Abstract
本发明公开了一种内衣抗菌面料,由两层混纺纱线面料通过涂覆在混纺纱线面料表面的抗菌涂层贴合而成。其采用棉花纤维、麻纤维、锦纶纤维、黏胶纤维制成混纺纱线面料,具有良好的适用性。同时,本发明创造性地采用压敏胶粘合技术用天然抗菌涂层将两层混纺纱线粘合在一起,抑制了棉衣的细菌滋生,起到了良好的环保、抗菌、防臭效果。

本发明涉及一种面料,属于纺织领域,尤其涉及一种内衣抗菌面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
内衣一般的布都是混纺的。为什么混纺呢?通俗的讲,因为布料本身的性能不同,混纺的作用不仅降低成本,而且能提高布料的性能,扬长避短。 比如,涤纶,耐磨耐热耐腐蚀耐光,意思就是不容易褶皱不容易破烂不容易褪色。也不缩水。但缺点就是不透气,对皮肤不好,静电。 纯棉,好处是,吸湿,保湿,耐热,卫生。对皮肤好,不易产生静电,能织物的水分在水平状态,皮肤舒适,无刺激,卫生性好。缺点就是,易褶皱,易变形,易沾毛,更要命的典型特征,缩水。 真丝,手感柔软、滑爽、厚实、丰满,弹性优异。具有良好的吸湿、透气性能,有护肤保健作用。蚕丝的还能防晒,吸收紫外线哦。 缺点,非常容易褶皱,而且喜欢褪色,洗涤必须温和,还容易脆化,也很怕虫子咬。。所以它对人类的突出贡献是防寒,当然还有很多优点,如美观、高贵、不容易脏等。由于内衣的突出优点是抗菌性。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种内衣抗菌面料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种内衣抗菌面料由两层混纺纱线面料通过涂覆在混纺纱线面料表面的抗菌涂层贴合而成。
所述的混纺纱线面料由竹纤维、亚麻纤维、蛋白质纤维混纺织造而成,其中棉花纤维的重量百分比为35-45%,麻纤维的重量百分比为10-25%,锦纶纤维的重量百分比为35-45%,黏胶纤维的重量百分比为10-25%,
所述的抗菌涂层由抗菌涂层剂涂覆在混纺纱线面料上烘干而成,抗菌涂层剂的主要成分为:天然抗菌植物提取物、增稠剂、改性淀粉胶黏剂。
优选的,所述的抗菌涂层剂的固含量为35-37%。
优选的,所述的抗菌涂层的粘度为1200-1800。
优选的,所述的增稠剂为瓜尔豆胶。
优选的,所述的天然抗菌植物提取物包括茶叶提取物、枇杷叶提取物、芦荟提取物、石榴皮提取物中的一种或两种或两种以上的混合物。
竹纤维产品具有天然的抗菌、抑菌、杀菌的效果,因为竹子里面具有一种独特物质,该物质被命名为"竹琨",具有天然的抑菌、防螨、防臭、防虫功能。在显微镜下观察,细菌在棉、木等纤维制品中能够大量繁殖,而竹纤维制品上的细菌不但不能长时间生存,而且短时间内还能消失或减少,24小时内细菌死亡率达75%以上。日本权威机构的新发现增加了这一产品的附加值,后经中国棉纺织品产品质量监督检验中心和中国科学院上海微生物研究所的检测也证实了以上结果(棉毛巾在夏日易发臭即是细菌成千上万倍繁衍的结果)。而棉制品本身不具备抗菌、抑菌功能,之所以发霉、变味、发粘,就是细菌在毛巾上大量繁殖的结果。而竹纤维毛巾之所以不会出现这种现象,主要是因为它自身具备抗菌、抑菌功能,细菌在其上面无法繁殖,甚至是无法生存。所以竹纤维毛巾即使在温暖潮湿的环境中也不发霉、不变味、不发粘。
亚麻纤维具有调温、抗过敏、防静电、抗菌的功能,由于亚麻的吸湿性好,能吸收相当于自身重量20倍的水分,所以亚麻织物手感干爽,如今,防皱、免烫亚麻制品的诞生和混纺产品的出现,使亚麻产品的市场进一步拓展了。在国际上,亚麻的织造多为片梭织机和剑杆织机,产品包括细致优雅的亚麻手帕、衬衫衣料、绉绸、花式色纱产品、运动装以及麻毛混纺产品。家用产品则包括:窗帘、墙布、桌布、床上用品等。产业用产品则包括:画布、行李帐篷、绝缘布、滤布以及航空用产品。
