背景技术
塑编布,是指采用塑料材质的经丝和纬丝交织而成的布状物。塑编布可根据不同的使用范围编织成不同的厚度、密实度和抗拉强度。现有技术中,常使用塑编布制作集装箱用编织袋,比如集装箱内衬袋、集装箱吊装袋,用于运送不同的货物,比如粮食、木材、矿石、固态化工原料。
申请人在研究中发现,现有的塑编布在用作集装箱用编织袋时存在以下问题:当集装箱用编织袋常用于盛放易潮解、易燃、易氧化的化工原料时,常出现粉末泄漏、受潮结块,甚至冒烟燃烧的问题。粉末泄漏现象,即弄脏包装物,并造成环境污染。化工原料受潮容易结块,导致化工原料品质受损,给客户带来经济损失。而化工原料冒烟燃烧,不但会给客户带来经济损失,还存在安全隐患。
虽然,现有技术中存在在编织布表面涂覆涂层的设计,但是存在以下问题:首先,涂层避光性较差,光线透过编织布,导致所盛放的化工原料光照分解、甚至燃烧起火;其次,涂层密封性不理想、受力提拉后易开裂,导致编织袋中粉末泄漏、所盛放的化工原料受潮结块。再次,涂层阻燃性能不佳,如起火难以快速阻燃,当集装袋中盛放的易燃或助燃物品时,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术的不足,提供一种阻燃防潮塑编布及其制备方法,该阻燃防潮塑编布具有较好的泄漏、防潮特性,阻燃性能优异,盛放重物时不易泄漏。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该阻燃防潮塑编布,其特征在于:自上而下依次包括上涂层、基布层、下涂层;上涂层的涂覆量为27~33g/m2;下涂层的涂覆量为27~33g/m2
上涂层和下涂层由以下重量百分比的原料制成:LDPE树脂64~64.5%、聚烯烃弹性体18.5~19.3%、偶联剂3.5~4%、光稳定剂4~4.5%、第一阻燃剂7.5~7.8%、润滑剂0.3~1%、填料0.1~0.7%;
基布层由以下重量份的原料制成:PP树脂100份、HDPE树脂8.3~9.6份、光稳定剂1~2份、第二阻燃剂2.5~3份、色素炭黑0.1~0.7份、润滑剂0.4~0.7份。
优选的,上涂层和下涂层由以下重量百分比的原料制成:LDPE树脂64.1%、聚烯烃弹性体 18.9%、偶联剂3.8%、光稳定剂4.3%、第一阻燃剂7.6%、润滑剂0.8%、填料0.5%。
优选的,基布层由以下重量份的原料制成:PP树脂100份、HDPE树脂9份、光稳定剂1.4份、第二阻燃剂2.7份、色素炭黑0.6份、润滑剂0.5份。

1)扁丝混料:按重量份称取PP树脂、HDPE树脂、光稳定剂、第二阻燃剂、色素炭黑和分散剂投入配料机常温混合、干燥,得扁丝原料;
2)拉丝:将扁丝原料投入挤出机,加热至260~265℃,经螺杆挤压、混炼,熔融态挤出薄膜;将薄膜过水冷却,再通过牵伸、分切、170~175℃拉伸、95~100℃定型、收卷,得扁丝;扁丝宽度3~6mm,扁丝纤度800~1800丹尼尔;
3)编织:将扁丝按平纹编织成基布层,经纬密为经14~16根/cm×纬14~16根/cm;
4)涂覆:按重量百分比称取聚烯烃弹性体、偶联剂、光稳定剂、第一阻燃剂、润滑剂和填料投入配料机中,加热至110~130℃搅拌混合10~15分钟,获得预混料;再向预混料中,按重量百分比加入LDPE树脂、PE树脂,加热至270℃~295℃,搅拌混合,获得涂覆料;将涂覆料涂覆在基布层上下表面,辊压、冷却定型,形成上涂层和下涂层,即得。
对本发明的说明如下:
步骤1)所述的常温为10~35℃。

