Abstract
本发明公布一种柑橘固体饮料及其制作方法,所述柑橘固体饮料由柑橘果汁结晶干粉、果糖、苹果肽、无水柠檬酸、柑橘类黄酮、柑橘纤维素组成。本发明的柑橘固体饮料制作工艺简单,且成品为进行分装后的混合粉状的,相较于普通的液体状的饮料,其保质期会更为长久,且携带较为方便,可适合居家、旅行,在外仅需要取其用水进行冲泡即可饮用,方便快捷;且本发明的柑橘固体饮料在柑橘原有的营养成分外,又外加了营养物质,使得其营养组分更为丰富,且其配方合理,口感醇厚有颗粒感,具有提高人体免疫力、消除自由基、防癌抗癌、软化心脑血管、延缓衰老、提神抗疲劳等功能,其为能够长期饮用的无毒副作用的具有健康保健效用饮料。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品饮料领域,具体涉及一种柑橘固体饮料及其制作方法。
背景技术
柑橘肉含有丰富的糖类、有机酸、矿物质、纤维素、蛋白质、氨基酸和多种维生素,特别是维生素C 含量较其他水果高;果皮富含胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素P、硫胺素、核黄素、挥发油、黄酮类等营养物质和芳香类物质,其中,胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素P以及香精油含量远高于果肉。
我国是柑橘生产大国,生产量位居世界前三。但是由于柑橘品质不高以及商业化处理程度较低,导致这些柑橘大多是以原料或简单加工,如柑橘罐头、简单压榨果汁等形式进入消费市场,售价不高,附加值也较低,从而果农的收益不高,对柑橘产业的发展极为不利。
因此,基于以上背景,为提高柑橘制品的附加价值,丰富柑橘制品的市场品类,本发明提供一种更具有能够便于携带的,使用方便的且更具有健康保健效用柑橘固体饮料及其制作方法。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种便于携带的口感醇厚有颗粒感、制作工艺简单,且具有安全、健康的具有保健效用的柑橘固体饮料。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种柑橘固体饮料,所述柑橘固体饮料由柑橘果汁结晶干粉、果糖、苹果肽、无水柠檬酸、柑橘类黄酮、柑橘纤维素组成。
进一步,所述柑橘固体饮料由柑橘果汁结晶干粉10-20份、果糖60-70份、苹果肽5-10份、无水柠檬酸1-2份、柑橘类黄酮5-10份、柑橘纤维素5-10份组成。
本发明还提供一种柑橘固体饮料的制作方法,其制作方法为:
(1)将成熟鲜柑橘压榨取汁后脱水制备成柑橘果汁结晶干粉;
(2)按权利要求1或权利要求2所述的柑橘固体饮料分别称取步骤(1)制备的柑橘果汁结晶干粉、果糖、苹果肽、无水柠檬酸、柑橘类黄酮、柑橘纤维素,将其放入至干混机中进行混合搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中混合搅拌后的混合物进行分装。
进一步,步骤(2)混合料在干混机中混合搅拌10分钟。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
实施例1:一种柑橘固体饮料,其由柑橘果汁结晶干粉15kg、果糖60kg、苹果肽10kg、无水柠檬酸 1kg、柑橘类黄酮5kg、柑橘纤维素5kg组成。
其制作方法为:
(1)将成熟鲜柑橘压榨取汁后脱水制备成柑橘果汁结晶干粉;
(2)按上述的柑橘固体饮料分别称取步骤(1)制备的柑橘果汁结晶干粉、果糖、苹果肽、无水柠檬酸、柑橘类黄酮、柑橘纤维素,将其放入至干混机中进行混合搅拌10分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)中混合搅拌后的混合物进行分装。
实施例2:一种柑橘固体饮料,其由柑橘果汁结晶干粉10kg份、果糖60kg、苹果肽5kg、无水柠檬酸 2kg、柑橘类黄酮10kg、柑橘纤维素10kg组成。
其制作方法为:
(1)将成熟鲜柑橘压榨取汁后脱水制备成柑橘果汁结晶干粉;
(2)按上述的柑橘固体饮料分别称取步骤(1)制备的柑橘果汁结晶干粉、果糖、苹果肽、无水柠檬酸、柑橘类黄酮、柑橘纤维素,将其放入至干混机中进行混合搅拌10分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)中混合搅拌后的混合物进行分装。
进一步,步骤(2)混合料在干混机中混合搅拌10分钟。

3.一种柑橘固体饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,其制作方法为:
(1)将成熟鲜柑橘压榨取汁后脱水制备成柑橘果汁结晶干粉;
(2)按权利要求1或权利要求2所述的柑橘固体饮料分别称取步骤(1)制备的柑橘果汁结晶干粉、果糖、苹果肽、无水柠檬酸、柑橘类黄酮、柑橘纤维素,将其放入至干混机中进行混合搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中混合搅拌后的混合物进行分装。