蛋白质纤维从20世纪90年代初开始国内外致力于开发再生动物和植物蛋白纤维,日本东洋纺公司以新西兰牛奶为原料与丙烯腈接枝共混制成再生蛋白纤维 Chinon,上海正家牛奶丝服饰有限公司在1995年研制开发出牛奶纤维长丝,最近报导了山西恒天纺织新纤维科技有限公司研制了牛奶短纤维。牛奶丝具有蚕丝般光泽和柔软手感,有较好的吸湿和导湿性,较好的强度和延伸性,是一种制作内衣的优良材料。但因纤维耐热性差、色泽鲜艳度较差、价格较贵,影响了牛奶纤维大量推广使用。
一种内衣抗菌面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、织布:采用竹纤维、亚麻纤维、蛋白质纤维的混纺丝线织造而成,织物组织设计采用缎纹组织,再经过适当的加捻,使涤纶纤维对光产生漫反射现象,使用喷水织机制成胚布;
B、上浆、上油:将步骤A制备的胚布进行上浆;
C、退浆精炼:采用低浴比高压喷射溢流机进行退浆精炼处理,工艺处方和条件如下:退浆浴PH值5-6,精炼剂:1-2g/L,NaOH:1-2g/L,浴比:1:7-9,温度:65-70℃,时间:4-8min;
D、碱减量:退浆精炼完成后,再进行碱减量处理,处理条件为NaOH 10-15g/L,温度:65-70℃,时间:10-15min;
E、定型:碱减量完成后,进行定型,温度:120-130℃,时间:20-30s;
F、印花:采用磁棒印花机进行印花;
G、涂覆:在涂布机上将抗菌涂层剂均匀地涂布在混纺纱线面料上,涂布机的参数为:机速:30-50m/min,涂布厚度为5-15μm;
H、烘干:将涂覆抗菌涂层在120-130℃条件下烘干;
I、贴合:将一层涂覆有抗菌涂层的混纺纱线面料与一层未涂覆抗菌涂层的混纺纱线面料相贴合,即可得到本发明提出的内衣抗菌面料。所述贴合工艺在双面压敏胶涂布机上完成,机速为:60-70m/min。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明采用涤纶、棉、牛奶纤维及铜氨纤维制成混纺纱线面料。超细涤纶纤维可以增加混纺纱线的抱合力,同时提升混纺纱线的悬垂性;牛奶纤维可以增加纤维的强度;铜氨纤维手感柔软,光泽柔和,有真丝感,同时具有较好的抗静电的功能,可避免内衣产生闷热的不舒适感,混纺纱线面料具有良好的适用性。同时,本发明创造性地采用压敏胶粘合技术用天然抗菌涂层将两层混纺纱线粘合在一起,抑制了内衣的细菌滋生,起到了良好的环保、抗菌、防臭效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种内衣抗菌面料由两层混纺纱线面料通过涂覆在混纺纱线面料表面的抗菌涂层贴合而成。
所述的混纺纱线面料由竹纤维、亚麻纤维、蛋白质纤维混纺织造而成,其中竹纤维的重量百分比为55%,亚麻纤维的重量百分比为30%,蛋白质纤维铜氨纤维的重量百分比为15%。
所述的抗菌涂层由抗菌涂层剂涂覆在混纺纱线面料上烘干而成,抗菌涂层剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:当归提取物、芦荟提取物、枳实提取物

B、上浆、上油:将步骤A制备的胚布进行上浆;
C、退浆精炼:采用低浴比高压喷射溢流机进行退浆精炼处理,工艺处方和条件如下:退浆浴PH值7,精炼剂:2g/L,NaOH:2g/L,浴比:1:8,温度:75℃,时间:10min;
D、碱减量:退浆精炼完成后,再进行碱减量处理,处理条件为NaOH 10g/L,温度:80℃,时间:10min;
E、定型:碱减量完成后,进行定型,温度:125℃,时间:25s;
F、印花:采用磁棒印花机进行印花;
G、涂覆:在涂布机上将抗菌涂层剂均匀地涂布在混纺纱线面料上,涂布机的参数为:机速:45m/min,涂布厚度为9μm;
H、烘干:将涂覆抗菌涂层的再在120℃条件下烘干;
I、贴合:将一层涂覆有抗菌涂层的混纺纱线面料与一层未涂覆抗菌涂层的混纺纱线面料相贴合,即可得到本发明提出的内衣抗菌面料。所述贴合工艺在双面压敏胶涂布机上完成,机速为:65m/min。