1、本发明的阻燃防潮塑编布具有较好的泄漏、防潮特性,阻燃性能优异。本发明采用磷酸三(2,3-二氯丙基)酯和间苯二酚双(二苯基磷酸酯)按重量比1:2~3混合,在阻燃性上具有协同增效的效果。并且申请人发现,加入三氧化二锑其阻燃效果能获得进一步提高;如果加入氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁这类含有氢氧根的无机阻燃剂,在阻燃过程中会释放水,水会与袋内储存的活泼化工原料(比如二氧化锰)发生化学或物理反应,导致化工原料变质或潮解;而三氧化二锑在燃烧时能在表面形成薄膜隔绝氧气、阻隔热传导实现阻燃,且高温燃烧时即使气化也不易与易燃的活泼化工原料反应。但三氧化二锑的添加量不易过多,如过量添加会影响涂覆层的强度和断裂伸长率,因此申请人设计第一阻燃剂为磷酸三(2,3-二氯丙基)酯、间苯二酚双(二苯基磷酸酯)和三氧化二锑按重量比1:2~3:2混合的混合物,该配比下三氧化二锑与磷酸三(2,3-二氯丙基)酯和间苯二酚双(二苯基磷酸酯)配合,具有协同增效的作用,并且不会对涂覆层的断裂伸长率造成明显影响。申请人在扁丝中采用第二阻燃剂,以避免三氧化二锑影响基布层的强度,从而提高阻燃防潮塑编布的载重性能。申请人在上涂层和下涂层中采用第一阻燃剂进行阻燃,保证本发明高阻燃防潮塑编布能够达到阻燃等级V-0级。
2、本发明的阻燃防潮塑编布盛放重物时,涂层不易开裂,不易泄漏。本发明在上涂层和下涂层中加入偶联剂,偶联剂适合盛放固体粉末类货物。采用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯联用,γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷含有酸性官能团,能牢固地结合无机填料、聚烯烃弹性体和LDPE树脂,起到桥梁的作用,明显提高塑编布的断裂伸长率和强度。异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯的酯交换反应的活性低,没有初期粘度效应,因此在加热初期的分散性较好,能增大偶联剂填充量,并辅助γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷均匀结合,从而提高上涂层和下涂层的断裂伸长率,避免涂层在集装袋载重过程中出现开裂,避免固体粉末泄漏。
3、本发明的阻燃防潮塑编布具有较好的避光特性。申请人发现现有技术中仅在基布中添加颜料胡填料,而涂层中往往不添加。但扁丝的编织缝隙存在透光的问题,当集装袋盛放感光性的化学原料时,现有塑编布透光性过高,所盛放的化学原料易受光照分解。本发明在上涂层和下涂层的原料中添加色素炭黑或/和钛白粉作为填料,能起到较好的遮光效果,透光率小于等于0.01%。
4、本发明的阻燃防潮塑编布的制备方法能进一步提高塑编布的强度和断裂伸长率。申请人在步骤4)中采用先将聚烯烃弹性体、偶联剂、光稳定剂、第一阻燃剂、润滑剂和填料加热混合,获得预混料,以促进偶联剂、聚烯烃弹性体和无机物料的结合,再加入LDPE树脂、PE树脂升温混合,获得熔融态的涂覆料,涂覆后,能提高塑编布的强度和断裂伸长率。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,对本发明的阻燃防潮塑编布的方法做进一步说明,其中实施例1为最佳实施例。
步骤1)扁丝混料所用设备为:称重式配料机;设备厂家:奥地利史太林格塑胶机械有限公司;设备型号:TEC705;
步骤2)拉丝所用设备为:塑料扁丝拉丝机组;设备厂家:奥地利史太林格塑胶机械有限公司;设备型号:EX800S;
步骤3)编织所用设备为:塑料扁丝圆织机;设备厂家:奥地利史太林格塑胶机械有限公司;设备型号:RX8.0;
步骤4)涂覆所用设备为:塑料编织布淋膜机,厂家:汕头远东装备有限公司;型号:SJ-FM-2200;
