Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a beautifying and skin-brightening composition, a beautifying and skin-brightening skin care product and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin of people is various and has mixed type, sensitive type, oily type, dry type and the like, along with the improvement of modern living standard, people pay more and more attention to external images, increase confidence under various activities and occasions with beautiful images, simultaneously, more pursue skin health under beautiful appearance, and show the pursuit of people for high-end life with healthy skin and beautiful images, so the whitening products are always magical to people.
Whitening cosmetics have been developed from physical masking and whitening, physical and chemical peeling, and interference with and blockage of normal melanin metabolism.
The color of the skin is determined by the amount, type, and pattern of melanin synthesis by melanocytes and its distribution around keratinocytes. Melanocytes, a small cell of humans, are also a key factor in melanin production, and are involved in melanin production and distribution, as part of the paracrine between keratinocytes and melanocytes, where melanin production is regulated by signaling elicitors released by keratinocytes. Endothelin-1, a keratinocyte-derived regulator of melanin production, binds to specific melanocyte receptors (ETBR) and thereby improves skin pigmentation.
The external environment (ultraviolet rays, living radiation, irregular work and rest, products with poor use quality and the like) can cause skin spots to be bushy and dull. In addition to the effects of factors on external dietary work, physical protection, health, mental status, the intrinsic pigmentation of the skin depends on the action of melanocytes and on stimulation by keratinocyte-derived primers.
It is important to consider whether the prevention of UV irradiation, the interference with the transmission of melanocyte activation information, the inhibition of melanin synthesis, the prevention of melanin transfer, or the acceleration of melanin metabolism. Because many harmful substances of intermediates are generated in the process of generating interfered or blocked skin melanin, due to individual difference, after some people use the currently marketed whitening products, the skin can be damaged to different degrees, even the original defense function of the skin is destroyed, the skin is more sensitive and vulnerable, rather, the skin aging is accelerated, and factors which are not good for the skin health are generated if the whitening products are continuously used for a long time.
At present, the traditional whitening raw materials have at least the following problems: the whitening effect is not good enough, and the skin can be stimulated after long-term use; is not good for skin health and has large side effect; the permeability of the whitening raw material is not good, and the effective utilization rate cannot be achieved.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.
The skin caring and brightening composition, the skin caring and brightening product and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiments of the present application are specifically described below.
The inventor has found that most of the effective active ingredients of the current commercially available cosmetics are difficult to be absorbed on the skin surface, and even if the active ingredients can be absorbed by the skin, the effective active ingredients need to reach a certain amount, and the active matters in the common cosmetics have complicated structures and low solubility, so that the corresponding effective concentration is difficult to reach.
Therefore, the skin-beautifying and skin-brightening skin-care composition (SBRIGHTESSENCE) related to the application is particularly provided, and the raw materials of the composition comprise 0.1-8% of lotus extract, 0.5-30% of olive fruit juice, 0.05-5% of nicotinamide and 1-30% of cosmetic base by mass percent, and the balance of water.
The lotus extract, olive fruit water and nicotinamide are mainly used as effective active ingredients in the raw materials.
In some preferred embodiments, the weight percentage of the lotus extract in the raw material is 0.5-7%, the weight percentage of the olive fruit water in the raw material is 1-25%, and the weight percentage of the nicotinamide in the raw material is 0.05-3%.
Wherein the extract of Nelumbo Nucifera Gaertn is obtained by extraction technology of Zata Fraction (International patent WO/2018/048892; U.S. Pat. No. 3, 9,901,534). The extraction method does not use any solvent in the whole process, effectively separates the whole fresh lotus plant (including flowers, stems, leaves and roots) into a plurality of parts, and effectively separates target active substance fragments through specially designed special equipment. The method is precisely adjusted in a wide range of electromagnetic wave frequency to adapt to the gelatinization characteristics of active ingredients in different cells, so that effective separation and extraction of targeted active substances are induced, the integrity of a primary cytoskeleton is maintained, and meanwhile, the synergistic activity is provided. Meanwhile, the method has no solvent residue, and has no pollution and waste to the environment in the processes of harvesting, separating and extracting, and the whole lotus is used.
The lotus extract obtained by the method comprises the following main functional components: the phenolic materials (total solids content about 1.33-1.58% w/w) include: quercetin, luteolin, isorhamnetin, quercitrin and isomers of the above (mainly glycoside structure of chlorogenic acid, such as kaempferol); the water soluble carbohydrate (total solids content about 2.29-2.54% w/w) comprises: raffinose, fructose, sucrose and isomers thereof; electrolytes, trace elements, free amino acids, and the like.
The lotus extract has the following safety: based on skin cell irritation test (human recombinant epidermal cell test) and 48-hour human skin closed patch test, the lotus extract has no skin irritation; based on chicken egg chorionic sac membrane (HET-CAM) test and cell eye irritation test (recombinant human corneal epithelial cell test), the lotus extract has no eye irritation; based on the results of the cytotoxicity test (3T3 neutral red light toxicity test) and the cytogenotoxicity test (bacterial back mutation "Ames" test), the lotus extract has no phototoxicity and genotoxicity tendency; based on the test result of human body repetitive patch test (HRIPT) applied to more than 200 volunteers, no stimulation and allergy phenomena exist, and the lotus extract has no sensitization.
In addition, the addition of lotus extract, e.g. 10-30% by weight, to the formulation of the present application significantly reduced the melanin content as tested on ex vivo skin.
The olive is rich in unique phenolic compounds and has super-strong oxidation resistance, but the content of the phenolic compounds depends on various olive varieties and production processes. The olive fruit water in the application takes olive fruits in south Italy and France as raw materials, is a natural plant stock solution, uses water as a solvent, and is obtained by an ancient Otto distillation process. The olive fruit in the above area contains high concentration of phenolic substances (acteoside), and the obtained fruit water is close to human physiological liquid, so as to reduce formation of free radicals, enhance anti-free radical activity, excite vitamin C activity, and prevent, reduce and eliminate formation of lipid peroxidation caused by ultraviolet light. The in vivo test proves that the product has the effects of resisting aging and oxidation and has obvious whitening effect.
The above-mentioned olive fruit water distillation process is referred to as follows:
in the mature period of the olive, after the olive is picked by workers, fresh olive fruits cannot be stored for more than 2 hours and need to be treated in time to ensure the freshness of fruit water. Cleaning with a machine, crushing with a crusher, putting into a traditional distillation device, preparing the olive fruit and mountain spring water according to the proportion of 1:5 or 1:4, heating to 97 ℃ at high temperature, boiling for at least 6 hours on fire, cooling, condensing into a liquid state by temperature difference, and separating, wherein the separated olive fruit water can be aged for 1 month to be on the market.
