When the request information comprises the employee identification and the project identification, acquiring the work record information of the employee corresponding to the employee identification in the project corresponding to the project identification according to the employee identification and the project identification; acquiring employee identifiers and work contents corresponding to the employee identifiers in the work record information, wherein the work contents are divided into one or more than two work contents according to different processing time, each work content corresponds to an actual working duration, and according to each work content, the work type corresponding to each work content of the employee can be determined, such as: the processed project work, the project type of the project, and whether the work content is inside or outside the department according to the department to which the project belongs and the department to which the employee belongs; according to the working time period in the working content, the actual working time length corresponding to the working content can be determined.
When the request information is the employee identification, the description is to analyze the performance of the employee, and the obtained work record information is the work record information of the employee; extracting the employee identification and the work content corresponding to the employee identification in the work record information, wherein the work content is divided into one or more than two work contents according to different processed transactions and/or different processing times, each work content corresponds to an actual work duration, and according to each work content, the work type corresponding to each work content of the employee can be determined, such as: whether project work or daily work or tasks are processed, such as whether project work, the type of project to which the project belongs, and whether the work content is internal or external to a department are processed; according to the working time period in the working content, the actual working time length corresponding to the working content can be determined.
When the request information is a target analysis period, the description is to analyze the performance of the target analysis period, the obtained work record information is the work record information corresponding to all employees in the target analysis period, the employee identification and the work content corresponding to the employee identification in the work record information are extracted, the work content is divided into one or more than two work contents according to different employees, different processed transactions and/or different processing time, each work content corresponds to an actual work duration, and the work type corresponding to each work content of the employee can be determined according to each work content, for example: whether project work or daily work or tasks are processed, such as whether project work, the type of project to which the project belongs, and whether the work content is internal or external to a department are processed; according to the working time period in the working content, the actual working time length corresponding to the working content can be determined.
And step S260, standardizing the actual working time length into the corresponding standard working time length.
The corresponding actual working time standardization is to perform standard conversion on actual working hours into standard working hours, for example: the method comprises the steps that different types of work are carried out at the same working time, the generated values are different, the actual working time cannot reflect the value of each employee due to different working types, working attributes and positions of the employees, the actual working time is converted into standard working time through corresponding actual working time standardization, the standard working time is the working time determined after the actual working time is converted based on the standard working time, and the standard working time is the manual time required by one processing procedure under the standard working environment. The corresponding actual working duration standardization mainly comprises the steps of determining the working type, the working attribute and/or the position of the staff according to the staff identification and the working content of the staff, and converting the actual working duration according to the standard working hour coefficient corresponding to the working type, the working attribute and/or the position of the staff.
In one embodiment, the step of normalizing the actual operating time length to a corresponding standard operating time length comprises: determining a standard working hour coefficient according to the working type, the working attribute and/or the position information of the staff; and standardizing the actual working duration corresponding to the working content according to the standard working hour coefficient to obtain the standard working duration corresponding to the working content.
The standard man-hour coefficient is a coefficient for performing standard man-hour conversion on actual man-hours, which is predetermined according to various work types, various work attributes and/or various job position information. And standardizing according to the actual working duration corresponding to the working content and a standard working hour coefficient determined according to the working type, the working attribute and/or the position information of the staff, and determining the standard working duration corresponding to the working content. Such as: the standard working hour coefficient of the daily work in the department is 70%, and the standard working time length = the actual working time length multiplied by 70%; the standard working hour coefficient of the outside daily work of the department is 90%, and then the standard working time length = the actual working time length multiplied by 90%; the standard man-hour coefficient of the internal task of the department is 80%, and then the standard working time length = the actual working time length multiplied by 80%; the standard man-hour coefficient of the external task of the department is 100%, and then the standard working time length = the actual working time length multiplied by 100%; the standard working hour coefficient of a general project in a department is 90%, and then the standard working time length = the actual working time length multiplied by 90%; and if the standard work hour coefficient of important items in the department is 100%, the standard work time length = the actual work time length multiplied by 100%, and the like.
In one embodiment, the step of normalizing the actual working hours corresponding to the working contents according to the standard working hour coefficient to obtain the standard working hours corresponding to the working contents includes: according to the standard working hour coefficient, standardizing the actual working time length corresponding to the working content into the corresponding preliminary standard working time length; analyzing the preliminary standard working time according to the period reference time to determine whether the preliminary standard working time is overtime time or not; when the initial standard working time is overtime time, acquiring a weighting coefficient; and weighting according to the weighting coefficient and the preliminary standard working duration to obtain the standard working duration corresponding to the working content.
The period reference time length is a basic working time length required to work in each period, and the period may be one day, one week, one month, one year and the like. When the actual working time length is standardized and the overtime length needs to be weighted, the working time length after the actual working time length corresponding to the working content is standardized is the preliminary standard working time length according to the standard working time coefficient, and when the preliminary standard working time length is the overtime length, the preliminary standard working time length is weighted to obtain the standard working time length corresponding to the working content. Whether the overtime exists can be determined according to the sum of the actual working time of the employee in the period or the sum of the standard working time, and from which working time the overtime exists, the overtime is recorded, and whether the preliminary standard working time is the overtime is determined. When the initial standard working time is overtime time, acquiring a weighting coefficient; weighting according to the weighting coefficient and the preliminary standard working duration to obtain the standard working duration corresponding to the working content, for example: the weighting coefficient is 100.5%, and the standard operating time length is the preliminary standard operating time length × 100.5%. And when the initial standard working time is not overtime time, the initial standard working time is the standard working time corresponding to the working content.
In one embodiment, determining the standard man-hour coefficient according to the work category, the work attribute and/or the position information of the employee comprises: and determining the standard man-hour coefficient according to the weight of the work type, the weight of the work attribute and/or the weight of the position information of the staff.
The work attribute refers to whether the work processed by the employee is work inside a department or work outside the department; the work type is whether the employee handles project work, daily work or tasks; the position information is the position currently performed by the employee, such as: managers, project responsible persons, general staff, etc. The project types are different, the weights for determining the standard man-hour coefficients are different, the work attributes are different, the weights for determining the standard man-hour coefficients are different, the position information of the staff is different, the weights for determining the standard man-hour coefficients are different, and the standard man-hour coefficients are comprehensively determined according to the weights of the work types, the weights of the work attributes and/or the position information of the staff.
And step S280, analyzing according to the standard working duration and the standard working hour value to obtain a performance analysis result, wherein the standard working hour value is the value of one unit working hour.
The standard working hour value is the value of one unit working hour, the standard working hour value is determined according to the position grade and the position type of the staff, and the standard working hour value is different for different staff due to different position grade and/or position type. The performance analysis result is a result obtained after performance analysis is carried out on the basis of the staff and/or the project, and is used for reflecting the working hour cost of the staff and/or the project.