LDPE树脂,学名:低密度聚乙烯,中天合创能源有限责任公司产,牌号:LD251,熔融指数(190℃/2.16kg)7.0 g/min,密度0.918 g/cm3

实施例1
本实施例阻燃防潮塑编布,自上而下依次包括上涂层、基布层、下涂层;
上涂层和下涂层由以下重量百分比的原料制成:LDPE树脂64.1%、聚烯烃弹性体18.9%、偶联剂[为硅烷偶联剂G-570和钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ-201按重量比1:3混合]3.8%、光稳定剂[为光稳定剂 770和抗氧剂DLTDP按重量比3:1混合]4.3%、第一阻燃剂[阻燃剂TDCPP、阻燃剂RDP和三氧化二锑按重量比1:2.6:2混合]7.6%、聚乙烯蜡0.8%、填料[色素炭黑和钛白粉按重量比3:1混合]0.5%;
基布层由以下重量份的原料制成:PP树脂100份、HDPE树脂9份、光稳定剂[光稳定剂770和抗氧剂DLTDP按重量比3:1]1.4份、第二阻燃剂[阻燃剂TDCPP和阻燃剂RDP按重量比1:2.6混合]2.7份、色素炭黑0.6份、聚乙烯蜡0.5份;
本实施例阻燃防潮塑编布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)扁丝混料:按重量份称取PP树脂、HDPE树脂、光稳定剂、第二阻燃剂、色素炭黑和分散剂投入配料机25~35℃混合、干燥,得扁丝原料;
2)拉丝:将扁丝原料投入挤出机,加热至260℃,经螺杆挤压、混炼,熔融态挤出薄膜,薄膜牵引比1:5.5;薄膜过水冷却、冷却水28~32℃,再通过5.5倍牵伸,分切成丝,170℃烘箱加热拉伸、拉伸速度270米/分钟,95℃定型、定型车速340m/min,收卷,得扁丝;扁丝宽度5mm,扁丝纤度1700丹尼尔;
3)编织:将扁丝按平纹编织成基布层,经纬采用同种扁丝,经纬密为经15根/cm×纬15根/cm;
4)涂覆:按重量百分比称取聚烯烃弹性体、偶联剂、光稳定剂、第一阻燃剂、润滑剂和填料投入配料机中,加热至120℃搅拌混合10~15分钟,获得预混料;再向预混料中,按重量百分比加入LDPE树脂、PE树脂,加热至280℃~290℃,搅拌混合,获得涂覆料;将涂覆料涂覆在基布层上下表面,辊压、冷却定型,形成上涂层和下涂层,上涂层的涂覆量为30g/m2;下涂层的涂覆量为30g/m2;即得阻燃防潮塑编布。
实施例2
本实施例阻燃防潮塑编布自上而下依次包括上涂层、基布层、下涂层;
上涂层和下涂层由以下重量百分比的原料制成:LDPE树脂64%、聚烯烃弹性体19.3%、偶联剂[为硅烷偶联剂G-570和钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ-201按重量比1:2.2混合]3.5%、光稳定剂[为紫外线吸收剂UV-0和抗氧剂DLTDP按重量比1:1混合]4%、第一阻燃剂[阻燃剂TDCPP、阻燃剂RDP和三氧化二锑按重量比1:2:2混合]7.8%、聚乙烯蜡1%、填料[钛白粉]0.4%;
基布层由以下重量份的原料制成:PP树脂100份、HDPE树脂8.3份、光稳定剂[紫外线吸收剂UV-0和抗氧剂DLTDP按重量比1:1混合] 2份、第二阻燃剂[阻燃剂TDCPP和阻燃剂RDP按重量比1:2混合] 3份、色素炭黑0.7份、聚乙烯蜡0.4份;
本实施例阻燃防潮塑编布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)扁丝混料:按重量份称取PP树脂、HDPE树脂、光稳定剂、第二阻燃剂、色素炭黑和分散剂投入配料机10~20℃混合、干燥,得扁丝原料;
