effective rate is more than 99.999 percent.
Thirdly, mixing the nano silver ion disinfectant of the embodiment 1 according to the proportion of 1: after mixing with water at a dilution ratio of 50, the mixture was subjected to electronic ultrasonic atomization to form a spray having a sterilization rate as shown in the following table:

The nano silver ion disinfectant of the examples 1 to 4 and the comparative examples 1 to 2 is prepared by mixing the following components in a ratio of 1: dilution ratio of 50 dilution atomization was used for formaldehyde removal testing and the data is shown in the table below.

As can be seen from Table 6, the formaldehyde in the space environment can be effectively degraded in the examples 1 to 4, but the formaldehyde removing effect is obviously poorer than that of the example 1 because the comparative example 1 and the comparative example 2 lack the nano silver ions and the nano titanium dioxide respectively. The embodiment 1 can degrade formaldehyde harmful substances in space environment by compounding nano silver ions and nano titanium dioxide.

The nano silver ion disinfectant of example 1 is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in a proportion of 1: after dilution at a dilution ratio of 50, negative oxygen ions in air were detected, and the data are as follows:

As can be seen from tables 7 to 9, the use of the nano silver ion disinfectant of example 1 can increase the concentration of negative ions in the air.

Claims (10)

1. The nano silver ion disinfectant is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of water, 2-5 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 0.5-5 parts of nano silver ion solution, 0.1-0.5 part of nano gold dispersion liquid and 1-22 parts of functional auxiliary agent, wherein the functional auxiliary agent is one or more than two of components for promoting wound healing, relieving and deodorizing.
2. The nano-silver ion disinfectant as set forth in claim 1, wherein the soothing component is mint extract, and the mint extract is 1-8 parts.
3. The nano silver ion disinfectant of claim 1, wherein the odor-removing component is one or more of moutan bark extract, jasmine flower extract, agilawood extract or sandalwood extract.
4. The nanosilver ion disinfectant of claim 1 wherein said wound healing promoting component is ginseng extract and/or snail mucus extract.
5. The method for preparing nano silver ion disinfectant as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, which comprises the following steps:
1) mixing water, nano titanium dioxide, a nano silver ion solution and a nano gold dispersion liquid in sequence according to the formula amount, and dispersing to obtain a first dispersion liquid;
2) grinding and dispersing the first dispersion liquid;
3) and adding a functional additive into the first dispersion liquid after grinding and dispersion, and continuously dispersing to obtain the nano silver ion disinfectant.

The method for preparing the nano silver ion disinfection solution as claimed in claim 5, wherein in the step 1), the water, the nano titanium dioxide, the nano silver ion solution and the nano gold dispersion solution are sequentially poured into a dispersion machine according to the formula amount for dispersion, the stirring speed of the dispersion machine is 800-1000r/min, and the stirring time is 20-30 min, so as to obtain the first dispersion solution.
7. The method for preparing the nano silver ion disinfectant as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein the dispersing temperature in the step 1) is 20-25 ℃.
8. The method for preparing the nano silver ion disinfectant as claimed in claim 5, wherein in the step 2), the first dispersion is added into a nano grinder for grinding and dispersing until the average particle size is 5-20 nm and the grinding temperature is 20-25 ℃.
9. The method as claimed in claim 5 or 8, wherein in the step 3), the first dispersion liquid and the functional additive are dispersed in a dispersion machine, the stirring speed of the dispersion machine is 800-1000r/min, the stirring time is 20-30 min, and the stirring temperature is 20-25 ℃.
10. The application of the nano silver ion disinfectant as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 4, which is characterized in that the nano silver ion disinfectant is applied to preparing a dressing for skin wounds or a purifying disinfectant for environment or articles.
