The method for maintaining faults of household appliances according to claim 1, wherein when the maintenance scheme list includes a plurality of maintenance schemes, the plurality of maintenance schemes are sorted according to the scheme accuracy corresponding to each maintenance scheme to form the maintenance scheme list.
3. The method for repairing a malfunction of an electric home appliance according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the step of outputting the repair scenario list further comprises, after the step of outputting the repair scenario list:
when a maintenance record entry operation triggered by a user is detected, acquiring a maintenance record corresponding to the maintenance record entry operation;
and sending the maintenance record to a server so that the server can update the maintenance scheme list according to the maintenance scheme corresponding to the maintenance record.
4. The method for repairing a failure of an electric appliance according to claim 3, wherein the step of sending the maintenance record to the server for the server to update the maintenance scheme list according to the maintenance scheme corresponding to the maintenance record comprises:

7. The method for repairing a malfunction of an electric home appliance according to claim 1, wherein the step of outputting a repair plan list upon detecting a trigger operation performed by a user based on the repair order comprises:
when the triggering operation is a query operation triggered based on a fault query page, acquiring a fault code corresponding to the maintenance work order;
sending the fault code to a server, wherein after receiving the fault code, the server acquires a corresponding maintenance scheme list according to the fault code and sends the maintenance scheme list to a terminal;
and when the maintenance scheme list sent by the server is received, displaying the maintenance scheme list.
8. The method for repairing a malfunction of an electric home appliance according to claim 1, wherein the repair scenario includes at least one of a voice repair scenario, an image repair scenario, and a text repair scenario.
9. An appliance troubleshooting terminal comprising a memory, a processor, and a troubleshooting program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the troubleshooting program when executed by the processor implements the steps of the appliance troubleshooting method of any one of claims 1-8.
10. A storage medium storing a failure repair program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of a failure repair method for an appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
