Description

Project performance assessment method, system and computer readable storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of performance management, in particular to a project performance assessment method and system based on a cloud platform and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
Human resource management includes, but is not limited to, human resource planning, recruitment and configuration, training and development, performance management, compensation welfare management, labor relationship management, and the like. Among these human resources management tasks, performance management is generally the most complex, with respect to payroll treatment of employees and achievement of corporate development goals, and therefore daily performance management is a very systematic task. Within a relatively large-scale company, there is typically a specialized performance management team, and performance management for relatively small businesses is much simpler. Some companies do not have major business or parts in their offices, but rather require employees to go to various business-implemented processes, such as building site supervision, third-party enterprises for auditing, tax return to tax authorities, etc. Such jobs may be collectively referred to as outworkers, and the personnel handling such jobs may be referred to as outworkers. Conversely, work that may be substantially completed within a company's office may be referred to as housekeeping, while personnel handling such work may be referred to as housekeeping personnel. Performance assessment methods for outworkers are generally different from those for insiders. This is because the work hours (e.g., recorded by a card punch or other attendance device) and the work location of the staff member are fixed and their workload is better accounted for. However, statistics of specific working time and working place of outworkers who go out to process business is difficult, so performance assessment of the outworkers is difficult, and the generated performance assessment result is not accurate enough.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new solution to the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the technical problem that performance assessment of field staff is difficult and not accurate enough, the invention provides a project performance assessment method based on a cloud platform, wherein the cloud platform comprises a cloud server and a cloud storage system, and the project performance assessment method implements the following steps through the cloud server:
receiving information of an input target project, wherein the information of the target project comprises a project profit amount and project group members;
recording a work diary of each project group member about the target project, the work diary including work hours;
calculating a total number of hours worked for all project team members to complete the target project based on the number of hours worked in the work diary; and is
Calculating a charge rate per project hour based on the total hours of operation and the project profit amount to obtain project group performance,
wherein the information of the target project, work diary and project group performance are stored in the cloud storage system.
According to the technical scheme, the project performance assessment method is implemented through a cloud platform, the cloud platform comprises a cloud server and a cloud storage system, and the project performance assessment method is implemented through the cloud server. The project performance assessment method firstly receives input information of a target project, wherein the information of the target project comprises project profit amount and project group members. This establishes a connection between the target item and the members of the project group. All information related to the target item is stored in the cloud storage system. After the target project is implemented, all project group members need to upload a work diary related to the target project through the user terminal, and the work diary includes data of the number of working hours, such as how many days the target project is worked from several points to several points each day. The cloud server records and stores the work diary of each project group member in the cloud storage system. The project performance assessment method automatically calculates the total working hours of all project group members spent on the target project based on the working hours recorded by each project group member in the working diary, and then automatically calculates the charge rate per project hour based on the total working hours and the profit amount of the project. The hourly charge per project may represent the performance of the project for the entire group of projects. The higher the charge rate per project hour, the higher the performance of the whole project group; conversely, a lower charge rate per project hour indicates a poorer performance for the entire project group. Therefore, by the project performance assessment method based on the cloud platform, the assessment performance of the project group can be simply, quickly and automatically calculated, and randomness and inaccuracy of manual assessment are avoided. In addition, all information related to the project performance assessment method and the generated result are stored in the cloud storage system, so that the integrity of the information is guaranteed and the information can be consulted at any time.
In the above preferred technical solution of the cloud platform-based project performance assessment method, the project performance assessment method further includes:
calculating the expenditure cost of the target project;
subtracting the expenditure cost from a contract amount for the target project to obtain the project profit amount. More accurate performance of a project can only be obtained if project performance is calculated using the project profit amount obtained by deducting all expenditure costs associated with the target project.
In the above preferred technical solution of the cloud platform-based project performance assessment method, the project performance assessment method further includes:
automatically subtracting an amount paid to the third party from the project profit margin when the target project requires third party assistance. Some items require the assistance of a third party and therefore require a corresponding fee to be paid to the third party. Accordingly, the portion of the fee needs to be deducted from the profit amount of the project to ensure the accuracy of the performance assessment of the project.
