Abstract
The invention discloses rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of plant extract utilization, and solves the problems of less natural plant extract components, weaker long-acting moisturizing capability, single function and the like in the essence emulsion in the prior art. The essence emulsion comprises 50 to 51 parts of rose extract, 0.15 to 0.2 part of sweet almond oil, 0.15 to 0.2 part of jojoba oil, 0.15 to 0.2 part of grape seed oil, 0.15 to 0.2 part of squalane, 4 to 6 parts of butanediol, 0.08 to 0.12 part of vitamin E, 0.15 to 0.2 part of carbomer, 12 to 15 parts of glycerol, 0.5 to 0.7 part of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.04 to 0.06 part of potassium sorbate and a pH regulator, wherein the pH value is 5.5 to 6.0. The preparation method comprises preparing a first mixture of oleum Rosae Rugosae, grapeseed oil, jojoba oil, oleum Armeniacae amarum, squalane, vitamin E, glycerol and butanediol; preparing a second mixture of carbomer, rose hydrosol and potassium sorbate; mixing and dissolving cetostearyl alcohol and the first mixture to prepare a third mixture; and (3) homogenizing the second mixture and the third mixture by high-pressure emulsification, and then adjusting the pH value. The rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion prepared by the method can be used for skin care.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant extract utilization, and particularly relates to rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of the living standard of people, how to care skin becomes a serious concern for people who widely develop beauty, and skin is an important barrier for protecting the human body from external injury. However, with the increase of age and pollution and stimulation of external climate, skin dryness and water shortage can be caused, cell aging is accelerated, and various free radicals are formed in the metabolism process of human body, and attack cells to generate oxidization to form toxins, so that various skin problems such as color spots, wrinkles, dark yellow, acnes, acne and the like are caused.
At present, most skin care products are based on adding chemical substances and are matched with raw materials to be chemical product colorants and perfume, and the raw materials contain components harmful to human skin, can be absorbed by the skin to different degrees after long-term use, permeate into human bodies, can have adverse effects on facial skin mucous membranes of the human body, are extremely easy to cause chemical residues, cause anaphylactic reaction and even harm human health. The quality of the essence milk is mainly determined by the quantity of natural components, but the natural plant components in the essence milk in the market of China occupy less quantity, and the essence milk has weaker long-acting moisturizing capability and single function.

In view of the analysis, the invention aims to provide the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion and the preparation method thereof, and solves the problems of less natural plant extraction components, weaker long-acting moisturizing capability, single function and the like in the essence emulsion in the prior art.
The aim of the invention is mainly realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention provides rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50 to 51 portions of rose extract, 0.15 to 0.2 portion of sweet almond oil, 0.15 to 0.2 portion of jojoba oil, 0.15 to 0.2 portion of grape seed oil, 0.15 to 0.2 portion of squalane, 4 to 6 portions of butanediol, 0.08 to 0.12 portion of vitamin E, 0.15 to 0.2 portion of carbomer, 12 to 15 portions of glycerin, 0.5 to 0.7 portion of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.04 to 0.06 portion of potassium sorbate and pH regulator, and the balance being solvent, wherein the pH value of the essence emulsion is 5.5 to 6.0, that is, the pH regulator is used in an amount which can lead the pH value of the essence emulsion to reach 5.5 to 6.0.

further, the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50.25 of rose extract, 0.2 of sweet almond oil, 0.2 of jojoba oil, 0.2 of grape seed oil, 0.2 of squalane, 5 of butanediol, 0.1 of vitamin E, 0.2 of carbomer, 15 of glycerol, 0.5 of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.05 of potassium sorbate and a pH regulator, and the balance of deionized water, wherein the pH value of the essence emulsion is 5.8.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion, which is used for preparing the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion and comprises the following steps of:
step 1: adding rose essential oil, grape seed oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, squalane and vitamin E into a mixed solution of glycerol and butanediol in batches, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a first mixture;
step 2: adding carbomer into the rose hydrosol, adding potassium sorbate, heating, stirring and dissolving to obtain a second mixture;
step 3: adding cetostearyl alcohol into the first mixture, heating and stirring to dissolve, and preparing a third mixture;
step 4: mixing the second mixture with the third mixture, adding appropriate amount of citric acid and triethanolamine, regulating pH, adding solvent, metering volume, vacuum emulsifying, homogenizing, filtering, sterilizing by ultraviolet irradiation, and bottling to obtain essence emulsion.

