技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力车辆技术领域,具体而言,尤其涉及一种采用双长轴距电机的混动四挡变速器。
背景技术
目前,我国新能源汽车中混合动力汽车发展最为迅速。混合动力汽车是一种使用多种能量来源的车辆,通常是使用液体燃料的常规发动机和使用电能的电机驱动车辆。混合动力汽车可在多种模式下驱动,现阶段的混动变速器一般可以执行发动机单独驱动、电机单独驱动、发动机和电机同时驱动等操作模式。
现有技术中的混动四挡变速器,是基于对现有变速器改动最小的前提下,通过在现有变速器上添加一个驱动电机来实现的。但这种形式的混动变速器存在如下问题,(1)由于差速器、输入轴等的位置限制,以及传动机构的布置不合理,导致增加的驱动电机与辅助电机采用两种不同的型号,一种为高速高效率电机,另一种为高扭矩低转速电机,这样导致整个变速器生产成本太高;(2)采用2根或2根以上的输出轴,再加上增加的驱动电机,会使整个变速器的外观轮廓变化较大,新增电机更靠近驾驶室,这样当车辆发生碰撞时,变速器会向驾驶室发生翻转,进而压迫转向管破坏转向***,这将极大地降低整车安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种采用双长轴距电机的混动四挡变速器。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种采用双长轴距电机的混动四挡变速器,包括,
一实心输入轴;
一空心输入轴,套设于所述实心输入轴上;
一双离合器,包括离合器I和离合器II,所述离合器I连接于发动机与实心输入轴之间,所述离合器II连接于所述发动机与空心输入轴之间;
一输出轴,与所述实心输入轴平行设置;
一第一传动机构,设置在所述实心输入轴和输出轴之间;
一第二传动机构,设置在所述空心输入轴和输出轴之间;
一差速器,用于接收所述输出轴传输的动力;
还包括第一电机和第二电机,
所述第一电机通过所述第二传动机构与差速器连接,并将电动力传输至所述差速器;所述第二电机直连所述差速器并将电动力传输至所述差速器,所述第一电机和第二电机采用具有相同轴距的高速高效长轴距电机。
优选的,所述高速高效长轴距电机的轴距与实心输入轴的轴长相当。
优选的,所述第一电机和第二电机的电机轴与所述实心输入轴平行,轴向方向上所述第一电机和第二电机设置在所述实心输入轴的两端之间,径向方向上所述第一电机紧邻所述实心输入轴。
优选的,所述第一电机与所述实心输入轴之间的距离小于所述差速器与所述实心输入轴之间的距离。
优选的,所述第二传动机构包括固设在所述空心输入轴上的主动齿轮II和主动齿轮IV,以及空套在所述输出轴上与所述主动齿轮II和主动齿轮IV相啮合的从动齿轮II和从动齿轮IV,所述从动齿轮II和从动齿轮IV之间设有设置在所述输出轴上的二四挡同步器;所述主动齿轮II可通过相连齿轮I与固设在所述第一电机电机轴上的电机轴齿轮I传动连接。
优选的,所述输出轴上还固设有传动齿轮I,所述传动齿轮I与所述差速器的主减速齿轮啮合。
优选的,所述第一传动机构包括固设在所述实心输入轴上的主动齿轮I和主动齿轮III,以及空套在所述输出轴上与所述主动齿轮I和主动齿轮III相啮合的从动齿轮I和从动齿轮III,所述从动齿轮I和从动齿轮III之间设有设置在所述输出轴上的一三挡同步器。

本发明的有益效果主要体现在:
1、采用两个尺寸、规格相同的电机,使变速器的成本大大降低;
2、两个电机在轴向方向上设置在实心输入轴的两端之间,第一电机在径向方向上尽可能紧邻输入轴,可以保证差速器位置与传统变速器位置近似,尽量避免整车副车架的空间更改,并确保差速器短半轴的长度以确保的球笼夹角的设计与配置;
3、电机的特殊位置设置,还可以确保整个变速器的重心下移,当车辆发生碰撞时,即使变速器向驾驶室发生翻转,也不会压迫到转向管,极大地提高了整车安全性;
4、特殊的齿轮布置结构,确保电机有足够的空间设置来保证电机驱动的功率;
5、奇数挡位和偶数挡位可以在离合器I和离合器II的配合下交替结合和脱开,以避免在换挡过程中的动力中断现象。当两个连续挡位同为奇数挡位或偶数挡位时不能预结合,预结合和结合的状态均通过TCU进行控制;
6、将传统意义上的倒挡去掉,通过第二电机驱动传动齿轮II实现倒挡。

