According to the scheme, the server acquires reference information such as production manufacturing information, sales information, installation information, environment parameter information, position information and historical maintenance information of the household appliances when receiving the fault code generated when the household appliance is in fault, determines a maintenance list containing one or more maintenance schemes according to the fault code and the reference information, and then sends the maintenance list to the preset terminal. The server can automatically determine the maintenance scheme of the household appliance by combining the information of the household appliance and the fault code and send the maintenance scheme to the terminal corresponding to the user, so that the user or maintenance personnel is not required to determine the maintenance scheme, the determination time of the maintenance scheme is shortened, and the fault maintenance time of the household appliance is further shortened.
Based on the hardware architecture of the server, the embodiment of the fault processing method of the household appliance is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a first embodiment of a method for processing a failure of a home appliance according to the present invention, where the method for processing a failure of a home appliance includes the following steps:
step S10, receiving a fault code sent by the household appliance;
in this embodiment, the execution subject is a server. The household appliance is in communication connection with the server. The household appliance can automatically detect whether a fault occurs, and if the fault occurs, the fault code is sent to the server. The household appliance can be an air conditioner, a washing machine, a water purifier and the like.
Step S20, determining reference information corresponding to the household appliance, wherein the reference information comprises at least one of production and manufacturing information, sales information, installation information, environmental parameter information, position information and historical maintenance information of the household appliance;
when the household appliance sends the fault code to the server, the household appliance sends the own equipment identification to the server together. The server detects whether the household appliance is registered on the server according to the equipment identification, and if the household appliance is registered on the server, the server contains reference information related to the household appliance, and the reference information is associated with the equipment identification. The server can determine the reference information corresponding to the household appliance according to the device identifier of the household appliance. The reference information includes at least one of production manufacturing information, sales information, installation information, environmental parameter information, location information, and historical maintenance information of the home appliance. Of course, the reference information may also include operational information.
Step S30, determining a maintenance list according to the fault code and the reference information, and sending the maintenance list to a preset terminal, wherein the maintenance list comprises one or more maintenance schemes.
The reference information can effectively provide a relatively accurate maintenance scheme for a user, namely, the reference information can be used as a reference factor and combined with a fault code to accurately determine a component with a fault of the household appliance.
Specifically, if the specific lot is the specific lot in the manufacturing information of the home appliance and the fault code is a faulty component, the repair plan can be determined according to the faulty component and the fault code.
The selling information contains the running time length, the used function and the installation record of the installer of the household appliance in the household appliance selling process, namely whether the hidden trouble exists in the selling process can be determined according to the running time length and the used function, and therefore the maintenance scheme is determined according to the part corresponding to the hidden trouble and the fault code.
The installation information contains installation records which can effectively record whether the household appliance is abnormal in the installation process, the installation information can be used as a factor for determining the maintenance scheme, namely, whether the household appliance is abnormal in the installation process can be determined according to the installation information, and if the household appliance is abnormal, the maintenance scheme is determined according to the abnormal condition and the fault code.
The position information is the position of the installed household appliance, the position can be characterized as an area, and the frequent faults of the household appliance in the area can be used as factors for determining the maintenance scheme, for example, the thunderstorm condition frequently occurs in the area where the household appliance is installed, the possibility of circuit burnout is high, namely, the maintenance scheme determined by the position information and the fault code can be used for detecting whether the circuit board is burnt out or not.
The operation information is the operation parameters before the household appliance fails, the operation information can be obtained from the failure information, and the maintenance scheme can be determined by the failure code according to whether the operation parameters are abnormal or not.
The environmental parameter information may be outdoor temperature, outdoor humidity, for example, high humidity and high temperature weather is prone to circuit board failure, so that the maintenance scheme may be determined according to the environmental parameter information and the failure code.
The historical maintenance information is the maintenance record of the household appliance, and the historical faults of the household appliance are easy to reappear, so that the maintenance scheme can be determined according to the historical maintenance information and the fault codes.
The server aggregates one or more maintenance schemes in a maintenance list form and then sends the maintenance list to the preset terminal. The user corresponding to the preset terminal can be a user to which the household appliance belongs, a maintenance person, an after-sales service of the household appliance and the like.
Different household appliances have different corresponding maintenance schemes. For example, when the household appliance is an air conditioner, the maintenance scheme can be to detect whether an electric wire is loosened or not, whether a filter screen needs to be cleaned or not and the like; and when the household appliance is a water purifier, the maintenance scheme can be to replace the filter element.
