That is, in the data labeling step, labels are labeled on the global data such as the collected data, the recorded (behavior) data, and the user information, and labeling methods of different types of data (objects) are different, for example: the information data is labeled by adopting a labeling method of semantically identifying key words and analyzing synonyms to match a label library; for the user behavior data, the adopted marking method is based on the matching marking of the business rules; and for the rest of other data, adopting a manual intervention labeling method. By the marking method, the cost of information marking is effectively reduced.
For example, if the external website data is a thesis, after the thesis is acquired through the data acquisition step, keyword extraction processing is performed on the thesis through a semantic analysis technology to obtain a plurality of keywords; performing synonym analysis, namely comparing the multiple keywords according to a preset comparison library (namely a user-defined synonym library) to obtain synonyms of the keywords, so as to obtain a comparison result; and finally, performing labeling processing on the comparison result according to the label library to obtain a labeling result, and pushing different labeling results according to different application scenes, thereby realizing the labeling of the thesis.
(5) And (3) association retrieval recommendation step: and performing associated retrieval and recommendation based on the labeling result, and recommending similar data/information to a new user based on the similar behavior of the user.
(6) And (3) data analysis step: acquiring and statistically calculating basic data, constructing a data model based on a data modeling tool, and performing trend analysis and/or probability calculation on the basic data by adopting the data model. The basic data is obtained by counting the personnel condition of the enterprise and the signed project condition.
