Abstract
本发明公开了一种微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法,涉及压片糖果制备技术领域,主要原料为:葛根、玉竹、杏仁、黄精、紫苏籽、枸杞、代代花、黑芝麻、木糖醇、柠檬酸、冻干型乳酸菌粉、冻干型双歧杆菌粉、冻干型酵母菌粉。该微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法利用益生菌将中草药粉恒温发酵,通过发酵清除中草药中的有害成分,解决了现有压片糖果导致患者过多摄入有害成分,长期服用副作用大,对药物的吸收较差,疗效差的问题,并且增加了中草药的营养成分及硒、锌、镁、氨基酸等微量元素,温补肾阳,阴阳两虚,化气行水。用于肾虚水肿、腰膝酸软、小便不利、畏寒肢冷等症状,增强免疫力。

技术领域
本发明涉及压片糖果制备技术领域,具体为一种微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法。
背景技术
肾脏是人体的重要器官,它的基本功能是生成尿液,借以清除体内代谢产物及某些废物、毒物,同时经重吸收功能保留水份及其他有用物质,如葡萄糖、蛋白质、氨基酸、钠离子、钾离子、碳酸氢钠等,以调节水、电解质平衡及维护酸碱平衡。肾脏同时还有内分泌功能,生成肾素、***、活性维生素D3、***素、激肽等,又为机体部分内分泌激素的降解场所和肾外激素的靶器官。肾脏的这些功能,保证了机体内环境的稳定,使新陈代谢得以正常进行。
近些年由于生活质量的提高,人们在饮食以及生活习惯方面的不健康现象日渐增多,摄入了过多的营养和热量,而且作息不规律,这给肾脏带来了很大的负担,而且长期得不到休息,这就导致现代人得肾病的几率大大上升。
鉴于此,微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果通过黄精、葛根、枸杞、黑芝麻等起到补气、养阴、益肾,提高机体免疫力的作用。并且由于采用微生物发酵工序,制得的压片糖果清除了中草药中的有害成分,减少了长期服用的副作用,对药物的吸收更好,疗效更佳。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法,具备清除中草药中的有害成分,起到补气、养阴、益肾,提高机体免疫力的作用等优点,解决了现有压片糖果无法清除中草药的有害成分、疗效较差的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述清除中草药中的有害成分,起到补气、养阴、益肾,提高机体免疫力的作用的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法,该微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果有以下重量份数的原料制成:葛根15~25份、玉竹10~14份、杏仁6~10份、黄精10~20份、紫苏籽6~12份、枸杞8~12份、代代花6~10份、黑芝麻5~9份、木糖醇0.05~0.15份、柠檬酸0.03~0.07份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.2~0.3份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.1~0.3份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.3~0.5份、淀粉8~12份,包括以下步骤:
S1、按重量份数比称取葛根15~25份、玉竹10~14份、杏仁6~10份、黄精10~20份、紫苏籽6~12份、枸杞8~12份、代代花6~10份、黑芝麻5~9份,放入粉碎机内进行粉碎、均质,粉碎至80目过筛取出放入搅拌池内;
S2、按重量份数比称取木糖醇0.05~0.15份、柠檬酸0.03~0.07份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.2~0.3份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.1~0.3份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.3~0.5份、淀粉8~12份,放入搅拌池内;
S3、向搅拌池内加入水,并搅拌均匀进行混合后取出,将混合后的原料放入发酵罐中进行恒温厌氧发酵;
S4、发酵结束,将原料取出放入烘干机烘干,烘干温度维持在60℃以下;
S5、将烘干后的原料放入制粒机中制粒、压片、包衣,得到压片糖果;
S6、对压片糖果进行质量检测,合格后进行装瓶,每瓶30粒。
优选的,所述S3步骤中恒温厌氧发酵的时间为14~16天,温度为37~39℃。
优选的,所述S1步骤中的均质压力为15-25Mpa。
优选的,所述S5步骤中采用的压片机为多冲旋转式压片机。
优选的,所述S3步骤中的水为去离子水,即通过离子交换树脂除去水中的离子态杂质而得到的近于纯净的水。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
本发明利用韩氏五行生物菌叠加发酵技术将中药粉与益生菌进行恒温发酵,清除中草药中的有害成分,增加中草药的营养成分及硒、锌、镁、氨基酸等微量元素,达到温补肾阳,阴阳两虚,化气行水的效果。
并且由于清除中草药中的有害成分,增加中草药的营养成分及微量元素,减小了患者摄入的有害成分,副作用小,对药物的吸收更好,疗效更佳。

下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一:
一种微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法,该微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果有以下重量份数的原料制成:葛根15份、玉竹10份、杏仁6份、黄精10份、紫苏籽6份、枸杞8份、代代花6份、黑芝麻5份、木糖醇0.05份、柠檬酸0.03份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.2份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.1份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.3份、淀粉8份,包括以下步骤:
S1、按重量份数比称取葛根15份、玉竹10份、杏仁6份、黄精10份、紫苏籽6份、枸杞8份、代代花6份、黑芝麻5份,放入粉碎机内进行粉碎、均质,均质压力为15Mpa,粉碎至80目过筛取出放入搅拌池内;
S2、按重量份数比称取木糖醇0.05份、柠檬酸0.03份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.2份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.1份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.3份、淀粉8份,放入搅拌池内;
S3、向搅拌池内加入去离子水,并搅拌均匀进行混合后取出,将混合后的原料放入发酵罐中进行14天的37℃的恒温厌氧发酵;
S4、发酵结束,将原料取出放入烘干机烘干,烘干温度维持在60℃以下;
S5、将烘干后的原料放入制粒机中制粒,并采用多冲旋转式压片机进行压片,之后进行包衣,得到压片糖果;
S6、对压片糖果进行质量检测,合格后进行装瓶,每瓶30粒。
实施例二:
一种微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法,该微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果有以下重量份数的原料制成:葛根20份、玉竹12份、杏仁8份、黄精15份、紫苏籽9份、枸杞10份、代代花8份、黑芝麻7份、木糖醇0.1份、柠檬酸0.05份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.25份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.2份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.4份、淀粉10份,包括以下步骤:
S1、按重量份数比称取葛根20份、玉竹12份、杏仁8份、黄精15份、紫苏籽9份、枸杞10份、代代花8份、黑芝麻7份,放入粉碎机内进行粉碎、均质,均质压力为20Mpa,粉碎至80目过筛取出放入搅拌池内;
S2、按重量份数比称取木糖醇0.1份、柠檬酸0.05份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.25份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.2份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.4份、淀粉10份,放入搅拌池内;
S3、向搅拌池内加入去离子水,并搅拌均匀进行混合后取出,将混合后的原料放入发酵罐中进行15天的温度为38℃恒温厌氧发酵;
S4、发酵结束,将原料取出放入烘干机烘干,烘干温度维持在60℃以下;
S5、将烘干后的原料放入制粒机中制粒,并采用多冲旋转式压片机进行压片,之后进行包衣,得到压片糖果;
S6、对压片糖果进行质量检测,合格后进行装瓶,每瓶30粒。
实施例三:
一种微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法,该微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果有以下重量份数的原料制成:葛根25份、玉竹14份、杏仁10份、黄精20份、紫苏籽12份、枸杞12份、代代花10份、黑芝麻9份、木糖醇0.15份、柠檬酸0.07份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.3份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.3份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.5份、淀粉12份,包括以下步骤:
S1、按重量份数比称取葛根25份、玉竹14份、杏仁10份、黄精20份、紫苏籽12份、枸杞12份、代代花10份、黑芝麻9份,放入粉碎机内进行粉碎、均质,均质压力为25Mpa,粉碎至80目过筛取出放入搅拌池内;
S2、按重量份数比称取木糖醇0.15份、柠檬酸0.07份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.3份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.3份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.5份、淀粉12份,放入搅拌池内;