It should be noted that, when the server sends the maintenance list, the server sends the fault code and the maintenance list to the preset terminal together, that is, when the server determines the maintenance list, the server sends the fault code to the preset terminal. Of course, if the user of the preset terminal is the user to which the household appliance belongs, the fault code, the description information corresponding to the fault code, and the maintenance list may be sent to the preset terminal together.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the server acquires reference information such as production manufacturing information, sales information, installation information, environmental parameter information, location information, historical maintenance information, and the like of the home appliance when receiving the fault code generated when the home appliance is out of order, determines a maintenance list including one or more maintenance schemes according to the fault code and the reference information, and then sends the maintenance list to the preset terminal.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a second embodiment of the method for processing a failure of a home appliance according to the present invention, where based on the first embodiment, the step S20 includes:
step S21, determining each maintenance scheme according to the fault code and the reference information;
step S22, determining the scheme accuracy rate corresponding to each maintenance scheme;
and step S23, sequencing each maintenance scheme according to the scheme accuracy rate to generate a maintenance list.
In this embodiment, the failure code and the reference information correspond to a plurality of maintenance schemes, that is, there may be several reasons for the failure of the component of the household appliance, and each reason corresponds to one maintenance scheme. Therefore, after the fault code and the reference information are obtained, the server determines a plurality of maintenance schemes corresponding to the fault code and the reference information in the database, and accordingly generates a maintenance list according to each maintenance scheme, namely the maintenance list comprises a plurality of maintenance schemes.
Furthermore, each maintenance scheme has a corresponding scheme accuracy rate, the scheme accuracy rate is the possibility that the maintenance scheme repairs the failed household appliance, and the failure repair rate can be used as a unit. The server determines the scheme accuracy of each maintenance scheme, and therefore the maintenance schemes are sequenced according to the scheme accuracy to obtain a maintenance list, namely the maintenance list is formed by the maintenance schemes sequenced according to the scheme accuracy. The server can sequence the maintenance schemes from large to small according to the scheme accuracy rate, and can sequence the maintenance schemes from small to large.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, after determining the fault code and the reference information, the server determines a plurality of maintenance schemes according to the reference information and the fault code, and determines the scheme accuracy rate corresponding to each maintenance scheme, so that a maintenance list is generated for each maintenance scheme according to the scheme accuracy rate, thereby providing a plurality of fault solutions for the user.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a third embodiment of the method for processing a failure of a home appliance according to the present invention, and based on the second embodiment, after step S30, the method further includes:
step S40, receiving a maintenance record sent by the preset terminal;
step S50, determining a target maintenance scheme for maintaining the household appliance fault according to the maintenance record;
and step S60, updating the scheme accuracy of the target maintenance scheme.
In this embodiment, the accuracy of the maintenance list is updated according to the actual maintenance result of the home appliance. For example, after the household appliance is successfully repaired by using a certain maintenance scheme, the scheme accuracy of the maintenance scheme is adjusted up, and the adjusted scheme accuracy can be determined according to the ratio of the number of times that the household appliance is successfully repaired by using the maintenance scheme to the total number of times that the fault code corresponding to the maintenance scheme is received.
Specifically, after the household appliance is successfully repaired, a user or a maintenance worker fills in a maintenance scheme adopted by the repaired household appliance through a preset terminal to form a maintenance record. And the server acquires the equipment identifier of the preset terminal after receiving the maintenance record, thereby determining the fault code corresponding to the maintenance list sent to the preset terminal according to the equipment identifier, and simultaneously determining the maintenance scheme in the maintenance record as a target maintenance scheme for repairing the household appliance fault. And the server determines the total times of sending the fault codes by the household appliances and the times of successfully repairing the household appliances by adopting the target maintenance scheme, so that the scheme accuracy of the target maintenance scheme is updated according to the ratio of the times to the total times. Alternatively, the server, after determining the target maintenance schedule according to the maintenance record, increases the schedule accuracy of the target maintenance schedule by a preset margin, for example, by 0.5%.
It should be noted that, even after the failure of the home appliance is repaired, the user may upload the maintenance record to the server, so that the server may adjust the accuracy of the target maintenance scheme according to the target maintenance scheme adopted by the user or the maintenance staff in the maintenance record, and the adjustment process and principle are referred to the above description and will not be described herein again. It is understood that the server determines a target maintenance schedule for servicing the failed appliance based on the service record.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, when the server receives the maintenance record sent by the preset terminal, the server determines the target maintenance scheme for maintaining the household appliance fault according to the maintenance record, so as to update the scheme accuracy of the target maintenance scheme.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a fourth embodiment of the method for processing a failure of a home appliance according to the present invention, where based on the first embodiment, the step S20 includes:
step S24, inputting the fault code into a maintenance model to obtain a maintenance list output by the maintenance model, wherein the maintenance model is obtained by training according to the fault code and the reference information.
In this embodiment, the server stores a maintenance model, and the maintenance model is obtained by training according to the fault code and the reference information. Specifically, a model is established in advance, and learning parameters of the model are set; the method comprises the steps that a plurality of data sets are input into a model to train the model, the data sets comprise fault codes and reference information, the model outputs a maintenance scheme after learning the fault codes and the reference information, the model compares the output maintenance scheme with a manually marked maintenance scheme, if the deviation is large, learning is needed until the deviation between the maintenance scheme output by the model and the manually marked maintenance scheme is within an acceptable range. Or stopping training when the training times of the model reach the preset times to obtain a maintenance model; or stopping the training of the model to obtain the maintenance model without reducing the convergence value of the network of the model.