In the above preferred technical solution of the cloud platform based project performance assessment method, the members of the project group are variable. During the course of a project implementation, the actual workload or work content may not be consistent with what is intended, and thus project team membership may be increased or replaced or decreased.
In the above preferred technical solution of the cloud platform-based project performance assessment method, the project performance assessment method further includes:
calculating individual project performance for each project group member based on the charge rate per project hour and the total number of work hours for each project group member. And multiplying the charge rate per project hour by the total number of the corresponding working hours to obtain the personal project performance of the corresponding project group member on the target project. The individual project performance may be used directly for payroll accounting of the members of the corresponding project group.
In the above preferred technical solution of the cloud platform-based project performance assessment method, the work diary further includes work content related to the target project, and the project performance assessment method further includes:
setting a preset performance coefficient for the work content; and is
Calculating individual project performance for each project group member based on the hourly charge rate for the project, the total number of hours of operation for each project group member, and the performance coefficients. The work content of different project team members may be different for the same target project, part of the work content may be more difficult or laborious than another part of the work content, or part of the work content may be dominant and part of the work content may be ancillary. In this case, a predetermined performance coefficient greater than 1 is given to work content with a relatively high degree of difficulty or bitterness, or to play a dominant role, and a predetermined performance coefficient less than 1 is given to work content with a relatively low degree of difficulty or bitterness, or to play an auxiliary role, to ensure fairness in performance assessment of the project.
In the above preferred technical solution of the cloud platform based project performance assessment method, the project performance assessment method further includes generating a performance report based on the project group performance and the individual project performance of each project group member. The performance report can facilitate the consultation and reference of the company leader.
In the above preferred technical solution of the cloud platform-based project performance assessment method, the project performance assessment method further includes:
a performance query is provided for allowing each project group member to query its own individual project performance. Therefore, each project group member can know the performance of the personal project in real time, and the information transparency is improved.
In order to solve the technical problem that performance assessment of outworkers is difficult and not accurate enough, the invention also provides a project performance assessment system based on a cloud platform, wherein the cloud platform comprises a cloud server and a cloud storage system, and the project performance assessment system established in the cloud server comprises:
the project module is used for receiving the input information of the target project, and the information of the target project comprises project profit amount and project group members;
the work diary module is used for recording the work diary of each project group member about the target project, and the work diary comprises the number of working hours; and
a calculation module for calculating a total number of hours worked for all project team members to complete the target project based on the number of hours worked in the work diary, and for calculating a charge rate per project hour based on the total number of hours worked and the project profit margin to obtain project team performance,
wherein the information of the target project, work diary and project group performance are stored in the cloud storage system. The project performance assessment system based on the cloud platform not only can simply and quickly automatically calculate the assessment performance of a project group, but also avoids the randomness and the inaccuracy of manual assessment. In addition, all information related to the project performance assessment system and the generated results are stored in the cloud storage system, so that the integrity of the information is guaranteed and the information can be consulted at any time.
In a preferred technical solution of the cloud platform-based project performance assessment system, the computing module is further configured to:
calculating individual project performance for each project group member based on the charge rate per project hour and the total number of work hours for each project group member.