2)拉丝:将扁丝原料投入挤出机,加热至265℃,经螺杆挤压、混炼,熔融态挤出薄膜,薄膜牵引比1:5.5;薄膜过水冷却、冷却水28~32℃,再通过5.5倍牵伸,分切成丝, 175℃烘箱加热拉伸、拉伸速度270米/分钟,95℃定型、定型车速360m/min,收卷,得扁丝;扁丝宽度5.5mm,扁丝纤度1800丹尼尔;
3)编织:将扁丝按平纹编织成基布层,经纬采用同种扁丝,经纬密为经14根/cm×纬14根/cm;
4)涂覆:按重量百分比称取聚烯烃弹性体、偶联剂、光稳定剂、第一阻燃剂、润滑剂和填料投入配料机中,加热至110℃搅拌混合13分钟,获得预混料;再向预混料中,按重量百分比加入LDPE树脂、PE树脂,加热至285℃~295℃,搅拌混合,获得涂覆料;将涂覆料涂覆在基布层上下表面,辊压、冷却定型,形成上涂层和下涂层,上涂层的涂覆量为27g/m2;下涂层的涂覆量为27g/m2;即得阻燃防潮塑编布。
实施例3
本实施例阻燃防潮塑编布自上而下依次包括上涂层、基布层、下涂层;
上涂层和下涂层由以下重量百分比的原料制成:LDPE树脂64.5%、聚烯烃弹性体18.5%、偶联剂[为硅烷偶联剂G-570和钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ-201按重量比1:3混合]4%、光稳定剂[为光稳定剂 770:抗氧剂DLTDP按重量比2:1]4.5%、第一阻燃剂[为阻燃剂TDCPP、阻燃剂RDP和三氧化二锑按重量比1:2.2:2混合]7.5%、聚乙烯蜡0.3%、填料[色素炭黑和钛白粉按重量比3:1混合]0.7%;
基布层由以下重量份的原料制成:PP树脂100份、HDPE树脂9.6份、光稳定剂[光稳定剂770:抗氧剂DLTDP按重量比2:1]1.2份、第二阻燃剂[阻燃剂TDCPP和阻燃剂RDP按重量比1:2.2混合]2.5份、色素炭黑0.1份、聚乙烯蜡0.7份;
本实施例阻燃防潮塑编布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)扁丝混料:按重量份称取PP树脂、HDPE树脂、光稳定剂、第二阻燃剂、色素炭黑和分散剂投入配料机25~35℃混合、干燥,得扁丝原料;
2)拉丝:将扁丝原料投入挤出机,加热至260℃,经螺杆挤压、混炼,熔融态挤出薄膜,薄膜牵引比1:5.5;薄膜过水冷却、冷却水28~32℃,再通过5.5倍牵伸,分切成丝, 175℃烘箱加热拉伸、拉伸速度260米/分钟,100℃定型、定型车速400m/min,收卷,得扁丝;扁丝宽度4.5mm,扁丝纤度1700丹尼尔;
3)编织:将扁丝按平纹编织成基布层,经纬采用同种扁丝,经纬密为经16根/cm×纬16根/cm;
4)涂覆:按重量百分比称取聚烯烃弹性体、偶联剂、光稳定剂、第一阻燃剂、润滑剂和填料投入配料机中,加热至110~130℃搅拌混合10分钟,获得预混料;再向预混料中,按重量百分比加入LDPE树脂、PE树脂,加热至270℃~280℃,搅拌混合,获得涂覆料;将涂覆料涂覆在基布层上下表面,辊压、冷却定型,形成上涂层和下涂层,上涂层的涂覆量为27g/m2;下涂层的涂覆量为33g/m2;即得阻燃防潮塑编布。
实施例4
本实施例阻燃防潮塑编布自上而下依次包括上涂层、基布层、下涂层;
上涂层和下涂层由以下重量百分比的原料制成: LDPE树脂64.3%、聚烯烃弹性体19.1%、偶联剂[为硅烷偶联剂G-570和钛酸酯偶联剂NDZ-201按重量比1:2.8混合]3.8%、光稳定剂[为光稳定剂 770]4.2%、第一阻燃剂[为阻燃剂TDCPP、阻燃剂RDP和三氧化二锑按重量比1:3:2混合]7.8%、聚乙烯蜡0.4%、填料[色素炭黑]0.4%;
基布层由以下重量份的原料制成:PP树脂100份、HDPE树脂9.3份、光稳定剂[光稳定剂770]1份、第二阻燃剂[阻燃剂TDCPP和阻燃剂RDP按重量比1:3混合]2.8份、色素炭黑0.4份、聚乙烯蜡0.6份;
