背景技术
黄精是一种中药,其根茎中含有黄精多糖、低聚糖以及一些微量元素,玉竹中含有丰富的多糖类化合物、氨基酸以及多种营养成分。以上各种营养成分能增强人体的免疫力,降血脂、降压、降血糖、使心脏舒张有力、增加冠脉血流量、防止动脉硬化等效果。
传统的食用上,黄精和玉竹的成分不易被吸收,本专利针对现有技术的缺陷,提供一种具有易吸收、成品疗效明显、增强人体免疫力、降血脂、降压、降血糖、使心脏舒张有力、增加冠脉血流量、防止动脉硬化疗效的黄精玉竹糖片,同时提供其工艺简单易操作的制备方法。
因此,生产一种易吸收、成品疗效明显、增强人体免疫力、降血脂、降压、降血糖、使心脏舒张有力、增加冠脉血流量、防止动脉硬化、工艺简单易操作的黄精玉竹糖片及其制备方法,具有广泛的市场前景。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种易吸收、成品疗效明显、增强人体免疫力、降血脂、降压、降血糖、使心脏舒张有力、增加冠脉血流量、防止动脉硬化、工艺简单易操作的黄精玉竹糖片及其制备方法,用于克服现有技术中的诸多缺陷。
本发明的技术内容是这样实现的:一种黄精玉竹糖片,它是由下列重量份数的原料制备而成的:木糖20份,低聚果糖15份,黄精14份,玉竹10份,葛根10份,枸杞8份,硬脂酸镁0.7份,苯甲酸钠0.036份,香兰素0.014份。
一种如上所述的黄精玉竹糖片的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
1)首先将上述重量份数的枸杞粉碎后过100目筛,然后用无菌塑料袋包装;
2)将上述重量份数的黄精、玉竹和葛根清洗后放置在容器内浸泡一个小时,浸泡后倒入蒸锅中,加水,水量没过原材料为止,将蒸锅升温,至100摄氏度开始计时,保持一个小时后停止加热,冷却至室温后过滤,得到提取滤液;
3)将上述重量份数的苯甲酸钠和香兰素置入不锈钢锅内,加入步骤2)中的提取滤液以及重量份数为8份的饮用水,搅拌至均匀,然后再缓慢加入饮用水至整体重量份数为14份,边加入边搅拌至色泽均匀位置,得到重量份数为14份的粘合剂;
4)将上述步骤1)中粉碎后的枸杞与上述重量份数的木糖、低聚果糖以及硬脂酸镁加入混合机中混合十分钟,然后边搅拌边加入上述步骤3)中的粘合剂,混合十分钟,得粘稠混合物;
5)将步骤4)中的粘稠混合物放入摇摆式造粒机中,筛网目数为14目,然后启动机器,制成颗粒;
6)将步骤5)中制得颗粒放入烘烤箱,温度设定为60摄氏度,烘干至颗粒水分为百分之二至百分之五;
7)将步骤6)中烘烤后的颗粒过14目筛后进入压片机压制成压片,将压片装入瓶中,每瓶90片,并包装成盒,每盒一瓶,然后包装成箱,每项240盒,得成品,检验合格后入库。
本发明具有如下的积极效果:本发明具有易吸收、成品疗效明显、增强人体免疫力、降血脂、降压、降血糖、使心脏舒张有力、增加冠脉血流量、防止动脉硬化的功效,整体制备工艺简单易操作,无毒副作用。
木糖是木聚糖的一个组分,木聚糖广泛存在于植物中。木糖也存在于动物肝素、软骨素和糖蛋白中,它是某些糖蛋白中糖链与丝氨酸的连接单位。在自然界迄今还未发现游离状态的木糖。其功效为细胞膜上之接受器之糖质结合物提供细胞间的联系功能;有抗细菌及抗霉菌功能,尤其是革兰氏阴性菌及白色链球菌;帮助肠内益生菌生长。