After the server obtains the fault code, the fault code can be input into the maintenance model. The maintenance model stores reference information of the household appliances, and the maintenance list consisting of one or more maintenance schemes can be output by the maintenance model and the fault code input by the maintenance model. The maintenance model stored in the server is a maintenance model corresponding to the failed home appliance, that is, a different maintenance model corresponding to a different home appliance. Therefore, when the server receives the fault code, the server acquires the equipment identifier of the household appliance, and determines the maintenance model corresponding to the household appliance according to the equipment identifier, so that the fault code is output to the maintenance model, and the maintenance list output by the maintenance model is obtained.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, the server stores the fault model corresponding to the home appliance, and inputs the received fault code into the maintenance model, so as to obtain the maintenance list output by the maintenance model, thereby providing an accurate maintenance scheme for the user or the maintenance staff.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a fifth embodiment of the method for processing a failure of a home appliance according to the present invention, and based on the fourth embodiment, after step S30, the method further includes:
step S70, receiving a maintenance record sent by the preset terminal;
and step S80, inputting the maintenance model according to the maintenance record so that the maintenance model can update the scheme accuracy of the target maintenance scheme in the maintenance record, wherein the target maintenance scheme is the maintenance scheme for maintaining the household appliance fault.
In this embodiment, the maintenance model is obtained by training according to the reference information and the fault code of the same type of household appliance, that is, the maintenance model is actually obtained by training the big data of the household appliance. Therefore, the maintenance scheme learned by the maintenance model also has the corresponding scheme accuracy, that is, each maintenance scheme corresponding to the fault code and the reference information is likely to repair the failed household appliance. In addition, the maintenance model can also update the accuracy of the scheme according to the maintenance records of the household appliance, and the updating mode and principle can refer to the above embodiments and are not described herein again. In addition, if the target maintenance plan in the maintenance record does not successfully repair the household appliance, the probability of possibility of the target maintenance plan needs to be adjusted downward.
Specifically, after receiving the maintenance record sent by the preset terminal, the server inputs the maintenance record into the maintenance model, so that the maintenance model determines a target maintenance scheme for successfully repairing the household appliance fault according to the maintenance record, and then updates the scheme accuracy of the target maintenance scheme.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, when receiving a maintenance record sent by a preset terminal, the server inputs the maintenance record into the maintenance model, so that the maintenance model determines a target maintenance scheme for maintaining the household appliance fault according to the maintenance record, thereby updating the scheme accuracy of the target maintenance scheme.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a sixth embodiment of the method for processing a failure of a home appliance according to the present invention, where based on the first embodiment, the step S20 includes:
step S25, determining the type of the user corresponding to the preset terminal;
and step S26, determining a maintenance list according to the user type, the fault code and the reference information, wherein the maintenance lists corresponding to different user types are different.
In this embodiment, the server may determine different maintenance lists according to different preset terminals. Specifically, if the user corresponding to the preset terminal is the user to which the household appliance belongs, the server outputs a simple maintenance list to the preset terminal, which simply means that the scheme in the maintenance list does not have a large number of professional terms, and only prompts the user to perform simple fault detection and repair on the household appliance. The user corresponding to the preset terminal is a maintenance person, and the server outputs a maintenance list with rich contents to the preset terminal, for example, the maintenance scheme lists a faulty component corresponding to the fault code, an instrument required to be carried by the faulty component for detection, and the like. It will be appreciated that the repair lists for different user types are not the same.
In contrast, after receiving the fault code, the server determines the type of the user corresponding to the preset terminal, so that the maintenance list is determined according to the user type, the fault code and the reference information.
In addition, if the user is a maintenance worker, the maintenance scheme comprises components required by the household appliance fault repair and the scheme accuracy rate corresponding to the components. For example, the component for prompting the household appliance to have a fault in the maintenance scheme may be a circuit board, and the accuracy of the scheme corresponding to the circuit board is 79%, that is, the probability of 79% is that the circuit board has a fault, so that the maintenance staff is prompted to carry the circuit board to replace the circuit board, thereby maintaining the household appliance.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, after receiving the fault code, the server determines the type of the user corresponding to the preset terminal, and thus determines the maintenance list according to the type of the user, the reference information, and the type of the user, and transmits the same maintenance scheme according to different senders.
The present invention also provides a server, which includes a memory, a processor, and a fault handling program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, and when the fault handling program is executed by the processor, the fault handling program implements the steps of the fault handling method of the home appliance according to the above embodiments.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a fault handling program, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the fault handling method of a home appliance as described in the above embodiments.
The above-mentioned serial numbers of the embodiments of the present invention are merely for description and do not represent the merits of the embodiments.