I、贴合:将一层涂覆有抗菌涂层的混纺纱线面料与一层未涂覆抗菌涂层的混纺纱线面料相贴合,即可得到本发明提出的内衣抗菌面料。所述贴合工艺在双面压敏胶涂布机上完成,机速为:70m/min。

E、定型:碱减量完成后,进行定型,温度:120℃,时间:20s;
F、印花:采用磁棒印花机进行印花;
G、涂覆:在涂布机上将抗菌涂层剂均匀地涂布在混纺纱线面料上,涂布机的参数为:机速:30m/min,涂布厚度为15μm;
H、烘干:将涂覆抗菌涂层的再在130℃条件下烘干;
I、贴合:将一层涂覆有抗菌涂层的混纺纱线面料与一层未涂覆抗菌涂层的混纺纱线面料相贴合,即可得到本发明提出的内衣抗菌面料。所述贴合工艺在双面压敏胶涂布机上完成,机速为:60m/min。
Claims (8)
1.一种内衣抗菌面料,其特征在于,由两层混纺纱线面料通过涂覆在混纺纱线面料表面的抗菌涂层贴合而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的内衣抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述的混纺纱线面料由竹纤维、亚麻纤维、蛋白质纤维混纺织造而成,其中竹纤维的重量百分比为20-30%,亚麻纤维的重量百分比为15-25%,蛋白质纤维的重量百分比为10-25%。
3.如权利要求1所述的内衣抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述的抗菌涂层由抗菌涂层剂涂覆在混纺纱线面料上烘干而成,抗菌涂层剂的主要成分为:天然抗菌植物提取物、增稠剂、改性淀粉胶黏剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的内衣抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述的抗菌涂层剂的固含量为35-37%,粘度为1200-1800。
5.如权利要求3所述的内衣抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为瓜尔豆胶。
6.如权利要求3所述的内衣抗菌面料,其特征在于,所述的天然抗菌植物提取物包括茶叶提取物、枇杷叶提取物、芦荟提取物、石榴皮提取物中的一种或两种或两种以上的混合物。
7.一种内衣抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、织布:采用竹纤维、亚麻纤维、蛋白质纤维的混纺丝线织造而成,织物组织设计采用缎纹组织,再经过适当的加捻,使涤纶纤维对光产生漫反射现象,使用喷水织机制成胚布;
B、上浆,将步骤A制备的胚布进行上浆处理;
C、退浆精炼:采用低浴比高压喷射溢流机进行退浆精炼处理,工艺处方和条件如下:退浆浴PH值5-6,精炼剂:1-2g/L,NaOH:1-2g/L,浴比:1:7-9,温度:65-70℃,时间:4-8min;
D、碱减量:退浆精炼完成后,再进行碱减量处理,处理条件为NaOH 10-15g/L,温度:75-80℃,时间:9-12min;
E、定型:碱减量完成后,进行定型,温度:110-120℃,时间:15-20s;
F、印花:采用磁棒印花机进行印花;
G、涂覆:在涂布机上将抗菌涂层剂均匀地涂布在混纺纱线面料上,涂布机的参数为:机速:30-50m/min,涂布厚度为5-15μm;
H、烘干:将涂覆抗菌涂层在120-130℃条件下烘干;
I、贴合:将一层涂覆有抗菌涂层的混纺纱线面料与一层未涂覆抗菌涂层的混纺纱线面料相贴合,即可得到本发明提出的内衣抗菌面料。
8.如权利要求7所述的内衣抗菌面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述贴合工艺在双面压敏胶涂布机上完成,机速为:60-70m/min。