低聚果糖又称蔗果低聚糖,是由1至3个果糖基通过β糖苷键与蔗糖中的果糖基结合生成的蔗果三糖、蔗果四糖和蔗果五糖等的混合物。100克干重菊芋中约有60至70克菊粉。低聚果糖除具有一般功能性低聚糖的物理化学性质外,最引人注目的生理特性是它能明显改善肠道内微生物种群比例,它是肠内双歧杆菌的活化增殖因子,可减少和抑制肠内腐败物质的产生,抑制有害细菌的生长,调节肠道内平衡;能促进微量元素铁、钙的吸收与利用,以防止骨质疏松症;可减少肝脏毒素,能在肠中生成抗癌的有机酸,有显著的防癌功能;且口味纯正香甜可口,具有类似脂肪的香味和爽口的滑腻感。近几年低聚果糖的产品风靡日、欧、美等保健品市场。糖浆为无色或淡黄色、透明粘稠液体,带低聚果糖清香,甜味柔和清爽,无异味,无外来杂质。糖粉为白色或微黄色无定型粉末,甜味柔和清爽,带低聚果糖清香,无异味,无外来杂质。具备下述功效:1. 低热能值,由于低聚果糖不能被人体直接消化吸收,只能被肠道细菌吸收利用,故其热值低,不会导致肥胖,间接也有减肥作用。对糖尿病患者来说也是一种良好的甜味剂。2. 由于其不能被口腔细菌利用,因而具有防龋齿作用。3. 对肠道益菌的增殖作用。低聚果糖对肠道中有益菌群如双岐杆菌、乳酸杆菌等有选择性增殖作用,使有益菌群在肠道中占有优势,抑制有害菌的生长,减少有毒物质的形成,对肠粘膜细胞和肝具有保护作用,从而防止病变肠癌的发生,增强机体免疫力。4. 可降低血清中胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量。5. 促进营养的吸收,尤其是钙的吸收。摄入低聚果糖能提高生物体对钙离子的吸收,这一现象受到了越来越多的关注,一些人体临床实验也得以陆续开展。对于青少年,含有丰富低聚果糖的菊粉证实可通过强化钙质吸收和增加骨密度对骨骼健康产生正面的效用。对于停经后的妇女,富含低聚果糖的菊粉证实可提高矿物质吸收而改善骨骼健康。另有临床研究结果指出,补充含有丰富低聚果糖的菊粉可帮助改善更年期妇女的矿物质吸收并影响其骨更新标记。6. 防治腹泻和便秘。
黄精,又名:鸡头黄精、黄鸡菜、笔管菜、爪子参、老虎姜、鸡爪参。为黄精属植物,根茎横走,圆柱状,结节膨大。叶轮生,无柄。药用植物,具有补脾,润肺生津的作用。其药理作用为:1、抗病原微生物作用:体外试验表明、黄***提出液(1:320)对伤寒杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、抗酸杆菌有抑黄精制作用,2%黄精在沙氏培养基内对常见致病真菌有不同程度的抑制作用。2、对血糖的影响:兔灌胃黄精浸膏,其血糖含量渐次增高,然后降低。黄精浸膏对肾上腺素引起的血糖过高呈显着抑制作用。3、抗疲劳作用:黄精煎剂17.67%浓度0.3ml/只腹腔注射,可延长小鼠游泳时间。4、抗氧化作用:黄精煎液20%浓度,13ml/只喂饮,连续27天,使小鼠肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,心肌脂褐质含量降低。5、延缓衰老作用:黄精煎剂,20%浓度浸泡桑叶喂养家蚕,有延长家蚕幼虫期的作用。6、止血作用:黄精甲醇提取物40mg/只,正丁醇部分20mg/只,水层部分20mg/只,腹腔注射,对干冰-甲醇冷冻小鼠尾部1分钟,切尾法实验表明有止血作用,使小鼠出血量减少。