s2: starting a round of inspection and sorting, wherein the vehicle-mounted computer (2) comprises a display device which displays a plurality of pieces to be sorted out of the warehouse;
s3: the picking trolleys (1) sequentially run according to the serial number sequence of the warehouse passages and carry out patrol picking work;
s4: the vehicle-mounted computer (2) refreshes the data of the assembly sheets, the products to be delivered are arranged line by line according to the running sequence of the picking trolley (1), and when the picking trolley (1) is positioned in a warehouse passage, the warehouse position information of the products to be delivered in the passage contained in the assembly sheets is highlighted;
s5: the PDA scans the electronic tags on the bin position bin which is highlighted on the assembly sheet;
s6: the vehicle-mounted computer (2) judges whether the scanned bin position bin contains the products to be delivered recorded in the splicing sheet:
-the on-board computer (2) issues an audible and visual warning of an operational error if the bin position information of the scanned bin position does not match the bin position information on the tile, returning to S4,
-if the scanned bin position information matches the bin position information on the tile, performing S7;
s7: when the products to be delivered out of the warehouse are sorted, the information of the products to be delivered out of the warehouse displayed by the display device is eliminated;
s8: the vehicle-mounted computer (2) judges whether the sorting of the assembly sheets is finished:
if not, return to S4,
-if complete, perform S9;
s10: the picking trolley (1) moves to a boxing and delivery area, the picked assembly is singly boxed and delivered, and an empty delivery bin (3) is reloaded;
s11: the vehicle-mounted computer (2) judges whether the sorting and warehouse-out work of all the assembly sheets is finished:
if not, return S2,
-if complete, perform S12;
s12: and finishing the sorting and ex-warehouse work of all the various small-batch spliced sheets.

The delivery method for multiple kinds of small-batch pieces of assembly sheets according to claim 1, wherein the picking trolley (1) comprises a trolley body, a delivery box (3), an on-board computer (2) and a PDA, and each piece of assembly sheet corresponds to one delivery box (3) on the picking trolley (1).

The method for delivering the multi-variety small-batch puzzle pieces out of the warehouse as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shelves are basic storage units of bin bins, each bin only stores one type of product, each bin has a unique bin code and an electronic tag, and each bin is fixedly arranged in the warehouse.

The ex-warehouse method for the multiple-variety small-batch puzzle pieces according to claim 1, wherein the information stored in the ex-warehouse system comprises goods numbers, product types, inventory numbers, bin positions and electronic tags which have corresponding relations with each other, the ex-warehouse system downloads the received puzzle piece data to a vehicle-mounted computer (2) of a picking trolley (1), the bin position and bin position information is automatically matched according to the types of the puzzle pieces to be ex-warehouse, and the information of the puzzle pieces to be ex-warehouse is arranged in sequence and displayed line by line according to bin codes in the bin position and bin position information.

The delivery method for multiple kinds of small-batch pieces of sheets according to claim 1, wherein eight pieces of sheets to be sorted are displayed on the vehicle-mounted computer (2) for each round of picking, and eight delivery cases (3) respectively corresponding to the eight pieces of sheets to be sorted are placed on the picking trolley (1).
7. The warehouse-out method for the multi-variety small-batch assembly sheets according to claim 1, characterized in that the picking trolleys (1) sequentially complete the picking work according to the sequence of the warehouse passage numbers from small to large.
8. The method for delivering out of a warehouse as claimed in claim 1, wherein the products to be delivered out of the warehouse are arranged on the assembly sheet line by line according to the sequence of the library bit codes of the products from small to large.

An ex-warehouse facility for multi-variety small-batch puzzle sheets, comprising: the picking trolley (1) comprises a trolley body, a warehouse-out bin (3), a vehicle-mounted computer (2) and a PDA, wherein the vehicle-mounted computer (2) comprises a display device and one or more processors; a memory; and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the programs comprising instructions for performing a multi-item mini-batch tile-oriented ex-warehouse method of any of claims 1-8.

A warehouse-out storage medium for multi-variety small-lot tile lists, which stores a computer program used in combination with a picking trolley (1), wherein the picking trolley (1) comprises a trolley body, a warehouse-out bin (3), an on-board computer (2) and a PDA, and the computer program can be executed by a processor to complete a warehouse-out method for multi-variety small-lot tile lists according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