如图1所示,本发明揭示了一种采用双长轴距电机的混动四挡变速器,包括设置在变速器壳体内可自转的实心输入轴1和空心输入轴3,所述空心输入轴3套设于所述实心输入轴1上,所述实心输入轴1和空心输入轴3均与双离合器2连接,具体的,所述双离合器2包括离合器I21和离合器II22,所述离合器I21连接于发动机与实心输入轴1之间,所述离合器II22连接于所述发动机与空心输入轴3之间。本实施例中,所述实心输入轴1和空心输入轴3均可用于接受发动机动力。与现有技术一样,所述发动机动力输送途径中会按需设置有减震盘或飞轮等减震件10,提供惯量及稳定输出。

本发明中,还包括第一电机6和第二电机7,所述第一电机6通过设置在所述空心输入轴3和输出轴4之间的第二传动机构9与差速器5连接,并将电动力传输至所述差速器5。所述第二电机7直连所述差速器5并将电动力传输至所述差速器5,优选的,所述第二电机7的电机轴上固设有电机轴齿轮II71,所述电机轴齿轮II71与固设在短惰轮轴72上的连接齿轮73传动连接,所述短惰轮轴72上还固设有传动齿轮II74,所述传动齿轮II74与所述差速器5的主减速齿轮51啮合。
所述第一电机6和第二电机7采用具有相同轴距的高速高效长轴距电机。优选的,所述高速高效长轴距电机的轴距与实心输入轴1的轴长相当。由于采用两个尺寸、规格相同的电机,使变速器的成本大大降低。而且由于在纯EV工况下,通过两个电机协同工作可提供更大的纯EV驱动功率,即可减小电机单体功率进而降低空间要求和成本压力,因为电机成本随空间增加成线性增加。
优选的,所述第一电机6和第二电机7的电机轴与所述实心输入轴1平行,轴向方向上所述第一电机6和第二电机7设置在所述实心输入轴1的两端之间,径向方向上所述第一电机6紧邻所述实心输入轴1。所述第一电机6与所述实心输入轴1之间的距离小于所述差速器5与所述实心输入轴1之间的距离。这样的结构可以保证差速器位置与传统变速器位置近似,尽量避免整车副车架的空间更改,并确保差速器短半轴的长度以确保的球笼夹角的设计与配置,并且保证了电机的有效空间和功率。还可以确保整个变速器的重心下移,当车辆发生碰撞时,即使变速器向驾驶室发生翻转,也不会压迫到转向管,极大地提高了整车安全性。
本实施例中,所述第二传动机构9包括固设在所述空心输入轴3上的主动齿轮II91和主动齿轮IV92,以及空套在所述输出轴4上与所述主动齿轮II91和主动齿轮IV92相啮合的从动齿轮II93和从动齿轮IV94,所述从动齿轮II93和从动齿轮IV94之间设有设置在所述输出轴4上的二四挡同步器95。所述主动齿轮II91可通过相连齿轮I96与固设在所述第一电机6电机轴上的电机轴齿轮I97传动连接。上述采用奇数挡位和偶数挡位可以在离合器I和离合器II的配合下交替结合和脱开,以避免在换挡过程中的动力中断现象。当两个连续挡位同为奇数挡位或偶数挡位时不能预结合,预结合和结合的状态均通过TCU进行控制。
下面简单阐述一下本发明的工作过程:
当车辆启动时,第二电机7进行电驱动。与此同时,离合器I21处于分离状态,离合器II22处于结合状态,所述第一电机6启动,所述第一电机6预先启动发动机,并使发动机运行到高效经济区工作的车速时,所述离合器II22分离,所述离合器I21结合,此时,发动机驱动实心输入轴1转动,所述实心输入轴转动依次通过主动齿轮I81、从动齿轮I83、一三挡同步器85、输出轴4以及传动齿轮I41将动力传输至差速器5,开始并联混动。
当车辆挂至二挡时,所述离合器I21处于分离状态,离合器II22处于结合状态,所述发动机驱动空心输入轴3转动,所述空心输入轴3依次通过主动齿轮II91、从动齿轮II93、二四挡同步器95、输出轴4、以及传动齿轮I41将动力传输至差速器5。同时,所述第一电机6也可启动,依次通过电机轴齿轮I97、相连齿轮I96、主动齿轮II91、从动齿轮II93、二四挡同步器95、输出轴4、以及传动齿轮I41将动力传输至差速器5。当车辆处于其他挡位时,其工作过程与上述工作过程近似,因此,不在此做过多赘述。
如图2所示,揭示了本发明的第二实施例,与第一实施例相比,其区别点在于所述第一传动机构8的结构,在第二实施例中,所述第一传动机构8包括空套在所述实心输入轴1上的主动齿轮I81和主动齿轮III82,以及固设在所述输出轴4上与所述主动齿轮I81和主动齿轮III82相啮合的从动齿轮I83和从动齿轮III84,所述主动齿轮I81和主动齿轮III82之间设有设置在所述实心输入轴1的一三挡同步器85。其工作过程与第一实施例一致,因此,在此不做过多赘述。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (10)

1.采用双长轴距电机的混动四挡变速器,包括,
