(2) Carnosine is a free radical scavenger and directly plays a role in quenching oxygen radicals, and histidine residues on a carnosine side chain can be used as a hydrogen acceptor, have the functions of capturing hydroxyl free radicals, simple substance oxygen and hydrogen peroxide free radicals and can always include the fat oxidation effect caused by waste metal ions.

The β -glucan of the invention belongs to a Schizophyllum commune source and contains polysaccharide with β -1,3 and β -1,6 glycosidic bonds, wherein the research on the β -1,6 glycosidic bonds exceeds that of β -1,3 glycosidic bonds, the functional activity of the polysaccharide is stronger than that of β -1,3 glycosidic bonds, and the polysaccharide can effectively improve the level of humoral IL-1 β, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- α immune factors, the Schizophyllum commune source β -glucan has the functions of improving the level of skin immune factors, increasing the number of skin immune cells, improving the immune capacity of humoral, resisting allergy, eliminating tissue edema and inflammation, scavenging free radicals and ultraviolet rays, accelerating the repair of the skin after sunburn, resisting infection caused by filterable viruses, fungi, bacteria and the like, controlling cell division and differentiation, regulating cell growth, slowing down skin aging, promoting the production of collagen and preventing wrinkles, and providing natural factors for maintaining moisture.

Detailed Description
According to the invention, through compounding of a plurality of active ingredients such as the compound composition A, the compound composition B, carnosine, sodium hyaluronate, β -glucan and the like, the night repair and regeneration capabilities of skin are effectively enhanced, and the night repair and regeneration capabilities are specifically shown as enhancing the skin metabolic capability, repairing and improving the skin barrier, improving the skin water-locking capability, helping the skin to recover the health condition, improving the skin elasticity, water wettability and smoothness, and enhancing the oxidation resistance and anti-aging capability of the skin.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific examples, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
A composition capable of enhancing night repair and regeneration capacity of skin comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
the balance of a cosmetic or dermatologically common external preparation matrix and/or water;
the active ingredients of the compound composition A are Mirabilis jalapa extract and caffeine;
the active components of the composite composition B are complex enzyme and lecithin, and the complex enzyme comprises endonuclease, guanine glycosylase and thioredoxin.
In the invention, each component can be a commercial product or can be prepared according to the record of the prior art, and each extract meets the requirements of related quality standards.
Example 1
Night repair essence:
a night repair essence containing a composition capable of enhancing night repair and regeneration capacity of skin comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

The night repair essence is prepared by respectively heating water phase to 80 deg.C, homogenizing, stirring, cooling to 40 deg.C, adding composite composition A, composite composition B, carnosine, sodium hyaluronate, β -dextran, and antiseptic, stirring, and cooling to 35 deg.C to obtain white fluid essence.
The composite composition a is a commercially available product, and includes mirabilis jalapa extract and caffeine, and is a transparent suspension with cells, which is merely exemplary and not limiting.
The composite composition B is a commercial product, active ingredients of the composite composition B are composite enzyme and lecithin, the composite enzyme comprises endonuclease, guanine glycosylase and thioredoxin, the composite enzyme is derived from extracts of chlorella and haematococcus pluvialis, is a milky white liquid, and the composite enzyme is only an example and is not limited, and the following is the same.
Carnosine is a commercially available product in the form of white powder, which is merely exemplary and not limiting herein.
The sodium hyaluronate is a product sold on the market, is hyaluronic acid from biological fermentation, is obtained by screening hyaluronic acid with different molecular weights through a large number of in vivo experiments, and is the same as the product below.
β -Glucan is a commercially available product from Ningpo Schinoya Bio Inc. and is a Schizophyllum commune-derived polysaccharide containing β -1,3 and β -1,6 glycosidic linkages, and is provided herein by way of example and not by way of limitation, as follows.

The night rehabilitation water is prepared by respectively heating water phase to 80 deg.C, homogenizing, stirring, cooling to 40 deg.C, adding composite composition A, composite composition B, carnosine, sodium hyaluronate, β -dextran, and antiseptic, stirring, and cooling to 35 deg.C to obtain white fluid.
Example 3
Night repair milk:
a night repair emulsion containing a composition capable of enhancing night repair and regeneration capacity of skin comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
oil phase:
water phase:
low temperature addition after emulsification (40 ℃ C.)
The night repair emulsion is prepared by heating oil phase and water phase to 80 deg.C respectively, mixing the two phases, homogenizing for several minutes, stirring, cooling to 40 deg.C, adding composite composition A, composite composition B, carnosine, sodium hyaluronate, β -dextran, essence and antiseptic, stirring, and cooling to 35 deg.C to obtain white fine uniform emulsion.