In order to solve the technical problem that performance assessment of outworkers is difficult and not accurate enough, the invention further provides a computer readable storage medium, wherein computer readable instructions are stored in the computer readable storage medium, and when being executed by a processor, the computer readable instructions realize the steps of any cloud platform-based project performance assessment method.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
In order to solve the technical problems that performance assessment of outworkers is difficult and not accurate enough, the invention provides a project performance assessment method based on a cloud platform, wherein the cloud platform comprises a cloud server and a cloud storage system, and the project performance assessment method implements the following steps through the cloud server:
receiving information of the entered target project, the information of the target project comprising project profit amount and project team member (step S1);
recording a work diary of each project team member regarding the target project, the work diary including work hours (step S2);
calculating a total number of hours worked for all project team members to complete the target project based on the number of hours worked in the work diary (step S3); and is
Calculating a charge rate per project hour based on the total hours of operation and the project profit amount to obtain project group performance (step S4),
wherein the information, the work diary and the calculation result of the target project are stored in the cloud storage system. Through the project performance assessment method, firstly, the cloud server can automatically and accurately obtain the project group assessment performance; and all the information is stored in the cloud and can be consulted at any time, so that the company leaders can conveniently know the project assessment performance.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a cloud platform in the cloud platform-based project performance assessment method. As shown in fig. 1, in one or more embodiments, cloud platform 1 includes a cloud server 12 and a cloud storage system 13. Optionally, the cloud platform 1 further comprises a cloud shield firewall 14 and a cloud monitor 15. The cloud platform 1 may be provided by a dedicated service company, such as the Alice cloud. The cloud server 12 may include a variety of servers, together forming an application service layer, while the cloud storage system 13 forms a data storage service layer. Through the client browser, the client 11 may generate interactive communication with the cloud server 12, so as to issue a request to the cloud server 12 through the client 11. In one or more embodiments, the user terminal 11 includes N user terminals, such as a first user terminal 11a, a second user terminal 11b, … …, and an nth user terminal 11 c. In this context, a user terminal refers to any terminal device that can download and log in a client browser via the internet, including but not limited to a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a tablet computer, a smart phone, and the like. The user end 11 forms a user layer, and the user layer, the application service layer and the data storage service layer are independent of each other, and by means of the centralized identity authentication process and the data access management, the security of the system and the data can be improved. The cloud shield firewall 14 can defend against attacks on the cloud server 12 by defending against Structured Query Language (SQL) injection, cross site scripting attack (CSS), common Web server plug-in bugs, or other malicious attacks, and can further avoid asset data leakage, thereby ensuring security of the system and data. The cloud monitor 15 is used for monitoring the operation state of the cloud storage system 13.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart of the cloud platform-based project performance assessment method of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, after the project performance assessment method is started, in step S1, information of a target project is received, which includes a project profit amount and project team members. The profit margin for the project may be calculated as follows. Based on all the expense information about the target project stored in the cloud storage system 13, the cloud server 12 automatically calculates all the expense costs related to the target project, such as the expense costs of human resources, travel costs, and the like. Then, the above-mentioned all expenses are subtracted from the contract amount of the target project, so as to obtain the profit amount of the project. According to actual needs, the expense expenditure of each dimension can be calculated from the dimensions of a company, a department, a project manager and the like, and therefore the profit of the project of the corresponding dimension can be calculated. The manager with authority logs in the client browser from a user end 11 such as a computer or a smart phone through a user name and a login password, and then enters related content and data in a project form. For example, a project group member list is automatically imported from other business modules, or information of project group members is manually input. The profit margins for the project described above may also be automatically imported directly from other associated business modules, or manually entered or adjusted. The information or data involved in step S1 is stored in the cloud storage system 13 by the cloud server 12.
As shown in FIG. 2, in step S2, a work diary is recorded for each project group member with respect to the target project, the work diary including the number of hours worked. Each project group member logs in a client browser through a user name and a login password from a user terminal 11 such as a computer, a tablet computer or a smart phone, enters a work diary interface, fills in a work diary related to a target project online, faithfully fills in information such as work time and work content, and stores the information in a cloud storage system 13 through a cloud server 12. Next, the project performance assessment method proceeds to step S3, and through the work diary of each project group member, the cloud server 12 may automatically count the total hours spent by each project group member on the target project, and then calculate the total number of work hours for all project group members to complete the target project based on the number of work hours in the work diary. The total number of hours spent by each project group member on the target project is summed to obtain the total number of hours worked to complete the target project.
As shown in fig. 2, after obtaining the total number of hours of work for completing the target project, the project performance assessment method proceeds to step S4, where a charge rate per hour of the project is calculated based on the total number of hours of work and the profit amount of the project. By "project hour" is meant the hour for completing the target project. The charge rate per project hour is obtained by dividing the profit amount of the project by the total number of hours of operation. The computing process is automatically completed by the cloud server 12. For example, if the profit margin for a project is 36 ten thousand and the total number of hours of work to complete the corresponding project is 60 hours, the charge rate per project hour is 50 ten thousand/60 to 0.6 ten thousand/project hour. This hourly charge rate represents the overall project team performance and becomes the basis for calculating the individual performance of each member of the project team. The charge rate per project hour is also stored in the cloud storage system 13 by the cloud server 12.
