Abstract
本发明公开了一种吸附异味的内衣面料,其面料结构为弹力罗纹布,包括里层面料与表层面料;里层面料所用纱线由复合棉纤维与亚麻纤维混纺得到;外层面料所用纱线由复合棉纤维与聚氨酯纤维混纺得到。本发明公开了上述吸附异味的内衣面料制备方法,包括如下步骤:将复合棉纤维与亚麻纤维进行赛络纺得到第一纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料里层;将复合棉纤维与聚氨酯纤维进行赛络纺得到第二纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料表层;将面料里层和面料表层分别经染色、烘干、磨毛、定型,然后缝合得到吸附异味的内衣面料。本发明所得内衣面料具有保暖、透气性能,而且可有效增强吸汗与吸附异味的功能,同时抗起球效果好,贴身穿着舒适性佳。

本发明涉及内衣面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种吸附异味的内衣面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
衣服是人们的第二皮肤,对人们日常生活起着致关重要的作用,内衣面料的性能要求应该是严上加严。由于内衣面料贴身服用,首先要保证面料性能温和,不易造成皮肤过敏,同时需具备良好的透气性,此外还需具有结实、耐穿、不易损坏等性能。
随着科学技术的不断发展进步,越来越多的功能性原料逐步应用于内衣面料的生产;同时随着人民生活水平的逐步提高,人们对内衣面料本身也提出了更高的要求,不仅要求耐用、良好的亲肤性和舒适的弹性,而且要求内衣面料在具备轻薄塑身的前提下具有较好的吸附异味的功能效果。
市场上现有的内衣面料主要为纯棉面料,但是众所周知一般的纯棉面料易皱、起球,降低内衣面料的美观度,尤其是纯棉面料难以同时具备吸附异味和保暖性,若保证了保暖性,就会降低吸附异味的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种吸附异味的内衣面料及其制备方法。
一种吸附异味的内衣面料,其面料结构为弹力罗纹布,包括里层面料与表层面料;
里层面料所用纱线由复合棉纤维与亚麻纤维按质量比为10-20:1-5混纺得到;
外层面料所用纱线由复合棉纤维与聚氨酯纤维按质量比为10-20:1-3混纺得到。
优选地,所述内衣面料的克重为180-200g/m2。
优选地,亚麻纤维的纤度为1.75-1.82dtex,长度为31-35mm。
优选地,聚氨酯纤维的纤度为41.5-46.5dtex。
优选地,复合棉纤维为表面负载有纤维状海泡石颗粒的棉纤维。
优选地,复合棉纤维采用如下工艺制备:将棉纤维送入浓度为0.1-0.4mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中陈化处理5-15h,过滤,洗涤得到预处理棉纤维;将纳米海泡石送入去离子水中充分搅拌均匀,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷继续搅拌,搅拌温度为80-90℃,搅拌状态下加入预处理棉纤维继续搅拌,过滤,60-70℃干燥至恒重得到复合棉纤维。