本实施例阻燃防潮塑编布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)扁丝混料:按重量份称取PP树脂、HDPE树脂、光稳定剂、第二阻燃剂、色素炭黑和分散剂投入配料机15~25℃混合、干燥,得扁丝原料;
2)拉丝:将扁丝原料投入挤出机,加热至265℃,经螺杆挤压、混炼,熔融态挤出薄膜,薄膜牵引比1:5.5;薄膜过水冷却、冷却水28~32℃,再通过5.5倍牵伸,分切成丝,170℃烘箱加热拉伸、拉伸速度280米/分钟,100℃定型、定型车速380m/min,收卷,得扁丝;扁丝宽度5mm,扁丝纤度1500丹尼尔;
3)编织:将扁丝按平纹编织成基布层,经纬采用同种扁丝,经纬密为经15根/cm×纬15根/cm;
4)涂覆:按重量百分比称取聚烯烃弹性体、偶联剂、光稳定剂、第一阻燃剂、润滑剂和填料投入配料机中,加热至110~130℃搅拌混合15分钟,再按重量百分比加入LDPE树脂、PE树脂,加热至275℃~285℃,搅拌混合,获得涂覆料;将涂覆料涂覆在基布层上下表面,辊压、冷却定型,形成上涂层和下涂层,上涂层的涂覆量为33g/m2;下涂层的涂覆量为31g/m2;即得。
性能测试
1、测试阻燃防潮塑编布制作的集装袋的性能:
按照《集装袋装载重量检测方法GB/T10454-2000》进行测试。除吊带外,集装袋均采用测试用阻燃防潮塑编布制作;集装袋尺寸长240cm×宽105 cm×高105cm;集装袋装载重量1000kg,SF5:1。
2、测量阻燃防潮塑编布的断裂伸长率:
1)依据标准GBT 3923.1-2013的断裂伸长率测试方法。所用仪器:思泰仪器 ST-S500断裂伸长率测试仪。2)观察断裂后塑编布的上涂层和下涂层,记录漏洞数量。如涂层因拉伸形成漏洞,会导致固体粉末物料自漏洞处泄漏,漏洞越少,证明塑编布的防漏防潮效果越好。
3、测试阻燃防潮塑编布的阻燃性:
依据GB T 2408-2008 塑料燃烧性能的测定 水平法和垂直法标准-试验方法B垂直燃烧试验检测法检测,阻燃防潮塑编布试样尺寸长125mm×宽13mm,厚度为阻燃防潮塑编布本身厚度。
4、透光性测试:
采用林上科技产LS116透光率仪,测试可见光透光率,光源波段380nm~760nm。

通过表1可以看出:
本发明所得阻燃防潮塑编布具有较好的载重性能,能用于制作集装箱用编织袋,并且具有较高的断裂伸长率。并且,在测试断裂伸长率时测试人员通过观察发现:实施例1~4均是基布层的扁丝先断裂、涂层后断裂。并且即使阻燃防潮塑编布被拉断,除了断面外,涂层表面无裂纹。该特点保证得本发明阻燃防潮塑编布在载重过程中涂层不易开裂、不易出现漏洞,避免固体粉末状货物泄漏。
本实施例1~4能达到V-0级阻燃等级,而且保证了集装袋的载重性能。
本发明所得阻燃防潮塑编布具有避光特性,对于可见光具有较好的屏蔽能力,能用于盛放光敏性化工原料。实施例2为白色,实施例1、3、4为黑色,能满足客户不同的外观需要。

Claims (10)

1.一种阻燃防潮塑编布,其特征在于:自上而下依次包括上涂层、基布层、下涂层;上涂层的涂覆量为27~33g/m2;下涂层的涂覆量为27~33g/m2
上涂层和下涂层由以下重量百分比的原料制成:LDPE树脂64~64.5%、聚烯烃弹性体18.5~19.3%、偶联剂3.5~4%、光稳定剂4~4.5%、第一阻燃剂7.5~7.8%、润滑剂0.3~1%、填料0.1~0.7%;
