技术领域
本发明涉及汽车技术领域,具体而言,尤其涉及一种两挡自动变速器及一种汽车。
背景技术
变速器是汽车动力总成的核心,其内部部件多且结构复杂。在纯电动汽车传动***中,大多使用固定速比的变速器进行减速增矩,这样对纯电动汽车驱动电机的要求很高,极大地增加了整车的开发成本,且无法使驱动电机更多的运行在高效率区,降低了纯电动汽车的续驶里程。由于纯电动汽车的驱动电机具有很好的调速特性,纯电动汽车传动***的挡位数不宜过多,通过对纯电动汽车动力传动***参数匹配发现两挡变速器是比较合理的纯电动汽车传动***。目前纯电动汽车上开发的两挡变速器主要有机械式手动变速器(MT)、机械式自动变速器(AMT)和双离合器自动变速器(DCT)。
如中国专利CN201980080U揭示了一种电动车动力总成,包括壳体、电机、由电机驱动的动力输入轴、输出轴、同步器、差速器、齿圈及换挡机构,所述的电机通过离合器与动力输入轴相连,在输入轴与输出轴上设有一挡齿轮副和二挡齿轮副,通过换挡机构对同步器的控制对一挡齿轮副和二挡齿轮副进行换挡选择。上述结构中存在纵向尺寸偏大的问题,因为差速器总成与电机输出轴之间为间距的平行设置,这样对于结构紧凑型型电动汽车的机构排布造成很大的困扰。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种两挡自动变速器及汽车。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种两挡自动变速器,包括空套在差速器半轴上的输入轴,所述输入轴上固设有一电机,所述电机、输入轴以及差速器半轴的中轴线共轴;所述输入轴的一侧设有与其平行设置用以接收所述输入轴传输的动力的中间轴,所述中间轴与差速器之间设有一挡齿轮副和二挡齿轮副,所述一挡齿轮副和二挡齿轮副之间设有一可选择性地与所述一挡齿轮副或二挡齿轮副耦合的同步器。
优选的,所述输入轴上固设有主动轮,所述中间轴上固设有从动轮,所述从动轮与所述主动轮耦合。
优选的,所述电机包括转子和定子,所述转子与所述输入轴固接。
优选的,所述一挡齿轮副包括空套在所述中间轴上的一挡主动齿轮和设置在在所述差速器壳体上的从动齿轮,所述一挡主动齿轮和从动齿轮啮合。
优选的,所述二挡齿轮副包括空套在所述中间轴上的二挡主动齿轮和所述差速器的主减速齿轮,所述二挡主动齿轮和主减速齿轮啮合。
优选的,所述输入轴至中间轴的距离小于所述电机高度的一半。

如图1所示,本发明揭示了一种两挡自动变速器,包括输入轴1,其上固设有电机13,所述电机13包括转子131和定子132,所述转子131与所述输入轴1固接,用以驱动所述输入轴1转动。上述中,所述输入轴1为空心输入轴,空套在差速器半轴31上,且所述输入轴1、电机13以及差速器半轴31的中轴线共轴,该设计减小变速器的纵向尺寸,减小质量,降低能源消耗,并结合设置在变速器壳体内部的轴承的支持,确保整体的刚性。另外,直接由电机13驱动,起步响应快,加速性能也得到大大地提升。进一步的,所述差速器半轴31的两端固设有车轮。进一步的,所述输入轴1至中间轴2的距离小于所述电机13高度的一半,进一步保证了变速器的纵向尺寸,便于电动汽车的机构排布,使结构更紧凑,体积小,有利于整车搭载。

本发明中,对于P挡驻车的结构也有揭示,如图1所示的第一实施例,所述差速器3上固设有驻车棘轮34,以实现自动驻车。如图2所示的第二实施例,所述输入轴1的另一侧设有短惰轮轴7,所述短惰轮轴7上固设有连接齿轮71和驻车棘轮34,所述连接齿轮71与所述从动齿轮32啮合。当本发明需要驻车时:通过推杆总成驱动驻车棘爪,进而与驻车棘轮5配合,实现驻车。
本发明还揭示了一种纯电动车,其至少包括如上所述的电动汽车用两挡变速器。当然,本发明的变速器可以适用于前后电桥,实现纯电驱模式。当然,亦可与发动机配合使用,实现混动模式,形成一种混动汽车。以上应用方式均属于本发明的保护范畴,不做具体限定。
下面揭示一下本发明的工作过程,当汽车需要一挡输出时,同步器6使一挡主动齿轮与中间轴耦合,这样电机依次通过输入轴、主动轮、从动轮、中间轴、一挡主动齿轮以及从动齿轮将扭矩传输至差速器。当汽车需要二挡输出时,同步器6使二挡主动轮与中间轴耦合,这样电机依次输入轴、主动轮、从动轮、中间轴、二挡主动齿轮以及主减速齿轮将扭矩传输至差速器,简单方便。

5.根据权利要求1所述的两挡自动变速器,其特征在于:所述二挡齿轮副(5)包括空套在所述中间轴(2)上的二挡主动齿轮(51)和所述差速器(3)的主减速齿轮(33),所述二挡主动齿轮(51)和主减速齿轮(33)啮合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的两挡自动变速器,其特征在于:所述差速器(3)上固设有驻车棘轮(34)。
7.根据权利要求4所述的两挡自动变速器,其特征在于:所述输入轴(1)的另一侧设有短惰轮轴(7),所述短惰轮轴(7)上固设有连接齿轮(71)和驻车棘轮(34),所述连接齿轮(71)与所述从动齿轮(32)啮合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的两挡自动变速器,其特征在于:适用于前桥***或后桥***。
9.一种汽车,其特征在于:仅包括如权利要求1至8任一所述的两挡自动变速器。
10.一种汽车,其特征在于:包括发动机驱动***,以及如权利要求1至8任一所述的两挡自动变速器。
