The raw material formulation of example 3: 12 parts of passion fruit pulp, 8 parts of white granulated sugar, 6 parts of honey, 1.5 parts of lemon juice, 1.5 parts of kumquat juice, 3 parts of potato starch, 63 parts of water, 8 parts of kumquat, 8 parts of lemon, 5 parts of green banana peel, 5 parts of cactus fruit pulp and 1.5 parts of tabacum leaves.
The raw material formulation of the comparative sample: 10 parts of passion fruit pulp, 8 parts of white granulated sugar, 5 parts of honey, 2 parts of lemon juice, 3.5 parts of potato starch, 75 parts of water and 7 parts of lemon.
Control group 1: control 1 was substantially the same as example 2 except that the cactus fruit pulp was not added to control 1.
Control group 2: the raw material formulation of control 2 was substantially the same as that of example 2, except that no greenish banana peel was added to control 1.
Control group 3: control 3 was substantially the same as the raw material formulation of example 2, except that no tabasheer leaf was added to control 1.
Experimental detection
(1) Sensory evaluation
Sensory evaluation was performed on the freeze-dried tea tablet brewed beverages prepared in examples 1 to 3 and controls 1 to 3, and comparative samples (commercial brewed beverages). The tasting population was 100 (adults aged 20-40), examples 1-3, groups 1-3 and comparative samples were tasted, respectively, and the products were evaluated and scored from their taste, color, acidity (personal preference), and odor using an anonymous scoring system, each item was full of 10 points, and the score was high, which was effective, and the average of the scores was taken as the composite score.
The record of the experimental results is shown in Table 1

As shown by the data in table 1, the instant beverages prepared according to the present invention were substantially recognized in terms of mouthfeel, color, acidity and flavor, and the prepared instant beverages had fresh mouthfeel, moderate acidity, long-lasting flavor, no sticky feeling, and high sour and sweet pungent mouthfeel, as compared to the comparative samples, of which example 2 has the highest recognition.
(2) Detection of influence of sample on dopamine content of human body
The influence of the freeze-dried tea tablet brewed beverages prepared in the embodiments 1-3 and the control group 2 on dopamine in a human body is detected, 20 employees (adults 25-30 years old) with consistent working environment and the same occupation and almost the same dopamine content detected in urine before an experiment are selected, 20 employees are averagely divided into 4 groups, 5 employees in each group correspond to 3 embodiments and 1 control group 2 respectively, 20 employees continuously drink different brewed beverages for 1 month, and the dopamine content in urine of 20 employees is detected after one month.

The data in table 2 show that after 1 month of drinking the sample beverage added with different amounts of greenish banana peel, the dopamine content in the body of the employee in the example group is higher than that of the employee in the control group, wherein the value of dopamine in the example 2 is most similar to the normal value of dopamine 225.76 + -104.83 contained in the human body, dopamine is a nerve conduction substance for helping cells to transmit pulses, and the brain incretion is related to the emotion and sensation of the human body, and transmits exciting and distracting information for controlling the emotion of the human body, namely, high dopamine indicates pleasant mood, low dopamine indicates depression, thereby showing that the effect of relieving the depressed mood can be achieved by drinking the drink beverage.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, but the design concept of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any insubstantial modifications made by using the design concept should fall within the scope of infringing the present invention.

The kumquat lemon and passion fruit freeze-dried tea tablet is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 8-12 parts of passion fruit pulp, 6-8 parts of white granulated sugar, 4-6 parts of honey, 0.5-1.5 parts of lemon juice, 0.5-1.5 parts of kumquat juice, 2-3 parts of potato starch, 60-63 parts of water, 4-8 parts of kumquat, 4-8 parts of lemon, 3-5 parts of green banana peel, 3-5 parts of cactus fruit pulp and 0.5-1.5 parts of tabasheer leaves.

The kumquat lemon and passion fruit freeze-dried tea tablet as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: 10 parts of passion fruit pulp, 7 parts of white granulated sugar, 5 parts of honey, 1 part of lemon juice, 1 part of kumquat juice, 2.5 parts of potato starch, 61.5 parts of water, 6 parts of kumquat, 6 parts of lemon, 4 parts of green banana peel, 4 parts of cactus fruit pulp and 1 part of tabacum leaves.

The kumquat lemon and passion fruit freeze-dried tea tablet as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: 8 parts of passion fruit pulp, 6 parts of white granulated sugar, 4 parts of honey, 0.5 part of lemon juice, 0.5 part of kumquat juice, 2 parts of potato starch, 60 parts of water, 4 parts of kumquat, 4 parts of lemon, 3 parts of green banana peel, 3 parts of prickly pear pulp and 0.5 part of tabasheer leaf.

The kumquat lemon and passion fruit freeze-dried tea tablet as claimed in claim 1, is characterized in that: 12 parts of passion fruit pulp, 8 parts of white granulated sugar, 6 parts of honey, 1.5 parts of lemon juice, 1.5 parts of kumquat juice, 3 parts of potato starch, 63 parts of water, 8 parts of kumquat, 8 parts of lemon, 5 parts of green banana peel, 5 parts of cactus fruit pulp and 1.5 parts of tabacum leaves.