step 12: adding the first part of rose essential oil and the first part of sweet almond oil into the mixed solution of glycerol and butanediol, and stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a first primary mixture;
step 13: uniformly stirring and mixing grape seed oil, jojoba oil, squalane and vitamin E to obtain a second primary mixture;
step 14: adding a second part of rose essential oil and a second part of sweet almond oil into the second primary mixture to obtain a third primary mixture;
step 15: and sequentially adding the third primary mixture, the third rose essential oil and the third sweet almond oil into the first primary mixture to prepare a first mixture.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least one of the following beneficial effects:
a) The rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion provided by the invention is fresh essence emulsion with a texture, adopts natural plant active extraction components, takes rose extract with whitening and moisturizing effects as a main component, and takes jojoba oil, grape seed oil, sweet almond oil, glycerin, vitamin E, squalane and other nontoxic and non-irritating active components as auxiliary components, so that the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion has the effects of long-acting moisturizing, whitening, regulating water-oil balance and the like, is mild and non-irritating to skin, has long-acting moisturizing and whitening capabilities, meets daily skin care of people, and is suitable for various skin types.
b) In the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion provided by the invention, the rose essential oil and the rose hydrosol are products obtained by distilling water from rose flowers, and the rose essential oil has the effects of resisting aging, preventing wrinkles, moisturizing, repairing cells, promoting metabolism, diminishing inflammation, resisting bacteria and the like, and can also fade spots, whiten skin and restore skin elasticity; the rose hydrosol has the functions of supplementing water, preserving moisture, rapidly diminishing inflammation, resisting allergy, relieving itching, delaying aging and the like. The rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion disclosed by the invention is compounded by adopting the rose hydrosol and the rose essential oil, because the macromolecular rose essential oil is difficult to directly absorb and permeate, and the synergistic absorption of the rose hydrosol and the macromolecular rose essential oil can be effectively promoted by adding a proper amount of the rose hydrosol.
c) According to the preparation method of the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion, the mixing sequence of each mixture and the adding sequence of each raw material in each mixture are important to obtain the whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion which is uniform in mixing and good in storage stability, and the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion which is uniform in mixing and good in storage stability can be obtained by respectively preparing a first mixture (rose essential oil, grape seed oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, squalane, vitamin E, glycerol and butanediol), a second mixture (carbomer, rose hydrosol and potassium sorbate) and a third mixture (the first mixture and cetylstearyl alcohol), emulsifying and homogenizing the second mixture and the third mixture under high pressure, and then adding a pH value regulator to carry out pH adjustment.
d) According to the preparation method of the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion, the rose essential oil and the sweet almond oil are divided into three parts and respectively added into the glycerol and butanediol mixed solution, the second primary mixture and the last sequential mixing process, so that the emulsification and mixing of the rose essential oil and the sweet almond oil can be effectively promoted, and the moisturizing effect and the storage stability of the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion are further improved.

The invention provides rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50 to 51 portions of rose extract, 0.15 to 0.2 portion of sweet almond oil, 0.15 to 0.2 portion of jojoba oil, 0.15 to 0.2 portion of grape seed oil, 0.15 to 0.2 portion of squalane, 4 to 6 portions of butanediol, 0.08 to 0.12 portion of vitamin E, 0.15 to 0.2 portion of carbomer, 12 to 15 portions of glycerin, 0.5 to 0.7 portion of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.04 to 0.06 portion of potassium sorbate and pH regulator, and the balance being solvent, wherein the pH value of the essence emulsion is 5.5 to 6.0 (for example, 5.8), that is, the pH regulator is used in an amount which can lead the pH value of the essence emulsion to reach 5.5 to 6.0.
In the essence milk, the rose extract is prepared from fresh petals of a purely natural plant serving as a material.
The pH regulator is citric acid and triethanolamine, the addition of which is based on the regulation of the pH value to the target value, and the research shows that the pH of human skin is most suitable for weak acidity, and the pH value of the essence emulsion reaches 5.5-6.0 according to the regulation of the dosage of the acid-base of the raw materials.
Compared with the prior art, the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion provided by the invention is fresh and cool in texture, adopts natural plant active extraction ingredients, takes rose extract with whitening and moisturizing effects as a main ingredient, and takes jojoba oil, grape seed oil, sweet almond oil, glycerol, vitamin E, squalane and other nontoxic and non-irritating active ingredients as auxiliary ingredients, so that the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion has the effects of long-acting moisturizing, whitening, regulating water-oil balance and the like, is mild and non-irritating to skin, has long-acting moisturizing and whitening capabilities, meets daily skin care of people, and is suitable for various skin types.
Specifically, the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion has the following functions:

Illustratively, the rose extract comprises rose hydrosol and rose essential oil, wherein the mass ratio of the rose hydrosol to the rose essential oil is 195-200: 1. the rose essential oil and the rose hydrosol are prepared from rose flowers by a water distillation method, can promote cell metabolism and cell regeneration, have the effects of resisting aging, resisting wrinkling, preserving moisture and the like, can degrade melanin, lighten spots and restore skin elasticity; the rose hydrosol has the functions of supplementing water, preserving moisture, rapidly diminishing inflammation, resisting allergy, relieving itching, delaying aging and the like. The rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion disclosed by the invention is compounded by adopting the rose hydrosol and the rose essential oil, because the macromolecular rose essential oil is difficult to directly absorb and permeate, and the synergistic absorption of the rose hydrosol and the macromolecular rose essential oil can be effectively promoted by adding a proper amount of the rose hydrosol.
In practical application, from the consideration of the comprehensive performance of the essence emulsion, the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50.25 of rose extract, 0.2 of sweet almond oil, 0.2 of jojoba oil, 0.2 of grape seed oil, 0.2 of squalane, 5 of butanediol, 0.1 of vitamin E, 0.2 of carbomer, 15 of glycerol, 0.5 of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.05 of potassium sorbate and a pH regulator, and the balance of solvent, wherein the pH value of the essence emulsion is 5.8.
In view of the fact that the solvent is a main component in the above-described essence milk, in order to further reduce the irritation of the essence milk to the skin, the above-described solvent is, illustratively, deionized water. On one hand, deionized water is used as a solvent, so that the skin irritation caused by the essence emulsion can be further reduced; and the deionized water is used as a solvent, so that the water content in the essence emulsion can be improved, and the moisturizing function of the essence emulsion is further improved.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: adding rose essential oil, grape seed oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, squalane and vitamin E into a mixed solution of glycerol and butanediol in batches, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a first mixture;
step 2: adding carbomer into the rose hydrosol, adding potassium sorbate, stirring and dissolving to obtain a second mixture;
step 3: adding cetostearyl alcohol into the first mixture, and stirring for dissolving to obtain a third mixture;
step 4: mixing the second mixture with the third mixture, adding appropriate amount of citric acid and triethanolamine, regulating pH, adding solvent, metering volume, vacuum emulsifying, homogenizing, filtering, sterilizing by ultraviolet irradiation, and bottling to obtain essence emulsion.
Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the preparation method of the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion are basically the same as those of the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion, and are not repeated herein.
Specifically, in the preparation method of the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion, the mixing sequence of each mixture and the adding sequence of each raw material in each mixture are important to obtain the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion with uniform mixing and good storage stability, the first mixture (rose essential oil, grape seed oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, squalane, vitamin E, glycerol and butanediol), the second mixture (carbomer, rose hydrosol and potassium sorbate) and the third mixture (the first mixture and cetylstearyl alcohol) are respectively prepared, and then the second mixture and the third mixture are mixed and then added with a pH value regulator to carry out pH adjustment, so that the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion with uniform mixing and good storage stability can be obtained.
In order to ensure sufficient dissolution and mixing of carbomers, rose hydrosol and potassium sorbate, in step 2 above, the temperature of stirring dissolution is 42-50 ℃ (e.g., 45 ℃).
Likewise, to ensure adequate dissolution and mixing of the cetyl alcohol and the first mixture, in step 3 above, the temperature of stirring dissolution is between 48 and 52 ℃ (e.g., 50 ℃).
Considering whether the sweet almond oil and the rose essential oil are uniformly mixed or not, the moisturizing effect of the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion is directly achieved, the step 1 comprises the following steps:
step 11: dividing the rose essential oil and the sweet almond oil into three parts respectively;
step 12: adding the first part of rose essential oil and the first part of sweet almond oil into the mixed solution of glycerol and butanediol, and stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a first primary mixture;
step 13: uniformly stirring grape seed oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, squalane and vitamin E to obtain a second primary mixture;
step 14: adding a second part of rose essential oil and a second part of sweet almond oil into the second primary mixture to obtain a third primary mixture;
step 15: and sequentially adding the third primary mixture, the third rose essential oil and the third sweet almond oil into the first primary mixture to prepare a first mixture.
In this way, the rose essential oil and the sweet almond oil are divided into three parts and respectively added into the glycerol and butanediol mixed solution, the second primary mixture and the final sequential mixing process, so that the dispersion and mixing of the rose essential oil and the sweet almond oil can be effectively promoted, and the moisturizing effect and the storage stability of the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion are further improved.
Example 1 (100 ml)
Adding 0.25% of rose essential oil, 0.2% of grape seed oil, 0.2% of jojoba oil, 0.2% of sweet almond oil, 0.2% of squalane and 0.1% of vitamin E into a mixed solution of 15% of glycerol and 5% of butanediol in a fractional manner, stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture;
adding 0.2% carbomer into 50% rose hydrosol, adding 0.05% potassium sorbate, and stirring at 45deg.C for dissolving to obtain a second mixture;
adding 0.05% cetostearyl alcohol into the first mixture, stirring and dissolving at 50 ℃ to obtain a third mixture;
mixing the second and third mixtures, adding appropriate amount of citric acid and triethanolamine, regulating pH, adding deionized water to volume of 100ml, vacuum emulsifying, homogenizing, filtering, sterilizing by ultraviolet irradiation, and bottling to obtain the final product.
Example 2 (100 ml)
Adding 0.5% of rose essential oil, 0.16% of grape seed oil, 0.16% of jojoba oil, 0.16% of sweet almond oil, 0.16% of squalane and 0.12% of vitamin E into a mixed solution of 13% of glycerol and 6% of butanediol in a fractional manner, stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a first mixture;
adding 0.16% carbomer into 50.5% rose hydrosol, adding 0.06% potassium sorbate, stirring at 48 ℃ for dissolving to obtain a second mixture;
adding 0.06% cetostearyl alcohol into the first mixture, stirring and dissolving at 52 ℃ to obtain a third mixture;
mixing the second and third mixtures, adding appropriate amount of citric acid and triethanolamine, regulating pH, adding deionized water to volume of 100ml, vacuum emulsifying, homogenizing, filtering, sterilizing by ultraviolet irradiation, and bottling to obtain the final product.