基布层由以下重量份的原料制成:PP树脂100份、HDPE树脂8.3~9.6份、光稳定剂1~2份、第二阻燃剂2.5~3份、色素炭黑0.1~0.7份、润滑剂0.4~0.7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防潮塑编布,其特征在于,上涂层和下涂层由以下重量百分比的原料制成:LDPE树脂64.1%、聚烯烃弹性体 18.9%、偶联剂3.8%、光稳定剂4.3%、第一阻燃剂7.6%、润滑剂0.8%、填料0.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防潮塑编布,其特征在于,基布层由以下重量份的原料制成:PP树脂100份、HDPE树脂9份、光稳定剂1.4份、第二阻燃剂2.7份、色素炭黑0.6份、润滑剂0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防潮塑编布,其特征在于:所述的偶联剂为γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和异丙基三(二辛基焦磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯按重量比1:2~3的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防潮塑编布,其特征在于:所述的第一阻燃剂为磷酸三(2,3-二氯丙基)酯、间苯二酚双(二苯基磷酸酯)和三氧化二锑按重量比1:2~3:2混合的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防潮塑编布,其特征在于:所述的第二阻燃剂为磷酸三(2,3-二氯丙基)酯、间苯二酚双(二苯基磷酸酯)按重量比1:2~3混合的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防潮塑编布,其特征在于:所述的填料为色素炭黑或/和钛白粉。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防潮塑编布,其特征在于:所述的光稳定剂为2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、癸二酸双-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇酯、硫代二丙酸双十二醇酯中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防潮塑编布,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡。
10.权利要求1~9任一项所述阻燃防潮塑编布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)扁丝混料:按重量份称取PP树脂、HDPE树脂、光稳定剂、第二阻燃剂、色素炭黑和分散剂投入配料机常温混合、干燥,得扁丝原料;
2)拉丝:将扁丝原料投入挤出机,加热至260~265℃,经螺杆挤压、混炼,熔融态挤出薄膜;将薄膜过水冷却,再通过牵伸、分切、170~175℃拉伸、95~100℃定型、收卷,得扁丝;扁丝宽度3~6mm,扁丝纤度800~1800丹尼尔;
3)编织:将扁丝按平纹编织成基布层,经纬密为经14~16×纬14~16;
4)涂覆:按重量百分比称取聚烯烃弹性体、偶联剂、光稳定剂、第一阻燃剂、润滑剂和填料投入配料机中,加热至110~130℃搅拌混合10~15分钟,获得预混料;再向预混料中,按重量百分比加入LDPE树脂、PE树脂,加热至270℃~295℃,搅拌混合,获得涂覆料;将涂覆料涂覆在基布层上下表面,辊压、冷却定型,形成上涂层和下涂层,即得。
