Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a point crystal black pottery, which comprises the steps of selecting high-quality yellow clay to be made into a green body shape, and selecting high-quality plant corn stalks as smoking materials; selecting copper oxide yellow, copper oxide purple, copper oxide red, iron oxide, aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, germanite and cinnabar, respectively adding yellow clay, uniformly stirring, adding water to prepare slurry, dotting the prepared slurry into patterns according to the required colors of different patterns carved on the pottery, then placing the patterns into a kiln for firing, smoking by using plant corn straws, polishing a blank taken out of the kiln by using soft gauze until the metallic luster of the patterns is exposed, dotting the patterns on the blank by using liquid prepared from temperature-sensitive color-changing powder and styrene-acrylic emulsion, and drying in a drying chamber for 8 hours to obtain a finished product. Because the metal cluster can change color according to the temperature change by carrying out the treatment once again according to the requirement of art design, more art infectivity of the works is increased. The method can be used for preparing the dotted black ceramic product, has more excellent quality and is more suitable for viewing and collection.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pottery preparation methods, in particular to a preparation method of dotted crystal black pottery.
Background
The inventor previously applies for a plurality of patents related to the preparation method of colored pottery, such as a preparation method of fragrant colored black pottery with the patent number ZL201110426228.3 and a preparation method of colored black pottery with the patent number ZL 201110425950.5, which are colors formed by smoking with a color former, and a preparation method of colorful transparent black pottery with the patent number ZL 201710176399.2, which are colors formed by painting required patterns on a pottery blank with different glazes, shielding the painted pottery blank by using high-temperature resistant fiber cloth and placing the pottery blank into a kiln for secondary firing; the patent No. ZL201710176312.1 double-color Lingtou black pottery is prepared by sticking the kneaded pug on the part of pottery needing color change, and placing the pottery in a kiln for secondary firing after sticking. With the continuous expansion and international market of the ceramic product market, the design and color of the ceramic product and the grade of the product can not meet the needs of the market and customers, and the quality and the design and color of the ceramic product are the bottleneck restricting the market, so that the quality grade and the color increase of the ceramic product are important in the development of enterprises.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is an improvement and innovation on the quality of black pottery products prepared by the original patent technology of the inventor.
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of point crystal black pottery, and a black pottery product prepared by the preparation method is a pottery artwork with most black or black time segments and local patterns in different metal-like colors.
In order to achieve the purpose, the preparation method of the point crystal black pottery comprises the following steps:
first, selecting material
(1) Selecting high-quality yellow clay;
(2) selecting high-quality plant corn straws as smoking materials;
(3) selecting copper oxide yellow, copper oxide purple, copper oxide red, iron oxide, aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, germanite and cinnabar;
(4) temperature-sensitive color-changing powder and styrene-acrylic emulsion;
second, manufacture
(1) Crushing high-quality yellow clay, sieving with a 300-mesh sieve, adding 60% of water to prepare mud materials, making the mud materials into mud strips through a vacuum pug mill, and making the mud strips into blank bodies in various shapes for later use;
(2) bundling the plant corn stalks into small bundles with the thickness of 20 centimeters and the length of 50 centimeters for later use;
(3) respectively grinding copper oxide yellow, copper oxide purple, copper oxide red, iron oxide, aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, germanite and cinnabar into powder of 60 meshes for later use;
(4) trimming the redundant part of the blank body made of the yellow clay by a scraper;
(5) carving the blank body into various required patterns by using a carving knife, wherein the patterns are recessed by 2mm for filling;
(6) respectively adding 10% of yellow clay into copper oxide yellow, copper oxide purple, copper oxide red, iron oxide, aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, germanite and cinnabar, stirring uniformly, and adding 70% of water to prepare slurry for later use;
(7) dropping the mixed slurry into the patterns according to the colors required by different patterns;
(8) drying the embryo body poured with the pulp in shade for 10 days, and then transferring the embryo body into a drying chamber with the temperature of 40 ℃ for drying for 5 days;
(9) mixing 40% of temperature-sensitive color-changing powder, 30% of styrene-acrylic emulsion and 30% of water into liquid for later use;
thirdly, baking and fumigating carburization
(1) Putting the dried embryo bodies into a kiln, wherein the distance between the embryo bodies is 0.5 cm, then igniting and firing, when the kiln is heated to 850 ℃, putting plant corn straws, and then closing the kiln body. The putting density of the smoking material is that 3 bundles of plant corn straws are put in a cubic meter space;
(2) opening a kiln door after 72 hours, cooling the kiln, and taking out the kiln;
(3) cleaning and airing the blank taken out of the kiln;
(4) and polishing: polishing the blank pattern by using soft gauze until the metallic luster of the pattern is exposed;
(5) adding water into temperature-sensitive color-changing powder and styrene-acrylic emulsion to prepare liquid, and coating the part needing color change according to the requirement of the pattern on the blank;
(6) and putting the dotted and coated blank into a drying chamber, wherein the temperature of the drying chamber is 50 ℃, and taking out the blank after drying for 8 hours to obtain a finished product.
The invention is characterized in that yellow copper oxide, purple copper oxide, red copper oxide, ferric oxide, aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, germanite and cinnabar are respectively added with yellow clay and stirred uniformly, then water is added to mix into slurry, the mixed slurry is dotted into patterns according to the required colors of different patterns carved on the pottery, then the patterns are put into a kiln for burning, plant corn straws are used for smoking, the blank taken out of the kiln is polished by soft gauze until the metallic luster of the patterns is exposed, the blank patterns are dotted with liquid prepared from temperature-sensitive color-changing powder and styrene-acrylic emulsion, and the finished product is obtained after drying in a drying chamber for 8 hours. Because the metal pattern is processed once more according to the requirement of art design, the metal pattern can change color according to the temperature change, and more art infectivity of the works is increased. The method can be used for preparing the dotted black ceramic product, has more excellent quality and is more suitable for viewing and collection.