优选地,复合棉纤维的制备工艺中,采用纤度为1.65-1.88、长度为26-32mm的细绒棉进行处理。
优选地,纳米海泡石的粒径为100-500nm,厚度为10-50μm。
优选地,纳米海泡石中,粒径大于等于100nm且小于300nm的纳米海泡石占60-80wt%,粒径大于等于300nm且小于450nm的纳米海泡石占10-15wt%,其余为粒径大于等于450nm且小于等于500nm的纳米海泡石。
海泡石的特殊结构决定其拥有包括贯穿整个结构的孔洞以及大的表面积,具有截面积为0.36nm×1.06nm的管状贯穿通道及高达900m2/g的理论表面积,其吸水率高达160-200%。
上述吸附异味的内衣面料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将复合棉纤维与亚麻纤维进行赛络纺得到40英支的第一纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料里层;将复合棉纤维与聚氨酯纤维进行赛络纺得到40英支的第二纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料表层;
S2、将面料里层和面料表层分别经染色、烘干、磨毛、定型,然后缝合得到吸附异味的内衣面料。
优选地,S2的磨毛过程中,磨毛车速为10-15m/min,磨毛辊转速为500-600r/min。
本发明的技术效果如下所示:
(1)本发明采用低浓度的氢氧化钠溶液对棉纤维进行陈化处理,不仅可对棉纤维中含有的杂质有效清理,而且可使棉纤维结构松散,不易断裂,然后采用不同粒径的纳米海泡石接枝在棉纤维表面,呈纤维状结构的纳米海泡石均匀分散在交叉的棉纤维立体网络结构表面并进行化学接枝,相互间结合力强度高,有效增强棉纤维吸汗与吸附异味的功能,而且可保留棉料的保暖与透气性;
(2)本发明采用棉纤维分别与亚麻纤维、聚氨酯纤维纺纱制备面料里层与外层,使内衣面料具有优异的吸汗、透气及吸附异味的功效;其中面料里层采用棉纤维与亚麻纤维混纺,保暖、透气,而且抗起球效果好,贴身穿着舒适性佳,而面料表层采用棉纤维与聚氨酯纤维混纺,可较好的增强面料的手感与光泽,而且弹性极佳;
(3)本发明可更好的实现表里双层织物的结构效果,不仅具有较好的吸附异味的效果,而且亲肤性好、弹性佳,符合高科技面料的发展趋势和潮流。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例1
一种吸附异味的内衣面料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将复合棉纤维与纤度为1.75dtex、长度为35mm的亚麻纤维按质量比为2:1进行赛络纺得到40英支的第一纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料里层;
将复合棉纤维与纤度为41.5dtex的聚氨酯纤维按质量比为20:1进行赛络纺得到40英支的第二纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料表层;
上述复合棉纤维采用如下工艺制备:将15kg纤度为1.65、长度为32mm的细绒棉送入40kg浓度为0.4mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中陈化处理5h,过滤,用去离子水洗涤,得到预处理棉纤维;将5kg粒径为100-500nm、厚度为10-50μm的纳米海泡石送入40kg去离子水中充分搅拌均匀,加入0.2kgγ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷继续搅拌15min,搅拌温度为90℃,搅拌状态加加入预处理棉纤维,继续搅拌40min,过滤,70℃干燥至恒重得到复合棉纤维;
纳米海泡石中,粒径大于等于100nm且小于300nm的纳米海泡石占80wt%,粒径大于等于300nm且小于450nm的纳米海泡石占10wt%,其余为粒径大于等于450nm且小于等于500nm的纳米海泡石;
S2、将面料里层和面料表层分别经染色、烘干、磨毛、定型,
磨毛过程中,磨毛车速为10m/min,磨毛辊转速为600r/min;
然后缝合得到克重为180g/m2的吸附异味内衣面料。
实施例2
一种吸附异味的内衣面料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将复合棉纤维与纤度为1.82dtex、长度为31mm的亚麻纤维按质量比为20:1进行赛络纺得到40英支的第一纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料里层;
将复合棉纤维与纤度为46.5dtex的聚氨酯纤维按质量比为10:3进行赛络纺得到40英支的第二纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料表层;
上述复合棉纤维采用如下工艺制备:将5kg纤度为1.88、长度为26mm的细绒棉送入80kg浓度为0.1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中陈化处理15h,过滤,用去离子水洗涤,得到预处理棉纤维;将1kg粒径为100-500nm、厚度为10-50μm的纳米海泡石送入60kg去离子水中充分搅拌均匀,加入0.1kgγ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷继续搅拌25min,搅拌温度为80℃,搅拌状态加加入预处理棉纤维,继续搅拌60min,过滤,60℃干燥至恒重得到复合棉纤维;
纳米海泡石中,粒径大于等于100nm且小于300nm的纳米海泡石占60wt%,粒径大于等于300nm且小于450nm的纳米海泡石占15wt%,其余为粒径大于等于450nm且小于等于500nm的纳米海泡石;
S2、将面料里层和面料表层分别经染色、烘干、磨毛、定型,
磨毛过程中,磨毛车速为15m/min,磨毛辊转速为500r/min;
然后缝合得到克重为200g/m2的吸附异味内衣面料。
实施例3
一种吸附异味的内衣面料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将复合棉纤维与纤度为1.76dtex、长度为34mm的亚麻纤维按质量比为13:4进行赛络纺得到40英支的第一纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料里层;
将复合棉纤维与纤度为43.2dtex的聚氨酯纤维按质量比为12:1进行赛络纺得到40英支的第二纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料表层;
上述复合棉纤维采用如下工艺制备:将12kg纤度为1.73、长度为30mm的细绒棉送入50kg浓度为0.3mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中陈化处理8h,过滤,用去离子水洗涤,得到预处理棉纤维;将4kg粒径为100-500nm、厚度为10-50μm的纳米海泡石送入45kg去离子水中充分搅拌均匀,加入0.17kgγ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷继续搅拌18min,搅拌温度为88℃,搅拌状态加加入预处理棉纤维,继续搅拌45min,过滤,66℃干燥至恒重得到复合棉纤维;
纳米海泡石中,粒径大于等于100nm且小于300nm的纳米海泡石占65wt%,粒径大于等于300nm且小于450nm的纳米海泡石占14wt%,其余为粒径大于等于450nm且小于等于500nm的纳米海泡石;
S2、将面料里层和面料表层分别经染色、烘干、磨毛、定型,
磨毛过程中,磨毛车速为12m/min,磨毛辊转速为580r/min;
然后缝合得到克重为186g/m2的吸附异味内衣面料。
实施例4
一种吸附异味的内衣面料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将复合棉纤维与纤度为1.80dtex、长度为32mm的亚麻纤维按质量比为17:2进行赛络纺得到40英支的第一纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料里层;
将复合棉纤维与纤度为45.7dtex的聚氨酯纤维按质量比为12:2.5进行赛络纺得到40英支的第二纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料表层;
上述复合棉纤维采用如下工艺制备:将8kg纤度为1.80、长度为28mm的细绒棉送入70kg浓度为0.2mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中陈化处理12h,过滤,用去离子水洗涤,得到预处理棉纤维;将2kg粒径为100-500nm、厚度为10-50μm的纳米海泡石送入55kg去离子水中充分搅拌均匀,加入0.13kgγ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷继续搅拌22min,搅拌温度为82℃,搅拌状态加入预处理棉纤维,继续搅拌55min,过滤,64℃干燥至恒重得到复合棉纤维;
纳米海泡石中,粒径大于等于100nm且小于300nm的纳米海泡石占75wt%,粒径大于等于300nm且小于450nm的纳米海泡石占12wt%,其余为粒径大于等于450nm且小于等于500nm的纳米海泡石;
S2、将面料里层和面料表层分别经染色、烘干、磨毛、定型,
磨毛过程中,磨毛车速为14m/min,磨毛辊转速为520r/min;
然后缝合得到克重为193g/m2的吸附异味内衣面料。
实施例5
一种吸附异味的内衣面料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将复合棉纤维与纤度为1.78dtex、长度为33.3mm的亚麻纤维按质量比为5:1进行赛络纺得到40英支的第一纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料里层;
将复合棉纤维与纤度为44.1dtex的聚氨酯纤维按质量比为15:2进行赛络纺得到40英支的第二纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料表层;

