本发明属于汽车零部件领域,特别涉及一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚材料。
背景技术
我国家庭汽车的市场需求使很多汽车下了生产线就直接进入市场,各种配件和材料散发的有害气体和气味没有释放期,同时汽车内饰会使用多种溶剂型胶黏剂,胶黏剂使用过程中会释放甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯及其它挥发性有机物,让人不知不觉中毒,渐渐出现头痛、乏力等症状,严重时候会出现皮炎、哮喘、免疫力低下,甚至是白细胞减少;同时由于汽车空间窄小,新车密封性比较好,空气流通不畅,再加上车内乘客间的交叉污染严重,汽车内有害气体超标比房屋室内有害气体超标对人体的危害程度更大。
现在普通汽车顶棚内饰材料的面料对不同档次的顶棚内饰在材料上、结构上有所不同,为提高隔音、隔热、降低度噪声等效果,多采问用各种纤维毡、聚氨酯泡沫、聚乙烯泡沫等与其他材质粘合在一起的结构作为衬垫,并与蒙皮材料如无纺布、针织物等通过一定的容方式粘合形成一体。
综上所述,汽车内饰导致的危害人体健康问题是目前汽车内饰领域最为重视的,因此如何提升汽车内饰材质的环保性能是本领域亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚材料,用于制作汽车顶棚,在原有的汽车顶棚材料上加设负氧离子膜层,负氧离子膜释放的负氧离子可以杀死细菌、病毒,微生物等有害物质,改善汽车内饰环境健康。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:
一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚材料,包含PU基材层,织物面料层和负氧离子膜层,PU基材层和织物面料层通过湿法模压工艺压制在一起,负氧离子膜层为负氧离子转换液喷涂在织物面料层后风干而形成。
所述的PU基材层位于汽车顶棚最底层。
所述的织物面料层位于PU基材层和负氧离子膜层之间。
所述的负氧离子膜层位于汽车顶棚最上层。
所述的PU基材层的密度为900g/㎡±90g/㎡。
所述的织物面料层是由PU发泡材料和针织面料粘合在一起构成。
所述的负氧离子膜层是将负氧离子转换液喷涂覆盖在织物面料层,经风干后负氧离子转换液形成负氧离子膜,形成的负氧离子膜即为负氧离子膜层,厚度为0.05mm±0.02mm。
所述的负氧离子膜层喷涂的负氧离子转换液喷涂量为30ml/㎡。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)在原有的汽车顶棚材料上加设负氧离子膜层,负氧离子膜释放的负氧离子可以杀死细菌、病毒,微生物等有害物质,改善汽车内饰环境健康;
(2)负氧离子膜层能吸附原来自大气的污染物质、氮氧化物、香烟等产生的活性氧(氧自由基)、减少过多活性氧对人体的危害,使空气得到净化。
(3)负氧离子不仅能促成人体合成和储存维生素,还能强化和激活人体的生理活动,还对人体7个***,近30多种疾病具有抑制、缓解和辅助治疗作用,尤其对人体的健康保健作用更为明显。

Claims (8)
1.一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚材料,包含PU基材层,织物面料层,其特征在于还包括负氧离子膜层,PU基材层和织物面料层压制在一起,负氧离子膜层为负氧离子转换液喷涂在织物面料层后风干而形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚材料,其特征在于所述的PU基材层位于汽车顶棚最底层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚材料,其特征在于所述的织物面料层位于PU基材层和负氧离子膜层之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚材料,其特征在于所述的负氧离子膜层位于汽车顶棚最上层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚材料,其特征在于所述的PU基材层的密度为900g/㎡±90g/㎡。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚材料,其特征在于所述的织物面料层是由PU发泡材料和针织面料粘合在一起构成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚材料,其特征在于所述的负氧离子膜层是将负氧离子转换液喷涂覆盖在织物面料层,经风干后负氧离子转换液形成负氧离子膜,形成的负氧离子膜即为负氧离子膜层,厚度为0.05mm±0.02mm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种可释放负氧离子的汽车顶棚材料,其特征在于所述的负氧离子膜层喷涂的负氧离子转换液喷涂量为30ml/㎡。
