and (3) cold-hot circulation: and (3) storing the sample to be tested at-10 ℃ for 24 hours, taking out the sample to be tested, melting the sample to be tested to an original state at room temperature to obtain a cold-hot cycle, and repeating the steps for 5 cold-hot cycles. After the last cold and hot circulation, the material can be melted into the original state at room temperature, namely, the material passes through, and the material cannot return to the original state, namely, the material does not pass through.
Centrifuging: the samples of emulsion 1# and emulsion 2# were centrifuged at 4000 rpm for 30min to pass without separation.
The results are given in table 1 below:
table 1 stability test results

(2) Sensory evaluation
20 subjects of 18-25 years old who are healthy and have good skin condition are invited to take a questionnaire record for the subjects respectively aiming at the aspects of overall feeling, absorption effect, spreadability, moistening effect, smoothness, glossiness, smoothness, freshness and picking condition after the product is tried for 1 week, the scoring range of each subject is 0-10 points, and the higher the score is, the higher the positive evaluation of the subject is.
As shown in figures 1 and 2, the cream 1# and 2# and the emulsion 1# and 2# all show better effects, which are equivalent to the effect of the products sold on the market.
(3) Evaluation of moisturizing efficacy
MMV refers to skin moisture content, with higher values being better. The embodiment of the invention adopts a CM825 type skin oil-water-acid-base tester to test the hydration of skin, and the test principle is that the electrolyte contained in the stratum corneum of the skin has conductivity, and the hydration state of the skin is reflected by the conductivity change of a test probe after the test probe is contacted with the skin. The subject is a healthy and skin disease-free volunteer, and the temperature and the humidity of the environment are required to be constant during the test period, the temperature is 25 +/-2 ℃, and the relative humidity is 40-60%. The specific test method comprises the following steps: (1) the left and right forearms were determined to be 5 test areas, the area of which was 5cm x 5cm, and the blank value of the area was measured separately. (2) The Opera moisturizing cream is coated on one area as reference sample, and 4 samples to be tested are respectively coated on the other areas as test samples, with the dosage of 2mg/cm2. (3) Testing is carried out 30min, 60min, 120min, 180min and 240min after use, 5 points are tested in each block, and the average value of the 5 points is taken.
TEWL means the loss of water through the epidermis, the smaller the value the better. Besides sweating, the continuous loss of water from the human epidermis through the skin continues. Epidermal components other than the stratum corneum are filled with water in the tissues, but their water-retaining power is weak. The stratum corneum plays a barrier role to separate organisms from the outside, and keeps water from losing but has a penetrating function. The TEWL value can not directly represent the moisture content of the horny layer, but represents the condition of the loss of the moisture of the horny layer, and the TEWL value explains the function of the barrier of the horny layer and is an important parameter for evaluating the state of the horny layer. In the embodiment of the invention, a skin water loss tester is adopted for testing, and the tester automatically acquires TEWL data and displays the TEWL data according to a time sequence to form a TEWL time curve. The instrument automatically displays the TEWL values, curves, mean and standard deviation of skin moisture loss, taking the average of 3 different assay time test values as the final result. During the test, the physical condition of the testee is required to be normal, the test temperature is 25 +/-2 ℃, the relative humidity is 40-60%, the environment avoids air flow, the whole body is relaxed during the test, and the tester adopts a lying posture. Respectively selecting 5 test areas of the left forearm and the right forearm of each subject, coating the European Pelle moisturizing cream and 4 samples to be tested on the arm of the subject, and determining that the tested TEWL value is high, the moisture lost through the skin is small, and the moisturizing effect of the cosmetic is better.
As described above, for the moisturizing effect, since the larger the MMV value is the better, and the smaller the TEWL value is the better, the moisturizing sample can be comprehensively considered by considering the difference (MMV-TEWL) between the MMV value and the TEWL value. The larger the difference of MMV-TEWL, the better the moisturizing effect of the moisturizing sample. From fig. 3, it can be seen that the moisturizing effect of the lotion # 1, the lotion # 2, the cream # 1 and the cream # 2 did not decrease significantly in the range of 0.5 to 4 hours of the test sample application, and particularly, the moisturizing effect of the lotion # 2 was very excellent at each time point. After the tested skin care product is coated on the skin for 4 hours, the moisturizing effect of the European Peltier moisturizing cream is obviously reduced, and at the moment, the moisturizing effects of the lotion 1#, the lotion 2#, the cream 1# and the cream 2# are all obviously superior to those of the European Peltier moisturizing cream, namely, the lotion 1#, the lotion 2#, the cream 1# and the cream 2# have a long-acting moisturizing effect.