纳米海泡石中,粒径大于等于100nm且小于300nm的纳米海泡石占70wt%,粒径大于等于300nm且小于450nm的纳米海泡石占13wt%,其余为粒径大于等于450nm且小于等于500nm的纳米海泡石;
S2、将面料里层和面料表层分别经染色、烘干、磨毛、定型,
磨毛过程中,磨毛车速为13m/min,磨毛辊转速为550r/min;
然后缝合得到克重为163g/m2的吸附异味内衣面料。
对比例1
一种内衣面料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将棉纤维与纤度为1.78dtex、长度为33.3mm的亚麻纤维按质量比为5:1进行赛络纺得到40英支的第一纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料里层;
将棉纤维与纤度为44.1dtex的聚氨酯纤维按质量比为15:2进行赛络纺得到40英支的第二纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料表层;
上述棉纤维为纤度为1.76、长度为29mm的细绒棉;
S2、将面料里层和面料表层分别经染色、烘干、磨毛、定型,
磨毛过程中,磨毛车速为13m/min,磨毛辊转速为550r/min;
然后缝合得到克重为186g/m2的吸附异味内衣面料。
对比例2
一种内衣面料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将复合棉纤维与纤度为82.6dtex的蚕丝纤维按质量比为5:1进行赛络纺得到40英支的第一纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料里层;
将复合棉纤维与纤度为44.1dtex的聚氨酯纤维按质量比为15:2进行赛络纺得到40英支的第二纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料表层;

磨毛过程中,磨毛车速为13m/min,磨毛辊转速为550r/min;
然后缝合得到克重为188g/m2的吸附异味内衣面料。
对比例3
一种内衣面料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将复合棉纤维与纤度为1.78dtex、长度为33.3mm的亚麻纤维按质量比为5:1进行赛络纺得到40英支的第一纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料里层;

