The concentrated freeze-dried flower and fruit tea consists of the following components in parts by weight: 2-4 parts of fresh peeled lemon, 2-4 parts of fresh sweet osmanthus, 2-4 parts of passion fruit pulp and 8-10 parts of honey powder.
Example 3
The concentrated freeze-dried flower and fruit tea consists of the following components in parts by weight: 3 parts of fresh peeled lemon, 3 parts of fresh sweet osmanthus, 3 parts of passion fruit pulp and 9 parts of honey powder.
The preparation method of the concentrated freeze-dried flower and fruit tea in the 3 embodiments comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing raw materials according to the parts by weight of the concentrated freeze-dried flower and fruit tea;
s2, mixing and juicing the prepared raw materials for several minutes, and pouring the mixture into a container;
s3, putting the container into a freeze dryer for freeze drying for several hours.
S4, packaging the prepared concentrated freeze-dried flower and fruit tea into bags.
Preferably, in step S2, the raw materials are mixed and squeezed for 1-5 minutes, and poured into a container with a thickness of 3-7mm,
in step S3, the container is frozen in the freeze dryer at a temperature of-20 deg.C to-40 deg.C for a freeze drying time of 24-48 h.
More preferably, in step S2, the raw materials are mixed and squeezed for 3 minutes, and then poured into a container with a thickness of 5mm,
in step S3, the container is frozen in the freeze dryer at-30 deg.C for 36 h.
Still further, the method further includes step S5: after freeze drying, the freeze-dried flower and fruit tea is made into various cartoon shapes by utilizing a mould. The concentrated freeze-dried flower and fruit tea prepared by the step can be directly eaten as snacks.
The drinking method of the concentrated freeze-dried flower and fruit tea comprises the following steps:
1) opening the packaging box and the packaging bag, and putting the freeze-dried flower and fruit tea blocks into a drinking container;
2) pouring cold water and hot water into the cup body according to the proportion, continuously stirring by using a spoon, and drinking after the tea blocks are completely dissolved and uniformly stirred.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the freeze-dried flower and fruit tea component to the drinking water is 1:6-1: 12.

1-5 parts of fresh peeled lemon, 1-5 parts of fresh sweet osmanthus, 1-5 parts of passion fruit pulp and 7-11 parts of honey powder.
2. The concentrated freeze-dried flower-fruit tea according to claim 1, which is composed of the following components in parts by weight:
2-4 parts of fresh peeled lemon, 2-4 parts of fresh sweet osmanthus, 2-4 parts of passion fruit pulp and 8-10 parts of honey powder.
3. The concentrated freeze-dried flower-fruit tea according to claim 2, which is composed of the following components in parts by weight:
3 parts of fresh peeled lemon, 3 parts of fresh sweet osmanthus, 3 parts of passion fruit pulp and 9 parts of honey powder.
4. A preparation method of concentrated freeze-dried flower and fruit tea is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, preparing raw materials according to the parts by weight of the concentrated freeze-dried flower-fruit tea of any one of the claims 1 to 3;
s2, mixing and juicing the prepared raw materials for several minutes, and pouring the mixture into a container;
s3, putting the container into a freeze dryer for freeze drying for several hours.
S4, packaging the prepared concentrated freeze-dried flower and fruit tea into bags.
5. The method for producing a concentrated freeze-dried flower-fruit tea according to claim 4, wherein:
in step S2, mixing and squeezing the raw materials for 1-5 minutes, pouring into a container with a thickness of 3-7mm,
in step S3, the container is frozen in the freeze dryer at a temperature of-20 deg.C to-40 deg.C for a freeze drying time of 24-48 h.
6. The method for producing a concentrated freeze-dried flower-fruit tea according to claim 5, wherein:
in step S2, the raw materials are mixed and squeezed for 3 minutes, poured into a container with a thickness of 5mm,
in step S3, the container is frozen in the freeze dryer at-30 deg.C for 36 h.
7. The method for producing the concentrated freeze-dried flower-fruit tea according to any one of claims 4 to 6, wherein:
further comprising step S5: after freeze drying, the freeze-dried flower and fruit tea is made into various cartoon shapes by utilizing a mould.
8. A drinking method of concentrated freeze-dried flower and fruit tea is characterized by comprising the following steps:
