Abstract
含有化学或生物合成的水溶性黑色素及至少一种水分散性的阳离子物质的组合物，当黑色素与水分散性阳离子物质化合时，形成一种适于一次性染发的组分，用此组分可进行一次性染发。
Description
本发明涉及用化学或生物合成水溶性黑色素一次性染发方法及组合物。
天然的黑色素是一种使头发获其颜色的颜料。在Prota，G.的“Process In The Chemistry of Melanins And RelatedMetabolites”(选自《医药研究综述》8：525—56页，1988年)和Moncrieff，R.W.的《化学家制造》(XXI.8,330—34页(1950年8月))中，均可查到有关黑色素特性和化学性的综述。黑色素随年龄的增长而逐渐减少，使头发变为灰色。
天然的黑色素颜料不适用于染发组合物，原因是它很容易从头发上脱落，使头发粗糙，过去染灰发的最好办法之一是使用自然生成的黑色素前体(例如5，6-二羟基吲哚(DHI)，当它与一种氧化剂或金属盐化合时，在发干中形成黑色素，可参考美国专利3,194,734(Seemuller等人)、美国专利4,808,190(Grollier等人)和美国专利4,888,027(Grollier等人)。但是，这类黑色素前体的使用有很多弊端。
主要的不利因素为含黑色素前体的染发剂是一种不受欢迎的消光剂(冷灰和黑色))。黑色素前体染发必须用氧化剂(如过氧化氢)进行二次处理以达到自然消光剂的效果(暖黄、红和棕色)，可参考美国专利3,194,734(Seemuller等人)。另外，黑色素前体很昂贵，由于它们有很高的化学活性，因而很难保存，使用黑色素前体还能导致头皮和皮肤的污染。
此外，由于黑色素前体能渗入发干，因而由黑色素前体制成的染色剂是永久染色剂，那就意谓着必须不断染发以跟上头发的生长。通常消费者们喜欢一次性染发，可以在一、两次洗发后洗掉，而且它们得象自然头发那样在目光下不褪色，不被擦掉，在接触到汗液、雨水或游泳池水时，不会被洗掉，否则这种一次性染发将不受消费者欢迎。
因此，本技术领域需要一种组合物，它只需要一步处理便能得到自然的发色，基本上不会在阳光下褪色，不会被擦掉，与水接触时不会被洗掉；这种组合物廉价，不会污染皮肤，使用简单，本申请人惊奇地发现了一种含水组合物，它包含化学或生物合成的水溶性黑色素，还含有至少一种水分散的阳离子物质，它符合以上所要求的每一种特性。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种用化学或生物合成的水溶性黑色素一次性染发用的组合物。
本发明的又一目的是提供一种能得到一次性自然发色的组合物，它不在阳光下褪色色不会擦掉，与水接触时也不会被水洗掉。
本发明的再一目的是提供一种用化学或生物合成的水溶性黑色素一次性染发用的廉价组合物。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种包括化学或生物合成的水溶性黑色素且不污染皮肤的一次性染发用的组合物。
本发明的又一目的是提供一种用化学或生物合成的水溶性黑色素一次性染发用的且易处理的组合物。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种用化学或生物合成水溶性黑色素一次性染发的一步法。
本发明提供了一种用于一次性染发的含水组合物，它含有化学或生物合成的水溶性黑色素，以及至少一种水分散的阳离子物质，当该阳离子物质与黑色素化合时，形成一种适于一次性染发的组分。适用于本发明的化学或生物合成的黑色素必须有阴离子特性，而且能够和水分散的阳离子物质形成络合物。
本发明的组合物中所需的黑色素的量将随下面几种因素而改变，例如所使用的载体，起初发色和所需的目的发色。因而，应该使用染色有效量的黑色素，但通常，所需的黑色素的量在大约0.1％到5.0％左右，较好的溶解黑色素的量大约在0.2％到5.0％左右。