7、对心血管作用:黄***浸膏0.16~0.26g/kg 静脉注射,明显增加麻醉犬冠脉流量;1.5g/kg 静脉注射,对垂体后叶素引起的兔心肌缺血有对抗作用,对抗垂体后叶素引起的T波增高,促进T波异常提前恢复;12g/kg腹腔注射,可增强小鼠对缺氧的耐受力。8、抗病毒作用:黄精多糖0.2%眼液滴眼,6次/天,或加服黄精多糖10mg/kg,2次/天,对兔实验性单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎均有治疗作用。9、其它作用:黄精煎剂6g/kg 灌胃,连续10天,可提高小鼠红细胞膜Na+,K+ --ATP酶活性。40%黄精醇提液0.3ml/只腹腔注射,能提高小鼠心肌、肝、脾组织细胞DNA对3H~TdR的掺入率。黄精煎剂0.5g/只灌胃使小鼠血浆cAMP,cGMP含量均下降,而以cGMP下降更多,因此cAMP/cGMP比值大于对照组,对脾组织cAMP,cGMP含量均上升,但cAMP/cGMP比值无明显变化。
玉竹具有降血糖、血脂、血压等作用。玉竹具养阴、润燥、清热、生津、止咳等功效。用作滋补药品,主治热病伤阴、虚热燥咳、心脏病、糖尿病、结核病等症,并可作高级滋补食品、佳肴和饮料,具有保健作用。
葛根,为豆科植物野葛的干燥根,习称野葛。秋、冬二季采挖,趁鲜切成厚片或小块;干燥。甘、辛,凉。有解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻之功。常用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
枸杞是我国传统的中药材。肝脏是合成胆固醇及中性脂肪最多的地方。枸杞子的有机锗等物质能保护肝脏,抑制脂肪在肝脏中囤积,促进肝细胞的活化作用,修护受损的肝细胞。研究指出,枸杞子能增强网状细胞的吞噬作用,也能促进乳酸杆菌的生长,同时调节免疫反应,缓解过敏症状,对过敏性鼻炎、慢性鼻炎、气喘等症状,有抑制作用。具有清除人体自由基的作用,可有效保护心脏血管内皮,维持血管的弹性,也能抑制心跳,对调整心律不齐也有帮助。还参与维生素A合成,含有的铁元素可促进造血功能。此外,所含维生素B1、B2、C与钙,对眼睛的健康有好处。枸杞中的枸杞多糖等物质,对生殖***具有保护作用,特别是可促进性激素的分泌,也能治疗妇女***,治疗男性***稀少和***活动力不足等症状,适量食用,可补气强精、滋补肝肾。
硬脂酸镁为白色轻松无砂性的细粉;微有特臭;与皮肤接触有滑腻感。本品在水、乙醇或***中不溶,主要用作润滑剂、抗粘剂、助流剂。特别适宜油类、浸膏类药物的制粒,制成的颗粒具有很好的流动性和可压性。在直接压片中用作助流剂。还可作为助滤剂、澄清剂和滴泡剂,以及液体制剂的助悬剂、增稠剂。苯甲酸钠大多为白色颗粒,无臭或微带安息香气味,味微甜,有收敛性;易溶于水(常温)53.0g/100ml左右,PH在8左右;苯甲酸钠也是酸性防腐剂,在碱性介质中无杀菌、抑菌作用;其防腐最佳PH是2.5-4.0,在PH5.0时5%的溶液杀菌效果也不是很好。苯甲酸钠亲油性较大,易穿透细胞膜进入细胞体内,干扰细胞膜的通透性,抑制细胞膜对氨基酸的吸收;进入细胞体内电离酸化细胞内的碱储,并抑制细胞的呼吸酶系的活性,阻止乙酰辅酶A缩合反应,从而起到食品防腐的目的。香兰素,又名香草醛,为一种广泛使用的可食用香料,可在香荚兰的种子中找到,也可以人工合成,有浓烈奶香气息。广泛运用在各种需要增加奶香气息的调香食品中,如蛋糕、冷饮、巧克力、糖果;还可用于香皂、牙膏、香水、橡胶、塑料、医药品。