S3、向搅拌池内加入去离子水,并搅拌均匀进行混合后取出,将混合后的原料放入发酵罐中进行16天的39℃的恒温厌氧发酵;
S4、发酵结束,将原料取出放入烘干机烘干,烘干温度维持在60℃以下;
S5、将烘干后的原料放入制粒机中制粒,并采用多冲旋转式压片机进行压片,之后进行包衣,得到压片糖果;
S6、对压片糖果进行质量检测,合格后进行装瓶,每瓶30粒。
实验例:
对实施例1-3提供的微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法,观察效果,如下表所示:
判断标准:本发明利用韩氏五行生物菌叠加发酵技术将中药粉与益生菌进行恒温发酵,清除中草药中的有害成分,增加中草药的营养成分及硒、锌、镁、氨基酸等微量元素,达到温补肾阳,阴阳两虚,化气行水的效果。
并且由于清除中草药中的有害成分,增加中草药的营养成分及微量元素,减小了患者摄入的有害成分,副作用小,对药物的吸收更好,疗效更佳
实验方法:
按重量份数比称取葛根20份、玉竹12份、杏仁8份、黄精15份、紫苏籽9份、枸杞10份、代代花8份、黑芝麻7份,放入粉碎机内进行粉碎、均质,均质压力为20Mpa,粉碎至80目过筛取出放入搅拌池内;按重量份数比称取木糖醇0.1份、柠檬酸0.05份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.25份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.2份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.4份、淀粉10份,放入搅拌池内;向搅拌池内加入水,并搅拌均匀进行混合后取出,将混合后的原料放入发酵罐中进行15天的温度为38℃恒温厌氧发酵;发酵结束,将原料取出放入烘干机烘干,烘干温度维持在60℃以下;将烘干后的原料放入制粒机中制粒,并采用多冲旋转式压片机进行压片,之后进行包衣,得到压片糖果;对压片糖果进行质量检测,合格后进行装瓶,每瓶30粒。
临床效果:
1.观察肾病病例60例,年龄25~44岁,分为试验组30例,对照组30例。两组年龄、病情等资料无显著性差异,具有可比性。
2.进一步地将试验组平均分为试验A组、试验B组和试验C组,每组30例。三组年龄、病情等资料无显著性差异,具有可比性。
3.对试验A组、试验B组和试验C组三组病例给予本发明三个实施例中的三种不同配比的压片糖果,使用量均为每次2粒,每日3次,温水口服。对照组病例给予治疗肾病的某验方治疗。7天1疗程,5疗程结束后统计。
统计后得出实施例2中的制备方法制备出的微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果,对患者的疗效最好,患者的病情有明显好转。此外,试验组的患者病例的病情在临床试验后好于对照组。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法,该微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果有以下重量份数的原料制成:葛根15~25份、玉竹10~14份、杏仁6~10份、黄精10~20份、紫苏籽6~12份、枸杞8~12份、代代花6~10份、黑芝麻5~9份、木糖醇0.05~0.15份、柠檬酸0.03~0.07份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.2~0.3份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.1~0.3份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.3~0.5份、淀粉8~12份,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、按重量份数比称取葛根15~25份、玉竹10~14份、杏仁6~10份、黄精10~20份、紫苏籽6~12份、枸杞8~12份、代代花6~10份、黑芝麻5~9份,放入粉碎机内进行粉碎、均质,粉碎至80目过筛取出放入搅拌池内;
S2、按重量份数比称取木糖醇0.05~0.15份、柠檬酸0.03~0.07份、冻干型乳酸菌粉0.2~0.3份、冻干型双歧杆菌粉0.1~0.3份、冻干型酵母菌粉0.3~0.5份、淀粉8~12份,放入搅拌池内;
S3、向搅拌池内加入水,并搅拌均匀进行混合后取出,将混合后的原料放入发酵罐中进行恒温厌氧发酵;
S4、发酵结束,将原料取出放入烘干机烘干,烘干温度维持在60℃以下;
S5、将烘干后的原料放入制粒机中制粒、压片、包衣,得到压片糖果;
S6、对压片糖果进行质量检测,合格后进行装瓶,每瓶30粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3步骤中恒温厌氧发酵的时间为14~16天,温度为37~39℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1步骤中的均质压力为15-25Mpa。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S5步骤中采用的压片机为多冲旋转式压片机。
5.根据权利要求1所述的微生物发酵的温补肾阳压片糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3步骤中的水为去离子水,即通过离子交换树脂除去水中的离子态杂质而得到的近于纯净的水。
