The reaction systems of groups 1 to 1 are respectively and continuously incubated at 37 ℃, and a time change curve of the OD value of the characteristic absorption wavelength of NADPH is continuously measured at 340nm by an ultraviolet grating spectrophotometer to calculate the enzyme activity.