In one or more embodiments, a need arises for third party assistance during the performance of a target project, such as the need to hire a third party for a due diligence during an asset assessment process. In such a case, a portion of the project profit amount needs to be paid to the third party and no longer pertains to the performance of the project group. Therefore, when the performance of the project group is calculated, the money paid to the third party is automatically deducted, thereby ensuring the accuracy of the performance calculation.
In one or more embodiments, the project team members may change during the implementation of the target project. For example, the actual workload of the target project is far beyond the expected workload, and therefore at least one project team member needs to be added. The newly added project group members also need to input a work diary related to the target project on line from the date of starting to participate in the work of the target project, and the work diary also needs to comprise information such as work time, work content and the like. Alternatively, a portion of the target project may actually work differently than expected, thus requiring replacement of project team members. The new member who enters the replacement needs to input a work diary related to the target project on line from the work date of starting participating in the target project, and the work diary also needs to comprise information such as work time, work content and the like; while the original work diary of the replaced original project team member remains and the number of work hours contained therein is counted in calculating the total number of work hours for completing the target project.
In one or more embodiments, the work diary further includes work content related to the target project, and the project performance assessment method further includes: setting a preset performance coefficient for the work content; and calculating individual project performance for each project group member based on the charge rate per project hour, the total number of hours worked for each project group member, and the performance coefficient. For example, in one audit project, the main work of the audit project is processed by the project principal and the auxiliary works are processed by the other auxiliary personnel, so the performance coefficient of the work content of the project principal can be preset to 1.5, and the performance system of the work content of the auxiliary personnel can be preset to 0.6. The performance coefficient is set to ensure that the sum of the performance calculated by each project team member is equal to the profit margin of the project and cannot exceed the profit margin of the project. Preferably, the project performance assessment method further comprises generating a performance report based on the project group performance obtained above and the individual project performance of each of the project group members. Preferably, the project performance assessment method further comprises providing a performance query for allowing each project group member to query its own individual project performance, while also allowing a company manager to review the employee's related project performance at any time.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of the cloud platform-based project performance assessment system of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, in one or more embodiments, the cloud platform-based project performance assessment system K1 includes a project module K10, a work diary module K20, and a computing module K30, all of which are established in the cloud server 12 so that any user with the corresponding privileges can access the project performance assessment system K1 by logging into a client browser at any user end 11. It should be noted that the item module K10, the working diary module K20, and the calculation module K30 are associated with each other two by two, not only to implement content and data sharing, but also to avoid errors or inconsistencies in the same content and data due to repeated input. In the project module K10, information for a target project is received that is entered, including a project profit amount and project team membership. In the work diary module K20, a work diary including the number of hours worked is recorded for each project group member with respect to the target project. Alternatively, the work diary also includes work content. In the calculation module K30, the cloud server 12 may automatically count the total hours spent by each project group member on the target project through the work diary of each project group member, and then calculate the total number of work hours for all project group members to complete the target project based on the number of work hours in the work diary. In the calculating module K30, the profit amount of the project is calculated, that is, all expenditure costs related to the target project, such as human cost, travel cost, etc., are automatically calculated by the cloud server 12; then, the above-mentioned all expenses are subtracted from the contract amount of the target project, so as to obtain the profit amount of the project. In the calculation module K30, the cloud server 12 also calculates a charge rate per project hour, i.e., project group performance, based on the total hours of operation and the project profit margin. In the calculation module K30, based on the project team performance, the cloud server 12 also automatically calculates the individual project performance of each project team member, which can then be used for payroll accounting of the project team members.
The present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium having computer readable instructions stored thereon which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of any of the cloud platform based project performance assessment methods described above.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