A certain brand of essence milk (active ingredient: rose hydrosol) is sold in the market.
For the safety test of the example 1 and the comparative example 1, referring to the method for testing the closed type spot pasting of the human skin of the fifth part of cosmetic safety technical Specification (2015 edition), 30 volunteers are selected, the samples of the example 1 and the comparative example 1 (deionized water) are synchronously tested for the closed type spot pasting, and the allergic phenomena such as redness of the skin or erythema are not seen (see Table 1), so that the essence emulsion prepared in the example 1 is safe and does not cause any adverse phenomenon.

The moisturizing effect test (3 h) was performed on example 1 and comparative example 2, and 20 testers were selected for each sample, and the samples of example 1 and comparative example 2 were quantitatively applied to forearm-contoured portions, referring to the QB/T4256-2011 cosmetic moisturizing efficacy evaluation guidelines. The values of the water and oil contents of the skin horny layer and the percutaneous water loss rate before using the sample (initial value of the sample was not used), 0h after using (initial value of the sample was used, and the test was performed after beating for 10 seconds after wiping) 1h, 3h were measured using an instrument MOISTUREMETERSC MSC1212 (DELFIN) and an instrument tapomete SWL5167 (DELFIN), respectively, and the obtained values were recorded and the average value was calculated, and the results are shown in table 2.