Night repair cream:

Night repair essence:

The night repair essence is prepared by respectively heating water phase to 80 deg.C, homogenizing, stirring, cooling to 40 deg.C, adding composite composition A, composite composition B, carnosine, sodium hyaluronate, β -dextran, and antiseptic, stirring, and cooling to 35 deg.C to obtain white fluid essence.
Example 10
Observation on trial
The night repair milks prepared in examples 6 to 7 of the present invention and control 1 were used to observe the effect of moisturizing.
Sample preparation: examples 6 to 7
Control 1 composite composition A, composite composition B, carnosine, sodium hyaluronate, and β -dextran from example 6 were removed.
Example 11
The night repair cream prepared in the embodiment 8 of the invention and the control sample 2 are adopted to observe the curative effect of skin elasticity and wrinkle reduction.
Sample preparation: example 8
Control 2 composite composition A, composite composition B, carnosine, sodium hyaluronate, β -dextran of example 8 were removed.
Example 12
The night repair essence prepared in the embodiment 9 of the invention and the control sample 3 are used for observing the curative effect of improving the skin color.
Sample preparation: example 9
Control 3 Complex composition A, Complex composition B, carnosine, sodium hyaluronate, β -dextran from example 9 were removed.
Specific comparative experiment
1. Contrast experiment, moisturizing Performance test
20 volunteers, female volunteers aged 18 to 50 years, in an indoor environment at 20 ℃ and 50% relative humidity, a fixed area of 2CM square was drawn at the forehead, and after using the sample and the control mentioned in example 10 in the fixed area, skin moisture change data (mean values are shown below) were obtained by integrating the skin moisture change data, and the test results are shown in the following table:

As can be seen from the above table, the moisturizing effect of the repair cream containing the composition of the present invention is better than that of the control sample without adding, and the moisturizing effect is better as the addition amount is higher.
2. And (3) comparison test: wrinkle-reducing effect
The using method comprises the following steps: the left and right half faces are applied for 2 times every day, and the dosage is that the face is uniformly applied.
After 28 days of use, the skin started to become moist, smooth, and restored luster and elasticity, with 27 (77%) volunteers feeling better lightening of the crow's feet in example 8 than control 2, and 25 (71%) volunteers feeling significantly better lightening of the wrinkles in the night repair cream of test example 8 than control 2, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
3. And (3) comparison test: skin elasticity measurement
30 volunteers marked the 4X 4cm2 test area on the inner side of the forearm of the left and right hand, respectively, and the same arm marked 2 areas at the same time, with the intervals of 2 cm. Measurements of the test area and the control area were performed using a CK skin elasticity tester, each area being measured 3 times according to a parallel. The blank value for each test area was measured and then the sample was evenly spread into the test area using a latex finger cuff at a rate of 2.0 + -0.1 mg sample/cm 2. After 28 days of application, the skin elasticity of the test area and the blank control area was measured.
Human body detection results show that: the night repair cream of example 8 and control 2 were used for 28 days, while the skin elasticity was improved to various degrees, but the elasticity parameter Ue (elastic deformation) and the elasticity parameter Ur (recovery after elastic deformation) in the anti-aging cream of example 8 were higher than those of the blank control of control 2, with numerical increases of 11.4% and 13.4%, respectively, as shown in fig. 3.
4. Comparative experiment: skin color improving effect
The night repair essence of example 9 and the control 3 of example 12 were used clinically for 28 days in 35 volunteers. The clinical staff age is 35-50 years old. The face of 35 people has dark and uneven skin color in different degrees.
The using method comprises the following steps: the left and right half faces are applied for 2 times every day, and the dosage is that the face is uniformly applied.
After 28 days of use, the skin tone started to become shiny, more uniform than when the product was not used. Of these, 25 (71%) volunteers felt that the night repair essence of example 9 had better effects on skin color adjustment and spot lightening than the blank control, 23 (65%) considered that the night repair essence of example 9 had more even skin color after use, and 26 (74%) volunteers felt that the night repair essence of example 9 could increase skin glossiness, as shown in fig. 4.
Of course, the principle and the implementation of the present invention are explained in the following by using specific examples, and the above description of the embodiments is only used to help the method and the core idea of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A composition capable of enhancing night repair and regeneration capacity of skin is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
the balance of a cosmetic or dermatologically common external preparation matrix and/or water;
the active ingredients of the compound composition A are Mirabilis jalapa extract and caffeine;
the active components of the composite composition B are complex enzyme and lecithin, and the complex enzyme comprises endonuclease, guanine glycosylase and thioredoxin.
2. The composition for enhancing night repair and regeneration of skin according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises the following components by mass percent:
the balance of a cosmetic or dermatologically common external preparation matrix and/or water;
the active ingredients of the compound composition A are Mirabilis jalapa extract and caffeine;
the active components of the composite composition B are complex enzyme and lecithin, and the complex enzyme comprises endonuclease, guanine glycosylase and thioredoxin.
3. The composition for enhancing night repair and regeneration of skin according to claim 2, wherein the composition comprises the following components by mass percent:
the balance of a cosmetic or dermatologically common external preparation matrix and/or water;
the active ingredients of the compound composition A are Mirabilis jalapa extract and caffeine;
the active components of the composite composition B are complex enzyme and lecithin, and the complex enzyme comprises endonuclease, guanine glycosylase and thioredoxin.
4. The composition for enhancing night repair and regeneration of skin according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the complex composition A further comprises glycerin, and the complex composition A is prepared by combining 79 parts by weight of glycerin, 20 parts by weight of Mirabilis jalapa extract and 1 part by weight of caffeine.
5. The composition for enhancing night repair and regeneration of skin according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the composite composition B comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2-4% of complex enzyme, 0.2-5.5% of lecithin and the balance of water; the compound enzyme is derived from extracts of chlorella and haematococcus pluvialis.
6. The composition of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said β -glucan is derived from Schizophyllum commune and is a polysaccharide having β -1,3 glycosidic linkages and β -1,6 glycosidic linkages.
7. Use of a composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 for enhancing the nighttime skin repair, regeneration capacity in the preparation of a medicament and/or a cosmetic.
8. Use according to claim 7, characterized in that the pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic formulation is in the form of a cream, emulsion, gel or aqueous preparation.