纳米二氧化硅中,粒径大于等于100nm且小于300nm的纳米二氧化硅占70wt%,粒径大于等于300nm且小于450nm的纳米二氧化硅占13wt%,其余为粒径大于等于450nm且小于等于500nm的纳米二氧化硅;
S2、将面料里层和面料表层分别经染色、烘干、磨毛、定型,
磨毛过程中,磨毛车速为13m/min,磨毛辊转速为550r/min;
然后缝合得到克重为193g/m2的吸附异味内衣面料。
对比例4
一种内衣面料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将复合棉纤维与纤度为1.78dtex、长度为33.3mm的亚麻纤维按质量比为5:1进行赛络纺得到40英支的第一纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料里层;
将复合棉纤维与纤度为44.1dtex的聚氨酯纤维按质量比为15:2进行赛络纺得到40英支的第二纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料表层;
上述复合棉纤维采用如下工艺制备:将3kg粒径为100-500nm、厚度为10-50μm的纳米海泡石送入50kg去离子水中充分搅拌均匀,加入0.15kgγ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷继续搅拌20min,搅拌温度为85℃,搅拌状态加加入10kg纤度为1.76、长度为29mm的细绒棉,继续搅拌50min,过滤,65℃干燥至恒重得到复合棉纤维;
纳米海泡石中,粒径大于等于100nm且小于300nm的纳米海泡石占70wt%,粒径大于等于300nm且小于450nm的纳米海泡石占13wt%,其余为粒径大于等于450nm且小于等于500nm的纳米海泡石;
S2、将面料里层和面料表层分别经染色、烘干、磨毛、定型,
磨毛过程中,磨毛车速为13m/min,磨毛辊转速为550r/min;
然后缝合得到克重为187g/m2的吸附异味内衣面料。
对比例5
一种内衣面料制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将复合棉纤维与纤度为1.78dtex、长度为33.3mm的亚麻纤维按质量比为5:1进行赛络纺得到40英支的第一纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料里层;

然后缝合得到克重为188g/m2的吸附异味内衣面料。
将实施例5所得吸附异味的内衣面料和对比例1-5所得内衣面料按FZ/T73022-2019针织保暖内衣进行测试,其安全性结果如下:
其水洗、机械性能如下:
除异味能力测试:将实施例5所得吸附异味的内衣面料和对比例1-5所得内衣面料作为各组试样,试样面积为0.04m2;将各组试样分别与1.25mL挥发性液体加入2.5L玻璃容器中(试样与液体不接触),密封后避光保存,在12h和24h时采用气相色谱质谱联用仪监测玻璃容器中挥发性物质浓度随时间的变化,其结果如下:
由上述结果可知:本发明所得内衣面料具有保暖、透气性能,而且可有效增强吸汗与吸附异味的功能,同时抗起球效果好,贴身穿着舒适性佳。

Claims (10)
1.一种吸附异味的内衣面料,其特征在于,其面料结构为弹力罗纹布,包括里层面料与表层面料;
里层面料所用纱线由复合棉纤维与亚麻纤维按质量比为10-20:1-5混纺得到;
外层面料所用纱线由复合棉纤维与聚氨酯纤维按质量比为10-20:1-3混纺得到。
2.根据权利要求1所述吸附异味的内衣面料,其特征在于,所述内衣面料的克重为180-200g/m2。
3.根据权利要求1所述吸附异味的内衣面料,其特征在于,亚麻纤维的纤度为1.75-1.82dtex,长度为31-35mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述吸附异味的内衣面料,其特征在于,聚氨酯纤维的纤度为41.5-46.5dtex。
5.根据权利要求1所述吸附异味的内衣面料,其特征在于,复合棉纤维为表面负载有纤维状海泡石颗粒的棉纤维。
6.根据权利要求5所述吸附异味的内衣面料,其特征在于,复合棉纤维采用如下工艺制备:将棉纤维送入浓度为0.1-0.4mol/L氢氧化钠溶液中陈化处理5-15h,过滤,洗涤得到预处理棉纤维;将纳米海泡石送入去离子水中充分搅拌均匀,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷继续搅拌,搅拌温度为80-90℃,搅拌状态下加入预处理棉纤维继续搅拌,过滤,60-70℃干燥至恒重得到复合棉纤维。
7.根据权利要求6所述吸附异味的内衣面料,其特征在于,复合棉纤维的制备工艺中,氢氧化钠溶液浓度为0.1-0.4mol/L,棉纤维、氢氧化钠溶液、纳米海泡石、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的质量比为5-15:40-80:1-5:0.1-0.2。
8.根据权利要求6所述吸附异味的内衣面料,其特征在于,复合棉纤维的制备工艺中,采用纤度为1.65-1.88、长度为26-32mm的细绒棉进行处理。
9.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述吸附异味的内衣面料制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将复合棉纤维与亚麻纤维进行赛络纺得到40英支的第一纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料里层;将复合棉纤维与聚氨酯纤维进行赛络纺得到40英支的第二纱线,然后采用罗纹机织成面料表层;
S2、将面料里层和面料表层分别经染色、烘干、磨毛、定型,然后缝合得到吸附异味的内衣面料。
10.根据权利要求9所述吸附异味的内衣面料制备方法,其特征在于,S2的磨毛过程中,磨毛车速为10-15m/min,磨毛辊转速为500-600r/min。