The test results showed that the initial value (0 h) of the used sample of example 1 was increased from 34% to 70% and the moisture content was increased approximately 2.06 times, and that the moisture content of comparative example 2 was increased from 36% to 63% and the moisture content was increased 1.75 times, respectively, compared with the moisture content of comparative example 2 before the use (before the use), which showed that the increase in the initial moisture content of example 1 was more remarkable than that of comparative example 2.
The oil content of example 1 was reduced from 51% to 38%, the reduction was 13%, the reduction was 40% from 50% to comparative example 2, and the reduction was 10%, which indicated that the oil content of example 1 was reduced more than that of comparative example 2 at the initial stage of use.
The water and oil contents of the skin are detected in the test 1h and the test 3h respectively, the result shows that the water content and the oil content of the product of the example 1 are 47% after the test 1h, the water and oil balance is achieved, the water content and the oil content are 45% and 47% after the test 3h respectively, the water and oil balance is basically achieved after the product of the example 1 is used for 3h compared with the water and oil proportion of the product of the example 1 before the use, and the result shows that the product of the example 1 can still ensure the water and oil balance of the skin after the product is used for 3h, and the moisturizing effect is obvious; and the water and oil contents of the comparative example 2 after the test for 1h are 38% and 50%, respectively, and the water and oil contents after the test for 3h are 38% and 49%, respectively, and the water and oil ratio is restored to the water and oil ratio before the use, and the result shows that the comparative example 2 becomes non-moisturizing effect after the use for 1 h.
The stability and safety test was carried out on the essence emulsion of example 1, and the results are shown in table 3, and the essence emulsion has no obvious change in appearance, smell, pH value and storage stability in freeze thawing cycle and heat/cold resistance test.

The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily understood by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. The preparation method of the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step 1: adding rose essential oil, grape seed oil, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, squalane and vitamin E into a mixed solution of glycerol and butanediol in batches, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a first mixture;
step 2: adding carbomer into the rose hydrosol, adding potassium sorbate, heating, stirring and dissolving to obtain a second mixture;
step 3: adding cetostearyl alcohol into the first mixture, heating and stirring to dissolve, and preparing a third mixture;
step 4: uniformly mixing the second mixture and the third mixture, adding a proper amount of pH regulator to regulate pH, adding deionized water to fix volume, and vacuum emulsifying and homogenizing to obtain essence emulsion;
the step 1 comprises the following steps:
step 11: dividing the rose essential oil and the sweet almond oil into three parts respectively;
step 12: adding the first part of rose essential oil and the first part of sweet almond oil into the mixed solution of glycerol and butanediol, and stirring and uniformly mixing to obtain a first primary mixture;
step 13: uniformly stirring and mixing grape seed oil, jojoba oil, squalane and vitamin E to obtain a second primary mixture;
step 14: adding a second part of rose essential oil and a second part of sweet almond oil into the second primary mixture to obtain a third primary mixture;
step 15: sequentially adding the third primary mixture, the third rose essential oil and the third sweet almond oil into the first primary mixture to prepare a first mixture;
the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50-51% of rose extract, 0.15-0.2% of sweet almond oil, 0.15-0.2% of jojoba oil, 0.15-0.2% of grape seed oil, 0.15-0.2% of squalane, 4-6% of butanediol, 0.08-0.12% of vitamin E, 0.15-0.2% of carbomer, 12-15% of glycerol, 0.5-0.7% of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.04-0.06% of potassium sorbate, a pH regulator and the balance of deionized water;
the pH value of the essence emulsion is 5.5-6.0;
the rose extract comprises rose hydrosol and rose essential oil, wherein the mass ratio of the rose hydrosol to the rose essential oil is 195-200: 1.
2. the preparation method of the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion according to claim 1, wherein the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 50.25% of rose extract, 0.2% of sweet almond oil, 0.2% of jojoba oil, 0.2% of grape seed oil, 0.2% of squalane, 5% of butanediol, 0.1% of vitamin E, 0.2% of carbomer, 15% of glycerol, 0.5% of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.05% of potassium sorbate, and a pH regulator, with the balance being solvent;
the pH value of the essence emulsion is 5.8.
3. The method for preparing the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion according to claim 1, wherein the rose extract is prepared from fresh petals of a purely natural plant.
4. The method for preparing the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion according to claim 1, wherein the pH regulator is citric acid and triethanolamine.
5. The method for preparing the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion according to claim 1, wherein in the step 2, the temperature of heating, stirring and dissolving is 42-50 ℃.
6. The method for preparing the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion according to claim 1, wherein in the step 3, the temperature of heating, stirring and dissolving is 48-52 ℃.
7. The method for preparing the rose whitening and moisturizing essence emulsion according to claim 1, wherein in the step 4, deionized water is added to fix the volume, and the method further comprises the following steps:
vacuum emulsifying, homogenizing, sterilizing by ultraviolet irradiation, and bottling.
