本发明公开了一种汽车顶棚，涉及汽车制造技术领域；包括聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层和针织物层，还包括设置在所述聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层和针织物层之间的隔音减振层和吸音隔热层，所述聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层、隔音减振层、吸音隔热层和针织物层通过粘接的方式粘合在一起。本发明可以解决现有汽车顶棚材料存在的强度差、隔音隔热效果差的问题。

本发明涉及汽车制造技术领域，尤其是一种用于汽车顶棚的内饰材料。
背景技术
汽车内饰之一的顶棚一般由基材、填充材料和表皮材料三部分组成，制作汽车顶棚时，用胶水将这三种材料粘合起来再经过模压成形得到；基材一般用由聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板或特殊瓦楞纸板制造，填充材料一般由PU泡沫塑料制造，表皮材料一般用针织物、聚氯乙烯制造，这些材料组合后制成的汽车顶棚存在强度差、隔音隔热效果差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车顶棚，它可以解决现有汽车顶棚材料存在的强度差、隔音隔热效果差的问题。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：
这种汽车顶棚，包括聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层和针织物层，还包括设置在所述聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层和针织物层之间的隔音减振层和吸音隔热层，所述聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层、隔音减振层、吸音隔热层和针织物层通过粘接的方式粘合在一起。
以上技术方案中，进一步的方案是：所述隔音减振层由丁基橡胶材料制成。
进一步的：所述吸音隔热层由吸音棉制成。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果：
1、本发明制成的汽车顶棚强度好、隔音隔热效果好。

1.一种汽车顶棚，包括聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层（1）和针织物层（4），其特征在于：还包括设置在所述聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层（1）和针织物层（4）之间的隔音减振层（2）和吸音隔热层（3），所述聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层（1）、隔音减振层（2）、吸音隔热层（3）和针织物层（4）通过粘接的方式粘合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车顶棚，其特征在于：所述隔音减振层（2）由丁基橡胶材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽车顶棚，其特征在于：所述吸音隔热层（3）由吸音棉制成。