一实心输入轴(1);
一空心输入轴(3),套设于所述实心输入轴(1)上;
一双离合器(2),包括离合器I(21)和离合器II(22),所述离合器I(21)连接于发动机与实心输入轴(1)之间,所述离合器II(22)连接于所述发动机与空心输入轴(3)之间;
一输出轴(4),与所述实心输入轴(1)平行设置;
一第一传动机构(8),设置在所述实心输入轴(1)和输出轴(4)之间;
一第二传动机构(9),设置在所述空心输入轴(3)和输出轴(4)之间;
一差速器(5),用于接收所述输出轴(4)传输的动力;
其特征在于:还包括第一电机(6)和第二电机(7),
所述第一电机(6)通过所述第二传动机构(9)与差速器(5)连接,并将电动力传输至所述差速器(5);所述第二电机(7)直连所述差速器(5)并将电动力传输至所述差速器(5),所述第一电机(6)和第二电机(7)采用具有相同轴距的高速高效长轴距电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的采用双长轴距电机的混动四挡变速器,其特征在于:所述高速高效长轴距电机的轴距与实心输入轴(1)的轴长相当。
3.根据权利要求1所述的采用双长轴距电机的混动四挡变速器,其特征在于:所述第一电机(6)和第二电机(7)的电机轴与所述实心输入轴(1)平行,轴向方向上所述第一电机(6)和第二电机(7)设置在所述实心输入轴(1)的两端之间,径向方向上所述第一电机(6)紧邻所述实心输入轴(1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的采用双长轴距电机的混动四挡变速器,其特征在于:所述第一电机(6)与所述实心输入轴(1)之间的距离小于所述差速器(5)与所述实心输入轴(1)之间的距离。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的采用双长轴距电机的混动四挡变速器,其特征在于:所述第二传动机构(9)包括固设在所述空心输入轴(3)上的主动齿轮II(91)和主动齿轮IV(92),以及空套在所述输出轴(4)上与所述主动齿轮II(91)和主动齿轮IV(92)相啮合的从动齿轮II(93)和从动齿轮IV(94),所述从动齿轮II(93)和从动齿轮IV(94)之间设有设置在所述输出轴(4)上的二四挡同步器(95);所述主动齿轮II(91)可通过相连齿轮I(96)与固设在所述第一电机(6)电机轴上的电机轴齿轮I(97)传动连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的采用双长轴距电机的混动四挡变速器,其特征在于:所述输出轴(4)上还固设有传动齿轮I(41),所述传动齿轮I(41)与所述差速器(5)的主减速齿轮(51)啮合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的采用双长轴距电机的混动四挡变速器,其特征在于:所述第一传动机构(8)包括固设在所述实心输入轴(1)上的主动齿轮I(81)和主动齿轮III(82),以及空套在所述输出轴(4)上与所述主动齿轮I(81)和主动齿轮III(82)相啮合的从动齿轮I(83)和从动齿轮III(84),所述从动齿轮I(83)和从动齿轮III(84)之间设有设置在所述输出轴(4)上的一三挡同步器(85)。
8.根据权利要求 6所述的采用双长轴距电机的混动四挡变速器,其特征在于:所述第一传动机构(8)包括空套在所述实心输入轴(1)上的主动齿轮I(81)和主动齿轮III(82),以及固设在所述输出轴(4)上与所述主动齿轮I(81)和主动齿轮III(82)相啮合的从动齿轮I(83)和从动齿轮III(84),所述主动齿轮I(81)和主动齿轮III(82)之间设有设置在所述实心输入轴(1)的一三挡同步器(85)。
9.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的采用双长轴距电机的混动四挡变速器,其特征在于:所述第二电机(7)的电机轴上固设有电机轴齿轮II(71),所述电机轴齿轮II(71)与固设在短惰轮轴(72)上的连接齿轮(73)传动连接,所述短惰轮轴(72)上还固设有传动齿轮II(74),所述传动齿轮II(74)与所述差速器(5)的主减速齿轮(51)啮合。
10.根据权利要求1至4任一所述的采用双长轴距电机的混动四挡变速器,其特征在于:所述发动机和双离合器(2)之间还设有一减震件(10)。