具体实施方式
一种黄精玉竹糖片,它是由下列重量份数的原料制备而成的:木糖20千克,低聚果糖15千克,黄精14千克,玉竹10千克,葛根10千克,枸杞8千克,硬脂酸镁0.7千克,苯甲酸钠0.036千克,香兰素0.014千克。
一种如上所述的黄精玉竹糖片的制备方法,其制备方法如下:
1)首先将上述重量的枸杞粉碎后过100目筛,然后用无菌塑料袋包装;
2)将上述重量的黄精、玉竹和葛根清洗后放置在容器内浸泡一个小时,浸泡后倒入蒸锅中,加水,水量没过原材料为止,将蒸锅升温,至100摄氏度开始计时,保持一个小时后停止加热,冷却至室温后过滤,得到提取滤液;
3)将上述重量的苯甲酸钠和香兰素置入不锈钢锅内,加入步骤2)中的提取滤液以及8千克的饮用水,搅拌至均匀,然后再缓慢加入饮用水至整体重量为14千克,边加入边搅拌至色泽均匀位置,得到重量为14千克的粘合剂;
4)将上述步骤1)中粉碎后的枸杞与上述重量的木糖、低聚果糖以及硬脂酸镁加入混合机中混合十分钟,然后边搅拌边加入上述步骤3)中的粘合剂,混合十分钟,得粘稠混合物;
5)将步骤4)中的粘稠混合物放入摇摆式造粒机中,筛网目数为14目,然后启动机器,制成颗粒;
6)将步骤5)中制得颗粒放入烘烤箱,温度设定为60摄氏度,烘干至颗粒水分为百分之二至百分之五;
7)将步骤6)中烘烤后的颗粒过14目筛后进入压片机压制成压片,将压片装入瓶中,每瓶90片,并包装成盒,每盒一瓶,然后包装成箱,每项240盒,得成品,检验合格后入库。
Claims (2)
1.一种黄精玉竹糖片,其特征在于,它是由下列重量份数的原料制备而成的:木糖20份,低聚果糖15份,黄精14份,玉竹10份,葛根10份,枸杞8份,硬脂酸镁0.7份,苯甲酸钠0.036份,香兰素0.014份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的黄精玉竹糖片的制备方法,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:
1)首先将上述重量份数的枸杞粉碎后过100目筛,然后用无菌塑料袋包装;
2)将上述重量份数的黄精、玉竹和葛根清洗后放置在容器内浸泡一个小时,浸泡后倒入蒸锅中,加水,水量没过原材料为止,将蒸锅升温,至100摄氏度开始计时,保持一个小时后停止加热,冷却至室温后过滤,得到提取滤液;
3)将上述重量份数的苯甲酸钠和香兰素置入不锈钢锅内,加入步骤2)中的提取滤液以及重量份数为8份的饮用水,搅拌至均匀,然后再缓慢加入饮用水至整体重量份数为14份,边加入边搅拌至色泽均匀位置,得到重量份数为14份的粘合剂;
4)将上述步骤1)中粉碎后的枸杞与上述重量份数的木糖、低聚果糖以及硬脂酸镁加入混合机中混合十分钟,然后边搅拌边加入上述步骤3)中的粘合剂,混合十分钟,得粘稠混合物;
5)将步骤4)中的粘稠混合物放入摇摆式造粒机中,筛网目数为14目,然后启动机器,制成颗粒;
6)将步骤5)中制得颗粒放入烘烤箱,温度设定为60摄氏度,烘干至颗粒水分为百分之二至百分之五;
7)将步骤6)中烘烤后的颗粒过14目筛后进入压片机压制成压片,将压片装入瓶中,每瓶90片,并包装成盒,每盒一瓶,然后包装成箱,每项240盒,得成品,检验合格后入库。