用于本发明的水分散的阳离子物质，当与黑色素化合时，必须能够形成一种适合于一次性染发的组分，即阳离子物质和水溶性黑色素的混合物必须在它们的使用条件下或是水溶性的或是水分散性的。阳离子物质和水溶性黑色素最好形成一种稳定均匀的溶液或乳液，这些水分散的阳离子物质将和水溶性阴离子黑色素形成一种络合物，这种水分散的阳离子物质包括阳离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活化剂、阳离子聚合物，及其盐。因此按照本发明，在一定的pH下起着阳离子特性的物质也是水分散性的阳离子物质。可使用的具体的水分散性阳离子物质包括：联十六烷基二希土(moninm)氯化物，Merquat100，Merquat3330和Polyquaternium—11，水分散的阳离子物质的含量最好足以与组合物中基本上所有黑色素形成络合物。黑色素与用于本发明组合物的水分散性阳离子物质的比率的变化范围很宽，但一般该比率从大约1∶4到大约10∶1。
本发明的组合物是长期稳定的，也就是说，在黑色素与水分散性物质结合后即可立即一次性染发，也可延时使用这种组合物。
虽然组合物的pH值不能太低或太高，否则将损害发质，但是它仍在相当广泛的pH值范围内使用。特定组合物的确切pH值随水分散的阳离子物质的类型和黑色素的量而改变，然而，一般组合物的pH值在约4至8之间。
除了黑色素和水分散阳离子物质，在本发明的组合物中还希望包含化妆可接受的载体，可接受的载体从简单的溶液或含水、醇溶剂的分散体系到含有增稠剂的络合混合物均可，按照此发明，使用的载体必须与化学合成或生物合成的水溶性黑色素相容。
在本发明的组合物中还希望包含常用于染发组合物的辅剂或添加剂，其用量应能有效地达到所希望的效果，这种辅剂或添加剂包括溶剂、增溶剂、增稠剂、碱性溶剂、熬合剂、防腐剂和香料。
所使用的溶剂包括与水溶性黑色素相容的有机溶剂或溶剂体系。本技术领域已知的大量有机溶剂都可用于这样的目的。这些有机溶剂包括醇类，特别是一至六碳的烷基醇，尤其乙醇和丙醇，以及约十个碳以下的二醇类，例如二甘醇，单丁基醚，二甘醇一***，苄基醇。
本发明组合物中使用的增稠剂包括：聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、***胶、纤维素衍生物，例如甲基纤维素，或羟乙基纤维素，还有无机增稠剂，例如膨润土。
可用于本发明组合物的另外的增溶剂包括乙氧基化脂肪醇类。
可用于本发明组合物的防腐剂包括：甲基和丙基对位苯(methyl—and propyl paraben)，2—苯氧基乙醇，DMDMH和Kathon CG。
本发明的染发组合物可用本技术领域已知技术制得。
本发明还提供了一次性染发的方法，包括往头发上施用一种含化学或生物合成的黑色素及至少一种水分散阳离子物质的组合物。此染发组合物可通过本领域已知的常用技术施用到头发上。例如，可以直接把它洒到头发上或用喷雾器喷雾。染发组合物必须和头发接触的时间没有一定限制，从约两分钟到约五十分钟均可，通常是约5分钟到约半小时。
本技术领域专业人员很容易意识到，本文介绍的发明可通过不同于这里公开的实施方案来实施，这里它只是为了说明而不是起着限制作用，本发明仅用所附的权利要求书限定。
Claims (11)
1.一种含有化学或生物合成的水溶性黑色素和至少一种水分散的阳离子物质的含水组合物，当所述阳离子物质与黑色素化合时，形成一种适合于一次性染发的组分。
2.权利要求1的组合物，其中水溶性黑色素有阴离子特性。
3.权利要求2的组合物，其中阴离子的水溶性黑色素能够和水分散性的阳离子物质形成络合物。
4.权利要求1的组合物含染色有效量的水溶性黑色素。
5.权利要求1的组合物含有大约0.1％至5.0％重量的水溶性黑色素。
6.权利要求2中的组合物，其中水分散性的阳离子物质能够和水溶性阴离子的黑色素形成络合物。
7.权利要求1的组合物，其中水分散性阳离子物质选自阳离子表面活性剂，阳离子表面活化剂，阳离子聚合物和它们的盐。
8.权利要求1的组合物，其中水分散性阳离子物质选自联十六烷基希土氯化物，Merquat100，Merquat3330和Polyquaterni-um11。
9.权利要求1的组合物含水分散的阳离子物质，其用量应足以和存在于组合物中的基本上全部水溶性黑色素形成络合物。
10.权利要求1的组合物还包括一种或多种以下成分：化妆可接受的载体、溶剂、增溶剂、增稠剂、碱性剂、熬合剂、防腐剂和香料。
11.一次性染发的方法，包括往头发上施用一种含有化学或生物合成的水溶性黑色素和至少一种水分散的阳离子物质的含水组合物，当所述阳离子物质与水溶性黑色素化合时形成一种适合于一次性染发的组合物。
