Description

Method for increasing yield of sheep split root
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sheep starter cultivation, and particularly relates to a sheep starter root yield increase method, a sheep starter and a medicament.
Background
The sheep opening is named as Portugal peony, Paeonia ostii, tiger rod, Chaba leaf, trumpet, shrub yellow, etc., is the dry root of Melastoma normal D.Don of Portugal plant, shrub, 0.5-1 m high, 2-3 m rare, blunt quadrangular or nearly cylindrical stem, many branches, thick and short hair with dense and flat spread, and the hair is often brownish purple and less than 3 mm long. The fertilizer is distributed in places such as Guangxi, Guangdong, Taiwan, Fujian, Hainan, Tibet and the like in China; living on hillside, roadside and forest edge; sweet, sour and astringent in taste, slightly warm in nature; has effects in inducing astringency, relieving diarrhea, astringing, arresting hemorrhage, regulating qi-flowing, dispersing stagnated liver qi, promoting diuresis, treating stranguria, removing toxic materials, and resisting cancer; can be used for treating dyspepsia, enteritis, diarrhea, dysentery, menorrhagia, leukorrhagia, metrorrhagia, puerperal abdominal pain, five kinds of strains, seven kinds of injuries, traumatic injury, pyocutaneous disease, ulcer, etc. Is a common folk traditional Chinese medicine. At present, the production of the sheep starter medicinal materials in China has extensive management, disordered planting varieties, scattered areas, large quality difference, small medicinal material yield and small planting benefits. Causing huge waste of resources such as land, manpower and the like, and the market of sheep starter medicinal materials is in short supply. In order to increase the yield of medicinal parts, related root planting research is carried out on the medicinal materials.
Through the above analysis, the problems and defects of the prior art are as follows: the sheep starter is mainly used for medicine application at the root, and the growth speed of the root directly influences the yield of medicinal materials. At present, the study on the sheep starter medicinal materials mainly takes seedling propagation and introduction cultivation as main points, and the study on the root yield increase is less.
The difficulty in solving the above problems and defects is: the research is carried out through soil type, fertilizer formula, fertilizer dosage and application times to promote yield increase.
The significance of solving the problems and the defects is as follows: increase the yield of the part for sheep to open mouth, improve the utilization rate of medicinal materials and increase the income of medicinal farmers. Meanwhile, theoretical basis and reference are provided for increasing the yield of medicinal materials with medicinal parts as roots.

The technical solution of the present invention is further described below with reference to experiments.
1 materials and methods
1.1 Experimental materials
Experimental materials sheep hatch is the plant of the genus stauntonvine of the family stauntonvine, Melastoma normaly. The planting experimental land is selected from the experimental land of characteristic economic plant research center of Guangxi plant research institute in Guangxi Guilin city. The experiment was carried out at the beginning of 5 months under the same conditions of planting environment and the same cultivation management by using 30 × 30cm pots for planting. The method comprises the steps of selecting sheep open-ended seedlings with basically consistent sizes and heights of about 30-35cm in spring of the same year, and adopting four-factor three-level orthogonal design to obtain 10 sheep seedlings in each group. The first fertilization is carried out at the same time of field planting, the second fertilization is carried out at the 3 rd month of field planting, and the third fertilization is carried out at the 6 th month. And measuring yield at the end of 12 months in the year. The experiment was specifically arranged as follows (see table 1).

TABLE 3 sheep open-top fertilizer experiment medicinal material root yield range analysis table
Figure BDA0002591440180000052
From the biomass of the Yangtze root of each fertilizer experiment group in table 2 and the extreme analysis of the root yield result of the Yangtze root of the Yangtze crude drug in the fertilizer experiment by each experimental factor in table 3, it can be known that:
the result shows that A1B3C1D2 is the best combination for influencing the biological yield of the root of the sheep kohlrabi medicinal material, namely the best combination is obtained by planting in zonal red soil, applying high-nitrogen high-potassium fertilizer, applying 10 g/plant of fertilizer per time and applying 2 times of fertilizer. From table 3, it can be seen that the root yield of the kokai herbs is very poor: the fertilizer formula B has the greatest range and is a main factor influencing the biological yield of the sheep starter root; the application frequency D is a secondary factor influencing the biological yield of the sheep oral root; the influence of the soil type on the biological yield of the sheep open roots is small; the fertilizer dosage C has minimal influence on the biological yield of the sheep open roots.
In a word, in the sheep open root fertilizer experiment, the optimal combination of sheep open root yield is influenced (namely field planting in zonal red soil, applying high-nitrogen and high-potassium fertilizer, using 10g of fertilizer per plant and applying 2 times).
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the present invention and the appended claims are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention, which is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents and improvements that are within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
